I really like Sonic and I like the fact that I can order through the app and state what time I will be there to pick it up and all I have to do is check in when I get there give them the stall number I'm in and they bring my order out to me. The food is good and I like that they have daily specials and when you order through the app that their drinks are always half price. The staff is very friendly.

I'm so sad to be writing this because honestly I haven't had any major issues until some of our recent visits. But this morning alone has me a little upset. We ordered 2 super sonic burritos. We always refer to them as the one with jalapeños and tater tots. Mine I personally wanted less onions and instead of sausage I wanted bacon. In the app replacing that sausage with bacon adds another $1 to the burrito so it comes out to over $6. I didn't care because I really wanted bacon. Well we got our order, I felt like it was a pretty timely manner no biggie, and my burrito had the customizations minus jalapeños and tater tots. I basically had a bacon jr burrito for twice the price and my husband's had a couple jalapeños and also no tater tots. We appreciate how kind everyone has been here but the lack of attention to detail can really dampen a trip here. Yes it's just food but we spend a lot of money to not get our complete order.

Just left there. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast and what I got was a cup of vanilla soft serve with cookie dough sprinkles. I get one every time I go and tonight I was highly disappointed. I gave them two star's because they got the chocolate shake right.

If you’re ordering through the app, I suggest you check your food before you leave. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo, the tater tots were lukewarm and the burger was cold. (I only work 5 minutes away, but have a limited time for lunch)On top of everything, the burger didn’t even have two full hamburger patties on it; it was just pieces of burger that didn’t even equal to patties (parts even looked like they were old patties that had been setting for hours). The hamburger bun was hard on one side. NOT COMING BACK!

Order #1000099905834 7/31/24 4:53pm Called to speak to a manager. The gentleman said he was a manager. I said oh I'm sorry I didn't catch ur name. He says, uuuhhhh I'm not obliged to give u my name. I said oh well I need to know who I'm speaking to. He refused. So I went about my business. Tried inquiring about an order that we had just picked up. In reference to a cream slush. In no way shape or form did he try to help. He just said I wld have to come in and order what I wanted. That's the drink I was requesting wasn't on the app. Very rude, unfriendly person. Shld definitely not be a member of management.

Drive through. Ordered 2 #7 All American Dogs by themselves with Coke. After approximately almost 15 minutes yes line was long. They gave me wrong order. I said ok just give me the Coke and rest my money back. Didn’t want to hold up anyone with reorder. They gave me wrong change. After I pointed it out the gave me almost correct change for one Coke out of $10. Left with just the Coke . This can be avoided by repeating order back to customer at time of order.

Very dissatisfied When a customer orders a drink, like I did i want it made that way. Not the way y'all think it should be. I ordered a cranberry slush with fresh lime and I got a limeade with cranberry. They are not the same. I asked to get it remade and I was told it's right and it wasn't so I said forget it get me a Coke. I asked for the manager name and the carhop didn't know who the manager was or didn't want me to have their name. Very unprofessional

Went thru drive through, my first bad experience I've had been coming here for many years. The girl at the drive through had a nasty bad attitude. Didn't get her name this was around 1:40pm on August 18, 2021. My order was only two teas nothing big or difficult for her to be so unwelcoming.
