I ordered the RoadKill Steak for my dad for Father’s Day from Texas Roadhouse and it was such a hit! The location is super convenient and close to home, which made pickup easy and fast. I had a fantastic curbside pickup experience at Texas Roadhouse in Kingwood, thanks to JT. He came out with a big smile, was extremely polite, and made sure my order was accurate and fresh. JT double-checked everything before handing it over, which I really appreciated. Even though it was just a pickup, he went above and beyond to provide excellent service—he was quick, professional, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to get such great customer service with to-go orders, but JT truly stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be looking for JT’s name again. Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member!

The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and keep checking on us to make sure we had everything we need and also to check for drink refills. This is a location that I would choose to visit again and again. The steaks were great with no sauce. The green breans were well seasoned just good. The salads were also delicious I usually get the house but I got a Caesar this go round and I must say it was great.

Not the fancy steakhouse but also a good meal for a reasonable price. Usually a crowd. Hostess and servers always happy and helpful. The chili is surprising good. The rolls are warm and complimentary. If you're looking for a reasonably priced meal the roadkill is one of the best hamburger steaks you'll ever have. Still have peanuts in a bag but no shells on floor. The bar always seems occupied. And the beer is cold and oftren there is a deal. All sides are advertised as homemade and taste it. The vegetables are fresh and tasty. Steakes cooked to order and you can pick the one you want.

We come to this location a lot and they have not disappointed yet. Our server Jose did a great job and did their best to give our pup the best last meal like we promised him.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Texas Roadhouse! My son and I went out to eat on a Sunday night, and when we pulled into the packed parking lot, I was sure we’d have a long wait. However, the hostess told us it would be 5-15 minutes, and as soon as we sat down in the waiting area, we were immediately called to be seated—what a pleasant surprise! Shortly after, Sandra, one of the managers, stopped by our table to introduce herself and let us know she was available if we needed anything. I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. Our server, William, was incredibly prompt and kind. I had a somewhat unusual request—I asked if the cooks could cut up my steak since I’m disabled and had left my rocker knife at home. William said he’d try, and when he returned with my steak perfectly cut up, I was absolutely delighted. The food was fantastic, cooked exactly to my liking, and the service was top-notch. Overall, a great experience, and we will definitely be back!

The location is just off the interstate so it's easily accessible. There is plenty of parking and the wait wasn't long. The food was good as always but what stood out this time was the exceptional service provided by Jariyard, I may be spelling the gentleman name wrong, but he provided exceptional the dining area I was seated. Great attention to all his customers and the other team members. Had smile on his face as he did his. These days the quality of service is not that great among the masses. Keep up the great work and acknowledgement to you and whomever brought you on board.

We ordered online & live about 25 minutes from this location. We got it home and it was still the perfect temperature. We got burgers, steaks and desserts among other things.

Foor was great, however a few minutes after being seated the busboy from another table flipped red salsa or red something from a dirty table on my back and in my hair and splattered on my aunts shirt. When we asked our server for some extra napkins to help clean it up, she's all opps, gave us couple cocktail napkins and walked away. No sorry, let us help or anything. Probably ruined my aunts light colored shirt too. Poor customer service but good food at least

The food was great. The service was great. We were a party of 3 and started with the fried pickles... always awesome! The bread and cinnamon butter is a guilty pleasure. We ordered a half rack of ribs, a filet minion rare, and the big prime rib extra rare. Sides included Caesar salads, veggies, and chili. It was perfect!!! Our waitperson was attentive but not intrusive. There was never a time when our glasses went unfilled.

Three of us had dinner at the bar. My sirloin tips with mushroom gravy and loaded garlic mashed potatoes was delicious. It also included a small Caesar salad. The fresh bread is always good, and the manager came around to make sure all was well.

I was really craving a good steak, so we decided to give this place a try. I made our reservation through the app, and it was very easy — no wait time even on a Sunday. The servers were friendly and accommodating, and they even let us change tables without any issue. I ordered the 16oz sirloin and it was excellent — cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The filet mignon is also amazing, and all of their chicken plates are great as well. They even offer Halal options, but just a heads-up: both the regular and sweet baked potatoes are made with pork grease, so they’re not suitable. However, the mashed potatoes are pork-free and safe to order. The Caesar salad was delicious, and the blooming onion was a hit. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the kids’ chicken nuggets — they tasted like frozen ones and arrived barely warm. Overall, I’m a big fan of Texas Roadhouse and I’ll keep coming back. The service can vary slightly — sometimes it’s perfect, sometimes just a little short — but one thing I appreciate is that if you’re ever not satisfied, the manager will always make it right.

We decided to go here for my birthday for steaks. It was awesome the food was perfect and our waiter Antonio was very prompt and he went out of the way to make it perfect for my birthday. First time here had a great server and amazing food. Didn't realize i had to ask the server or get my own peanuts though. Hahaha. Was my mom's first time in texas so why not eat at the Texas Roadhouse. I will definitely visit again. Parking was easy. There is bar seating. Not much but it does exist.

Literally as soon as I parked, a young lady came out to offer me a bag of Texas Roadhouse nuts and as soon as she walked away, another young lady came out with my order. I was there less than 2 minutes. This by far the best to go curbside experience I’ve ever had and I appreciated it very much.

Loved this place.. steaks and service awesome.. didn't like being seated on the main walkway to many people walking pass.. 🚷 looking at food , coughing ect.ect. (I will be going back but not seated in the main walkway ) Steaks was do tender you didn't need a knife .. and for sure didn't need any sauce but I did us A1.. even husband could eat mine.. he lost his bottom teeth plate he ordered a chop beef steak so good with flavor yet I gave hom a bit of my ribeye. He had no trouble munching away.. ❤️ Even the blooming onion 🌰 was delicious.. cooked all the way through..

We put in our table request for a party of 12 (turned out we miscounted and there were actually 14 of us 🤷🏽‍♀️ lol)There wasn't a wait time once we arrived. We figured out our person count was off and still managed to fit everyone in pretty comfortably lol the servers were nice, lively, and attentive to our dining needs. We were able to have multiple conversations throughout our party without having to yell across the tables. The food was cooked perfectly all around, from the famous rolls and butter, followed by appetizers and on to the entrées. Thank you for a great meal and great service!!

I ordered a fort worth ribeye, medium rare, which is what I always get. The steak that was brought to me was super thin, and cooked too burnt perfection. I don't think that was my steak that was brought to me honestly, i've never seen a steak cut that thin before. If my steak is a little overcooked, sometimes I just deal with it and eat it, I hate having to send things back, but that was not the steak I ordered.And that sucker was burnt! When the waitress came back and I showed her the stake she was like, oh wow, that is not your steak, I ate my corn and mashed potatoes, while I waited for my steak to be recooked. Everyone else's food came out fine, I was just so disappointed that by the time my steak came, everyone was done. The waitress offered me another side to eat with my steak, but I was just done, because everyone else was done. I took 2 bites and asked for a box. When they mess up on your steak like this, it kind of ruins your whole experience. Really sucks, because I was really looking forward to my steak. The waitress was super nice, it wasn't her fault.

We just moved to the area and this was our 1st time visiting this location. They looked pack but we got sat quickly. Our server Faith was amazing! We had the rib appetizer it was delicious. I got a 6 ounce Dallas fillet cooked perfectly Med Rare with a sweet potato and flavorful green beans. Also had an old-fashioned, which was delicious just wish they had the right cherries. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger, the bacon and cheese were missing but Faith fixed it quickly! We will be back for the amazing service and delicious food! Thank for a wonderful experience!

Wife and I stopped in after her Doctors appointment for late lunch early Supper and as usual we were not disappointed. Yes we started off with those dinner rolls and delicious butter followed by our salads. Wife had the 6oz Sirloin with shrimp and a sweet potato while I had the 8oz Sirloin and a loaded baked potato. Flavor, taste and the tenderness was in every bite of awesomeness. All cooked to our exact request! Our waitress was on point with all our needs with a smile and very polite conversation making sure that all our needs were met.

Very well service for my 1st time visiting TRH. Rolls are so warm and hot served fresh with a butter that has like a sweet cinnamon taste. The booths are comfortable even for us plus size folks some are really tight but this one had room. The server Cristy was very polite and attentive to my family. Also Meghan with an H was also very polite and gifted me a free appetizer for my first visit. I had the 6oz sirloin steak medium is what i ordered but got a well done steak, still very tasteful. My uncle ordered chicken fried-steak but it wasn’t what he expected and thats his favorite dish he had to send it back but no worries! Overall a wonderful lunch and very welcome hospitality!

The bread & butter is amazing. This was my first time visiting Texas Road House. When you walk in you can select which steak you want. Sirloin, ribeye etc. Ask for bread it’s free. The best tasting rolls I have ever had. The Mac & cheese was ok. I wouldn’t recommended it but everything else was great. This place can get pretty busy. Prepare to wait a bit if you haven’t reserved a table

I had the ribs and they were pretty good. My date had the steak and she liked it. Very busy atmosphere as you'd expect and the service was good, timely for the amount of people that were in there.

Always a good go to when your on a budget and feel like steak. We love all the food. The reason I gave the food a 4 is because the cook on the steak is always a hit or miss at this location it is not a big deal for me but might be for others. The kids ribs are huge and very good. My son loved his cheese burger. Bake potato loaded is a must.

We came here to enjoy the steak and drink some beer. The server was super nice and did a great job. All out food came out right and tasted great. I took 1 star off because the don't have Blue Moon anymore. The server said its been gone since before October. If so, why do you still have it on the menu and advertising it on screens inside the restaurant. Please fix this and we will be back. Can't forget the chili, always love the chili.

We shared the chicken wings to start, and then ordered two medium ribeyes and a pulled-pork platter. Unfortunately, both steaks came out well-done instead of medium, so we had to send them back. I’m really glad they were willing to redo them, but for a place that specializes in steaks, you’d hope they’d get that part spot-on the first time. Aside from that hiccup, the service was fantastic, they are super friendly and attentive, which made the experience much better. All in all, some great moments, but hoping for a bit more consistency next time, especially with the steaks.

All we ordered were rolls to go. We've done this a few times, but the only reason I'm on here is because of the quality of the rolls. This was the second time, so I just wanted to post about it, especially since we're paying for it and this is NOT the same roll we'd get if we were dining in. Very disappointing to open a box after ordering 1.5 dz rolls and find them over cooked and smaller than they should be. We go to many Texas Roadhouse's so we know what product is consistently delivered across locations. What's more disappointing is the fact that we paid for this and they served us those sorry excuses of a roll.. do better please! The staff was great, but they need better quality control check of their stuff. Definitely left a bad impression since this happened twice in a row now. No one likes anyone who takes shortcuts vs delivering the right quality product..

Tried this restaurant out heard has awesome food,the food is okay service is ridiculous needs more organized management to get orders out on time and correct. Quantity of food is small for high price and quality is fair.

Gave me chicken nuggets calling them chicken critters and when I asked about it one person claimed they’re correct and all weighed and another claimed it’s a smaller portion I was getting charged full price. Thankfully someone from the back young man named Christopher McKinley thankfully came to fix it man definitely deserves a raise.

Service and food have been a hit-or-miss for years at this Texas Roadhouse. Some days they're in fire; everything is cooked as it was ordered and the wait staff is attentive and quick. Other times are like our last visit (2023) where there are forks, trash, and a baby pacifier laying at the foot of our table and as we are seated. A gentleman with a broom and dustpan circled the restaurant twice while we paint and simply swept around those items. Our appetizer, Rattlesnake Bites, was at our table in less than a minute after ordering it and wasn't hot like it was fresh out of a fryer. The food showed up thirty minutes after ordering and was slightly over cooked, both the steak orders and the chicken orders. Not bad enough to complain to manage about. We always get gift cards here as gifts, so we'll gamble on another visit again in the future.

My first impression was not that good as I was told misinformation on the phone and the manager on site was not impressive. While this restaurant set up is not ideal for parties, it's what my son wanted. Our servers were amazing and the food was excellent with okay pricing. My son had an excellent time with people he loved so that's what mattered.

Food was ok, I oredered the Chicken Fried Sirloin with Loaded Steak Fries. The Steak was salty and excessively breaded. My wife ordered the Ribs with a baked loaded potato and she said it was a 3 out of 5. My son ordered a New York Strip 8oz medium well and he mention that it was a 4 out of 5. We also ordered fried pickels as appetizer but too salty. Service? Just ok, 3 out of 5....

Consistently a good place for a quick and easy dinner. The service is usually very friendly and attentive, even when they are busy. Our food is usually on point, especially for the price, and we appreciate the fresh hot bread. We don't care for the coke here though. We order the regular coke and it always tastes like coke zero.

Layout was good. Just know they love to fill you up on bread and cinnamon butter before your meal. I got a 14oz ribeye steak and it was cooked as requested. Could have been trimmed little more prior to cooking. Cactus onion was good. Little bigger than expected. Loaded mashed potatoes was cold and plain. Service was good for a Friday rush night. Waiter was on spot and didn't mind breaking up a party of 9 into 3 checks. He also kept u p with the drinks and bread even when we didn't need it. Was more than expected but rather go to another well known steak house for steaks and sides. Forgot to say. Bench seating is hard to sit on for a hour dinner.

I've been to various Texas Roadhouse locations but, the food at this location missed the mark with me. I can tell you for a Saturday the place was busy. We waited for no more than 20 minutes. Once seated our waiter introduced himself and took our drink orders. He returned with our drinks orders with speed n accuracy. Once we ordered our food that's when I took issues with my meal. I ordered the Country Fried Sirloin otherwise known as a Chicken Fried Steak. Now when it was served too me it looked rather large but, it was more crust than steak. It was also slightly overcooked and crunchy that most of the crust was left on my plate. It came with two sides which I chose mashed potatoes with white gravy and Green beans. The Beans were Tender n Flavorful while the mashed potatoes were mushy and no flavor. I have had instant mashed better that this. Look the service was Good and the drinks were top notch. I can only tell you about my meal so I will order something different next time.

This was the driest steak ever. I asked for medium and they gave me over cooked. I tried to put melted butter on it, yeah that didn't work at all. This was a waste of 16oz steak. All ate was my sweet potato and the roll

Waited way longer than our normal time for food, waiter was difficult to track down when needed refill (out of four of us only one got one refill and it was from who brought our food). Both Sirloins were supposed to be Medium. Medium where? It was VERY well done.

I waited on the waiter for some sauce but he never came around. Same for drinks,he only came to take our drink orders but never came back to ask for refills.

Our waitress seemed like she wasn't happy about her table being seated. She repeated my drink order back to me (unsweetened tea, with no lemon), and still delivered it wrong, kind of plopping it down on the table, and my ribeye looked more like a sirloin. It was thin, and overcooked.

I love me some Texas Roadhouse however this visit left me questioning my taste in food. I ordered the “All American Cheeseburger.” The patty was very dry. I never get lettuce due to it typically being soggy so I skipped, I don’t do onions, which left the tomatoes. Please see pictures for this. I never get my dang pickle spear that comes with the burger so my sweet husband asked while ordering and we were assured it would be on the plate…of course not on the plate. It’s just disappointing due to the fact that the cost of things are so high. The best thing about my meal were the fries. What happened to the peanuts?

I’ve ordered takeout a couple times from this location and I’m just disappointed. They gave me burnt rolls, my steaks are usually overcooked, I ask for condiments and never get them. The salad always looks wilted. Texas Roadhouse is my favorite and this location does not do well on Togo orders. :(

I was extremely dissatisfied with my last visit. I ordered the 16 oz sirloin. I ordered sirloin because of its low fat amount. I want the meat, not the fat. The steak I received was well over 70% fat. I couldn't eat it. For my sides I ordered a loaded baked and sweet potato. They brought the sweet potato out on my steak plate, soaked in in the juices. The baked potato they brought on a seperate plate. Where is the logic there? I had marshmallow on my steak. I am so disappointed. I order a large steak to eat and take home. I had nothing to take home. And left still hungry. When being seated, we were brought to a dirty table. Then had to wait additionally in the tiny walkways, in everybody's way, for the table to be cleaned off. On top of that, the waitess came to our table a SINGLE time. We knew what we wanted so we ordered when she asked for our drinks. She brought our food and never came back. I would not have tipped her. Lucky for me, another person at my table took care of the tip.

One of our dishes was bad, the country fried steak, smelled odd when cut into, after 2 bites he stopped eating it. Waitress was great offered alternative dish. Member of our party did not eat anything else upon, leaving he ended up getting sick outside in the parking lot. We went back in and told the manager so they could be aware of a bad batch. Since we had already paid we were given plastic bags and some crackers. ‘We are so sorry have a goodnight’ not good customer service on the managers part. It’s going to be a long 1.5 hour drive home.

If it weren’t that we were eating with good friends, I would have asked for the manager. Being seated right next to the bathroom with the doors slamming constantly not the best for atmosphere. The bread is always good. We had to ask for peanuts twice. She was busy…it was a Saturday. My double pork chops were burnt and very, very dry. His salmon was also over cooked. Our friend’s prime rib which was supposed to be medium rare was rare! What the heck is going on with this place. There are lines for people to get in. Why? We won’t be back!

I don't like to give reviews under a 4, if it's not great I try not to post at all but I thought I'd try a TR this evening that's not on FM 1960 since we're off 99 and 45, we thought we'd take a little longer drive and try this location. 1st and last time. The service was decent but the food not so much. My steak had more than 1/3 of it taken up by gristle. Like really a ridiculous amount so they took it back. I really hate sending things back but this was pretty blatantly not ok and my server recognized that pretty quickly and handled it but a mgr never came by. Every location I've been to a mgr comes by at some point, especially when the waitress is pretty new. For being newer, she was kind but maybe unsure still how to handle and I definitely didn't want to make her feel responsible for my not so great experience. I waited and waited only to get the next steak way way under cooked. At that point no one else was eating at my table so I asked for a box and boxed it all up to cook at home. They apologized, so they know it wasn't right but told me how to pay and walked away. Usually a great experience at the other 2 I've been to. Sadly not tonight at this one. I basically paid for a steak to cook tomorrow. Next time I'll drive further to Conroe.

My wife and I stopped in to enjoy a nice juicy steak and boy were we surprised. We both ordered the prime rib, medium well. When the steaks arrived, the first thing I noticed was the amount of fat in it. The next thing was the fact that it was a little under cooked, but not enough to complain about. What was enough to complain about? The fact that they were leather tough and full for gristle. We had a a hard time cutting into mine and could hardly chew it. This was supposed to be a PRIME rib. Needless to say we called the server over and explained that this meal was unexceptable. She asked if we would like another steak. No thank you. We we not charged and left.

Very disappointed with the service tonight. We had a party of five — four of us were already at the counter, and the fifth person was just in the parking lot on the way in. The staff refused to give us a table until everyone was physically present, even though our table was ready and we clearly had five people. Totally unnecessary and unwelcoming policy. Not what I expect from Texas Roadhouse. Poor customer service!

I went back to Texas Roadhouse hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, I was disappointed again. The food was mediocre at best; the steak was overcooked and the side dishes tasted bland. The drinks were also a letdown - watery and overpriced. To top it all off, the service was slow and inattentive. For the price we paid, the quality of the food and service simply didn't measure up. I really wanted to like it, but after this visit, I can confidently say I won't be returning. There are better options out there for a good steak dinner.

I rarely go here. I just got back and probably some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. Everyone has a face that they don’t want to be there, and when I ask simple questions, I get the most snobby response ever, especially from the 3 blondes in TO GO. NEVER AGAIN.

It’s crazy. The last birthday we had here a few months ago when we had a birthday party here with 24 people and they made sure we were well taken care of. Two of the managers checked on us frequently and the servers make sure to check on us frequently as well. Great customer service. This time I tried to do the same thing and the manager Megan seemed to care less and had an attitude, didn’t seem to care if we even came to the restaurant. Would not put us on a wait list when we were 10 minutes away driving that there and said when we get there we can talk to the host about what the wait time will be for our party and adding us to the list, she told us for a normal party it is 45 minutes so she doesn’t know. I called the location in Humble and they were happy to hear we were on the way and added us to the waitlist. We don’t mind waiting but the customer service was completely different between locations. I think we will start choosing the Humble location from here on out.

Ah, Texas Roadhouse. Where the peanuts are stale, the music is loud enough to make your eardrums file a restraining order, and the only thing rarer than a properly cooked steak is competent service. Let’s start with the “Ready for Pickup” notification. I get the text, I roll up, I wait… and I wait… and then I keep waiting like I’m in line for concert tickets in 1997. Twenty-five minutes later, someone finally stumbles out with my food like they just remembered, “Oh right, this guy exists.” And let’s talk about the steak—because that's supposed to be the thing here, right? You ask for medium rare, you get medium well. Ask for medium? Cool, here’s a charred hockey puck. I'm convinced there's a blindfolded raccoon in the back just guessing temperatures and praying for the best. But hey, at least the butter-covered bread is always good... if you enjoy starting your meal with dessert and regret. Bottom line? If you’re looking for a meal that’s late, wrong, and somehow still cold, Texas Roadhouse has you covered. Five stars for consistency—in consistently missing the mark.

Out of bread when they seated us. We sat for 5 min or so then they seated 2 other groups. Brought them bread. Starting taking their orders. Still hadn't said a word to us. After 10 minutes we left. Shitty service.

We came here today to celebrate my mother's 87th birthday. I got here early so we can get a table for four and the lady at the front said to let her know when we are all here well my daughter showed up and I said well let's go ahead and get the table before they get here. So we came back yes the same young lady asked if we were all here or not we said no they have rules here that they cannot sit you at a table till everyone shows up. She said rules are rules they have it right there in Black and yellow. Into which we did not see.This was actually supposed to be a surprise for my mother. And it's pretty rude when the girl at the front is up there eating. And actually we wanted to go to Tin Roof in Atascocita to eat but they're closed on Sunday. We were thinking Spring Creek BBQ. We did that last year. Never Again Here @ Texas Roadhouse for a Surprise Birthday! After my daughter filed the complaint, the manager on duty came & apologized. She went ahead and seated us til my Mother & Brother arrived. Thank You!

Ketchup was empty. How to incident with the way the steak was cooked . Took about an hour for her to get her food. Had to be asked for some type of compensation for the steak and wanted to take the steak back in order to give a discount. Didn't refill the drinks. All around horrible experience. My food was cooked okay. And I showed up much later than the people who originally got the table they were done by the time I ordered my food and they're dirty dishes are still on the tables after I'm already almost done with my food

I will never eat here again! I placed a to-go order, and when I got home, I found remnants of fried pickles in the sauce, as if someone had dipped pickles into it beforehand. When I called the manager to resolve the issue, I was gaslighted and told that no one there would do such a thing. Also, about a month ago, my family dined in, and although our meal was fine, another family nearby discovered two roaches crawling from under their table before they could even order. The quality of food, customer service, and management is subpar at best!

I ordered a premium filet from the glass case and ordered it rare+ with mushrooms and onions along with a baked potato. Much to my disappointment, the steak was so tough it was inedible so I sent it back for a refund. The baked potato was so overcooked it was also inedible. My wife got the ribs which were so overcooked the bones would have been moister. If you order a steak here, bring a saw. Anything else you order ask the waiter/waitress to make sure the kitchen doesn’t cremate it. Spoke to the manager who removed the steak from our bill but was coldly indifferent to our complaint about the overcooked items. It had been 10+ years since we had eaten there, and we were reminded why. We won’t be back, too many GOOD steakhouses in Houston to choose from. I strongly suggest you visit one of those instead.

My husband and I didn't have a good experience at this location! We waited at least 35 to 40 minutes to get out meals and they were cold and I asked for sweet tea that arrived unsweetened twice.They took my husband's order back and it took another 20 to 25 minutes to only receive it warmed. We're not pleased!!

Well, this might be one of the worst Texas Roadhouses in the area. Highly regretted coming to this one over the Conroe one. So a 20 min estimated wait to get a table turned to 1 hour. Everyone else that came after us was seated way before us. We were only a group of 5. Strike 1. Then, when we were seated, tables around us were served drinks and food way before they dropped off our drink order. Strike 2. Lastly, when food did come out an hour later, we had tough, overcooked meat, probably due to it sitting on the hot plate for way too long from a waitress that could care less. Strike 3. No drink were refilled until when we were ready to leave this hot mess, and when our waitress finally did come with refills, we were given refills with no ice. This was truly a waste of money since I no one deserves to pay for tough, overcooked meat. My family and I left this Roadhouse feeling like they targeted us and made sure to let us know they didn’t want our business again. Obviously they will never see us again.

Terrible quality of food! Very dry, cold and not how I ordered it. This bothers me because it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get there and once I get home and I have to eat my food especially that’s not not how I ordered it I placed an over the phone order for pick up and they did not deliver my order the way I ordered it. I asked for medium well done on my beef tips I get them and they’re burnt on both sides and dry. There seems to be some inconsistency when I order Texas roadhouse because when I get my order of beef tips, they’ll put brown gravy, sautéed with the onions and mushrooms and this time it didn’t come with brown . I asked for extra white gravy they don’t give me extra white gravy. I had to ask for it once I got my order. It seems like it’s an inconvenience for them. I asked for utensils because they didn’t give me any and I had to ask for my daughter’s kids meal drink because they didn’t ask. I understand where in hard times and everybody’s cutting back doesn’t mean you have to come back on the quality of your food and your service. Basically, the food was dry even my sweet potato. It seemed like it had been sitting there for quite a while because it was cold.

Worst experience of our lives……. We entered the restaurant and was told to wait to the side to be seated understood place was slammed. Stood there for an additional 20 minutes while 8 couples behind us were sat infront of us. And when approaching the hostess she was completely dismissive about the situation. Once seated our server was really the only good part of the experience she got us our drinks and rolls fairly quickly. But once we received our steaks both of them was suppose to be medium rare and one of them was almost completly raw…. When they took my steak back they just completly cooked it though and burnt the crap of the outside of it. And the manager on duty did nothing to fix the situation and just walked off as fast as she could after giving the plate back

I ordered a cheeseburger, I get mine well done. I have never had a problem with this until last night. I ordered our meals online and my daughter picked them up on her way after work. My burger was charred and burnt to a crisp. I could only take two bites of the part that was least burnt, then threw it away because it was inedible. I hate to waste food - and worse, I hate to waste money. I spent over $120 for three meals and there was no delivery fee since it was picked up. That’s not chicken scratch. I will never eat there again!!!

I've been here a couple times before and everything is fine when it's just me and someone else, but I could never come here with a group again because their kitchen staff loses their heads and leaves all of our food in the back. Everyones food was cold as you can tell in the images. We also didn't get good services refilling our drinks because of very skim checkups. May I add that when the manager came to speak to us, she gave excuses rather than apologizing to my group. We understand that there are chances for us to ask for our food to be redone, but we never had people swing by to ask us if everything was okay. On top of that... If we had our food remade, we would be eating a while longer.

Will not be returning to this location. Completely embarrassed me today and ruined my birthday experience. All over a drivers license misunderstanding. My laminate was peeling and it turned into a whole thing. I overheard a few of the employees making snarky remarks about the situation right behind me so I got up and walked out. Barely ordered anything just drinks. A shame honestly but life goes on. Best of luck.

⚠️ SPOILED STEAK – BE CAREFUL ⚠️ Please be aware of this location. My daughter was served a spoiled steak here. Thankfully, she only took one bite before realizing something was wrong. When we informed one of the managers, she simply said “okay” and walked away with the plate. They did offer to make another steak, but we declined. Later, another manager came over to apologize and offered to cover our bill for the evening, which we appreciated. Still, it’s very disappointing that something like this could happen at a steakhouse. Our waitress was extremely kind and apologetic throughout the situation, and we made sure to tip her since it clearly wasn’t her fault.

Portion size is just a abysmal. Ordered an 8oz steak that looked like a 6oz steak. I spoke to the manager and she stuck by her word that it was a 6oz steak. Also the portion size of the side of fries for the burger is just so small and insulting for how much one pays for the food. Never coming back.

We ordered the family meal with chicken critters and 24 of these chicken *bits* dont even cover the bottom of the foil pan. The manager said they handcut and base on precooked weight per piece but I find it hard to believe that after adding flour and cooking they end up being about 1/2 ounce each. Im not sure what lab grown chicken disappears in grease but save your money and DRIVE TO CHEDDARS AND GET YOU A FULL FOIL PAN OF CHICKEN FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!!!!!

We experienced very poor service during our visit. Our waitress, Alexis, rarely checked on our table and never offered refills. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Melanie, the issue was not addressed. I later asked the manager if she had spoken with the waitress, as the level of service continued to be subpar throughout our visit. Overall, we did not feel welcomed or valued as customers.

My daughter was born on Christmas so we like to go out to eat for her birthday a little early. This year was her sweet 16th & she had an outfit picked out for pictures & specifically requested Texas Roadhouse for their birthday saddle/singing. We went early as soon as they opened to beat the crowds. I told our waitress at the beginning of the meal that we were there to celebrate her birthday. She told us to remind her near the end of our meal because she might forget. I'd like to note that during our meal we heard another table getting the birthday announcement & song. When we were done eating, we reminded our waitress & she brought my daughter her dessert, but no other workers to sing or the saddle. So I asked if they still do that & she said the saddle was broken. So I asked if my daughter could at least get the birthday song & she said she would try to find someone. She then came back & said that she couldn't find anyone to sing. My daughter, disappointed, just asked us to sing to her. She already shares her birthday with Christmas & we try to find ways to make it special. I was very sad she couldn't get the special birthday treatment she wanted. I would also like to note that on our way out we heard another table getting the announcement & singing. I don't know if our waitress was too shy, but this was just a total bust for us. We won't be back.

This location has always been a hit or miss, however my husband and I decided to give them one more shot. First and foremost to the blonde clueless girl at the TO GO curbside KEEP YOUR EYES to YOURSELF! So worried about someone's husband that it was extremely uncomfortable to watch this employee just stare...and stare....and stare some more at us rather than doing their job in making sure orders are expedited correctly. We sure didn't drive 35+ minutes to be stared at and to add insult to the injury...rolls were cold and in a ripped bag. So glad I checked before getting home, I'd hate to think it was intentional. Steaks were raw, food was not freshed with zero flavor and was unable to finish our meal. I will say Manager was very understanding and professional half of the employees will ever be. Do better Roadhouse. Do better.
