Great service. Food was perfect . Will be back again. Also the arcade game with multiple games don't work but that's not your problem maybe but it did take my Mooney.

As far as dining in, I always steer clear. The food is great and we'll priced but the dine-in experience is pretty underwhelming. The location is fairly old, at least it looked that way last time I went inside, but it doesn't take away from how good the pizza is. I love that they brought back the Big Dipper! The pick up process is pretty easy, they offer contactless pickup.

Ordered a pizza for delivery online and they used doordash to deliver it. I get a message that the driver picked it up and was on the way. I left my phone number and a description of my room number and where at the hotel I was. I was given the driver's number so I could either call or text them which I did both. I called the number and the person didn't speak English. Pizza never arrived even though I got a text saying that I had received it. So I called pizza hut that I ordered from and never heard back from them

Customer service is the worst, they don’t pay attention to their drive thru, they forget to give you items you paid for continuously times unbelievable they need to get better or close down

I ordered pizza n wings the door dash that delivered from Pizza Hut drop it off I noticed I didn’t receive my wings so I call them back n said the store only gave him that an that he sorry n told me to go on my app an try to get a refund!! So I did they said sorry n apologize for my experience n that it’s gonna take 3 business days to contact me !! So I just called them n they said that they can’t do nothing about it can’t refund me my money!!

$80.04 after tax for 18 wings ($33.95) and a large 2-topping stuft crust w/ extra cheese ($39.65) Total Ripoff😂 We instead bought from Sabatino’s down the street for half the price lol. Was about to be our first time buying from Pizza Hut in years to give it another shot - no thanks, man.

I'm sorry to say the food was horrible my bread sticks were dry and the crust on my pizza was rock hard and the food was cold I had to wait an unusual long time for an on line order especially when I gave ample time prior to arriving also several other customers were upset for their waiting which made me even more uncomfortable. You guys have to do better to stay competitive in this industry

Awful! Ordered 2 pizzas, one was wrong. They arrived cold. Taste is bland. Had an impossible time trying to get ahold of the store. They are sending another out in 30 minutes but "make sure you give the wrong pizza to the driver". Knowing they were delivering to a hotel... no plates, napkins, peppers or cheese. Super disappointed with our choice tonight. Definitely not typical Pizza Hut standards.

I took my daughter for a pizza coupon from school, once she received it, it had a hair, and the cook still had the audacity to say we planted it there, and they could not make my daughter a new pizza or give me her coupon back , Such a rude comment to say why would I plant a hair knowing I did not pay a dime for it so dumb.

We ordered 2 pizzas, the pizza we ate had a long black hair in it. We called to get a refund and it took us 30 mins to get on the phone while literally when we went to pick it up no one was in the damn restaurant. They made us bring the pizza back and also said they would only refund the pieces that we have left over. Like sorry we ate it before we realized there was hair. Spent $40 on two small pizzas.

If you pay with EBT at this location your not allowed to eat inside of the place. you have to order carry out and leave right when you get your food. You are not allowed to eat inside of you pay with EBT it's discrimination especially against the homeless community and don't get treated like human beings. We had our 5 month old daughter as well and would not let us eat inside what a disgrace of a place.
