I travel around the country and the customer service at Starbucks is hit or miss. While it certainly is not as consistent as it was in the 90s, this location is closest to my home and I frequent it. I had stellar customer service from Jenny last Saturday. I went through the drive-thru and she greeted me with a pleasant tone, got my order correct and said “my pleasure” after I thanked her. I wish Starbucks hired more employees like Jenny!

Because of Q this place is epic the guy should be promoted to manager this is my favorite Starbucks but i wish they put speed bumps outside its in a busy location already many accidents occurred people going very fast in the parking lot when someone is pulling out. I prefer to park at Walgreen's and walk over and the landlord shouldn't have allowed a dry cleaning place next door with blocked off spots

What great service. The drive through line was too long so I decided to go inside. And I’m glad I did, the staff was so happy to talk to me and welcome me in. Erica and another woman were so sweet and made me want to come back in again!

No complains here. Fast friendly and very clean! I couldn't decide what to order and the barista offered to make me a custom drink; cool lime, no water, no limes, splash of passion tea, unshaken, unstirred. It was delicious!

Had a really nice experience at Starbucks. I ordered an iced shaken espresso with oat milk and it was made perfectly. Smooth, balanced, and refreshing. What stood out the most was how kind and respectful the staff were. They greeted everyone with a smile and handled each order with care even during a busy rush. 2024 updated review - I wrote my original review when the store was being moved. The management and the staff at the store are so knowledgeable and kind, at this point in my life I would probably drink coffee at home or at my job but I enjoy seeing all of the baristas and a lot of the patrons as well. They keep the store clean and are very nice, and my drink is always consistent.

Kayla made my drink and while I order the same drink all the time, she hands down put love into it. She was patient, tackling a lobby full of orders, and somehow managed not to mess anything up with mine along the way. You can tell when people care about what they're doing vs. when they are sleepwalking through their jobs. This Starbucks rocks. The whole team is really good. And they make you feel like they care about you enjoying your visit.

Came through the drive-thru on my way to work and Ryan helped me in the window. He was absolutely amazing and so friendly. Usually people in the window will just shut the glass while waiting for your drink, but he was so nice and personable all while making sure my order was efficient and correct. He is without a doubt one of the best Starbucks employees I’ve ever met and I’ve been going to Starbucks for 10 years.

Coffee is decent and since I just drink hot black coffee, there's typically a limited wait. It's also a nice little place to get together with a couple of co-workers before heading into the grind.

It's a Starbucks. Has a drive through. Employees are all very nice. The plaza gets pretty busy and is small/tight on parking, especially at lunch time.

Car line just too busy, parked and went in, it was easier to order and leave. Staff is a little pushy and not too patient. I had a grw questions about their new drinks, it was obvious she did not want to answer any questions. So we got the standard mochacinno and did not get to experience the new drinks

This is your typical starbucks. Parking is a bit difficult since it shares a laundry building next to it. Lost of vehicle traffic as the majority of sales are drive through and this is also the entrance of the walgreens around the corner.

My daughter and her finances go-to spot. They love their Starbucks. I personally didn't have a good experience, the manager was inconsiderate and rude to me. The baristas were all very kind and hard working.

Typical Starbucks- the employees were great, but I think it was just tiny and the music was a little loud. The coffee and snacks were the same quality as one would purchase in any other Starbucks - that being said, nothing to complain about except for the size of the location. The employees were very, very professional, polite and quick.

Arrived at 8 p.m. They were closing at 9 pm. They already took in the pastries and milk. The Barista said they started cleaning up at 7pm.

I found it very difficult to communicate with the baristas. The mask, which is necessary makes it difficult but with the music blaring it makes it impossible. Food and coffees were great.

It's Starbucks. It's Ok but nothing special and the coffee isn't anything special either other than the price. Way overpriced. It's just coffee. Other food items are just mediocre and also overpriced. I'm not sure why so many people come here. Free wifi? Dunkin Dounuts and my Keurig at home makes better coffee.

Starbucks is my go-to spot, whether I’m on the move or just need a place to chill. The vibe is cozy, and the baristas are “”usually”” friendly, but the mobile orders can be annoyingly slow sometimes.

I went inside to pick up my order & they told me to go outside & when my order was ready they never told me. How was I supposed to know if you don’t tell me. Get it together Starbucks. Next time don’t tell me to wait outside unless you’re going to bring my food to me outside.

Beyond belief horrible. Not only did they get our orders wrong when I went with a friend the other night, but it was as slow as molasses service even though there was nobody in line and only one person being served ahead of us. Oh yes, they got her drink order wrong too! The older Starbucks in shadow would use to be much better with faster service but the people they have working here seemed to be on zombie time. Most of the time the drive-through is not even working. Get busy people!

Feb 2020 review - customer service is lacking and baristas frequently get orders wrong. We've since dumped this location even though we live within walking distance. Go to Congress and Yamato instead. AVOID THIS LOCATION Brand new store built closer to the intersection to capture the drive through crowd and the staff is great at moving the line as quickly as possible. One of the better sbux I've been to.

Inconsistent to the extreme! Sometimes I can get a well made drink and have my food order properly heated up. However, more often than not I get a drink that tastes nothing like it should even though they took my order correctly. Today I ordered a salted caramel mocha with extra salt. It tastes like lukewarm, weak hot chocolate. Very disappointing. Most of the time it's just worth it to travel a little further down the road to the Starbucks on Linton, they have always been consistent and good.

Every time I go there, there's a lot of trash overflowing the trashcan and around it. The tables are always dirty, and the floors have dirty napkins, the bathroom is always dirty. They should have the place cleaned up way more often. I think it's the management's fault. I stopped going there when it was dirty for the third time in a row.

My experience with this Starbucks has been really great so far. Especially yesterday, I had a lady who had the patience to help us order a peppermint holiday drink even though it’s not December yet. Today I had a gentleman receive our order with a melancholy demeanor. Which didn’t bother me because we all have bad days. What bothered me was receiving a “hot” drink room temp or barely warm. It felt warm but drinking it was deceiving. Not to mention the cup was dirty all over. I don’t understand why the drink could’ve been poured into another clean cup.

Great Starbucks, but only when they are actually open. Never have I ever seen a branch of an international chain create its own hours and decide when they will and won't be open. There has been a handful of times where I came to the store in the middle of the day to find it closed. Also this morning they decided they would open at 8 instead of whenever they were supposed to, leaving me coffee-less at 7:45. Maybe it's because this location is unionizing, but regardless a store not operating during stated business hours is very frustrating.

This shop charges extra for non-dairy alternatives. It’s not fair because I’m lactose intolerant and shouldn’t have to pay more for a condition that most people have. Starbucks makes 20b in profits they can afford to drop the fee for plant based milks.

I have ordered Cafe Mocha and after waiting for 20 min in drive -thru , they handed me a pep Mocha. So dissapointing. The staff are reckless in addressing the customer orders.

You guys need to read your orders right. I placed an order thru the app for pick up and they it wasn’t right again! I know in the mornings it’s super busy but please try and take your time to read and get it right.

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!! I went inside to order a simple Venti Strawberry Refresher. After 10 mins or so of waiting for my drink I finally asked about the status of my drink. Rudely the guy said it will be made soon enough. I commented that numerous people that ordered after me already received their drinks and I have not. He said that there were a lot of drinks a head of me still being made and mine will be made when they get to it. WTAF??!! I was the only one inside the store waiting on a drink and have been waiting for more than 10 mins. The guy shrugged and said “oh well”. I start leaving and he waved me goodbye. Sooooo rude!!!!

I ordered ahead as I usually do and got here just in time for my drink to be ready. I walked to the door just for it to be locked with a sign saying “Cafe Closed. Drive-Thru Only.” This was not stated anywhere on the website. I tried to call three times but no one picked up. I waited in the drive thru for over half an hour. Luckily, my drink was ready. I will be taking action to argue for a refund and a gift card of some sort.

I asked for extra extra crunch, but they only gave me two singular crunches I was really sad about it as crunches are my favorite part about the drink

All the Starbucks my wife and I go to in Boca, Delray or Boynton.have been great. This location is one of the rare bad ones. If you get there late afternoon I swear the ice coffee has been watered down. Went there last week and we took a chance but we're disappointed as usual.

When you do a 20 mins detour and are excited about your weekly Starbucks coffee and there is a paper sign that says new hours! 7am to 3pm. And it's 3:02 and they don't serve you and the hours are not updated on Google. Voila my experience.

I went in this morning and ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches. They didn't have any made so they made them fresh. The sandwiches were AWFUL - worst I ever had of anything at Starbucks. First of all, the muffin was so tough I had to pull on it for 10 seconds to get a bite off. The egg and cheese were both totally tasteless, as was the muffin. My husband and I looked at each other and said, at the same time, this has absolutely NO taste. I ate half and threw the rest away - my husband finished his - a true glutton for punishment. This is the first time I have had a negative experience at a Starbucks - probably only been fifteen times in my life - but it left an indelible mark...not going back anytime soon. Bad service coz they asked me to pay extra money plus use 400-star rewards to redeem the cup. Ridiculous. If it needs to pay to get then why your app says the item can be redeemed with 400-star rewards?! People working there have no brains can think.

I could literally fly to south america, harvest a coffee bean plant, dry and grind the beans by hand and make a cup of coffee faster than ordering at this drive thru. Absolute chaos, if it weren’t for its location it would probably be shut down. Manager should be banned from ever even owning a keurig due to make their incompetence at training staff to make cup of coffee in less than 30 minutes.

This Starbucks is one of the worst with getting orders right. Every time I go there’s some kind of mistake, and it reminds me each time of why I should never go back. For example, a chai tea latte is the easiest thing to make, and instead I drive away with a cup of hot milk. If I wanted to drink JUST milk, I’d just stay at home. It’s increasingly annoying because you go to Starbucks in the morning to kick off a good morning, and then they ruin it with a bad drink.

Worst Starbucks ever. Takes mobile orders, but expects you to get in the drive through to collect them as they close the store at random times. When asked to be refunded manager was rude and refused. Left without our drinks and a refund.

Okey, I was waiting for 20 mins on drive thru line and I ordered a Venti shaken espresso I was said it will be a room because I ordered light ice I was totally fine and I said it is okey then given me a half empty Venti cup. I said them it is not only a room for less ice it is less coffee than even a Grande cup then offered me more ice, added more ice and the cup was still empty. Employees are also not friendly and the women making the coffee made fun of me , I didn't wanna get other costumers' attention and not wanted to make other people wait on the line because of me and just went forward. I wish, I could post a photo of my half shaken espresso but I tossed it in the garbage. This would be a joke ...

On a Saturday they locked the doors , serving only at drive through . Drive-through is a mess. I was trying to explain them. They have to put some signs outside. They refused to even open the door to listen. Even if they have a meeting, why aren't they allowing people to order it online. Just stopped ordering process or put a note online.
