That was the fastest I have ever gotten food from Jack in the Box. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. This is a great improvement over the last few times I have been there.

Lately food has been cold. When we first started coming here food was hot Katelyn the cheese on Supreme Croissant is not even melting. Barely room temperature.

There's a clown that lives in the toilet in the men's room. Swear ta God. Great ketchup in a packet fantastic, I usually go there and pop 12 or 15 ketchup pacckets in my mouth, serious salads all jokes aside the salads are amazing!

Drive thru employee at window was very nice, tacos were the best I've had at a Jack in the Box in a VERY LONG time, chicken sandwich was crispy and cooked perfectly, Dr Pepper tasted better than other location's as well! Overall the best service and food out of ALL locations we've been too!!!

I tell you what Jesse and Jesus are freaking amazing they make me and my family feel amazing. Now I have never felt more respected then when I go here. They are aware of my Military service and have helped me while in transit to an event for Toys for Tots. These gentlemen deserve a healthy raise their level of work and hospitality go farther then anyone should ever expect. Jesse and Jesus I hope your Corporate office see this and recognizes you for your hard work.

Today Alana turned around my feelings of frustration with this place and my desire to always avoid it. Her super positive and super polite attitude was awesome. Great fast service and the desire to show me you guys care and to get me to return as well as leave happy was SUPER surprising at a fast food restaurant. Thanks awesome drive through lady Alana I hope to see you soon! Had a lady set my food outside the door last week during super late night. Got in her feelings because I wouldn't pay for sauce she offered me after I had already paid and she gave me the wrong size drink and fries even though I mentioned it 4 times politely and refused to fix it. Had me pull up to wait for my food even though I was the only one there and then set it outside the door on the ground. Who does that. Too bad because all my other experiences here had been positive and I live a few blocks away.

We only see Jack in the Box restaurants when we travel, so we don't have the option to eat there often. We had never eaten at Jack in the Box as a family, so we stopped there for something different. Unfortunately I can't say that it was our first stop, but thankfully the lines were really long at the first place. We had seen an ad, so after we left the first restaurant due to the line, we drove to Jack in the Box. We walked in to order and use the restrooms. The staff was nice and addressed us quickly. We ordered our food, and it was prepared quickly and accurately. We all enjoyed our food from Jack in the Box.

I love that they're open 24/7 and you can order anything on the menu no matter the time of day. Breakfast for dinner or lunch, lunch or dinner for breakfast.....easy breezy. And the new menu items Jack keeps coming out with is great and the prices affordable. They want you to be happy and satisfied. They want you to come back.

I always go to Jack in the Box for two things - their chicken ranch club sandwich (I believe that's the name? It escapes me for now) and their egg rolls. Everyone I know says their egg rolls are better than any asian takeout place, and I have to say I agree! Especially in their ranch. As a ranch fanatic, Jack in the Box ranch is 10/10. And their chicken sandwich is hearty, filling, and delicious. The one downer for me will always be the fries, however. Curly or French, the fries always disappoint, unfortunately. Maybe one day I'll come around to them.

I would give a better rating if I had received better customer service. I received my order hot and fast. However when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, all the employee flatly said was the amount of my total. I gave her my card, she took it in, handed it back to me and handed me my order and then closed the window the second it reached my hand, before I could even ask for ketchup. She didn't say one word or smile the whole time. For all I know she was having a bad day or just hates her job but either way if you work in customer service you shouldn't let that affect the way you interact with customers.

Usually stop by here to get curly fries and a drink before I run my weekly errands. Today Luis (not sure on spelling) served us, he was super friendly and helpful. The people in front of us were taking a while so he went a head and grabbed our food and drinks too! Love the curly fries when they're hot and crispy!

They don't care if you have 2 different orders. They only take 1 coupon per vehicle. The food was great but my coworker was upset because she could not use a coupon with her order

There we're no drink lines hooked up to the drink machine. They put the wrong bun on both burgers i ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful the restaurant and the bathroom were clean.

Got a biscuit, sausage, egg and cheese. Got hashbrowns and a coke. The best thing was a coke. The hashbrowns tasked old or it was the grease that it was cooked in. The biscuit was so soft it fell apart when you took a bite.

Food is good for fast food. The breakfast jacks are very tasty. Only complaint is hash browns and tacos are greasy. Fast service and friendly help. Some foods on the menu are a bit expensive but mostly you get a good deal. They have a wide array of food.

They weren't really busy. The food was really greasy and it didn't really taste to great. And there public restrooms were locked so Noone could use them had to take my son to another place to use the restroom.

Husband was pleased with his sourdough Jack. My tacos were a bit on the cold side. Customer service was lacking as usual 🙄 it seems this has become the norm lately. Not sure I would go back if it were just me.

Order was correct and food was good but they have the inside CLOSED! We were taking our grand children out for our fun taco outing that we get to do once a year when they come stay with us and the dining room was closed. They have signs blaming it on a shortage of employees. We will go to another location next time. Excuses are stupid.

Stopped in here on the way to Dallas this evening. Both regular and curly fries were cold, soggy, and not cooked all the way. The drive thru speaker is being blasted over a loud speaker, making it difficult to have a conversation with the other person at my table. The burgers and tacos we got were at least good, so we didn't have to leave hungry.

When put my order in using the drive through the girl was so sharp and rude, she did not let me put the completed order, pull up to the window and she got upset when I told her that she did not let me put my order the way I want. She was rude!

Cashier did not ring order right over charged Us ,didn't even get order right.said He did not know how to refund on food then said He could not ask anybody there to help him because they did not speak English.and also there was not a manager on site.Weve been going there for over 13years but We probably be driving to Seagoville

I’ve eaten from here 5 times in 2 months because my girlfriend swears by jack in the box being so good. Every time, the buns were very clearly stale. The burger patty obviously dry to the point that 2 or 3 times, it practically was reduced to dry crumbs when chewed. This time in particular, she didn’t even finish 1/4 of her burger before we fed it to the dogs. I thought was no way it was that bad. Boy was I wrong, not just a stale bun, not only a dry patty, but it was just plain bad. I do not believe that this is all going unnoticed, and that it is likely laziness. I worked in fast food for a time, years ago, and I understand the occasional bad day, but at this rate, I’d be embarrassed to be continuously serving food of such poor quality. It really makes the prices appear unrealistically high by comparison. They should consider reducing the menu to curly fries and mini tacos, being the only things that are worth anything close to what you pay. Overall, good if you want to do something nice for your dog.

Went through drive thru and kept getting rushed to say my order. I would order one thing and couldn’t even start the next order without the little girl asking “ anything else, is that it” 1 car in the drive thru so there’s no reason to be rushing people.

We had a coupon for a milkshake, but they said the machine was broken. (Not the first time we have heard that.) We ordered chicken nuggets and chicken strips with curly fries and Dr. Peppers. Dr. Pepper was not that great. Tastes pretty flat/watery. Only one of four chicken strips was good. The others were too rubbery. The nuggets were just okay. Curly fries could’ve been better. And there wasn’t enough customer service to really grade. All in all I will not go back when there are better choices around them.

Ngl idk what I was expecting. I ask for some cheese sauce in a cup (like a side portion) and this is what I got. Paid an extra 2.50 for this. Edit- curly fries were stale and cold. There’s barely any ranch on my ranch chicken sandwich 😂 besides that, sandwich is good

Worst experience ever order tacos still frozen in middle my sour dough was so dry I could not even eat it So I called the store Mary didn't even care so I asked for the area managers # Alex is the area manager she didn't care either all she said was ok I will check into it she had no concerns about me at all. I will never go there again

Long wait in the drive-thru, order was wrong, and when I wanted to talk to someone they barely spoke English. Save your money and go elsewhere. Food was cold and un edible. They are worse than Sonics! And that's saying a lot.

This is an update the last four times I've been there they messed my order up the staff seems to have an attitude problem food all over the floor in the kitchen employees wasn't wearing their masks properly they just had it over their mouth and not cover their nose I told them about it and the replyed well when we're working it falls down is not our fault. And there was no manager there or anybody supervising these people.

The manager of this jack in the box Marabel is the worst person to run a restaurant ! Rude, does NOT care about the customer, even shorted my order, and I went inside to complain she ask me to leave. They close super early it says on the hours they close at 12 am on Sundays but they were closed by 11 pm and they are so damn rude they don’t care to let you know they’re closed night manager is so rude and disrespectful! Bad customer service over all always disappointed with them!

I ordered online and had to wait about 10 minutes to get my food. The fries were cold and was told that they make the order when I order it which was about five minutes before I got to the restaurant. Also they want to charge for the sauce.

Pulled up at 11:28pm. We were told they are closed. It clearly states that this location doesn’t close until 12pm. Lies. You should serve until at least 11:55pm…gee wiz

Disappointed that they do not participate in the dallas Mavericks free jumbo jack if they win the first quarter. Was told they only do the cowboys..how rude! Good place other than that. Still, I can't spend my money at a place that doesn't support our Dallas Mavericks! This was the first jack in the box that i have found that doesn't participate.

If I could give 0 stars I would I went there got a kids meal cheeseburger and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger I bit into the sandwich and the buns were soggy and I mean disgustingly soggy I go to get a refund and the manager Maria tries to charge me for the milk from the kids meal my toddler drank instead of giving me my full refund I told her I would like my full refund for both meals she seemingly does it but balls up my copy of the receipt and tell me they don’t give customers receipts so she doesn’t give me my return receipt or my original receipt terrible customer service she was rude from the time I came in which makes me believe they gave me terrible food on purpose and that it’s a racial thing cuz I am a black woman terrible service period even the person who I paid with Marisol wasn’t too friendly who gives someone a soggy sandwich just disgusting I still haven’t received my refund and tried to call corporate but they were closed today probably because of the eclipse

If you insist on ordering food here you will wait in line for a minimum of 30 minutes. Once you get your food they will give you old food and most of the time its the wrong order or leave they things off your order and will not answer the phone if you try to call them to complain. Lives up to the name Jack in the Crack.

At 1:02 pm today, I purchased a Jumbo Jack with cheese, fries, and large drink. I sat down and discovered a napkin dispenser that had not been wiped down in quite some time. There was a reddish-yellow substance that had hardened on the top of the metal dispenser. The burger was the most uninspiring food that I can recall eating. It screamed to me, "I'm not special...don't eat me!" I was very hungry and managed to swallow it and a few fries. Two HVAC workers came in and I felt compelled to tell them, "go elsewhere". The meat patty tasted like it had been reheated and it was not large; it should be labeled the mediocre Jack! Bottom line here is don't eat at this Jack in the Box. Place was not clean, there was damage to the wall adjacent to where customers sit. Very disappointed!

The store is absolutely foul the kitchen area was very very dirty everything that was on the floor swept into the corner to sit. Counters unclean and not one smile on anyone’s face. The bathrooms cleanliness made me sick!!!

This place is so lazy it’s unreal! I’m not even exaggerating, every time I’ve came here and ordered a shake there is ALWAYS an excuse as to why they don’t have them. I’ve been in Kaufman for almost a year and have yet to be able to have a shake from this place, that’s saying something! I guess it’s easier to say you’re out of shake mix or the machine is down so you don’t have to clean it daily 😒

The employees were very rude to me. I was given old fries & asked for hot fries, the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me & told someone else. Another girl then came to the window & I asked for hot or even warm fries & she said they didn't have any so I asked for a manager, she said there wasn't one there. I asked her for her name & she said "I don't know" & then shut the window on me & walked away.

Searched on the web for a fast food restaurant open and it appeared as still open but when pulling up to the drive thru, the lady said they were closed, I explained that I saw that it closed till 12 am and she said that they decided to close early today , which seem very odd to me. First and last time of coming here.

I hate to change my 3 year 5 star review but man I’m surprised this location is still open! Very unorganized and messed up my order. I call to inform them of the mistake and they couldn’t care less. I had to remind them to take my payment. Honestly though, I may not be as upset had the food I threw in the trash not cost me $13.51. Don’t bother calling either because they won’t make it right.

The person working the drive thru was rude, and kept asking "is that all" before we could finish giving him our order. We were feeding several people and had a big order and he just would not be patient and just listen and let us order. In the end he shorted us a burger because he kept saying we were trying to get that burger with a coupon that was for a different type of burger, which we were not. I dont know how often we will visit this restaurant.

Placed a DoorDash order WELL before they closed. My dasher got there and was turned away by the staff, saying they refuse to make my order and they aren’t making anymore orders. Not only did we spend quite a bit of money on our order, but our dasher had driven all the way from former to deliver to us in Kaufman. Why take orders if you’re going to refuse to make them?!!?? Not a way to handle a place of business!

Horrible place and the manager who can barely speak english is very rude!!!! They got our order wrong and then gave my friend an attitude and argued with her saying it was her fault it was wrong. When i called back to explain that the food was awful and one taco wasnt even cooked the manager yelled at me and told me if i didnt bring the food back we couldn't get a refund. The food went to 2 different house holds. I got the food i threw in the trash and took it back. I called corporate and health dept bc the tacos were not cooked and i was told they are already cooked before they get to the store and then they fry them. Basically it was okay for us to eat a taco that had not been fried. How is it even right that employees yell at a customer telling her that it was her fault the order was wrong when she knows that she ordered it correctly.

Only person in the drive thru and they make me wait 10 minutes to get my change back, while the guy is just standing there with my change in his hands talking to a coworker. At the second window I ask for more sauce and their response was, yeah I already put sauce in your bag.

I ordered tacos with no sauce and they gave me tacos with Alot of sauce. Then I tried calling, because I physically cannot eat the hot sauce, or I will get sick, the phone rang and rang, after about 3 or so minutes of straight ringing, Somone would pick up and hang up the line. This proceeded to happen two more times. Thanks Alot for the waste of hard-earned money.

We went through the drive-thru and my daughter ordered a Munch meal and it didn't say that there was mustard on there we had left she had ate the fries and she had opened the burger and it was mustard on it didn't take a bite of it or anything we had went back up there we had I see Lady which I'm pretty sure she was the night manager which she's always very rude if we could just trade the top bun because that's all they muster was on and she said that couldn't do that and I said well my daughter does not eat mustard she does not like mustard at all and she asked for the receipt so we gave her the receipt she said well that burger comes with mustard and I said well my daughter doesn't eat mustard and she said well that burger comes with mustard so we leave I'll go around to the deal the speaker I look at the menu of course she comes over the speaker I said mail can you tell me where indicates that that burger comes with mustard she said it's in the ingredients I said okay but can you tell me where it indicates that and she goes it's always been on there I said but it doesn't show that I don't work there so nowhere does it show that no word to the person who took our order told us that it came with mustard they didn't offer the fix the burger nothing then offer any type of help to fix the burger so my daughter was out of burger cuz she would not she would not eat it after that so I ended up taking her to Whataburger to get her a different meal and good for Whataburger because I did an amazing job so Props to them but I wouldn't recommend Jack in the Box to anybody shame on Jack In The Box and I would fire that manager she was so rude and always is I wouldn't recommend her and her anywhere for customer service she didn't try to fix it then offer to fix it I don't care if that burger comes with mustard I have worked at McDonald's and it didn't matter if a burger came with things on it not everybody likes stuff on their burgers like that and some people are allergic to things so shame on her bad customer service and I hope Jack and the Box sees this and I hope they do something about it

This was my favorite location.. but the teenagers working there are ruining it!! Slow service orders are always wrong tacos have been soggy my past two trips up there if you pay for a double you get a single burger man the list goes on and on the kids are to busy flirtying and playing around rather than doing their job

0 stars by far. I don't eat here but the one time I do which was over a month ago, someone thought it was okay to steal my card info and use it tonight while working and thought I wouldn't notice. I tried calling the store to talk to a manager and was told there wasn't one. Just the cashier and a cook. Bs! Then was told after pushing to speak to a manager that oh yeah there is one but she don't speak English. They hung up on me. Very upsetting that you have someone willing to steal from people. What if that was all I had to make it until next payday?

I tried to get the fish sandwich meal deal. They didn't have any fish sandwiches left, no big deal, I just asked for the equivalent in curly fries. I didn't check my bag, but when I got to my destination I had one box of curly fries. This isn't the first time they messed up on my order, I always get the meal deals.

This is the absolute worst jack in the box I have been to in the Dallas/Fort worth area. Just 30 to 45 min east of Dallas into Kaufman, Tx and you will be highly disappointed by their lack of customer service to their food. And if you wanted a sauce with your meal you best be ready to pay for it.

After knocking nothing so we go thru the drive thru no one ever answered menu so i pulled up waited in line of 8 cars to recieve cold food 20 minutes after it showed online it was ready cashier at window never even acknowledged me someone bagging orders had to come to the window. Shitty service.

If I could give this restaurant, no stars I would but unfortunately that is not an option. Majority of the management here is rude as hell, including Sonia. My food is always thrown and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation they let it be known that it is thrown in the bag in a dirty bag at that that their hands touch when opening them and they always have an attitude definitely will be calling corporate like I should have done a long time ago

Worst location that ive been cursed to live close to. I work late nights and frequent the Kaufman location often. Normally I order the same menu items and EVERY SINGLE TIME i pay for but NEVER get a single piece of cheesecake. I love their cheesecake but I can't seem to get the window attendant to put it in my bag. This is the last time ill go to this location in hopes to receive good service.

Closed every night early sometimes at 9 and sometimes at midnight and the drive thru is closed everynight or the other excuse from the lady managing it is their fryer is down or they only take cash also it costs extra for sauce. None of the problems existed until management changed cuz that lady is lazy. I made an order online when the app said the store was open it charged my card. I went to pick it up and no one was there working but I never received my money back. So it's OK to the owners of the store to steal apparently

Watch out with these young kids, especially the young girl named America; they legit left a long piece of hair in my sandwich. No form of care or understanding on what it takes to work in customer service. I feel sad for them. Management do better.

We came to get food late at night and when we drove off after getting our order we saw that half of what we ordered was missing so we came back to get the rest only for the manager to say they gave us all our food, which was not true! She said she saw the cook put it in a bag. I’m not saying she didn’t but she could have gave someone else our food after we left the first time not realizing or something?? The manager didn’t wanna give me my money back for what was missing. She got aggravated. I wouldn’t leave without what I ordered or my money back. I spent $30. I’m going to get what I paid for. I’m usually not a mean person but damn I’m not going to come back for nothing and start something?

Just stopped by Jack in the box got up to the window and the lady says sorry we are closed.. i mentioned it was 9:57pm.. what time do you close?? We close at 10 pm she replied. It’s 9:57 though ??? Sorry ma’am already shut everything down. WOW! Never seen business ran like that before. Baffling

I drove through at 11:04pm tonight in Kaufman, Texas. I was told there were no burgers or drinks. My only choice was french fries. When I got to the window for my french fries, I asked if they closed at 11:00. The young lady said they close at 11:30. If they don't close till 11:30pm, why are they unable to prepare a burger in 30 minutes? How can they not have any drinks? My fries were cooked fresh so why no burgers, chicken strips, nothing?

Just left the drive thru , it’s 10:15PM on a Sunday night and I see a person in there but no one came to the intercom, window or answered the phone but says open til midnight. This Jack in the box is always closed when it shouldn’t be or the grill don’t work 🙄

Just wow. Friday afternoon made the mistake to give this location one more chance with my order. The food is always old and cold, so I specifically ordered it made fresh. The employee asked "fries or patties", which I laughed and said both. That should have been the end of my order and I just went on to anywhere else. However, I had spent 20 minutes in line to get the food, and had hoped they'd at least prepare fresh food as requested. In fact they did not. The fries and the patties were old and cold, no way could they pass for fresh made. After attempting to call their location multiple times since 2/17 I went into the store today 2/20 to have my order replaced and the young lady, who claims to be one of the managers, gave me an ultimatum; I could get my food replaced or they would give me their supervisor's number and then I'd have to resolve it with them. I said that is not a good way to handle a customer service matter at which point she advised me that I was getting on her nerves and she was going to call the police. She proceeded to call the police and make a false statement to the, I know because after she followed me harassing me I also called local law enforcement. I have left a voice-mail with the number posted outside the location and now this review. I guess we will see how they choose to handle this. My advice is don't go to this location.

Pulled up at 11:32 tonight, 9/4/2024 and no one answered me at all. After sitting there for a minute or so, they turned off the order screen. I was really craving a loaded breakfast sandwich with hash browns and I am very upset. ETA: when I pulled around after the screen went off, there were two employees standing at a counter talking. One was in a purple shirt and one was in a red shirt.

Their costumer service is very bad!!!! The lady’s that work in the morning are very rude they make you feel like is a bother for them to attend you specially if you ask for ketchup or hot sauce I dont mind paying for the extras that I ask I even have to say I’ll pay for the 3 packs of sauce that your gonna give me. Is just never a good experience in the morning the lady’s in the window are just plain rude . Hopefully they get trained for a better costumer service or if they don’t like people probably the wrong place to work .

Just went thru drive thru and got home order was completely wrong, ordered a chk ranch wrap and they gave me some other kind of wrap, ordered a smash burger with meat cheese and regular onions and got a smashed burger no onion and lettuce, only thing right was the coke....doubt I'll go back again to this location.

Pulled up at 11:52 pm to order some chicken nuggets through the drive thru. Worked all day and evening and just wanted some hot food. Was told that they have already closed. I reminded them that they close at midnight but was met with the same response. Oh well, at least McDonalds was open.

In the past, I was not fond of Jack in the Box until recently. If I feel like eating fast food, I have been patronizing the establishment. On 8/1/25, I decided to treat myself to a late lunch (2:00 PM). When I arrived, the open sign was on so I proceeded to the entrance. Two women were at the door knocking trying to get in. I peek through the glass door just to find employees inside. I knocked on the door but they didn't even bother to open the door, so I left. Felt insulted so I went across 175 to whatabueger where they were happy to take my money. If people are willing to patronize your establishment, locking the door during business hours and ignoring customers is not the way to go.

My name is James and I went there last Thursday evening around 8:30 and I received the wrong order, so I had called to speak to a manager by the name of Mary-Ann and she apologized and said that I could go back again to get my correct order. I go there the following Monday and she tells me that I cannot get my correct order because they're short-staffed and closed down some hours early. I go there today on Thursday and get told the same thing by a young lady by the name of Lilian. I don't know whats going with the situation there, but it's fair to the consumers to have to wait on a restaurant to get there business together. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION... AND ALL OF THE OTHER EVIEWS HERE, SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!! After ordering through the drive through, I drove up to the first window to pay. I handed the cashier exact change. The CASHIER dropped some of the money that was handed to her. Five cents, to be exact. I told her thank you and drove to the next window as my truck was to close to the building to assist her in getting the change that SHE dropped. She proceeded to come the second window, demanding the 5 cents that SHE dropped. I apologized and told her I was unable to grab it for her. She again, demanded the five cents be paid before my food would be given to me. Mind you, I work for the School district here in Kaufman and only have a 30 minute lunch break of which she wasted a good 10 minutes of, demanding the money that she had dropped in the first place and then proceeded to tell me that "Im going to need that 5 cents" I dug another 4 cents out of my cup holder (the only change I had) and told her that was all the cash I had. She was completely unprofessional and rude in telling me that the 4 cents would not suffice and that I needed to pay the whole 5 cents. I eventually told her to just take my debit card and run it for the remaining 5 cents because I was running out of time. Now, I'm not entirely sure which merchant service is used, but it typically cost an establishment about 30 cents to run a debit card which would completely defeat the purpose of collecting the 5 cents from my debit card. She ran it anyway, for the 5 CENTS!! I normally go out of my way to AVOID eating at this location because of the typical rude encounters I have at this establishment. This is the ONLY Jack in The Box that I EVER have these kind of issues at. I will not be back and I will be sharing my experience on social media platforms for others because after speaking with some of my co-workers, apparently I am not the only one that has this kind of experience there, more often than not, and it is completely uncalled for. I wish I would have gotten the girls name but I was so infuriated I didn't think about it at the time. When I finally got to sit down and eat my lunch, it was cold and stale...

Greatly disappointed, grabbed 2 breakfast combos. Eating on the go my coworker ate Hera but as I was halfway through mine I notice the greenish color. Looks like they used expired product or not properly kept and got mold. My coworker is unsure if Hers was moldy too. Place has been going downhill. Food not as good anymore and apparently now it’s moldy

We were told the lobby is closed.....perhaps just to us. The people that were here were not told to leave but we were originally told we couldn't even order. The guy behind us in line was not told the lobby was closed either. I want an answer from corporate as to how a franchise can use the jack name and run this location so badly.

Placed an online order, when I went to pick it up the guy told me he couldn't make my drink how I wanted (I brushed it off) and then he proceeded to rush me through the line, didn't ask if I wanted any sauce just closed the window and walked away after handing me my stuff. I went back asked for ranch which was the only sauce I wanted and he tried to charge me,then reluctantly gave me one after I said he put a bunch of sauce I didn't ask for in the bag. Once I got home I saw my order wasn't even right. If you cant even get fastfood right what are honestly good for in life, it's not that hard.
