Really delicious fish tacos, freshly prepared. The upstairs area has such a wonderful view of the ocean as well. This is the perfect Southern California setting. A Corona paired with these fish tacos makes for the perfect meal on the beach.

Breakfast at Chelas Mexican Kitchen across the beach. My wife and I tried the Chelas MVP Burrito and the Chorizo Burrito both were delicious! Great service, tasty sauces, and a cool vibe with upstairs and downstairs seating. Highly recommend!

New taco spot right on PCH by Heisler Park. Their patio is lovely, with an ocean view. Excellent value, especially for happy hour with $5 beer and $6 for two delicious fish tacos! The salsas are so good. What a gem! Will definitely come back.

Not fancy but great food. Order downstairs eat on cool patio with an ocean view. The chilaquiles were delicious, the tamales were like being in Mexico City, and the surfer burrito is simple and filling.

absolutely delightful little find beautiful building wonderful rooftop dining with lots of covers from the sun, beautifully, clean and decorative tables and chairs. Everything was so nice. The fellow at the counter was absolutely delightful and really understood my dairy and gluten allergies and most of all the food was spectacular. The beans were creamy and flavorful the enchilada. The shrimp enchilada was lovely. Just pour extra salsa on top and it really makes it good rice was fluffy. You could taste the broth in it. Since it’s a mixed fryer, I didn’t have their tortilla chips, but it looked like the people who ordered the same thing. I did had their plate ordered with tortilla chips and it looked extremely good. A wonderful little Fine and made our lunch in Laguna lovely

Despite what their door says and Google maps, they're definitely open 9 am Sunday. You've gotta get the MVP breakfast burrito. It's got the crunchiest hashbrowns you've ever loved. It's a fantastic burrito that I regularly crave. Friends have ordered other items and loved them, but I've never ventured from the MVP burrito cause it truly lives up to it's name. Also Laguna location has a fun rooftop patio!

The breakfast burrito is incredible as well. They have a really nice upstairs deck to eat and watch PCH roll by.

Fantastic food and service here. The fish and asada tacos were great, chips and sauces were fresh and tasty, and you can’t beat the convenience so close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Food was delicious. Atmosphere was great on the top 2nd story seating area which had a nice view of the skyline and city hustles. Service was top notch. If you want delicious food with a great view and relaxing atmosphere - go here

Great place for delicious tacos. The counter help were friendly and enthusiastic. The food ordered came out quickly, hot, fresh and so delicious! The fresh squeezed orange juice is another winner, as well has the house made cinnamon chips. If you sit outside, upstairs, you have a nice view of the ocean. Many taco specials offered daily. We were a party of 6 and we all enjoyed our meals ( mostly tacos) very much.

Got the "Chile Verde" wet burrito. It was good. Large burrito filled with tender pork. The problem is there is no "chile" in it. Instead, it is made with tomatillos. A bit sour for my liking. If you like tomatillos you may enjoy this. Apparently it can be made either way.

Tried to give this place a try because we live walking distance. My husband wanted to hangout on the second floor and its very dirty! I mean very dirty! food all over the floor and plates on top of the tables not being clean even if there's no costumers as of the moment.The food was okay nothing special it could be something as the second floor view is great but we will not be coming back.

Food was absolutely bland. Ordered a shrimp burrito and there was no sauce on the inside. The burrito had only a few shrimp with a massive amount of cabbage on the inside. The cheese inside was very cold so the burrito was warm with patches of cold.
