Very pleased with our visit 4/19/25, went for a birthday celebration. Party of 10. Some alcohol was served several different dishes and kids meals were consumed. Everything was fantastic. Logan did great serving and keeping our drinks full. I look forward to returning.

When I came in the restaurant, it was very crowded. Had to wait 30 minutes on the table and then tookabout 25 minutes to get our food. The food was delicious as always.

Our experience is this is a A better location for Texas Roadhouse than other ones in tri City. We have always had a pleasant waiter and no problem with our food here

Place was packed. Lots of families with birthdays getting serenaded. Great selection of delicious steaks plus a lot more. Large portions. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices are reasonable. One star off for a bit much salt (according to my buddy) and is also little loud and boisterous for some. I liked it a lot.

Good food for a chain resteraunt, there is always a wait to get in! The wait staff are always good and attentive. The prices are steep, but the food is good.

Sadly had to get on here to hopefully alert management before this location goes down hill. My husband and I ate here today and our steaks came a full six minutes before our baked potatoes did. My steak was cold, not even room temperature. My baked potato could not be cut because it was not cooked. I’m done with this location. I keep having bad experiences here. The service was definitely lacking as well. :((((

We usually love this location. Steaks are normally cooked to perfectly with good service. Unfortunately this last visit was terrible. Our server barely came by to check on us and was gone for several minutes. Never checked back after food came. Ordered medium Steaks yet they were good completely well done and dry. Gravy was running all over our plates, including the place where the food runner was holding. Seemed a bit unsanitary but didn't seem to bother her. No management around. Yet plenty of empty dirty tables around and an hour wait. Looks as though management did a poor job in scheduling or unable to keep up with high volume days.

Music is far too loud. They refuse to turn it down even though it is a ADA requirement for those with issues of tinnitus. Food and service was mediocre. I believe the photo says what we thought of our food.

Yes their steak is amazing. And so is their house salad. But the noise level is beyond acceptable. Especially for those of us that have hearing aids. It’s not just the music, but the conversation noise from those dining. I know it can’t be helped. But it’s impossible to understand any attempted conversation. And to me, that’s what eating out is all about. :(

The food here is generally pretty good. I came here for my birthday and was disappointed when there was no dessert or saddle as per tradition within the establishment, I also wish they would bring the line dancing back. When I ordered my steak I asked for rare (I like mine still pretty well pink and bleeding) and it was medium rare to medium instead, still good but not what I ideally wanted. Ribs were phenomenal, one of my favorite things from here. Service was okay but the hosts were goofing off most of the time which was distracting

Food was lukewarm, same with coffee. waitress barely checked out table....at end of meal finally asked if I needed more water...that was all I was drinking [husband had coffee] so yes, should have kept my water full. manager never saw us until we were leaving. she [mgr] did say would should have told her food lukewarm.....1st never saw her, 2nd do NOT want them to microwave food to heat up our plates. we have been to several TX Roadhouses in several areas/states. do yourself and drive to the TX Roadhouse in Bristol...farther drive for us. but will NEVER return to JC location. Even the atmosphere. waitstaff is MUCH better at Bristol location.

Steak was tough and not seasoned at all it had absolutely no flavor. Mashed potatoes had corn in it somehow and macaroni and cheese the noodles were slimey and the cheese tasted like the milk had curled before using it silverware was dirty as well.

Let me start by saying we love Texas road house .. but.. this experience was not as loved as previously. We both ordered a steak, his well done, my med. Well. His came out med. Mine came out rare. 2nd time bringing it out mine was medium .. his qas medium rare, 3rd time bringing his out, it was burnt at this point, obviously the cook did not know how to properly cook a steak. We was very disappointed 😞

The server was very sweet and polite, but unfortunately, today’s meal was a big disappointment for my whole family. We came with 7 people (4 adults and 3 children). I clearly told the staff that I have kidney disease and needed my food with no seasoning for health reasons and also for the kids, but the food came out extremely salty. Even worse, out of 7 meals, 6 beef dishes were burnt. We ordered medium well, but the meat came out overcooked, dry, and so tough that it was impossible to chew. The whole family could barely eat anything and just sat waiting in frustration. The only positive thing was that our server kindly apologized to us, even though it wasn’t her fault. Sadly, it seemed that no one from the kitchen or management cared or apologized to the customers. We still paid the bill politely, but this was truly a very disappointing experience.
