I ordered a kids meal with an ice cream cone, along with a Market Salad with apple cider vinaigrette, with charred tomato crispy red bell peppers. When I got home, I realized I was missing the ice cream cone, the salad dressing, and the chard tomato crispy red bell peppers. I called the store and spoke with a manager who was incredibly friendly and apologetic. She immediately offered to replace my salad and give me an ice cream cone the next time I came in, which I really appreciated. I let her know I was heading back mainly because I needed the apple cider vinaigrette for my salad. When I pulled back up, they brought out exactly what I asked for.. the dressing and toppings! BUT also surprised me with a cookie and an ice cream cone. ❤️ We all make mistakes. What matters is how they’re handled, and Chick-fil-A went above and beyond to make it right. This kind of customer service is exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you for the extra effort, the kindness, and the consistency. It truly is appreciated.
The fastest service ever!!! We ordered at the counter and our food came out right after we sat down. Absolutely amazing and of course it was hot and delicious. It will be my pleasure to visit them again soon!
Drive-thru is super slow. I would’ve gone in but there was no place to park. It’s a good thing that I really wanted chick-fil-a 😁

The re-grand opening of the Chick-fil-A on 1604 Stone Oak Parkway is always a pleasurable experience. Great staff ,service with a smile and service accountability. Not sure where they find these people to work, but I wish I had some of them at my regular 9 to 5.

My family and I have come here several times prior and the customer service is amongst the best at any of the chic filet's that I've been to. Management is awesome, and if theres any small issue the employees and managers are quick to fix it. Food is always hot and fresh and wouldn't choose to go to any other of these restaurants except this one in the 410 area. I will highly recommend this location to friends and family!
We were in an RV and showed up. We forgot that dine-in is closed so we walked to the doors. By the time we realized it was drive through only, one of the employees was already taking our order. They prioritized us and got our order out very quickly. It was probably the freshest Chick-fil-A sandwich I’ve ever had! They were VERY, VERY nice to us. On the off chance that any of you reading this are the employees at this location, I just want to thank you so much. If only I could give more than five stars!

You never can go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Service is almost perfect. I mean they do sometimes get things wrong. But for the most part they have your order right and fast. .
Well what can I say...it's chic fil-a they definitely have set new standards for the fast food industry. I used to work at a 4 diamond/star hotel and we were trained in customer service so when I go places I kinda rate their level of service and interaction and it's very rare that I am impressed. Not that I'm hard to impress but most places have little understanding of good service not only means good product but also great guest/customer interactions and these guys had it and I was pressed they asked for my name so they could address me by it. Overall great service!

This location is pretty good. I went through the drive through, and there was a long line. However, my order took less than five minutes. They had several employees assisting outside ,and everything was swift and efficient. I don't know if the dining room is open. Before covid this restaurant has always been clean and friendly. The food always comes out great!
By far favorite CFA location. Kinda sad they don’t open to dine in anymore. But it shows they do care about their team members wealth and costumers trying to keep them as healthy as possible with everything going on. Every single time I’ve gone ALL CFA angels have been so sweet and with great attitude!
No matter which location I go, we always get great service at Check Chick-fil-A. This restaurant and In-N-Out Burger knows how to treat their customers right.
The drive thru is always busy, busy especially at lunch time but the service is excellent and the line moves quickly.
Always fast service. A line backed up in the street is no big deal here. It is better then 2 cars in front of you at What A Burger. They are that quick. Always clean. The strawberry shake could possibly be the best strawberry shake ever.
This Chick-fil-A has amazing food and a great staff. Just know that the drive-through setup is a little tricky—the entrance runs right through the middle of the parking area, which can get crowded. Parking is limited if you’re planning to dine in, and since it’s located in the heart of the Medical Center, it’s usually busy. That said, they do a great job keeping things moving, and ordering online for pickup is a convenient option.

my mother and i went to grab some food and we dined in. i felt bad because we ordered about 20 minutes before closing. we were trying to kill time as we are not from here, and we were waiting to pick up a friend at the airport. we mentioned that to Javier, who was going to be cleaning the dining room, and he was so kind to let us stay a little longer. the food was really good and the service was too tier. this place definitely is one of the best chick fil a’s i’ve been to. everyone was so kind and welcoming. great job.
Clean atmosphere...... I did dine-in When received my order @ my table young lady was friendly.... My food was COLD.... went to return it and was replaced with HOT meal.... I appreciate it.
This Chick-fil-A is always busy so if you're in a hurry I would not go to this location. The drive-thru always has 10 to 15 cars and inside it's always hard to find a seat. But what can I say, it's Chick-fil-A and it has awesome food! I love their chicken strips with honey mustard dipping sauce!

This is a Very clean restaurant with kind staff, and a great management team who are COMMITTED to your satisfaction with your meal and dining experience!!! And they have an indoor playground. Bring your kids and have the confidence in what they're eating!

The drive thru line was long. So I went inside to place my order. Service was quick and the food was good.
The play area is great for kids and the noise is well contained so I didn't have to worry about my children being too loud for others. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and served. While we were waiting for our drinks, two other employees checked to make sure we had already been helped. While sitting and letting my children play I saw multiple employees offer refills to other customers as well as someone going around regularly to sweep and clean up trash and wipe tables. Overall a very friendly and pleasant experience.
Debbie was amazing! We accidentally left a phone in a booth and she kept it for us and allowed us to pick it up at closing. Great team integrity!

Debbie & Patrick as soon as we walked in greeted us! Both had wonderful attitudes and with the upmost respect Patrick was patient with us since we brought our two small children and we were a bit "picky" on what to order he even suggested us food items. Highly recommend it and restrooms where clean in men's room. my table was clean as well. They brought our food out within 10 min. Will be telling everyone about this place!

I ordered chicken sandwich and a cob salad. I specytold them 'No Bacon'. Took the order to hotel. The bacon in the sandwich. I had to come back again and talked to the manager. But seems like the manager thinks ' No big deal! Just made a new one. Chick fila needs to train the employee to listen the customer and double check when the customer request something. And the manager needs to talk to that employee who made this wrong order.
I had lunch here Mel took my order she was absolutely amazing!!!! I really do hope someone in corporate sees this she is an amazing employee just wanted to let her know she is appreciated so much...I will definitely be returning to this location bc of Mel. ❤️
Considering how busy this location gets, the experience was pretty good. The drive thru line is always super long, which actually complicates the dine-in experience because finding parking is can be a task. The food though is good and salads were fresh.
So the only complaint we have was addressed to the young lady who took our order at the drive thru. Her mike was awful...we had to keep repeating ourselves to order and because of that our drinks were wrong but we caught it at the window. When we told the young lady about the mike issue she said she has addressed it with management but has had no results. Someone should fix that for her..it puts her in am awkward position, she was very kind! Thank you!
Stopped in for a quick meal while I visited San Antonio TX. I ordered a Southwest salad with avocado ranch dressing. Tori took my order and greeted me with a smile and was very patient with me as I didn't know what I wanted at first. She explained the options as I had given her a specific request. "Just chicken no bread". I received my salad again with a smile as I watched her wait on other tables asking if everything was alright and if refills were needed. Very pleased with her professionalism. My salad, on the other hand advertises black beans and corn. I could bearly find it. It was mostly lettuce and cheese with 4 nice ripe cherry tomatoes. I did enjoy the salad but it wasn't what I expected. Over all it was a nice stop. The atmosphere was very family friendly.
Busy lunch time, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Deluxe chicken sandwich meal was hot and delicious, their sweet Tea was fresh and refreshing.
Terrible parking! Spots are limited and really narrow. It was a bit of a shock to walk in and be told take a seat someone will come to your table to get your order. The kids did enjoy the robot delivering our order.
Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich review: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Slacking on the presentation and a little weak on the pimento cheese. Therefore giving it a 4/5. Overall, the sandwich is very tasty. Good combination with the honey and jalapeños. Spice level is 2/10. If you want more spicy change the filet to a spicy one. Definitely a messy sandwich. Overall, would get again and recommend. Service was fast and easy to pick up in store.
I never thought that I'd ever give a Chick-fil-A a low rating. I will never go back to this location. Our drive-thru employee who took our order was either high or extremely exhausted. She acted extremely confused while taking our order, grunted a few times and made sounds like she was going to cop a loogie. We asked what type of soda do you have? She's said "um" about 4 times until my brother just asked her if they had a certain drink. She also got my brothers name wrong as we found out while getting our food. I am guessing they don't even tell each other the color or make of the vehicle, because a few times I saw an employee going car to car asking if this was their order. 🙄 smh
Never a terrible experience…but depending on who cooking, the chicken’s batter is “off,” per se. The flavor isn’t the same as it used to be. The fries are different now, apparently, and kind of just suck. I ask for no salt because there’s too much each time, but my request is never fulfilled.
This is usually my top location on my way to work but today was not the day I had to repeat my self more than once some how still got my name wrong no sauce which is why I go
I love chic fil a..... My order is always correct and friggin delicious 😋 until I decided to give their new mac n cheese a try... No. Just No. No! It had an extremely sharp bitter cheddar/parm flavor that couldn't have been all natural. I had bits of harden or semi burnt cheese in mine and my co-workers forced me to toss it due to the smell 👃. The usual menu options in ordered were great I'd just steer clear of the Mac n cheese unless you like that sort of thing.
I ordered a deluxe. I took 2 bites of the chicken breast, and it was gone. The bun was still hanging over there was more bun and lettuce and tomato and cheese than meat. SMH You need to do better
It is super nice that you can go up and order your food from a person instead of looking at a screen that has the menu. Unfortunately, when you do that you don't know what you're really ordering because they don't let you look at the screen
The drive thru guy was so not having it just plain. They are usually pretty welcoming and friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day... we all been there but overall its still good with the food.
On 7-30-22 went through the drive thru at the 27 NE Interstate 410 Loop in San Antonio. Ordered a #1 combo with large fries and a drink. Pulled over in the parking lot to put the sauce on it for the drive home. When I pulled out the sandwich, thought I was eating a kids chicken sandwich, the chicken breast was only a little bit bigger than the sauce container. See the photo. Is this the new normal?
Must have been a rough day for this place when I went. Chicken was dry as if it had been cooked long ago and just kept warm. The service was fast food service. It is what it is. But if you bring the food back because its awful, just make new food. Don't roll your eyes like its the first time a chick fil a had dry chicken. Be better than that dude!
Food is good people were nice but 3 people handled my food all for my to get 25 minutes home with no condiments. Checked my receipt yep says 12 Chick-fil-A sauces so wasn’t the drivethru guys fault but 3 people handled it and didn’t check that’s super annoying
Went through the drive thru one morning for breakfast at around 8am. Had some extra time before heading to work to pick up breakfast. Heard chick fila has great breakfast menu items. So figured I'd check it out. Pulled up to a empty drive thru wasn't sure they were open, no one greeted me at the speakers box, once someone came on they took my order, seemingly sounding annoyed, which surprised me. Because every chick fila I've been to employees have always been super nice and friendly. Got my food fast, when to work and my breakfast muffin was burnt, it making the whole sandwich tasting burnt, even on the side that wasn't. Sadly it ruined it for me, couldn't eat it. I know things happen sometimes and we all have off days. I hope the staff that morning had better days after that day. I know that's not the chick fila standard, I forgive them and hope it got better for them. We are human, all of us.
Saw a woman that I assume was the manager unprofessionally yell at her co worker while me and my family were eating. It was going perfectly smooth until that weird outburst. The poor girl left visibily upset. She didn't even look like she was clocked in with makes the moment very akward. She was sitting minding her business and waiting for her food while the lady came aggressively at her. I hope chick-fil-a looks into this more and does something about that weird interaction. I don't think I'm going to bring my family back into this establishment. Because working or not thats NOT how you treat a human being.
I normally am pleasantly surprised by the Chic-fil-a service buth this place was a MAJOR let down. The drive thru attendant took my order so fast it felt very rushed, got my food and lo and behold the #1 that wasnt supposed to have cheese HAD CHEESE, I went in to have the order fixed and when I got home realized they didnt give me the cookie I ordered but sure did charge me for it! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! GO TO THE JACK IN THE BOX DOWN THE STREET
I went to this chick fil a tonight. When I pulled in the drive way, one of the ladies told me to go to one lane so I did. While I was driving down the lane that I was told to. The lady that was working that lane decided that she didn’t want to take my order. So she decided to switch with the other lady that was working the other lane. I didn’t want to do this but! I am going to say that she was or is racist. So my family and friends are officially done with all chick fil a

Ordered a combo meal togo, got home just a few blocks away. the fries were horid, the clearly had been sitting for a while and redipped in the fryer to warm them back up. They were rubbery and tough and the edges were so crunchy it actually hurt to bite into them. The fried chicken sandwich was cold inside and they did not put any Pickles on it. You cal even see how bad the fries were cooked. Avoid the location on 410 by North star mall.
I am very upset with my experience today !! No fork and no straw … I understand y’all are busy but that’s apart if y’all’s job you make sure that your paying customers get what they need ! I worked a 12 hour shift and finally get a lunch and then have to eat with my fingers because I expected to get what I needed in my bag especially when the lady at the window says yes everything is in the bag .. so please next time check the bags before they go out , and next time I will definitely check my bag .
I honestly love this place, however, this is like the 4th time where every single time I order a salad, its made wrong. Either they miss extras they I "Pay" for such as bacon and blue cheese crumbles, or they just use the chicken they feel like. I ordered breaded nuggets for my salad, somehow ended up with grilled. I'm tired of calling to get it fixed. Here is my permanent review. Also, please start giving receipts at time of payment so we can check if the order was recorded correctly. I get the receipt with the food so I just drive away thinking I can trust. But time and time again, trusting has led to my eating food I don't want and didn't order.
Out of all the locations I been to, this one was the dirtiest and only dirtiest one I been to. Gave it a second chance, but the guy who took my order looked like he came into work high on weed. He was in his own world when taking my order. I ask for a chik fil la sandwich with lettuce and tomato and he charged me for the deluxe without cheese which I didn’t want because it cost more and I informed him what I wanted, but seemed to ignore me and do it his way anyways so I was overcharged. He never mention what sauces I wanted and moved really fast to checking me out to move on. He also forgot my fries so I had to order those again and they sent them to the wrong table after so he went to the table and took the fries while the people weren’t looking and gave them to me. Not very professional about the situation.
Morning staff is rushing through. My food came out a mess and didn’t give me any condiments I requested. I think they need better customer service
ordered a grilled chicken sandwich today it was very un fresh and not hot. the tomato slices were so old and tasted like old water.
So...Its been a while since I've come to this location. Hoping for a different outcome I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 salads got back to the office and NO salad dressing. Who is responsible for ensuring an order is correct before sending it out to the customer? I should've known to check prior to leaving since this has happened before at this same location. I'm done with this location.
My mom and I were in the drive through line just shy of an hour. If I had a choice, I would have left the line but was trapped by the retaining walls. Got in line at 10:05. Got my food at 10:58. Horrible drive through service.
You can ALWAYS count on this location to get at least 1 thing wrong on your order everytime. They rush and don't listen to what the customer orders, don't repeat the order back and then act stupid when you tell them the order is wrong. Do Better People! It's not like this job is that hard.
I’ve never had a bad experience at a chick fil a before until I came here. Came in the morning & The cashier Adriana was extremely rude off the bat, non welcoming place, couldn’t hear her when she spoke, didn’t say thank you, really really rude. She seemed she didn’t want to be there, I even said hello when I approached her. But she just stared at me. Terrible service with her.
I just don’t get it. Why every time nowadays you go to get great customer service not only did I return to get a meal replaced because they messed it up. The young lady Priscilla was very very rude even though I wanted to purchase extra something she was very rude completely ignored me and rolled her eyes when I asked her to please change my drink. It’s very sad that nowadays you can’t get customer service horrible customer service today by this young lady so young and so Grumpy unfortunately never coming here again even though they replaced my meal, the customer service was horrible again. Sadly
