The staff was pleasant, professional, and attentive. The drinks were amazing. The atmosphere was also nice. The food was ok, I ordered a burrito but the burrito came out separated meaning. The protein, veggies and all the goods were on the plate out of the wrap. I wouldn’t order it again it didn’t taste good.

Service was great. We had a nice waiter. Food was good but PRICEY. We unknowingly arrived on music bingo night so it ended up being so loud we literally couldn't hear each other talking at the table right next to each other... which made trying to have dinner conversation super awkward.

My experiece

The server was very polite. Started out with guacamole, salsa and chips. It was good too. When my other food came out my order was wrong and once I let the server know. It was replaced in a timely fashion. The food was hot and delicious. It's a very comfortable setting. I may have to visit this spot again soon. The shredded chicken Quesadilla with sauteed onion, spinach and queso got my taste buds craving. The taco salad was average.

We have been to this location that is near the Stonecrest mall before. It has a large parking lot and usually has plenty of available spots.  We entered the restaurant and were seated quickly.   We chose to sit near the bar at one of the high top tables. We were lucky enough to get Lilly as our server.  She was very attentive and friendly.  It seemed she was covering all the tables near the bar and did it with a smile and great attitude. I ordered the Super chimichanga meal and wifey ordered the chicken fajita nachos.  My meal was OK, but the chimichanga tasted a little greasy.  I think it was the grilled veggies that were causing the extra grease. Wifey thoroughly enjoyed her nachos and had a nice amount to box up. This location is close by, so I am sure we will be back and hopefully we will sit in Lilly’s section again.

Went because everywhere was packed. Sat down for some tacos and fajitas. The steak fajitas light on the meat and vegetables. Manager correct by bringing more vegetables. Customer service needs work. The waitress never cleared the old dishes from the table so it was very hard to make room to eat. Did not ask if we needed extra anything or refills.

The steak was too tough to chew so I switched to chicken but they forgot the proper veggies from my previous plate which was zucchini and squash and they gave me bellpeppers only. It was pretty good but probably could've been better.

We got there before the crowd on a Friday evening and were.seated quickly. So quick that we were calling for our server to come back. The cheese dip was typical white cheese dip in a tortilla cup. My husband said the steak could have had more seasoning and flavor but was loaded with way too many onions. He left over half a plate of onions but did have a bit of steak left over. I tried the pineapple filled rice dish with shrimp, scallops and fish. It was delightful and I didn't have any issues with the size of the shrimp or the seasoning, mainly because I used the salsa to help out where there was no sauce. Place is kid friendly but has a kinda separate bar area for the more grown crowd as well. We will return with the family or a date night idea.

Empty restaurant, so it took no time to be seated. Understaffed restaurant at 8p on a Saturday when the big game was on... I wonder why? There were several tables that had the food and plates still there which made the place even more off-putting. Lots of signage at the entrance about 18% gratuity and final priced alcoholic beverages (very ghetto and off-putting). The length of time it took for them to bring my friends food was not worthy of a tip at all let alone 18% the rest of the table was done before she was served and we ordered at the same time. The server was really nice, just slow. I only came here because Vibez was crowded. I won't return.

I was in town visiting and was taken here. The service was slow and it wasn't busy or crowded. The waitress was nice though. I had the snapper and it was really good. It is a bit over priced though. If you have a party of 4 or more, they automatically take 18% gratuity. This alone would make me not eat there. In addition, for 3 shrimp tacos and no sides, it was $28!! I was paying for someone else and didn't realize the cost until after I paid. That is $9 for one taco!! I am flabbergasted and the food is not worth the price. Either there was a mistake on my bill and I didn't catch it before I paid or they are ripping people off. My snapper was reasonably priced though. The food is pretty good. However, for me, I will never eat there again because of the prices!!

Food is okay so gets two starts for that. Literally feels like I'm eating in the back of someone's car the base is so loud . Not to mention they are playing multiple songs at the same time. I'm probably gonna leave with a headache. Food was delivered before our app. Then I had to ask the server for silverware. And then we both ran out of drinks we placed our cups at the end of the table so she would notice because we didn't come over to check anything. Also part of our order was wrong but we could never catch our server to say anything so we just dealt with it. I don't think we will come back there are plenty of other Mexican restaurants that have better service and music volume. 2/20/25 7:15pm

I came into Don Tello’s at 8:44 PM, and my server was Cristian. During my visit, I found hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. After I reported the issue, the meal was remade. However, I was still charged for the replacement meal, even though the original food was contaminated. Charging a customer for food that had hair in it is disgusting and shows a lack of accountability. The service was also extremely slow, and I personally witnessed servers coming out and picking their noses, which made the situation even more concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. I called the restaurant afterward to speak with a manager. The manager refused to get on the phone and instead had my server tell me there was “nothing they could do” because I had already paid and the food was remade. No apology, no refund, and no effort to correct the situation. I have been a long-time customer, but this experience was handled poorly from start to finish. Hair in food is a serious issue, and the way management dismissed it was unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I waited 30 minutes for a potato with veggies nothing extreme, just wanted something light and "fast", but when it came out it was incorrect THE FIRST TIME. Proceeded to wait nother 15-20 minutes then just got a refund. Slow service and honestly I'm happy I didn't patronize this restaurant, it smelt funny.

I went here on on November 30th. I was seated in a area where no was but me. The atmosphere was bland although the server was cordial. The food was a disaster. I ordered a dinner size Texas fajitas. These folks brought me some nasty looking mushy vegetables with 3 over cooked pieces of thinkey sliced chicken and steak and 6 shrimp. The rice was disgusting, the beans were disgusting. I immediately asked for a manager and told him I did not want them to remake the order. I just left. I will never come back.

I just ordered from here over the phone hoping that it would have been better. How is this place still open and the Grade rating is a 75. This was the reason before on why I kept getting sick. Because if you read this carefully. They have failed to separate and protect food from certain chemicals. 😕
