Opinions de Yum Yum Noodle Bar Kingston
Our favorite spot in Kingston! We always make a point to come here whenever we visit Kingston. The soups are hot, rich, and absolutely delicious — true comfort food. Portions are very generous, prices are reasonable, and everything tastes amazing. They also have a great selection of draft beers, which is a nice bonus. Cozy atmosphere, consistently great food, and friendly vibes. Hands down our favorite noodle café in Kingston — highly recommended!
A favorite in Kingston. Their ramen and pork buns are the best. I recommend the Thai iced tea with your meal.
Went in last night with my 16 year old. Due to the snowflake festival it was very loud and I was getting overwhelmed which of course rubbed off on my kid. The staff was all AMAZING. They were kind and underatanding. We had to leave after ordering for dine in and they were great about changing to take out and just all around wonderful. I will be coming back on a less crowded day!!! Thank you for being kind to your Neurodiverse patrons.
This is the best ramen restaurant in the Hudson Valley and it's always such a fun, immersive experience to visit! I love that you can completely design your own ramen bowl and choose from so many types of broth, noodles, proteins, and vegetable add ins. I hope they add a location closer to me.
Stopped in here on a cold rainy day and got a bowl of coconut curry ramen. It hit the spot perfectly. Hope to come back and try more some point.
We stopped into Yum Yum Noodle Bar for lunch and we were very happy with the food and service. It is right around the corner from the Old Dutch Church. The server was on her own, but did a superb job of managing all the tables, greeting everyone with a friendly welcome, and stopping to chat when she had a spare moment. The place made good use of counter tops, high tables, and bench-like seating. There were many items on the menu that were already vegan, but also many that could be made vegan. My husband and I started with the vegan Korean tacos with the homemade seitan. They were prepared perfectly and delicious! The server offered to add another taco when we ordered and we declined, but we should have gone with her suggestion! My husband ordered one of the day’s specials, Japanese eggplant and tofu in a yellow curry which was warm, filling, and tasty. I had a noodle bowl with the coconut curry and the seitan. The broth was creamy and rich and once again the seitan drenched in a BBQ type sauce was a great addition. Our daughter is new to the bubble tea world and ordered the passion fruit tea with popping mango bubbles and was very happy to slurp that up during lunch. I had the Thai tea with regular boba and it was one of the best ones I have tasted. Yum Yum Noodle Bar is a casual place with tasty food and lots of vegan options! Happy to go there again if we’re passing through Kingston.
Great variety of meals and vegetarian friendly.
My wife and I had one of the best udoon noodle bowls ever. Nice atmosphere, great staff, dlicous food & drinks. I actually enjoyed the tofu.
Always a solid meal! Comforting and delicious and the staff is warm and hospitable. Casual dining, but you are well taken care of. Normally I make bolder choices, but their pad Thai is SO GOOD!!!
I like this place a lot. It's very casual with its long tables and benches, but somehow that's a good fit with their food offerings. They have great ramen, and their version of Pad Thai is really yummy! One word of caution: it's busy! We went on a Sunday night last time we were in Kingston, and we did get a seat, but only just!
This place is exceptional. A real gem in the heart of Kingston. The food, the staff and the environment are really incredible. I went there with the family on an overnight trip and we were just blown away. They have a LOT of vegan options as well which was perfect for us. Two really notable items are the impossible burger with Kimchee and the Kale salad.
A ton of vegan options, and all well thought out and not just added to have something vegan. The Impossible Burger with kimchi was probably the best fake burger I've had anywhere and even something simple like steamed veggie dumplings were packed with flavor. So good we went back twice. Cocktails were a little heavy handed and over the top, otherwise two perfect dining experiences.
We all had a great experience here! Easy to get a table for 6 people, nice waitress and service was excellent. Everyone found their perfect dish, with bowls we could combine the way we wanted it. Highly recommend it!
I would eat here once a week if my family didn't complain. They wouldn't complain because they don't like it, they'd complain because I'd be eating here constantly. Lots of daily specials with fresh ingredients. Lots of authentic and new fusion flavors. But I come here for the noodle bowls. I love me some ramen! Pick your broth, your type of noodle and your protein. You've got at least 4 choices in each category that will satisfy any dietary preference. Yes, there's meat, poultry, gluten free, vegetarian and sea food choices. The bowls are pretty big, like they should be. Choose from a variety of sake, served chilled or hot. Try a beer from the 4 or 5 taps they have. Drink water, whatever. They serve kids portions too. Seating in the Kingston location is a little communal, you can share picnic sized tables but there are some high tops and counters as well. There's also a cozy corner with a couple tables for a bit (only a bit) of privacy. Good bang for your buck here.
Yum Yum Noodle bar has very authentic Japanese and South East Asian flavors! Haven't been disappointed by any menu item. Highly recommend the Pork Tan Tan, Pad Thai, Korean Tacos, King Pao Noodles, and any cocktail or mocktail. A gem in sleepy Red Hook, NY. Restaurant has great indoor and outdoor space and takeout is quick and convenient. Their menu has really clear info for vegan, gluten free, and peanut dietary needs + about half the menu can be made vegetarian or vegan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Yum Yum noodle bar.
This place is delicious, great drinks, casual communal vibe, and kid friendly. They always have interesting delicious specials and vegan and gluten free options.
This place is amazingly delicious. You cannot go wrong with anything but I must say the Chicken/Pork broth base with pork belly will ignite your tastebuds with every bite. Their ramen is authentic and fresh. And best of all, they work with you regarding any and all food allergies. A+^
I know its an noodle restaurant but its so much more. The meats, chicken, pork belly and roasted pork are better than the best BBQ restaurants I've ever been too! The tacos and buns are awesome accompaniments to enjoy all the great flavors together
I had seafood red curry soup and mu husband got hamburger both were really delicious and good quality!
Great place to eat. Staff was very friendly and fast, the food was delicious and filling, and the food came out quickly. I will definitely be going back.
Great food, love the build your own bowl option as well as the curry seafood stew. The pork belly buns are a good option for an appetizer.
It can be challenging to cook and flavor tofu correctly. These chefs did an incredible job. The ramen was delicious and I was very pleased to see they had vegetarian and vegan options.
We were so happy with both the food and the service at Yum Yum Noodles. There were so many vegan and vegetarian options, as well as delicious meat options. The roasted pork and pork belly is some of the best I've ever had. The cocktails are creative and delicious. The service is friendly, efficient, and fun. This place is totally worth a stop in Kingston.
Location: I couldn’t find it first as the google maps location was a street off. Yum Yum is located on Fair Street opposite a French restaurant ‘Le Canard Enchaine’ WiFi: Great WiFi. 110Mbps download 11Mbps upload. Food: A whole page of vegetarian options. The vegetarian noodle bowl was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked soba noodles and slightly crispy Chinese cabbage like greens. 10/10 would recommend.
The layout is very casual which suits me fine. Service is cheerful and efficient but not rushed. The food is eye-poppingly flavorful. The flavors are bold and many. I liked it a lot.
I love this place, the food and atmosphere is amazingly awesome, so calm and beautiful. I love the artwork in the bathrooms, I think the wall of locks 🔒 is very unique and fun! The noodle bowls are so yummy! I just wish they would add more noodles because the portions compared to liquid/meat seem off, I always buy an extra side of noodles because of this. Nonetheless, it's a great place worth the stop!
Really good food, took a little while for our order to come out, but they were swamped on a Friday night. I see why, food was delicious. Highly recommend the bento box, pad Thai, and noodle soup bowls.
I am a big fan of Pad Thai. I have had it all over the world and this is by far the best Pad Thai I have ever had. I recommend adding the chicken. The flavor is like nothing I have ever experienced.
Excellent service and food all around. Laidback atmosphere that still respects covid procedures. We had 2 noodle bowls - ramen coconut curry with chicken and rice noodle coconut curry with pork belly and tofu. Waaay too full but we added the key lime pie too and that that turned out good. Definitely coming back.
Service was fantastic, there were quite a few vegan/vegetarian options which was great, tofu was pretty un seasoned but overall it was nice.
The spicy pork tan tan is so good. I noticed that the red hook location makes it a little different, but it tasted the same. I live in Albany and was on my way back from Jersey and decided to stop at the Kingdom location for that specific dish. Satisfied my craving. I hope they plan on opening a location in the Capitol region. 😊
Bubble tea in all different flavors, and hot tasty big bowls of noodles. What more could you want. I particularly love this place during colder months. Very kind staff. Very tasty food. You can get other non noodle dishes as well. I usually go for the noodles though and mix it up with all the different broths and protein options they have.
Yum, yum, yum... three times because now I've tried all three of their locations (ate in Red Hook and Woodstock previously). This yum yum didn't disappoint and was equally as perfect as the others. I had a Ramen noodle bowl with coconut curry and braised pork. It was incredible! The place was busy, but service remained friendly, efficient, and helpful. Atmosphere, with large tables, was clean and casual. Perfect!
Yum Yum Noodle Bar is Amazing ramen / asian fusion spot with AMAZING vegan choices! Their menu is mostly meat focused but they have MANY vegan choices & clearly labeled how to vegan modify a dish. We stopped in for weekend dinner & LOVED it! Place was busy but we snagged an outdoor seat. Their menu has lots to choose from including clearly labeled vegan choices! They offer ramen (of many varieties) as well as bites, noodle dishes & rice dishes. What our table got: - chicken ramen. Big bowl of delicious noodles, seasoned broth, fresh veggies & properly cooked chicken. - veggie dumplings (vegan). Crispy. Lots of flavor. Was a perfect appetizer for the table - vegan pad Thai. The pad Thai dish can be made vegan (as per the menu!) The portion was large with plenty of delicious noodles, loaded in sauce, fresh veggies & house made seitan (mock meat) It was delicious, filling & flavorful! The sauce was perfect with the veggies & noodles. - pickled veggies super crispy, fresh & a perfect side to the vegan Thai dish! - Thai iced coffee (vegan) with coconut milk. So delicious. We LOVED our dinner at Yum Yum Noodle Bar! Seriously, super fresh & amazing Asian fare. The vibe was chill. Food was great. And the clearly vegan labeled items were a hit!
Had the Korean chicken noodle special and it was excellent. Spicy but not too spicy. Just full of flavor. Perfect winter dish, especially with all these viruses blowing around - eating a hearty, spicy broth felt like an elixir keeping me strong. Just returned again, December 2023, and this place never disappoints. Soba noodles with coconut curry, house made seitan. Wow the flavors are amazing.
More than just an average restaurant, Yum Yum Noodle has delicious bites for everyone. From a good selection of bobas to a custom noodle bowl option, they also have great sakes, entrees, and appetizers. And like at least two of the ramen shops I’ve been to, has a wild bathroom different from the main area. If I’m ever back, I’ll certainly try this place again
I was pleasently surprised to find a hip Asian restaurant such as this upstate in Kingston. Coming from NYC this place felt very familiar. Staff was courteous and were very knowledgeable about all the different menu items which made it easier to choose for some of my family members that didn't know particular dishes. The food came out pretty fast and was absolutely delicious! For me, I personally loved the larger portions of ramen which made the meal very satisfying. Definitely a must visit meal spot in Kingston if you are into Asian food.
Perfect dinner for a rainy afternoon. The noodles were so good. You get to build your own bowl. Lots of gluten free options. I had rice noodles w/ a gluten-free miso broth with salmon- yum! My husband had ramen noodles with pork belly and chicken in a coconut curry broth sooo good! The food came really fast and our server was really nice.
So My wife and I have been vegan for years now and we really missed the noodle bowls. So when we found that they served BBQ Satan and Tofu noodle bowl we where hooked. Once their the atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful very relaxing and great staff super friendly. We have a 2 year old and they had a very nice kids selection and high chairs so no concerns for bringing your kids. Once we received our food which came out hot and very quick we where blown away the bowls and even our kids plate looked amazing and so delicious we could not wait to dig in. The food was incredible we ate ever last drop. I would highly recommend this restaurant and there selection is fantastic. I only wish I lived closer because we would be there all the time lol. Otherwise 5 stars all the way.
The food was good, big portions. I order the fried vegetable dumplings and it was very good. The food was all good and good price but the tables were not to clean. Would recommend
Yum yum is good food. We've only ever had take out, and frankly, I always eat it in the car, driving back to NYC. I've gotten to try bites of what the family orders and it's all very tasty. Someday I'll get to eat there for real!
One of my favorite places! Being that I have frequented this place numerous times.. I can confidently say that tonight was disappointing. The usual relaxed vibe and comfortable atmosphere was non existent. The waitress's negativity was just not appreciated. Especially hearing the gossip about her coworkers and owner. I look forward to having another location closer to home and most definitely hoping to not encounter this waitress again.
Went here with my in laws absolutely loved it. The portions are a great side. The food is delicious. The server made a recommendation of getting the salmon.. it was a great choice!! We loved the sake. The interior is very nice, it's well lit and would probably be a great place for date night! The menu has a great variety for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan.
The ramen bowl I ordered tastes great however they didn't give me a fork. Also, the passion fruit bubble tea I ordered with mango boba tastes really watery and not sweet like the last time I had it. Other then that great service and wonderful food!
The food was very good, as was service. I had salmon with my rice-noodle vegetable broth bowl which was fabulous. The high ceiling & open room makes it noisy so keep that in mind if you prefer quiet. 😊
Kinda bummed, I got the noodle bowl with miso, soba, and tofu. It was the blandest broth I think I’ve ever had. Watery with very little miso. Everything else was fresh and well prepared. Should have been savory and flavorful, I won’t get that again.
A bit pricey, but worth it. Fresh ingredients. Pickled veg & kimchee made in house shine through each bite. Ample portions mean you won't leave unfulfilled. Great menu & daily specials are a tour of Japanese and Korean fusion. Cocktail selection is novel and creative.
The place was great! It was fairly busy there, but the food came out surprisingly fast considering. You get a lot of food, and it was very tasty. (Maybe a little on the salty side, but I find most restaurant food to be a tad too salty.) Service was excellent as well. My only gripe is the food is definitely more on the expensive side. Otherwise would be 5 stars.
Great food and a nice place to check out for some Asian fusion. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and hand sanitizer at the front. We Got the Ramen with a chicken/pork/miso broth blend and chicken an dpork belly protein. Plenty of noodles and meat. Also got the pork belly bao baos. Everything was pretty delicious. Will be back when in town.
The dumplings were great, the other food was pretty good, great spot for a quick meal a little bit of variety in Kingston, NY and not too fancy but clean.
Entrance is a challenge for those with knee / mobility problems. There’s a big step with NO railing so I needed help from the Staff and patrons to get in and out. Lots of bubble tea flavors; loved the banana flavor! The ramen was piping hot but could have used more umami flavor. Not authentic Asian but not bad. The jammy egg was nicely done.
Food was tasty. Had the Korean beef bowl. The meat was tender and the noodles cooked perfectly. Service was OK. Not super welcoming, they were a bit too busy but not rude either. I tried to use their Wi-Fi and was told it was down, even though there was one with very strong signal; might be true or it might not be we will never know
We came across this restaurant in the search for some ramen. We ordered dumplings which came out almost looking like empanadas nonetheless, it was good and tasty. We ordered the chicken ramen and the pork belly ramen with the ramen noodles. The noodles were tasty along with the protein. The broth needed to be more savory. Server was decently attentive. Their drinks were a tad too strong that we couldn’t enjoy it.
I keep giving this place a chance because it is so cute, but I keep getting disappointed. I only rate 3 because my sister really likes it for some reason. Maybe I will enjoy it more if I only order vegetarian meals like she does? I really love Asian cuisine but this place tries to rep Korea, Japan, and Thailand without really getting the flavors right for any of them. I'd say the only thing I've really enjoyed from them is the steamed buns, just the actual bread part, not the filling.
My kimchi tasted like yogurt, which means its over-fermented and the miso soup was mixed way too thin. Otherwise everything else was ok. Not exactly worth the average price of $17 for an entree.
I visited this place on Saturday afternoon with a group of friends. The place was clean and spacious with hangers for jackets/coats. My server was friendly and attentive. However, as a city girl from New York City, the food wasn’t that delicious, the ramen was okay with no flavor, even the bubble tea didn’t taste that good. No authentic flavor.
I really wanted to enjoy this place-- I'm a huge fan of Noodles and hears decent reviews. TL;DR- The food was flavorless, but the atmosphere was nice. Wait staff seemed overwhelmed. Food: The Pork Buns were the highlight, with a solid flavor profile of the pork belly-- the buns felt on the verge of being stale/chewy. I ordered the Braised Pork Udon with Chicken & Pork Broth, and my partner ordered the Bibimbap. My noodles, while chewy in texture, had absolutely no flavor. The saving grace was the braised Pork, which was clouded by the lackluster broth encompassing it. I felt like I had to douse it in Sriracha for a small semblance of flavor. Even just a dash of black vinegar would have made a world of a difference. The Bibimbap was good at first bite, but as you went deeper there was no flavor other than the cheesy rice (knowing there isn't cheese in there, both my partner and I felt like it tasted like cream cheese). The Miso broth was flavorful, but very salty. Again, I really wanted to enjoy it but it is not in the cards based on this experience. The atmosphere was cool, but the wait staff were slammed with a full house and seemed very overwhelmed. Not a poor experience, just wish they had another person available to help them out. Definitely wouldn't recommend, sad I wasted my birthday dinner here.
Came here with my girlfriend, only one other table seated besides us. Took us 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Just when we were about to walk out the waitress finally walks over and takes our order. Great. We ordered two bowls, which were delicious and the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. I finished mine, while my girlfriend ate about half of hers. A different waitress came over and asked if she was done with her bowl and gave us our check. My girlfriend said for now, yes, expecting that she'd take the bowl away and return with what was left in a to go box so she could finish the rest later in the day. We waited 10 minutes and no to go box with the rest of the bowl. Nothing came back to us. Such a waste of food and money. It's really a shame that the service is awful because the food is amazing.
We were looking for pho in Kingston and this was pretty much the only option. Unfortunately, the soup they served that they called pho is very far from any reasonable expectation one might have of pho. There was no plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime wedges, sliced onion, cilantro, and jalapenos that any regular pho eater would be familiar with to mix into the savory beef broth on their own. Neither was there hoisin or sweet chili sauce available. Instead, they had sprouts, basil, onion, and Thai chilies (?) already mixed in with soy sauce and sriracha sauce on the table. Other than the out of place chilies everything else was in such short supply that they were unnoticeable. And instead of raw sirloin added to the boiling broth and noodles right before serving, they had some sort of unseasoned grilled steak. But every restaurant in different and I've had pho served in many different ways so these shortcomings could have just been an odd culinary choice that didn't work out if it wasn't for the pathetic lie that was the beef broth. It was flavorless and lacking any traditional pho spices. Beef broth from a carton would have been a significant improvement. They also chose angel hair rice noodles rather than vermicelli, so really a miss in every conceivable way. We had steamed dumplings as an appetizer. The pork in the steamed dumplings was tasty but needed a fresh flavor to brighten them up. The server was courteous and accommodating and the atmosphere was fine. The price was far too much for ok pho and a real rip off for what they served. Go to New Paltz or Albany if you like pho, they don't serve it here.
My service was friendly, and I could hear another table of customers being quite rude to the server, so I appreciated that the server still had a smile for me. But the pad Thai I ordered was bizarre. The noodles were the right shape and some of the ingredients seemed right, but it tasted overwhelmingly of garlic with no peanut flavor at all. The sauce was more of a broth consistency and collected in the bottom of the dish instead of sticking to the noodles. It was... fine since I was hungry, but it wasn't pad Thai at all. I know food costs have increased, but I was surprised that a vegetarian lunch option in Kingston with no sides, apps, or drinks cost me over $20.
The service was good. But the description for bibimbap did not say it contains fish sauce miso soup. The hostess did not correct me either. I am a vegetarian and placed an order the vegetarian option, not comfortable with what I ate.
Honestly, after reading so many favorable reviews we may have had our expectation set a bit to high. We ordered the Seafood Spring Roll, Fried Pork Dumplings, Spicy Pan Pan Pork and a Shrimp Noodle Bowl. You'd think with a variety like that something would have been notable. Sadly no. The place was nice, clean and bright....the service was very good....but all the food we ordered just seemed bland. Where was all the seasoning and flavor? we sure didn't know. we certainly left FULL but sadly unsatisfied. We do agree that it is overpriced for what you get. Overall we were quite UNDERWHELMED. We will not be going back for a second chance.
I visited for dinner with my wife, and the experience was disappointing. After placing our order, we were left waiting for 40 minutes for a simple miso ramen and tofu bibimbap. We noticed that others who arrived after us were served first. When we lost patience and inquired, our food finally arrived, but it was cold, likely due to neglect. Upon mentioning the cold ramen to the waitress, she took it back and returned within two minutes this time(!) with a warm bowl. However, the miso broth was bland, making me suspect it was just microwaved. Overall, it was a pathetic experience.
I’ve tried it twice, both times take out…maybe that is the issue? Food was disappointing both times. They also started charging a fee for takeout orders. There are lots of better options in Kingston, sorry.
I order the bibimbap and udon noodles. The bibimbap was not bibimbap. Wrong type of rice, the bean sprouts were raw, I dont know what the raw green leaf thing was, there was a purplish cabbage, the red pepper paste was watery and did not add any flavor. There was an over powering taste(it might have been the purplish cabbage). The broth for the udon noodle soup had no flavor.
If I could leave no stars I would. I will start with the positives for this place. We were seated quickly and were given a perfect amount of time to review the menu. I ordered the sake toddy (which was boozie but would not order again) and the special which was tofu in a Thai chili sauce with veggies and jasmine rice. The orders were placed and brought out in a timely manner. The smell of my dinner was wonderful and the first few bites were absolutely delicious! My third bite in I saw something black and thought weird maybe a burnt piece of broccoli. Upon further inspection it was a dead roach. I called the waitress over and showed her what I found. They took it back to the kitchen and showed the cook staff and gave me a moment to describe what I would like instead. I was suggested the burger and I ordered that, though to be honest I was not feeling any kind of hunger. I did take a tiny bite and the flavor of the meat was good though the salad was over dressed with dressing. Once dinner was complete I was given a box for my essentially untouched meal. No restaurant staff came to check on me and my thoughts on the burger. I took the bill and was surprised that they only took the amount for the dinner with the roach off ($10.20) and still expected me to pay the remaining amount on the bill that was due for the burger (burger was $15; after the “discount” still owed $4.80 +tax). Being a non fan of confrontation I did pay the bill with a 20% tip. I don’t want to take money out of anyone’s pocket, but I’ve lost my entire appetite for any food this evening because of this restaurant and the lingering damage caused by them was not remedied (but I’m not starting a verbal spar with wait staff over $5). My friend ordered their noodle soup and enjoyed it. There are cameras where we were eating and I hope it will be reviewed to see we did not put the roach in the food. I hope others have a much more pleasant experience here. I will not be back.
Wait staff was not friendly, and did not engage much with menu selection though we'd mentioned we were from out of town. The Thai Iced Tea was really tasty, but that was about it. We both ordered ramen bowls and they were sub-par, there wasn't much flavor it was mostly just really salty. The egg was hard boiled and had an awful texture. For a place that touts themselves a noodle bar I really expected something more enjoyable. Between the food and the wait staff being preoccupied with anything other than service, I'd give this place less than one star if I could.
The first person who took us in told us to pick whatever seat we liked, she was sweet when asking what we would like. My partner and I ordered ramen and bubble tea. The broth was a little watery but we weren’t being harsh because it’s an Asian cuisine catered by non-Asians. We had been 10 minutes into our meal. My partner had all the food in the bowl with a lot of brother left over and I still had food and broth that we were both talking and eating in between. Another waiter comes and asks my partner are you done with that and can I bring you the bill in the same sentence. I’ve never had a bill offered to me while still being deep in my meal, as if being rushed out. I think it was within bad taste and the waitress packed the rest of her broth up and gave it to her with the bill and then asked me if I wanted my food to be packed up. I just said no and my partner paid and we both left the food there. Some customers service could be improved to provide a safe feeling at the establishment. Not sure if they were having issues with people paying, or they were expecting a high volume of people but when we went there only one other family was there. We only spent 20 minutes there between our wait and the meal ending and suddenly having to go after being given the bill.
Was such a loyal customer until I found a large bug attached to the protein in my take-out soup. When I kindly notified the restaurant, the manager stated a refund for my entire order (two soups) would be processed. However, I only received a refund for one soup. I never leave but positive reviews, though I felt compelled to inform others.
I wanted to like this restaurant and had good expectations...but ended up really disappointed. I ordered a noodle soup with chiken, my friend ordered Chinese buns and Korean tacos. Noodle soup: There's no flavor in my soup, as if they didn't put soup stock (broth). Also, it was served lukewarm. Not acceptable. I picked chicken as for protein, but its funny that the pieces of chicken have been cooked exactly the same as in my friend's buns. The amount of noodles are way too much, because of that, the noodles too all liquid and changed texture of noodle after 5min eating. I tasted my friend's kimchee, theres no flavor. It's like cabbage pickles covered with red color. I could tell there's no fermentation processed when they made it. But i kinda understand the concept of this restaurant...people are not familiar with Asian food, so let's offer all kinds of Asian food without being so authentic. Because many local people might not like strong flavor of Asian food.... If you're Asian, want to eat good Asian food, I would advice to not go this place. The service was good. 日本食はもちろん、中国、韓国、タイ料理も何もおいしくないので、全くおすすめしません!
