I was having an emotional day and he reminded me that there are angels in everyday life everywhere. He wears glasses and has a kind smile thank your urban bird give him a raise.

There was a rude lady complaining about the wait time, and once she gotten her food she ask for sauce only to be told try cost. The worker hesitately gave her some. I feel bad for them and hope for the best they was busy and tried to keep composure though the entire time. They need a raise fr for dealing with so many people. Food was great

Today, Our Heavenly Father gave me the opportunity to feed one of my brothers, a gentleman named Chris. I suggested Urban Bird to him, and his face lit up with joy. Upon entering, I immediately felt like I was exactly where I was meant to be, in The Father’s perfect timing. The individuals working the counter—Cuatro and Sammy—were so helpful, friendly, and full of the Spirit. While ordering, we conversed in both Spanish and English, and they graciously accommodated me as I continue learning the language. This experience of being able to give what has so freely been given to me filled me with joy and reminded me of the promises made to us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🕊️🤲🏽🤲🏿🕊️

Everytime I walk in the store, Ms.Stephanie the manager already knows my order, and she is very attentive to detail. I’d come back to this establishment over and over for the level of service and ofcourse the food. And it’s HALAL!

Food was freshly cooked and the front desk cashier Patrica was very friendly. She even took our tray and trash and threw it away for us. Urban chicken is probably THE best chicken sandwich I’ve had. Dave’s hot chicken can’t touch their sandwich. If you like spicy chicken sandwiches, def get the Nashville hot flavor (my fav) for a less spicy experience go with mild (my wife’s fav). We dined in and everything was clean as well. Would def recommend 10/10.

When you first walk in you are greeted with a smile and a very clean atmosphere. The Buffalo Mac Fry's was absolutely delicious. The chicken tender sandwich was also very good because the coleslaw was very fresh. I made myself an Arnold Palmer and it was great. The staff was very friendly and happy so we will definitely be stopping by again. If you're looking at trying something new, then please check this place out. You will not leave disappointed.

Food was solid!!! I ordered the tenders Sando Nashville hot combo with the hot Cheeto Mac n cheese. Everything was on point and couldn’t have asked for better food. Staff was friendly and helped me as it was my first time. Definitely a spot to hit up again when in the area!!!!

This was a great place to stop and eat. The Thai fighter fries are the best. I loved the chicken and the Nashville hot chicken. The staff was great and I really enjoyed this meal.

Food matters more than experience to me but my experience was unnecessarily bad. It my first time here and the front staff person was very unwelcoming. I had to keep promoting to get questions asked and she just kept pointing to the menu. No smile. Just a flat and confused look. I love hot chicken, so I ordered anyway. The setup of the restaurant was weird with a front register but a side where it seemed you could order also and watch the the food prep, but the staff was unhelpful, so I sat down and waited for my food. It was actually pretty good. The tenders were big and juicy. The fries were just okay. I don't think I'll return though. The food wasn't outstanding enough to override the poor service.

Terrible the cashier up front doesn’t understand a lick of English sadly. Made ordering so hard not a single one from the crew speaks good English. Also I ordered some toasts when I got home I saw that the cook pressed all his fingers onto it this is terrible. Location on I-10 I think is much better gon try it next time. This the second time they mess up my order here just hire a cashier that speaks English atleast so they know what I’m trying to order. I didn’t even eat the toast cause it looks disgusting

I hate to leave a negative review but everytime i’ve come to this Urban Bird my food takes around 20-30 minutes to come out. I decided to show up for my lunch break yesterday and there was only 2 people ahead of me and no one else but my food still took around 30 minutes to come out. I don’t think i’ll be coming back due to the lack of speed/effort to get the food pushed out in a timely manor.

Everything about this place is disgusting. I watched the COOK SNEEZE ON THE FOOD at the line where the prepare everything. All the toppings. When I walked in the women were saying how he just sneezed on everything then I look and he did it again. I paid for my food online but when I saw that I immediately wanted a refund when I requested it the guy at the front said they don’t give refunds? That’s not stated anywhere. I paid $25 for no food and all they did was write an “incident report” I’ve yet to get a refund/ call from the manager (who was not there at the time of the incident). Will never see me here again
