Esperienza eccellente, un vero gioiello per chi ama la cucina di qualità. Location incantevole, curata nei dettagli, ideale per chi vuole godersi un pranzo o una cena in pieno relax. Il menù propone piatti tipici del territorio, rivisitati in chiave moderna, un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione ed innovazione. Il personale è molto cortese, attento e professionale, il che rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un ristorante assolutamente consigliato!
Tutto ottimo. Osteria che si trova in una zona bellissima delle Langhe (La Morra), il locale internamente elegante, sulla terrazza un pò meno formale, paesaggio con vista dall'alto molto bello. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e anche simpatico 😊 Il menù è abbastanza ampio, con una scelta che spazia dalla carne, al pesce, fino alla verdura, tipico piemontese ma con sprazzi di modernità, scelta di vini praticamente infinita🔝 Noi abbiamo preso il menù degustazione che comprende un antipasto, un primo, un secondo ed il dolce, il tutto a 45€, che per i prezzi attuali mi sembra anche vantaggioso 👌🏼 Nota di merito per il dolce, veramente particolare e molto molto buono 👏🏼👏🏼
Location 9,5 - Una terrazza così bella, elegante e curata, con una vista del genere sulle Langhe è difficile da trovare. Sedersi qui è una gioia per l'anima. Mise en place minimale, perfetta per il posto. Menù 10 - Menù degustazione a un prezzo correttissimo per un vero viaggio nella cucina moderna delle Langhe. Selezione di formaggi ricercati, uno più buono dell'altro. Uno scrigno di cipolla godurioso e delicato, per nulla pesante. Sicuramente tra i migliori plin provati in zona ed infine un brasato a cui non serviva il coltello per essere assaporato. Servizio 9 - Servizio da ristorante di alto alto livello, sempre presenti e molto veloci nel servizio nonostante le tante persone sedute attorno a noi. Molto attenti anche a intolleranze e allergie. Conto 10 - Il rapporto qualità prezzo, sopratutto come già detto per il menù degustazione lo rendono uno dei migliori ristoranti nella zona. Chapeau
Cordialità e professionalità al giusto prezzo. Cibo fresco e piatti ben curati. Il panorama è fantastico. Un buon bicchiere di Barolo in questo contesto, non ha prezzo. Solitamente, faccio sempre un’improvvisata durante un giro in moto e malgrado,mi hanno sempre accolto cercando la sistemazione migliore . Siamo stati in questa location di sabato . Abbiamo mangiato nella bellissima terrazza che affaccia sulle Langhe. Per prima cosa sono totalmente a favore per quanto riguarda un outout che hanno messo all’interno del loro menu’ ovvero non si può consumare solo una portata oppure se lo vuoi fare ti verrà comunque addebitato un importo di € 30 come se tu avessi consumato 2 portate( tutto questo perché ci sono dei clienti che vanno in giro a fare degustazioni nelle aziende vinicole e logicamente mangiano anche e poi vanno al ristorante e mangiano solo una portata e per loro è un danno ). Servizio veloce e attento piatti ottimi e panorama mozzafiato. Location rimodernata da poco molto pulita.
Spettacolare. Materie prime eccellenti. Preparazione al top tra tradizione e innovazione. Presenti nel menù anche piatti di pesce che non ho provato. La pasta (agnolotti, tajarin etc) è fatta in casa, così come i sughi. Carni ottime. Anche la cruda. Vale la pena fermarsi.
Un assolato mercoledì di settembre ora di pranzo. L'osteria si trova sulle colline bellissime del paese di La Morra. Il ristorante era pieno e tanti erano i turisti stranieri. Abbiamo pranzato in terrazza. Piatti della tradizione locale ben presentati e in porzioni generose. Il servizio è professionale e moderno. Davvero tutti molto molto gentili. Tempistiche perfette. Consiglio di prenotare per tempo!
Semplicemente perfetto... Sono arrivato a pranzo attorno all una, senza prenotazione. Le ragazze (gentilissime) sono riuscite comunque a trovarmi un posto in terrazza. Vista stupenda sulle colline. Senza fretta mi hanno dato il tempo di togliermi tutte le imbragature da moto mentre preparavano il tavolo. Siccome non so trattenermi ho ordinato tutte le portate dall antipasto (insalata di coniglio se ricordo bene, accompagnato da un cocktail decisamente ben fatto) al primo (agnolotti del plin squisiti) e secondo di carne con carciofi accompagnato da un buon calice di rosso fino al dolce... Tutto squisito. Servizio gentile ed impeccabile, con consigli riguardo ad abbinamenti tra vino e piatto e tra vino da dessert e dolce. Prezzo nella norma, porzioni giuste e tanto tanto benessere e gusto. Personalmente la miglior esperienza da un anno a questa parte. Continuate così!
Ho cercato questo locale sul web e a seguito delle recensioni ho deciso di provare. Location, particolare, molto bella e suggestiva. La proverò anche in primavera, dal terrazzo la vista è spettacolare. Parliamo del locale: bello, pulito, moderno ma il giusto. I tavoli hanno la giusta distanza tra loro. Il poggia posate... singolare (in positivo). Il cibo una delizia per il palato. Sono persone giovani e ci sanno fare. Adoro il vitello tornato e qua è adorabile.
Non sono solito mettere recensioni negative e non lo farò neanche questa volta. Ma mi è dispiaciuto essere stato ribaltato dopo avere prenotato una settimana prima ed essere venuto da Lecce. Lascio comunque 5 stelle perché non voglio che l’errore di un collaboratore danneggi il punteggio del locale. Ma la prossima volta fate più attenzione. Non tutti sono comprensivi come me
Personale accogliente, servizio preciso e ben pulito. Nulla da dire sul panorama hanno una vista pazzesca ! Cibo ottimo e di qualità, prodotti del posto. Bisogna consumare almeno due portate ( di 30€ a persona ) escluso il dolce. Consiglio vivamente questa osteria.
Bell’ambiente con una deliziosa terrazza panoramica. Il menù rispecchia la tradizione con qualche tocco innovativo e proposte di degustazione. Qualche nota negativa in alcuni piatti (ad esempio troppo sale), bilanciata però da un finale outstanding: gelato e sorbetti pazzeschiii!!! Prezzo corretto e in media con gli altri ristoranti di pari livello del luogo.

L'Osteria del Veglio è un posto dove tutto viene curato nei dettagli. Materia prima di ottima qualità ed una lista di vini veramente notevole.
Punto di riferimento per la cucina di qualità nelle Langhe. A La Morra, frazione Annunziata, con ampia terrazza esterna, ideale per una cena in estate, ha anche due sale interne. Cucina varia con piatti tradizionali (uno dei migliori Vitello Tonnato) accostati a ricette sempre nuove in base agli ingredienti di stagione. La gentilezza e professionalità dei titolari e del personale saprà conquistarvi già al primo incontro. Assolutamente da provare.

Oggi è stata la prima volta che sono andata all’Osteria Veglio, ma sicuramente non sarà l’ultima! Mi sono trovata benissimo! L’ambiente è moderno, ma super accogliente; il personale è gentilissimo e molto preparato e in ultimo, ma non per importanza, il cibo che è fantastico! Si parte una piccola entrata dello chef, poi io personalmente ho preso vitello tonnato e l’ho trovato tra i più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato in Piemonte e i Plin al sugo d’arrosto, anche questi tra i migliori che io abbia mai mangiato. Abbiamo poi concluso il pasto con un dolce, un caffè e un piccolo dessert offerto dalla casa. Davvero i miei migliori complimenti!!! Sicuramente lo consiglierò a molti!
Un'ex osteria, ora ristorante attento e ricercato. Un servizio informale ma di qualità in un ambiente davvero curato. Propongono piatti della tradizione eseguiti con ricercatezza, il tutto con materie prime veramente eccellenti e ricerca di piccoli dettagli. Agnolotti veramente superlativi. Complimenti per l'attenzione anche agli intolleranti al glutine. Unico neo "l'obbligo" di ordinare minimo due portate. Scelta quali d'obbligo viste le porzioni non eccessive, ma esserci costretti vista la penale economica in alternativa non mi è piaciuto. C'è da dire che è tutto scritto in maniera chiara, quindi rispetto la politica aziendale. Ma comunque... non di mio gusto. Per il resto tutto super.
Bellissima osteria nel cuore della Langhe. Cibo ottimo e di qualità. Si trovano piatti regionali e alcuni rivisitati. Il servizio è giovane, attento alle esigenze e sempre cordiale. Prezzo onesto per la qualità degli ingredienti.

Every part of our experience here was wonderful — from the kind and attentive staff to the stunning views, and of course, the food that truly lived up to Bib Gourmand standards. I was especially moved by the «Fiore di zucchina ripieno di salsiccia di Bra su battuto di datterini e basilico» and the «Gelato al fiordilatte affogato al caffè» — both were absolutely delicious and memorable.

From the moment you arrive, the views are spectacular, a panorama of rolling hills and vineyards that could melt the coldest heart. The Terrine of guinea fowl and its liver with brioche was a symphony of textures and flavors, a decadent opening act. The Tagliatelle with deer ragout was a revelation, a rich and satisfying dish that showcased the bounty of the region. Then there was the Boned and roasted venison with potatoes and spinach, a masterpiece of simplicity and elegance that celebrated the very best of local produce.
Very good « bib gourmand » to not miss , beautiful Osteria , really good value for money, in a beautiful building, and great views over the wineyard, just 15 minutes away from Alba. Memorable food over the white truffle season
Very nice and well-tasting lunch with a beautiful view of the vines below La Morra. Best lunch we had around Alba. There is variety to the meny, not just the classic dishes. Good wines by the glass.
Located just down the hill from the small village of La Morra this little restaurant is a gem. Parking can be a little difficult as it is a popular spot and they have only limited parking located off a driveway that goes down in front of the outdoor patio. The interior is clean and elegant offering a mix of modern and classic style. The patio offers an inspiring territorial view that will keep you mesmerized during your meal. The service is prompt, polite and helpful for non Italian speakers. The menu offers a variety of options from land to sea to field. Our group tried the meat ragu pasta, the spinach/cheese ravioli and the sautéed fish and fish stew. Everything was prepared at a high level allowing the local ingredients to shine through. I will go on record and say the blanched asparagus I had with the fish was THE best I've ever had. The wine list is large and the prices are reasonable. You can't go wrong with a dinner here.
Our meal and wine were luscious. The service spectacular. On our recent visit, the views were divine. [At times, LaMorra is foggy.] We dined on the best that Piemontese has to offer. P.S. Oh the lamb meatballs (likely seasonal), I still dream of them. 😊
Writing yet another glowing review of Osteria Veglio is like carrying coals to Newcastle. Needless to say that in numerous visits to the Langhe region I always have a meal here and it is always great. A special place in my heart (or maybe stomach) is reserved for the incomparable panna cotta desert, a version so close to perfection that all others pale by comparison. Of course the wine list is superb, featuring all the great producers of the region, the good thing is that even choosing an inexpensive Barolo will provide a stellar drinking experience.

Posto e cibo ottimo. Non merita cinque stelle per l'obbligo di consumare almeno due portate (dessert escluso) altrimenti penale di 30 euro.
Locale con terrazza con vista stupenda, cibo e servizio molto buoni, non metto la 5° stella perché non trovo carino obbligare i clienti a consumare almeno 2 portate (dolce escluso) altrimenti una portata costerebbe cmq 30 euro inoltre le porzioni dei primi potrebbero essere un po' più abbondanti.
Locale raffinato, ben curato con una meravigliosa vista sulla valle, cibo discreto . La sgradevole sorpresa è stata all'apertura del menù nel leggere che se non si fossero consumate due portate ( dolce escluso ), il prezzo della singola portata sarebbe comunque costato 30€
Tutto ottimo. L'accoglienza, il menù, la lista (incredibile) dei vini, la cordialità e professionalità di chi vi accoglie, l'arredamento e, non ultimo, la vista spettacolare che si gode dalla terrazza. Molto, molto consigliato. Prenotare con largo anticipo, soprattutto per il sabato sera.
Sicuramente turistico, quindi se si cerca solo un veloce piatto di tajarin, sicuramente non è il posto giusto. Per il resto tutto ottimo, sia il cibo, che il servizio, che l'qmbiente. Magari inutile la "regola" della doppia portata che forse si poteva studiare meglio.
Elegante locale con una splendida terrazza Menu molto buono Con piatti piemontesi rivisitati in modo corretto Cantina ottima Prezzo giusto 15/20 a piatto oppure 40 € menù 4 piatti N.b. unico appunto le sedie (come in altri locali non solo da Veglio) quelle esterne del terrazzo, bellissime , ma con un difetto per persone "grosse" hanno i braccioli stretti e fanno stare la seduta molto scomoda.
Very well located at the heart of the Langhe. Nice view on the vineyards from the terrace. We were well welcomed (booking necessary on the weekend). Unfortunately it’s mandatory to order 2 courses, otherwise you’re charged 30€ if you take a single meal… The food is excellent, but the portions are small… which makes the experience pricey.
Nice place with great views when you sit on the terrace. Make a reservation in advance though. The terrace can be really noisy when lots of people are there so can be difficult to hear. Good food.
Beautiful location with wonderful view. Really enjoyed the Vitello tonnato and the poached egg. Our whole table had the ragu and we were not disappointed. Excellent wine recommendations but the som - we had Alta langua and barolo. Both excellent
Returned to Osteria Veglio after some years. Location/view is still amazing and - as always - the food was fantastic. We were not dissapointed at all. Unfortunately the service was not very attentative. The staff seemed very attentative to their regular customers and we thought this was a bit awkward. Prices are fair when comparing to the quality of the food. Remember to book a table in advance (we did it back in February). We will come back next year.
Went with a group of people, sat outside. There’s a small pillow to sit on or to put at your low back. If it was my call, we would’ve sat inside and maybe been a little little bit more comfortable but it’s pretty good, and I enjoyed the dishes I got. I am a fairly picky (mostly) vegetarian so it takes some doing, and there were options for me. My meat eating friends seemed happy with what they got. We had a very leisurely dinner, I think over three hours. I am traveling with a group where the meal is paid for, so I don’t know what to check down in terms of price ranges. I don’t drink, so I am a cheaper date so to speak 🙂

The restaurant attracts all sorts, couples, friends and families Food: **** very good dishes, local and typical. We were hoping for something exceptional food though, but did not get that. Service: *** service was not very attentative, decent enough. The staff IS very attentative to their regulars and big spending customers. We thought this to be a bit awkward. Some customers think highly of themselves and allow themselves to park where they cannot park and arrive with a lot of noise. Sufficient parking options around the restaurant. Good for children of any age.

Very good restaurant. We had a nice dinner. Very good local food and reasonable prices considering the quality. Our recommendation is to go early as then becomes crowded and busy.
We walked in without a reservation and were fortunate to be seated inside, though we were told we had to order at least two dishes per person, which felt a bit forced. The antipasti was enjoyable and the wine selection was lovely, but unfortunately, the rest of the meal was disappointing. My wife’s calamari hadn’t been cleaned properly and was gritty with sand, which made it hard to enjoy. I ordered the pork, which ended up upsetting my stomach badly enough (food poisoning) that we had to cancel all of our planned wine tours for the rest of the afternoon. All in all, while there were some positives, the experience left us more frustrated than satisfied.

E' bastata la telefonata per prenotare a capire quanto siano arroganti e maleducati. Se vai a pranzo, devi ordinare almeno due portate altrimenti paghi 30 euro di penale 😂 Da morire dal ridere per non piangere. Inoltre devi fare l'ultimo ordine prima delle 14.00 perche' poi la cucina non accetta piu' ordinazioni. La telefonata e' finita con la signorina che infastidita dalla mia richiesta di informazioni voleva "sbattermi il telefono in faccia". Tono, modi e qualita' del linguaggio da vergognarsi. State alla larga da questo posto, anche se il cibo fosse buono vi andrebbe di traverso per la scortesia di chi accoglie i clienti.(!!!)
