To me food is always very good and hot. But, service could be quicker. Had to wait 10 minutes just for 2 biscuits that were already good to go. I understand there were larger orders than mine. But when getting biscuits for the larger order. My small order could've been knocked out at the same time.

They were undurgoing a remodel which is fine, however, the cashier had a lazy attitude when it came to ordering with her. When the food came out, she whispered the order number like it was painful to do her job. I had to ask for butter and honey and she looked at me like I was crazy to ask her for these necessities. She even gave me a growl as she had to open up a box to provide me, as a customer, a simple request. The soda machine was having issues as well, the carbonation was off, tried 3 different drinks and same taste.

When I went there they gave me a 2 and a half piece chicken strip meal when you pay for 3. Then you get so sit in a dirty dining area that has looked this way for 20 years! I know I've been living in the area that long. It's nice to see however that they finally got a new staff of people the old crew had been there too long and didn't care about customer service at all

I stopped by to try one of the new chicken sandwich, I would give that a 5 star rating it was very good . I ordered the meal. I'm not sure 3 stars are good enough for the service it was terrible. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody even acknowledge that was was there. Very poor service .

I am mainly giving 3 stars because if the wait time alone. It has been about 20mins and still no food with little queue. I am sure the food would be nice but better if they came out faster. Plenty of parking still and two decent toilets.

Walked in and saw 6 people on line. Not a long wait but my order crispy chicken wings and legs were seemed over fried.. kinda dark brownish.. not crispy at all even though i am only 5 mins drive away.

The girl at drive thru was very disrespectful and she never gave me a receipt so I never knew how much I paid until I looked it up on my bank account. The fries were stale and the chicken sandwich was cold.

Ordered them asked me again what was it that I ordered even thought they said pull up the the window. Had to wait 6 min more for the nuggets on my 30 min lunch break. Only one person inside one car behind me.smh not very busy

Lady on intercom seems miserable, There's never ever chicken pot pies. Don't come here for a pot pie 🥧. The fries are good though.

Cashier was friendly. Food was fresh. Tables dirty, windows full of fingerprints. Employee on break sleeping on bench in dining area. Change those things and might be a better experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I saw the girl take out bags of trash and then come back inside without atleast rinsing her hands. Bag my food with an attitude and still give me paper towels as napkins.

Get this location fixed, why is it that every time I go there, there seems to never be any chicken for sale. They are rude and complain when I go to try and buy over 2 family packs. If your business is known for chicken and you never have chicken then close this location and stop making others waste time to go out of our ways to go buy some damn chicken. Check this location, red flags all over. ATTN CORPORATE!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I cannot express how truly horrible the service is. Employees ignoring customers waiting at the counter, arguing with customers when the employee got the order wrong. Skimpy portions. The one girl who tried to help couldn't speak english and the rude girls let her flounder. Dining room messy, bathroom so dirty my daughters refused to go in. KFC has some good food, but this particular store is a nightmare you would be better avoiding.

Waited 20 minutes to order, after ordering waited another 15 minutes to pull up to the window. Got to the window and waited 10 minutes. She handed me a bag of food and then asked for my card. She handed me the card and said thanks. She forgot half of my order. Waited close to 45 minutes and didnt even get what i ordered.I will never return to this location because of the long amount of time I waited to receive sub part service. I would recommend any other location than this one. The surrounding area is very poor and not a nice condition

Came into the drive thru and the women who spoke was so rude I couldn't believe it. She made me feel unwelcome like it was a hassle that I wanted to eat there. She told me they were out of most things and when I asked about one of the bowls an audible sigh could be heard. I will never come here again.

This location is just not good. Go here at your own risk. First of all, they say they offer delivery and yet when you submit your order through the delivery service they provide there's problems receiving the order. This wasn't the first time, we ordered pick up before and they even emailed us that the order was ready and when we got there surprise surprise they told us there was no order under our name. We double checked the address and everything just in case it was our mistake but it was the restaurant we ordered from. But okay fine, you can't control internet and all that stuff at all. But then today we went through the drive thru and the lady taking our orders just kept cutting my sister off, and not only that she didn't even give us a chance to say what sides we wanted AND she messed up on the order too. Obviously gave us the wrong sides all together, and one of the orders was incomplete. NEVER coming back to this location ever again. To the team working here, I hope this isn't how you always work and maybe I'm just unlucky 'cause this isn't how you're suppose to run a business.

OMG...At the counter, all I did was try to order two meals, without drinks, and the poor girl's brain went on fire. She just couldn't get it right. She called someone over to help. When I got back into the car and checked the order, it was all wrong. I went back in and someone else helped me straighten it out, and gave me extra chicken. It was all just okay. The regular chicken completely lacked that KFC flavor. I won't be back.

We went to eat inside and girl name Maria, she was so disrespectful with us, I don't think this lady reserve to work here on KFC. The way she look everyone and talk. I definitely don't recommend this place with this lady. The way she talks to the employees and over the phone.

The cashier was rude right off the start. She didn't greet us when we walked in or when she took the order. We ordered a family combo and she didn't even ask us which sides we wanted she just charged us and didn't say anything until we asked about the sides.

Every time we have tried to come here there is always a wait for food when it is slow af. We'll be the only car coming up (at least an hour before closing) and always have to wait for something to be ready. They act like they're being inconvenienced by us coming here...I would avoid this kfc if possible.

Horrible Horrible service. They never have enough mac and cheese. And the cashiers always act like they'd rather be anywhere else. They take way too long they tell you 10 min but take 30 and if you go ask how much longer they give you an attitude and say that they told you it was going to be 10 min and that they have other customers besides you. I think giving them 1 star is a lot.

Worst KFC i have ever been to. I ordered a 4 pc tender and a bowl someone ordered after me and was given meal before me, im waiting and no notice was given to me on wait time. I hear workers ask y is order taking so long we dont have fries or popcorn chicken. Still no acknowledgment i continue to wait and finally when my food arrives all j get was order is ready. Once i start eating the mash potatoes are cold from waiting for the popcorn chicken. This is the LAST time i will be going to this KFC STAY AWAY!!

How this place stays in business is a miracle in itself. Always out of something, this time it was half the menu. Pretty much only had chicken, biscuits and coleslaw. And they managed to still get the order wrong.

They ran out of chicken breast so they substituted chicken leg the store was filthy. Caked on dirt on walls you can see right when you go inside tables dirty.this location needs to be shut down by health department. No leadership no management around. This horrible for lahabra. The city needs to come in and have them remodel or get out.

Don't come to this KFC if you want your order to be correct and want fast and freidly service. Poor service. Waited a long time in drive through to start. Got home and was missing 2 pieces of our 8 piece family meal including 2 apple pies we ordered but were not included in the order ( was not charged for the pies) Contacted the manager Maria and requested a credit for my next visit since I was already home, instead she said I can return to pick up my 2 missing pieces rather than maybe understanding I was 10 minutes away and my dinner did not include KFC tonight since there was not enough chicken to feed my family. She also said, she would not give us a credit unless we return the full order. But if we ate anything, no credit. Okay?? EVERYONE STOP EATING!!!!! Give me a break. I feel my phone call to them was a bother and they did not give a s%^! about their error, let alone try to correct it in a manner that would cause me to return. They can keep their 2 pieces they shorted me. Including my $20 plus tax! I understand people make mistakes and that is okay if you fix or do the best to make it better. Suggesting to your customer that is already at home to come back and pick up your 2 missing pieces and not offering a curtsy free meal for the error is grounds for never returning to that establishment ever again and letting people know what's going on over at the KFC in La Habra on Harbor. Hopefully the owners will read this and have a seroius talk with their staff and manager, realize that this type of service does not go unnoticed and unfortunately will cause them to lose business. At least from me. If you work somewhere please be happy with your job. I work too and we were never rude or ask for anything out of the ordinary. We just wanted KfC for dinner tonight. This location of KFC seems to be out of chicken whenever I go there. I went thru the drive thru yesterday (6/10) and wanted a 2pc meal and was told that there was any chicken except chicken tenders because they just filled a large order mind you This was 5pm, dinner time. What was other customers supposed to do!! I will never go here again.

I've been eating at KFC since I was 3 years old. I am now 62 so I know eleven herbs and spices and what I was just served is not made from The KFC original recipe. In fact all the food here sucks and so do the people who work here. I don't understand how this location stays in business. The chicken tasted like it was just dipped in flour and then fried with no spices The mashed potatoes and gravy was just bland and the macaroni and cheese was cold I had a bite of each and just left it shortly after I sat down an argument broke out in the back between two employees a woman and a guy and they screamed at the top of their lungs in Spanish for 10 minutes straight. I feel like I just threw $14 right out my window as I was driving down the road that's what it feels like. Harbor boulevard and Francis avenue stay away from this location! IT SUCKS!!!

The girl at the counter was arguing with a customer who came there regularly about not having his usual ordered items, and then asked me if I wanted to order the same item that she just told someone else that it was not available. Good food but really bad service. Go somewhere else for your KFC. Is it just me or the portion has gotten smaller?

I don't want to get out of the car because I sprained my left foot. The attitude of the service staff is extremely bad! Made me have to get out of the car! Also for the manager to have no empathy to the fact you just spent a million dollars on chicken and they got your order incorrect. My fault for trusting them to put chicken in a box and gravy in a bowl I didkt know how hard that was. Anyways if it were them to have there order incorrect I guarantee they world care a little more. Anyways my advice try another location for a better experience !

This place is an absolute joke. We have come here at least 10 times trying to get pot pies but there never were available were told if we want one we can wait 18 minutes for it. The other times we go there the workers are rude and we always have the order wrong. I will not be returning to this location. And I would advise anyone who goes there to expect your order to be wrong and the worker to be rude when you point out you didn't get what you paid for.

I love kfc but this location always makes you wait. Order at the drive thru over 1 item please park. Last time , I waited over 10 minutes and had to go in.
