Even when they were super busy they were still very patient with my family's complicated order and didn't even look irritated when my ma kept messing up the credit card number. They were fast and the food was good, and my ma totally got someone's number it was awesome

Personal pan pizza is awesome! One of their delivery drivers is a little derpy but the colored hair makes it quirky. Made the food fast.

Although I was running a lil behind, they were on time. The cashier was friendly and my pizzas were hot, ready and most importantly; CORRECT!

Pizzas have been correct, with proper amounts of toppings, and great, since the new manager arrived!

I ordered pizza for a hungry classroom of kids today and our order was accurate, delicious, and our doordash driver was amazing.

Placed an order tonight inspite of the reviews because I like to try things for myself, here's how it went....Phone call to place order, the employee was very pleasant on the phone, they stated it would be about 25-30 minutes for pick up, it was ready about 20ish minutes after placing the order,(I'm sure if it was during peak hours, it may be a little longer, but would be expected), customer service was great when we walked in. Got home food was hot and pizza and sticks were good. We will order again with them!

Saturday is our pizza night. Last week we ordered Dominos, spent $70 for pizzas that were burnt and cold and a delivery time that exceeded 90 minutes. We ordered Pizza Hut last night. Pizza was arrived in just under 30 minutes. It was hot and cooked to perfection.

Every time I order from this location. My food is fresh and ready in time. I love that I am able to use my points for free food. I just love it

I refused to spend my money here for months due to the poor service and their inability to get an order correct. I broke down and ordered from them a couple of weeks ago and again tonight. I was very impressed with the service I received, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was good and exactly what we ordered, thank you for turning it around!

Whenever I'm in Oakland to get my hair cut at Amy's Hair It Is, I stop here to get a couple of personal pan pepperoni pizzas to go. They are quick and make them while you wait.

Yum yum. This was one of the best pizzas I had ever gotten from The Hut. I recommend trying this location.

The new management is slipping into the old management's bad habits. Not a surefire way to conduct business. The old management's bad habits caused me to stop ordering from Pizza Hut.

Food was real good. In MY opinion, I wish they could add a little more cheese and spread it out evenly. My pizza was a little light on one side.

Tried to use points in the app to order boneless wings and it did not work. Store could not help.

Their pizza's are hit and miss, I usually take it home and put it in the oven for a few more minutes.

I love Pizza Hut but one of my pizza was not make right and the cinnamon sticks was not cooked all the way.

Training! Got the pizza raw and the property look dull and dingy. Brighten the lighting to show cleanliness to be able to attract business.

we order apple pies every time we order pizza and they are awesome and there are always 6 in the box. there were only 5 this time. it is hard to share one of those.

Properly cook the pizza. I know this was a Saturday night and you were very busy, but my hand tossed pizza crust was like eating dough. It really needed more time in the oven.

Get more staff about to help customers. I am not from Oakland, so I called to make sure where they were located. I asked about placing an order and was told she was the only one there and preferred I ordered online. I ordered 2 Big Boxes online. When I arrived I called to let them know I was there. The phone switched over to the answering service. The answering service said they would let the store know I was there. I waited approximately 10 minutes when I noticed customers going in the store. I then went in the store and notice 3 people working in the store. The lady at the counter apologized and said she was trying to train people and run the store. It would be nice if more than 1 experienced person was in the store, especially at lunch time on a Saturday.

This store is skimping on the amount of product they're putting on the pizzas, it was difficult to find the onions, the bell peppers

Apparently cheese on a pizza is supposed to be brown, not bubbly and not burnt. Prepare for the bubbly guts as well

I just ordered 2 pizzas for 5.99 each. (12$ plus tax.) She said I could get thin or hand tossed. I chose hand tossed. She said they were out of hand tossed, but I could get pan pizza instead. I said ok. Then she said, " ok, that will be a dollar extra per pizza." I asked why and she said because I ordered pan pizzas and they were a dollar more. I said, "but I ordered hand tossed and you said you were out of hand tossed." She said, "Doesn't matter. That will be 18.65."

the dough on pizza and cheese sticks was still raw or just flat out not cooked the full length needed. had to cook ot fully though myself in our oven.

well you could call the person when something they ordered is not in stock instead of just sending ordered with out it and telling the customer they did not order it. tell the delivery guy to not push the door open when the customer is trying to close the door and not to argue with the customer.

You didn’t have 2-liter Pepsi so I had to get a different drink. Pizza was alright but the cheese sticks the two edge ones didn’t have hardly any cheese on them so all I saw was bread.

Pizza was ok. It’s almost impossible to get a pizza in under 2 hours. I thought maybe mid day would be better. I got at text at 2:37 and the driver showed up at 3:13. The location is 9 minutes away. The box was squished, and the cheese was stuck to the lid. The driver said “thanks for the tip” as they were turning around. I said I wanted no contact but that didn’t happen either. I’m not sure if the driver knew I did tip on my card.

The orders should be checked before it is sealed. I paid 49.90 for my order and the pizza was incorrect cheese only and my breadsticks were plain no seasoning on them. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, bacon bits, beef n pepperoni. Had to drive back to get my order and it took longer for me to get it since the store was busy. Smh

Raw chicken wings that were used on behalf of my rewards which made them free but something told me to open the chicken before i bit into it. I contacted their corporate and Tabitha contacted via email with a dry response saying she will give my points back and I asked her to give me a discount for inconvenience but nothing was given not to mention that my points are still missing! This is my last time ordering.

I ordered a Detroit style pizza. They one with the sauce on the top. I went and picked up the pizza and brought it home. When I opened it up there was no sauce on top or anywhere. I called the restaurant and they told me to bring it back up there and they would but sauce on it. So I guess if you want me to recommend pizza hut then get my order right and then not tell me to comeback to the store to put sauce on it.

I may never eat at the Oakland,TN location again. The pizza was tasteless and the service was about the same.

I ordered a large supreme pan pizza with a $10 coupon, thank God, because it would have been over $16 We were so hungry for their pizza. Was hoping my last pickup was just a bad cook & was looking forward to this. When I picked it up I thought they gave me a medium because it was so small. Was really hungry for a good Pizza Hut pizza but was very disappointed when I got home with it. There was hardly any sauce, cheese, or any of the toppings you get on a supreme! I was very disappointed & won't be getting it again. I'll stick with Milano's in Somerville,TN. A large pizza is large & you get plenty of toppings & delicious homade sauce. Pizza Hut used to be yummy but seems they have decided to down size everything with their pizzas. Miss what you used to be! 😓😓

The guy brought me someone else's food and receipt told me it was mine and when I told him that wasn't my name he through it on the ground and slid it under the counter. My husband ordered pizza and paid 45 min later they called and the supervisor said he wasn’t going to let him only delivery driver deliver our pizza. It was all because he didn’t want to clean while the driver was out delivering orders. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with them

I ordered two pizzas. They were both undercooked. The center of the pizza was raw dough. The pineapples were hard. The pizzas were inedible. I called the Pizza Hut in Oakland were I purchased the pizzas. I was told there was nothing they would do and the woman who answered the phone was rude, crude and sociably unacceptable. I will not order another pizza from this location or any other Pizza Hut. Because my experience of what was said and how it was said to me over the phone was just that devastating. If I could I would not have given any stars. I was forced to click a star so that I could post my review.

Every time I call to order pizza it takes someone minutes to pick up the phone. They always act like you’re inconveniencing them when you call. Lots of uncalled for attitude. I live 1 mile from Pizza Hut and it always takes an hour or more for our food to arrive. When I asked why it takes so long to arrive “I don’t know” was the answer with lots of attitude. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Workers were high as a kite when I called in order and picked it up. When placing order I was told they couldn’t remove mushrooms from a uncooked pizza?!?! We never received our order. When we called to check on it, we were initially told it was delivered. When we assured them it had not, we were passed to a manager. She then told us the driver had knocked and called with no answer, so she told the driver to bring the order back to the store. Neither happened. We were a once per week customer. No more!!

This pizza hut needs to shut down. The staff doesn't know how to make a pizza half of my slices of a large pepperoni with extra cheese" because they never put enough cheese or sauce" had NO CHEESE on them. This happens everytime I order I keep hoping maybe they will get better and they haven't. This Pizza Hut needs a new staff that knows how to properly make a pizza. Oh yea they never answer the phone NEVER. Dominos and Milano's will get my business. Come on man do better

The website states they deliver. I placed my $73 order then received a call from that location stating they are not delivering at this time. I told him I needed to cancel the order and before I could tell him that I did not have transportation, he said "K" and hung up. And the $73 charge was not cancelled. So now I have to call them and have them refund me the money because the employee was too ignorant to listen.

I ordered amd paid for a pizza online and it was set a 6:30 pm pickup. I arrived around 6:20 pm and went inside to see if my pizza was ready early. It wasn't, which is ok, but the gentleman behind the counter said it'd be ready in about 4 minutes. I said I'd wait in my car and he said he'd wave at me when it was ready. 6:35 pm comes, and no wave, but the store got busy so I figured the gentleman didn't get a chance to wave me in. I go inside and wait in line. The same gentleman from earlier helps me, and goes to get my pizza. But he can't find it. Somewhere between 6:20 and 6:35 they lost my pizza's and it's been approximately 24 hours and I'm waiting on my refund.

The breading was also soggy...absolutely disgusting...Then we grabbed a slice of pizza...the "crust" was severely underbaked and soggy. So much so that it was literally wet. When we picked a piece up, it was completely limp and floppy. Insanely unappetizing! We even went as far as taking a bite. Immediately was disgusted at how mushy it all was, and the sauce didn't even taste right! It was just an incredibly disappointing experience..the only thing that was right was the other half of our wings had the correct sauce on them...which is not saying much. We will absolutely never ever go back again.
