Felt welcome upon entering. Employees were friendly. Salad and pizza selection was good and refilled as necessary. Employee was constantly cleaning while we were there.

The price was great . The pizza tasted very good. Just not much toppings. Mostly crust. The salad bar had lots of choices to make a nice salad.

This was and will always be a great place to go have unlimited pizza salad and dessert for such an affordable price I wish. It was more of them but I'll keep going to the highland location it's pretty good here just a lil travel time

It's great for a cheap buffet, which isn't common at all anymore, and you can customize your own pizza. Cici's gets a lot of bad rep but honestly I dont know why. It's good food for the price and all you can eat

I love the manager attitude here! She was pleasant and professional and think her name was Angie. Only thing I have to say is you got someone thats complaining about doing two jobs Bussing tables and dishes to the customer while they eating talking about they need to pay them for two jobs!Then you got the Caucasian girl cooking pizza talking about these people around here greedy!I thought this was a all you can eat. People need to be mindful of what they say around others that's .make you lose a customer. There is no telling how many people haven't heard this numerous amounts of time whatever happened to promote your job instead of trying to run the customers off

Second experience was significantly better than our first. Food was hot, staff was friendly and drinks were cold. Definitely will be coming back during the lunch hour.

We stopped in about 5pm on Friday, so it was pretty busy, but the staff as on their game. The buffet line stayed stocked with pizza, and they made great effort to keep silverware, plates, and cups clean. They made their best effort at keeping things clean, despite the great influx of people. Most of the pizza was good. A couple were a little weird tasting, but that may have been just my personal tastes. At least one of the pizzas was only slightly undercooked. Overall, there is nothing extra special about this Cici's, but there's nothing wrong with it, either.

It's not as good as it used to be. I don't think I will be back. I don't feel like it was worth the money for the food and service. Could have taken the family somewhere nicer.

Wasn't the best on the night we went. The salad bar wasn't the greatest, the pizza fresh but stale, if that makes sense. Restaurant wasn't the cleanest. Every place has bad nights, we went on a Saturday night so it's to be expected that things wouldn't be perfect. I'd be willing to give them another try since all Cicis are one of my favorite pizza chains. Keep in mind, this was my first time at this location on a busy night so rating is based off of that

Not generally a good experience for seniors because the kids run around & almost trip me up. I liked the $4.99 "permanent" drink cup, which allowed free soda or iced tea till end of 2023. That made the buffet an even better value, since drinks are normally around $2 extra. I hope they will offer the drink promo again for 2024. The extra savings kept me & my friends coming. Salad bar is fair; they just don't keep the lettuce tray & salad dressing bottles filled in a timely manner. They are a pizza restaurant, but pizza is their WORST offering. They don't put fresh out often enough, so they are always cold & usually several empty pizza trays. The chicken soup is very good & very HOT. Like with the other items, they need to make sure the soup pot isn't all the way down at the bottom. Floors are always sticky, so it would be nice if they clean them up. Please bring back brownies. They haven't had them in a lon-nnng time. Or jello would be nice. UPDATE, Feb 5, 2024: Back at Cici's again today for their $4.99 buffet special. That does not include drink, so I paid $7.77 for buffet & drink. Salad bar MUCH better today. Salad tray kept full, thousand island dressing bottle was full. Better selections today including beets, green olives, & corn. They haven't had beets in a few weeks, at least on the days I was there. They always have black olives but don't have green olives all the time. Today is the first time I've seen corn. Pizza is so-so today, but I'm really not big on pizza anyway. Floor a little better; at least I'm not sticking to the floor when I walk. Cinnamon rolls a little overcooked today, a little bit hard. They brought in a new game machine today, but if you want to play, you'll have to wait till they fill it with toys. $4.99 promo is Monday & Tuesday only, so they'll have it again tomorrow & next Mon & Tues. A black woman on 11/11/25 in the Plaza store in Memphis told me I could not sit in the dining area unless I spent a.certain amount.....I had not even put in my order when she asked me if I was with the gentleman in front of me.....He was white and I am a fair skinned black woman...I was NOT with him. She also mentioned they had a 55 and over done in price ........I asked her if she was still in the 60's....Then the manager came out and he seemed to not know much either......This occured about 2::30 pm on the above date...I told both of them I would NOT be back...

I would regularly go to this location for lunch. When I was there on 2/3/2026 as I was going to leave I saw a roach crawling along the buffet. I will not be returning.

I honestly regret coming here. The pizza I got looked and tasted so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. What made it worse was how dismissive and rude the manager was when I tried to express my concern. It really made me question how this place is run. I would never recommend it, especially if you care about cleanliness and respectful service.
