Terra Ristorante & Bar

What a fun place! Food was awesome and so was Rose, our server. We had the penne vodka, chicken Francese, eggplant parm, pizza, tenders, salmon salad, stuffed mushrooms, Cesar salad and a few desserts and mojitos. My kids ate so much and we left dancing. Such a fun meal. Kids loved the s’mores too. Thank you Rose

Service was fantastic. Food was delicious. The feel of the restaurant was fabulous. We had a party of 25 and they accommodated us perfectly. We had a wonderful night and everyone in my party loved the food and beverages. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

It was my son’s 13th birthday and I took his friends to Terra Fiamma for pizza after going bowling. I was a little nervous because the atmosphere seemed more of a place for adults, but Cindy was fabulous and very patient taking care of 11 preteen boys and 3 moms. Service was outstanding, delicious food, we felt welcomed, and my son had a great time with his friends on his special day. Thank you! Sincerely, A very grateful mom 🫶🏼

Terra is nice but the food is nothing to write home about, and it’s very expensive. Service is attentive enough but one plate was knocked down as it was placed on the dance floor, and nothing was offered as compensation, even though the rest of our party had almost finished their food by the time he got his plate. He wasn’t even offered a free glass of wine. I felt it was not classy of Terra. The musical entertainment was fun.

Only had lunch. Was solid lunch food. Service attentive and professional. I'd like to try the pizza sometime. Came back tonight. The food was actually quite good. Try the big soft pretzel, the delicious chicken parm and the fabulous meatballs. The service however was not good. Among the worst I've had. Our server was completely out to lunch. She was in another universe. Busy schmoozing and never working. We waited 20 minutes and complained twice before anyone came to our table. Didn't even get water. The lovely and hard working manager tried to compensate us and we really appreciated his efforts. But despite really good food and huge portions at good prices the evening was less than enjoyable because our server was in outer space. Even the dessert we ordered never came and again the manager had to intervene poor guy. I would go back... Just avoid her section. Other servers there seemed to be hard working and available. Unlike ours. As a New Yorker who has been to most of the top rated restaurants in nyc I have to say I enjoyed the food. But service like this would kill a restaurant in nyc.

Terra Fiamma has been highly recommended by a few people. I went here with my mother who has been there three other times before and enjoyed it. Our experience wasn't the best. The food was good which would have earned 4 stars but the service wasn't acceptable. It felt like they were understaffed (as many places are). Service was slow but we also felt rushed whenever the server was at our table. From ordering to paying the server made us feel like he wanted us to move faster. I guess it needs a second try and maybe it would be a better experience, but not sure I want to try again and not enjoy another meal when there are so many other options within a short walk there.

The service people were great, but the service was slow. The good tasted good but I only got a pizza because everything on the menu was astronomical. At a time when everyone is struggling and everything at the supermarket is expensive there's no way a restaurant has the right to charge 20 dollars for a small cheese pizza. My mother had a side grilled chicken, just one piece of grilled chicken and it was $11. That is expensive to me. The other dishes were 20 dollars and more.

I met a friend here for happy hour and we sat at the bar on the outside. It was a really nice place. Not very crowded but we had to wave down the bartender every time. We wanted to ask a question or order. She never paid 1 oz of attention to us and it was not a nice experience for us to have to keep asking for refills for our drinks to say that we were ready to order anything that is normal. Her customer service was absolutely terrible and it was obvious that she was paying attention to some of the men on the other side of the bar that we're paying more attention to her. I will not return here.

Usually have a good time here, but went for an early birthday dinner Saturday and it was a horrible experience. A performer showed up at six PM with horrible equipment that had horrible feedback squeaks-brain piercing. Also they were just too loud for early dinner. We were a group of 5 with a reservation, but they pulled out a four top with folding chairs and crammed us too close to other tables. Service was slow and poor. The food is expensive here. Please don’t try to make your money by turning early dinner into a clubbing experience.

I went here to celebrate a birthday (party of 4). The quality of the food was poor. I sent back my veal cutlet, it was too hard to cut or eat. My guest ordered the house soup, but they were out of stock and instead brought out another soup without telling him. He sent it back since he would not have ordered it in the first place. I ordered dessert, but was later told they were out of stock. Our server, Brianna, was very sweet and was very apologetic. She’s the reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 star. Never saw the mgr and never celebrated the birthday. Too bad, great location, but I’d never return.
