Red Lobster

Having had a very terrible dinning experience in another Red Lobster located at Winter Haven a month ago, we wanted to give it a try at a different location. And we are extremely happy that we did! We had a wonderful dining experience in this location tonight. Firstly, we reserved a table for 5 (including a toddler) through Google at 7pm on Black Friday night to avoid a long wait as last experience in Winter Haven. Once we arrived, the staff greeted us politely and arranged a table that fit us comfortably. I personally very appreciated how considerate they were in putting the high chair far away from the kitchen exit. We also didn’t wait for too long to get our drinks and the biscuits. Maybe the one in Winter Haven set the bar too low that we waited more than 10minutes just for some glasses of water and half an hour for some biscuits and none of our food came out after an hour that forced us to leave. Luckily, this location did everything right! The food was served quick, nice and hot. The sirloin that we got from the ultimate feast was on point, cooked as medium as we asked for. All our food tasted very good as well as in a perfect portion! Moreover, I especially appreciate how the servers and managers interacted with the customers. Not only our server kept us updated on our food and checking on us, but also the managers and runner. They kept on checking with us to see if everything was alright and whether we needed something else. One of the managers even offered to take some pictures for us to capture our happiness with this dinning experience. This definitely gained back our confidence with Red Lobster. We will definitely come back to this location if we want some more seafood in the future.

I've always been a fan of Red Lobster aside from the amazing cheddar biscuits the prices are very fair. I would opt for beer if you're a drinker I ordered a Mai Tai and it tasted like an expensive glass of juice the server Camile was very responsive and took my drink back to the bartender and it was corrected immediately. The food came out fast and the temperature was perfect! I will definitely return to Red Lobster over and over.One of my favorite places to eat!

It took a long time to get our food. My server was excellent We were dining doing down time(ending shift before new shift began) I really don't think the cook had arrived. Everything else was just wonderful. We had the endless shrimp and it was all wonderfully delicious

We got the endless shrimp for $20 per person, you can chose one classic side and 2 of the shrimp options. From all the options we tried the Alfredo Shrimp (comes with pasta!), the skewer (everyone’s favorite! Comes with rice) and the Shrimp Scampi. Everything was delicious! Great staff! Robson (Brazilian!) is an excellent host and has been kind every time we’ve been here.

We took our daughter here for her birthday. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was standard for Red Lobster. What I ordered was good, but I didn’t care for it as much as I thought I would. Just my personal preference. We will definitely return.

Casandra and Lisa are my favorite servers so far. Hazel the manager is also great. We love the endless shrimp and will be back a few more times before it is over. Great food and great Service. Update: can't add points to rewards on phone or computer. 3/30/24 Lisa & Cassandra are gone now.

I went to eat on a Thursday. I was surprised how full the restaurant was. The service was great. Food was served in a timely manner. I have to say managers do care for there employees. They were so busy that the managers got on the floor and started taking orders. Thats what I called team work!!! Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Had a great experience. I will be back to this location..

Amazing experience. All the dishes were wonderful and tasty. TIP: Choose one of the plate with 4 kinds of sea food (I don't remember the name, but have 2 types of shrimp, lobster and scallops with rice and one side of your choice). Another good option is the king crab.

Well, I decided to give Red Lobster an opportunity, because the last time I visited the restaurant near the Fun Spot in Kissimmee, we had a terrible bad experience with our food. But here, they exceeded my expectations IN THE WHOLE SENSE OF THE WORD! Clean restaurant, fast service, our waitress Claudia very attentive and very friendly (she does know how to serve a consumer). The exquisite food (my respects to the cooks), the order came out quickly ... anyway, I no longer have to go to another Red Lobster, because this will be my forever restaurant!

My 10yr old son wanted to go to Red lobsters , hence we went . Upon arriving on a Saturday night, the wait was less then 5 minutes, the server Edwin was helpful and provided great service . The prices for the Ultimate feast is very reasonable which included 4 proteins and 2 sides for $40. This included lobster, fish, shrimp , bacon Mac and cheese and much more . ONLY CON- the bathroom was 🤢

Food I must say was excellent. Over the years I haven't really loved Red Lobster food but was glad my kids made me go. This location nailed every dish. Inside is dark and dreary but staff is friendly and attentive, just took a while to get served. Ohhhh the server said he didn't recommend but glad I didn't listen because my Mangorita was mmm mmm good.

Naveah hopefully I spelled it correctly was an excellent server. Thanks to her our experience was amazing. Food was ok, the texture and flavor for some I didn’t like tasted kind of tough, oily mouth feel, sauce whatever the ranch was had a strong bitterness to it I got the crispy lobster and shrimp stack and my girlfriend got the ultimate feast. Drinks were really good I got the Lobsterita.

When we finally got the servers attention, we received two of almost every shrimp plate as our second round. Servers are hard to find. But the time spent there was not expected. Oh, if you go, just be patient and order the watermelon martini, it's delicious!

Food was ok, the texture and flavor for some I didn’t like tasted kind of tough, oily mouth feel, sauce whatever the ranch was had a strong bitterness to it I got the crispy lobster and shrimp stack and my girlfriend got the ultimate feast. We waited for about 10min at the table to waitress come to ask us about drinks. The food wasn’t that bad but could be better, and they have to improve a lot their service and the appearance of the restaurant, so we as a client deserve better than that. For sure i won’t never come back again at this place.

Red lobster on Vine Street. I really stopped going to Red Lobster I felt it was not worth the money, which was several years ago. In the last 12 months I have eaten there 3 times including the current visit. What drew me back were the shrimp skewers. I specifically went this evening for the shrimp skewers. Lisa was our waitress. She was lively and worked several tables. Nice and engaging. 30 to 40 minutes after we ordered Liza came to tell me they did not have shrimp skewers. Now I’ve been to this Red Lobster in the past and at that moment I remember this was one of the reasons I stopped going. You order, wait for you meal then they tell you 30-40 minutes later they don’t have it. They were always out of the shrimp options. Anyway they gave me double scampi. No manager can by to apologize and Liza gave a 10% of the dish. All she could do. Really I was not satisfied but whatever. Food - I ordered pick 2 shrimp and 1 side. I ordered the scampi, shrimp skewers and a baked potato. Hubby ordered the clam chowder and chicken Alfredo. Since it took so long for the food to come my shrimp were room temperature. The potato was fine. Hubby loved the chicken Alfredo and with salt and pepper the clam chowder. The biscuits were a little over done. Atmosphere- The restaurant was not full only a select numbers of tables were being used. When we were seated the Hostess apologized about the wait stating they were very busy. We only waited about 15 minutes for a table we were told would be 20 minutes. Restroom was clean. One hand soap was so water down it was just pink water. Lisa did apologize about the shrimp stating when she went to get the order they told her. Price - $49-$59. Reasonable. I don’t know go at your own risk at this location. I hope It is a better experience than mine was. Restaurants need to get back to great customer service. The manager should have come by my table. Low food options need to be told to the waiter/waitress so they can inform the customer. I would have ordered something totally different. This is my main gripe they tell you when the food is done. Now I have to take what they give or don’t eat! Please fix this.
