Chicken sandwiches are made fresh. The most negative and disappointing thing is the order placing and order fulfillment. I have come to this location during the day and early evenings. Every single time, it takes what feels like "forever" to place an order and to get the order fulfilled. Zero sense of urgency. Staff is nice and courteous but my goodness there needs to be a sense of timely delivery and service. It moves at a snail pace. Please help them do better!!!

Took about another 30 minutes to get my order after waiting 10 to order. The wings were good, but the gravy in my mash potatoes was garbage. They were very out of sync with their communication. Which led to a lot of wasted time completing people's orders. Another woman waited 45 min for her order.

Chicken was undercooked, got food poisoning. The ice tea tasted really old. And they only gave one dipping sauce for two combos. The second chicken was tiny and mostly fried stuff. Overall will never ever eat here again.

For pickup and prepared ready to go should be simple and time effective, but an auntie woman makes customer to wait 5 minutes, until they finish other's current preparation. Even it was not that busy time.

Oct 2024 Dirty and unclean soda and icetea equipment look up in the soda nazle. Does the ice tastes funny? I bet they dont clean the fillters oh also to mention the ice tea equipment under the metal screens there is mold grown under and behind both icetea equipment see pic even the icetea equipment has greasy oil finger prints all over them. I don't believe they empty the fresh icetea can out daily i put a lid on top came back 2 days later was still there also the part time minwage Staff Martha is rude and disrespectful I will never go back if she there. She jumps on people getting refills, not only to me but also others. Most people eat out side. Due to the fact "your not welcome feeling" and the place is always dirt, the trsh is allways full. As i eat outside and coming in for a refill she question people like i walk around with a cardboard cup that fall apart after a few times of uses And bathroom is allways broken for customer but not for staff. As i witness them use it. That broken sign was been up for a month or two. Read other reviews all the same how dity this place is

Poor service. Took 25 min to get a sandwich and fries. Even though I was the only customer I had to re do my chicken nuggets because they were uncooked. So is my sandwich. It’s raw Forget about it being crunchy. I think they are cutting back on having the chicken in the cooking process to save on gas. Totally a rip off No restrooms Don’t come to this place save yourself the money and hunger

I’m sorry but this place needs to be shut down or ran by new management ants all over the soda machine, walls and trash. I asked for spicy chicken wings and got regular then waiting 30 mins for 2 combos just to find out my order was wrong. How upsetting

This Popeyes chicken location is disgusting. My mom ordered a 16 piece dinner thru Door Dash and the chicken was under cooked . The skin was soft and mushy. The fries were cold. I wonder what those employees are doing in their serving people nasty chicken like that. This Popeyes need to close down. I went there one time before when they first opened and the chicken was under cooked then. The meat was still red on the inside. Today, my mom suggested chicken from popeyes and I said yes thinking she would order from the Popeyes on Imperial Hwy and St. Gertrude’s in La Mirada. That’s the best Popeyes in the area. I started eating the chicken and I could even finish it and realized that my mom may have ordered fro The Popeyes on Whittier and Beach in La Habra. And surely it was from that place. I was like geez 68 dollars for some garbage. So now I had to throw the rest of the chicken back in the oven to finish cooking. The batter was soft the skin wasn’t even cooked. I like my chicken crunchy. I don’t even see why they still in business, the people living close to this Popeyes must like this undone raw chicken. My two year old daughter kept throwing the chicken on the floor. Not me. I’m never coming back here. If you like Popeyes, go to the Popeyes on Imperial and St. Gertrude their chicken is always done and crunchy too.

As a customer the restroom should be available.the establishment has a fake sign on restroom the workers are using it why not customers

The male cashier was very rude. Chicken sandwich order was not ready as promised when I ordered online. Had to wait 20 minutes. Not wearing gloves to handle food. My wife called ahead of time for Tuesday $2.99 special and was told they had it. I asked cashier for it and he replied rudely we don't have it and I told him my wife called ahead of time. NEVER going to this Popeyes location again.

When he got home there was no sandwich , and they gave him a big box of cold fries along with the dipper combo everything was cold. When we tried to call the restaurant of course no answer and mailbox is full. This is not the first time this happened and although we tried to give them a chance We will NEVER come to this establishment! Poor customer service.
