If you try this place— you will forget all others. This place is the bomb . Com! My gf is a harsh critic too, and she kept saying “wow” “ this is so good” and I was thinking the same thing! Great amount of food. This is our second time here and I wanted to try something new, so I got the Super Delsushi Roll, that was a home run, slam dunk. We also got the Pink lady and spicy tuna roll, also delicious and great sizes. Also the hosts was very friendly and light spirited, she made these with love and you could definitely tell! Definitely coming back as she said more things will be added to the menu and the eating area will get an upgrade. Can’t wait to be back!

Delsushi is a wonderful and simple spot for great sushi! The added dining space is cute with the plants and lights. My friend and I also received free samples of their newest menu items (baked salmon nigiri and baked shrimp nigiri, both with cheese sauce). They were delicious!!! The rolls are very reasonably priced and they give lots of food. I got the Jessica roll tonight and it was yummy. I always love coming here 💖

Most authentic Japanese sushi in So-cal. COVID-19 appropriate! Took amazing precautions even offered wipes to clean my hands! I love trying out sushi places (Been to japan had the real deal) and I search all-over North County and San Diego for good places. This place was so good! The service was amazing! They are super polite! The food was so freaking good! Literally wasnt really expecting to be blown away that much! This is my new favorite place and I will definitely reccomend to everyone! MUST HAVE!

From a small and kind of hidden store front I had the largest and best tasting sushi for dinner. The fish is very fresh the portions are large and taste is out of this world. The next time your in La Jolla and need a quick fix of sushi rolls pick up some from DELSUSHI.

Amazing food, staff is friendly but I didn’t read into it and didn’t realize it was mainly for ordering out or delivery. They don’t have a dine in option more of a few tables outside to eat, which was nice and quiet. Would recommended for delivery or pickup for sure. Food was all great!!

This place isn’t awful per se but they cheap out on ingredients. I ordered 3 rolls and the fish/eel was so thinly sliced I felt cheated. These sushi rolls are big but mostly fake crab. The avocado is cut at an angle to make it seem like it’s a decent sized piece. But when you turn the rolls over you can’t see the avocado on the other side. Prices are on the cheaper side and you definitely get what you pay for :/ I recommend seeking out other sushi options if you want to actually eat sushi and not repeated mouthfuls of fake crab.

Avocado roll was extremely overpriced ($9.99) I didn’t finish my dragon roll, I actually didn’t even eat half. That is a first. Spicy tuna roll saved the day sadly..

Stopped by to order a roll or two. There’s only one menu on the counter at the window. I order a salmon roll and she informs me the price will be higher than the menu. No thanks.

It has gone worse and worse every time we buy. I used to buy bake salmon roll many times in the past and it used to be good, but the last 3-4 times you can hardly see salmon on it and there is only a bitter salmon skin. I gave many chances but I won’t buy again.
