Literally one of the best taco bells I've went to I can gladly say I drove 200 miles to try it and loved it and please do check out the thrift store above she's awesome

Our visit here was good no issues or problems, the food was made relatively quick which was awesome because we were hungry, the food really good. Overall the visit was good it would be nice if some of the food locations had drive through but it is what it is we were able to get what we needed and got back on the road Thank you!

We are the only customers at the Taco Bell at time we order. We were in and out in less then 7 minutes. Worker were friendly and nice.

Small but good. They were good attendants, not expensive at all and tasty. If you go, just order what you want. The orders are not that big, carefull with that. It have veggie stuff so that's good too.

Let me first state, generally speaking, I hate Taco Bell. I've only ever gotten sick from eating at a restaurant three times in my life, and all three were Taco Bell related. That said, this location is very good. The staff is phenomenal - friendly, fast, courteous and very accommodating to special orders. The food is as good as you can expect from Taco Bell, and given the insane business of the ONLY FAST FOOD in Kings Beach, they do one hell of a job keeping up. Honestly, if it just wasn't Taco Bell I'd probably give them 5 stars.

Taco bell is Taco Bell.... What u see is what u get! Is it really authentic Mexican food? Probably not but it's fast food Mexican style and that's okay! It's pretty good overall. I like the spicy tostadas. and the spicy potato tacos. The spicy tostadas have a really tasty chipotle sauce and you can add green onions which I like to do. I wouldn't recommend eating a whole lot of Taco Bell but it's good once in a while! This location is an Express Taco Bell but I saw no difference on the menu board, perhaps its because they have no bathrooms or no drive-thru. PARK IN THE REAR.

However, they are fast and the food is just as good as any other taco bell. I'd stop here if you plan to walk in and want to take it back to the beach or don't mind the tight inside seating.

Was told to use the kiosk to order. No one was in line no one was in drive through and he still did not want to help me by entering in my order on cash register. Instead he told his employee to stop throwing out the trash( his job) and take my order, mind u it's empty. So he stops and comes to help me at register. Wile the other guys just pretends to be to busy. Just go in the drive through and make Shure it's right. They usually forget my crunchy taco or the been burrito if not both. It tastes like taco Bell but there is definitely room for Improvement in the customer service department.

Decent food because its Taco Bell, but the employees didnt make the nachos right. Paid 3 dollars extra for chicken we didnt get. Asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. No extra guac. No jalapeno sauce. Not great. Also forgot to give us drinks.

This location has no restroom for customers?! I didn't even know that was legal in California. Very dirty restaurant, inside and outside. The employees were just sitting in the booth and lying on the counter while most tables were dirty. They also got my order wrong the first time. The food was fresh and tasted good.

Ordered online. Very disorganized. Upon pick up 5 workers could not figure out where my order was. 2 times I was asked if the bag on the counter was mine. Both times I said it was their job to know what was what. They handed me to bags ans sent me on my way. 10 minutes latet, I realized I did not get the soda I was suppose to get with my order.

Employees were slow and sloppy so it took 1 hour to get my food. Honestly everything was cold and soggy. Would not recommend.

Love Taco Bell but this has to be the worst location. I’m local and they mess up our order literally every single time we go. I cannot stress enough you need to check your bags before you leave.

This would have 0 stars of I could. The only rude people I have ever met in the Lake Tahoe area. I asked if I could use the restroom while my husband was ordering. They told me no and that I can cancel my order and walk out. I left crying because they were so horrible to me. I heard someone mutter "f*** you" as we were leaving.

Would give zero if possible. Lady made the wrong food when I asked for the meat one she refused to remake it waste of money and time.

After the longest day in the year they decided to close 15 minutes early and locked a whole group of people out on 4th of July. The weird part is they still had customers in the store and they let in only a couple people…..

Bad service, bad food, and obnoxious locals. Just keep driving. Probably give them the one finger salute on the way by, but that’s up to you.

Was literally dancing while playing my order thinking I'd be able to piss immediately after. They obviously have one for employees. I don't blame them tbh. They probably make minimum wage and probably couldn't care less if the customer is happy or not. Had to piss in a bush nearby and would've pissed on their property if I could've gotten away with it. Avoid this joke of a place.

They wouldn’t even refund me, and I tipped well on the app! Straight up theft. How is this location still open. Reported to their corporate office. DO NOT COME HERE.

I got my food it was pretty quick when I got my food I sat on a chair. Then I was half way through my food. I got up noticing that there was brown stains all over the chair and I noticed there was stains on my 👖. I rushed to the restroom room and to notice a puddle of fecal matter on the floor. The food was pretty good overall but the maintenance could be better.👨🏾‍🌾👨🏾‍🌾👨🏾‍🌾

This business advertises they close at 10pm, but has been closed 40 to 50 minutes early every single night I've tried buying food here after work. I've also ordered food online at much earlier hours and shown up to locked doors with full staff behind the counter, and a hand written note on the door saying that all online orders will be refunded. Ive never been refunded a single time. Hands down the worst business I think I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with, don't waste your money here, as it seems that this place makes it profit on scamming people....

There is 2 ladies running the whole show in that store without A/c. We sat for 50 minutes waiting to find out our order is not on the list due to error on the kiosk. I really feel for these workers. But the store is definitely a joke how its operated. Not recommend

They were technically still open but they turned multiple people away BEFORE they closed. This has happened a couple of times and we are so disappointed. We offered to pay more and they still said they had nothing but let DoorDash in but we tried to place an order 30 minutes before

I have never been so disappointed in a local company! When I knocked on the door the employee looked at me and dismiss me immediately. As a local professional I would personally be embarrassing and Appalled at a staff so poorly run! I hope that this location can truly adhere by normal hours and be properly run by a true owner! It was embarrassing!

For online orders like DoorDash and Uber Eats, they don’t give us a turn at all. This is unfair, and they treat Dashers very badly. They are also very picky.
