To start great vibe and views, the waitress Nevada could no be sweeter! Knew the menu and was spot on with the service.if you like fish dip go for the dolphin!the portions are tremendous had the salmon Cobb salad and my partner had grilled shrimp tacos!delicious and massive !thumbs up all the way!

This was our first time here. The food was really really good. We had shrimp cocktail to start. I then got the crab and artichoke dip as my main dish. My fiancee got a fried grouper sandwich. And we finished it off with the white chocolate mint creme brule. Will definitely be coming back

Sooooo don't skip this place 🤤 You're looking at the baked stuffed shrimp, outrigger tuna (bowl), scalloped potatoes, orange sunrise in cake, and the pina colada cheesecake. The stuffed shrimp is chefs kiss 🤌🤌. 10/10 recommend the shrimp. The outrigger was so flavorful and umami 😋 both desserts were delicious and I recommend getting a coffee to finish dessert off👌. Service was great and glad we chose this place.

Favorite spot we visited on this trip. Covered waterfront seating for up to 6. Amazing salad bar and bar options too. Kids were really happy with all their food. Happy hour appetizers were insanely good!

4/11/25 Wonderful peaceful dinner last with friends last night on the outside deck overlooking the canal. We were there for Happy hour at 5 pm and had a few of the happy hour specials, steamed shrimp, meatloaf sliders and seared tuna all were amazingly delicious. What made our dinner even more special was our waitress Nevada with her excellent service! Thank you! We will be back.

Great Sunday brunch!!! Love the views and the atmosphere, the best service, the omelet and waffle station was wonderful, the food was delicious, everything was great! Dylan was our server and he was fantastic. He was training Michael, who also was very attentive and informative about the menu and all of our options. Great location with beautiful views of the River. Large parking lot. Highly recommend, I definitely will be back!

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday brunch at this unique and historic restaurant. Service was attentive, they easily accommodated our large party of 12, and everyone found something tempting from the menu to enjoy. The omelet and waffle station was very popular and staffed to prepare your order, and the self-craft mimosas and bloody Mary station was well stocked. The self-serve salad bar offered delicious and plentiful items with chilled plates. Relaxing and enjoyable, and well worth a visit. UPDATED: mid-week late lunch was extremely enjoyable. Lauren was an excellent server and paced out lunch nicely...not rushed nor left waiting for the next course. A very special place to enjoy a meal. Don't forget to visit the wonderful gift shop...full of temptations and nice items.

A unique place! Service is incredible every one is really nice here, place is big and spacious very clean u can seat in the patio and enjoy the weather and the 🌊 food is delicious every single plates looks awesome so I'll back to try a couple different ones

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I brought my mother for her 61th birthday and Megan was so welcoming. She recommended the Dolphin Refresher (9/10) and Tropical Tostones (9/10) and we were not disappointed ☺️ we shared a Seafood Sampler (6/10) and it was meh - the cocktail shrimp were huge and crab was precracked (which my mother loved). Although I didn’t particularly enjoy the fish dip my mother gobbled it up. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits (10/10) as I basically licked the bowl. We ended the dinner with desert. My mother had the blueberry cheesecake (11/10) and I had the orange sunrise cake (7/10) as it was too sweet for my liking. I definitely recommend this to anyone in the area. I will be sure to visit again.

Great service, quick and super-efficient. The best tartar sauce I have ever tasted. Fried green tomatoes with yummy toppings. Perfect portions. Great river view. Sweet desserts, too. Most reasonable prices, too. Highly recommend !

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful restaurant on the water with plenty of seating. We ordered the escargot and the coconut shrimp. I would recommend both! The salad bar is a must-have! Lots of choices and extremely fresh. The service was fantastic, and I will be back to try more!

Went for lunch for my wife’s birthday. I had the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich and my wife had the salad bar. The house made bacon jam elevated the sandwich from good to Great !! My wife loved all of the salads and add on’s included with the salad bar. Katie our waitress was excellent !! She even surprised us with a complementary birthday brownie skillet cookie topped with ice cream….YUM !!!!

Make sure to try the mozzarella shrimp! My absolute favorite every time. Their happy hour appetizers are so generous nicely priced. Delicious food! Perfect perfect every time! The only thing I’d say is I feel that the employees uniform shirts look really hot and uncomfortable.

Food was excellent as was the service. The outdoor dining experience was great. I'd recommend to anyone that wants a fun afternoon dinner out. Also don't forget about happy hour 3-6 where there's a great selection of dishes at half off!

We stumbled across this restaurant by accident and it didn't disappoint. I got the shrimp po boy *chefs kiss* the fries were also fantastic. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and he was fast and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

What a gem! This is the place to come for a fancy time, the drinks were beautiful and perfectly mixed. The food is to die for. The quality of service and menu items in this place is amazing. The view is beautiful you see the bay if you sit in the outside. The owner has a green thumb so all the plants you find in here are 100% real and they are gorgeous. I definitely recommend this place!

This is one of the old school joints that still does it right. Lots of charm and good vibes. It's got a history so look around before you eat. The staff is really great and they hustle. Lots of room inside and out. They cater to the locals as well as the winter folks. The salad bar is caught my attention and I enjoyed it. The food was over the top. Excellent dessert too. Clean bathrooms. Great little gift shop. It's probably one of if not my current favorite here in Florida.

Will forever by my favorite happy hour food. Great food options, no happy hour drink specials but the food makes it worth it. The steamed shrimp is the best! Ladies night on Wednesdays has drink specials though!

Our server Andrew was superb. The food was great, service top notch, and the view was gorgeous. It was busy while we were there, so a bit noisy, but on a normal night, I can imagine it would be a bit quieter.

I had the Ribeye,which was a perfect medium rare. Not bad for a seafood restaurant. My wife had the Seafood Cobb salad which would have served 2 people. The key lime pie was the best I have ever eaten. Can not say enough about the Dolphin. Trust me you will love. What a wonderful staff they have.

The whole experience at this restaurant was fantastic. There were 3 of us seated inside near a window for lunch. We shared the shrimp with mozzarella as an appetizer. I had the best shrimp tacos that I've ever had. They were made with coconut shrimp. My husband had the shrimp Mac and cheese. He is a chef and hard to impress, but he said his meal was very good. My dad had the coconut shrimp with plantains and he said it was delicious. I also had a drink recommended by our lovely server Natalie - the dolphin refresher(I think that's what it was called). It was very tasty. Natalie was professional yet very personable. She took excellent care of us. There is also a very nice gift shop attached. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Best seafood on the Jensen waterfront! The food is always deliciously fresh. Helpful staff and a really neat nautical atmosphere. Great place for a fancy dinner or just a casual drink at the bar. Don’t skip dessert, they’re awesome! Prices are a bit high in my opinion, but the quality really is outstanding. Banquet hall area available to rent as well.

OMG love love this place we will definitely go back! The food was amazing and our waiter was kind and helpful. We even spoke to manager and bragged on our waiter. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. There is a lot of history there.

I was there last week the night before leaving Florida to drive back home to Spartanburg, SC. I actually discovered the restaurant in December after Christmas. I absolutely loved it then and I was not about to leave Florida last week on my second trip to Florida without going back. My server was Lucy and she was beyond outstanding. Very professional, personable, and made me feel like I was among family. I had the dolphin and it was absolutely amazing. I loved everything about this restaurant and I look forward to returning when I go back to Florida on vacation this December. This is now going to be a must go to place every year. If you have not been I highly recommend you go and you will keep on going back. Restaurants like this are hard to find so you don't want to miss this.

Love the salad bar. Had two appetizers, salad bar, and stone crab. The fried calamari is a bit over fried. Wished there was less dough and more meat. The stone crab was good but didn’t seem to be the freshest. The ambiance is great and our service person was a smooth operator.

The location by the river is quite lovely and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The customer service provided was truly exceptional, making the experience enjoyable. Although the food was decent, it could use some improvement to match the overall quality. It is a place where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Nice restaurant decor and our server was very friendly. All the shrimp dishes (fried, baked, coconut) were great. Tuna noodles dish was good. Fettuccine Pasta shrimp was great. Wahoo chef special was a miss. Pretzel salmon was average. Lobster bisque was weird. Got a cup and it was great. Someone got it in a bowl and it was not great. Salad bar was awesome. Good variety. Key lime pie was the best I’ve ever had. Orange cake was 9/10 We had 15 people in our party and the food came out quickly - although not too busy. Server was attentive and accommodating to children.

Very good place for all kinds of food options. Their specialty is obviously dolphin (mahi-mahi) but they have other fish on special. The crab stuffed shrimp and risotto is my favorite dish of theirs but their salad bar is my absolute reason for coming every time, it is TOP TIER. Over 50 items to chose from and all delicious. I wish their bartenders were a bit more consistent, some nights the drinks are perfect and other night the drinks are nothing but alcohol and a splash of juice. I also wish they did happy hour for drinks and included the restaurant tables, but that’s another conversation lol.

We came last minute around 6pm on 4th of July and hung out for 2 hours taking advantage of their drinks and only food happy hour. The service and ambiance are fabulous, the drinks were average at best and the food (we only ordered the seared tuna and kettle chips) were actually tasty. Overall, I’d return and recommend but I’d be mainly coming for the vibes and would stick to ready drinks / food.

Very busy place. I'm glad we had a reservation but our table wasn't ready on time. It's a rustic boat like atmosphere. Big place. My frozen Mudslide was good. The bread was warm upon coming to the table. The shrimp wrapped in bacon was crispy and very good. The Caribbean Chichen was good. The sauce needed a bit more flavor but the chicken was fried just right. Loved the rice and the sweet plantains were perfect. My fiancee had the prime rib.🥰 He enjoyed it.

Regrettably I have watched this place become more and more expensive without there being a clear justification for it. My most recent dining experience was pleasant enough but I can no longer justify the prices. $4 for a sweet tea? $35 for a small mahi fillet? My server was polite and I was seated quickly. The salad bar is expansive but seems to have forgotten that it is merely a salad bar with accompaniment. I cannot clearly recommend nor deter anyone from coming to this restaurant.

Food is decent but salad bar is just average. Can be pricey if you add cocktails. However, the interior restaurant is dark. The last 4 times we have had reservations, we specifically stated we wanted outdoor seating. Each time upon our arrival we were told it would be over an hour wait. Tired of the same old song and dance, this last time we decided to just leave and take our business elsewhere. We probably won’t go back as there are plenty of other places in the area with comparable food and atmosphere.

This was the blandest restaurant I've ever been to in Florida, I got the dolphin ala dolphin and you could tell they took time in preparing the potato and the fish was cooked well but there was literally no seasoning, it was like eating flavorless mush, thankfully I forgot to ask for "no capers" as I normally do because that was the only thing that had any flavor, on the other hand the bacon maple cheese bread was literally offensive, it was a like a smushed pile of cold raw dough topped with a entire cup of maple syrup, our waiter seemed nice but after he took our order we didn't see him at all until he came to deliver the bill. Also I was not impressed that they misrepresented their Louis Martini wine, that's just shady. Skip this place. I always say I never eat anywhere that has a sneezeguard and I should've turned around as soon as I saw a salad bar but it had good reviews, if you like actual good food and wine do not go here.
