Everything about this place screams “authentic”. It is Mexican food. And it’s great. It’s expensive. But the quality is there. So are the views. If you don’t want to pay for parking, park directly across the street in the neighborhood. Kids menu is awesome!

Coyote Grill is a fantastic spot for tacos! They have a great selection, and on Taco Tuesday, you can order all night starting at 3 PM. Every taco I tried was delicious especially the calamari tacos! The crab ceviche and guacamole were also amazing. The atmosphere is super casual and relaxed, with a beautiful ocean view. The only thing missing was a little background music to enhance the vibe. Otherwise, everything was yummy, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Would highly recommend! 🌮🌊😊

Stop now and get the calamari tacos! All of the food and drinks we tried were amazing including an oyster shooter, Pina colada and cold refreshing beer! 3 ceviche options, tacos, cocktails, happy hour and more! And did I mention the view? There’s an incredible view of the ocean and the servers were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant

Incredible food, excellent service and a jaw-dropping view! What more could you ask for? Our server, Katie, made excellent recommendations from the menu and provided fantastic service throughout our meal. The cheese enchiladas were amazing! One of their top items on their menu are the calamari tacos, which was also amazing. Highly recommend! The grilled veggies were to die for! They do have valet parking right next door, and the sign said parking was only $4 per vehicle, cash only. We did not park in the valet parking, but now that we know we would probably do that next time.

Food here was great!!! Got the fajitas, esquite and chips with salsa. Probably some of the best mexican flavors ive had in a while. I also got some drinks to go with it the Paloma and Mezcal. Highly recommend the service was superb. You can also eat and pay for additional parking and just walk down to the beach. About a 4-5min walk.

I LOVE this place!! ❤ It is a small place, but it's huge on personality!!!! This was my 1st time dining at this place,😊 I've always seen it and always wanted to stop by and finally did. The staff is unbelievably nice, the bartender is just fantastic and the food was top notch and I hear the breakfast is even better!!!😋 I will be back for that!!! The view is spectacular, I cannot say one single thing bad about this place 😁 You must check this place out in Laguna Beach. It does get crowded make a reservation and you will not be disappointed Whatsoever !!!! I give this place an A+++ Yummy 😋

Stopped by this spot for lunch with a view while driving PCH. Let me tell you, the view did not disappoint! We got the coconut shrimp and the street corn as appetizers, which were both amazing! The portion sizes were generous, which left us with plenty of leftovers for later in the day. There were plenty of enticing cocktail options on the menu, as well. We went with two of their margarita options (which you can have rimmed with either salt or tajín). Definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for some good food with a great view!

The food was fresh and hand-made. The "drunken chicken" is one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. The Shrimp ceviche was fresh and basic, but what was nice is you can have cucumber instead of chips. The fish tacos were flavorful and just slightly past juicy, but delicious! Drinks were good too! The cinnamon flan had the cinnamon mixed into the custard and had a texture similar to pumpkin pie instead of the creaminess of other flans. The flavor was balanced and delicious, though. The service was attentive, especially the bus-service. Good vibes. FYI- make sure you have CASH for the valet!! Four dollars for valet parking and a little more for tip. The views can't be beat!

Coyote Grill is a nice little place in South Laguna that could easily be missed if you're in the driver seat watching out for pedestrians. It is on the beach side of PCH and has a nice view of the Pacific Ocean. On this particular visit, I was heading to the beach, but the marine layer was still keeping things a bit cool, so we stopped in for breakfast. Their menu is original, and their food is reliably great. Atmosphere is very chill, but service was quite good and timely. This is one of my new favorite places.

Craving Mexican food? Coyote Grill is a great spot to satisfy that craving. Crunchy, salty chips come out hot and pair well with the salsa and guacamole. Leaving hungry isn’t an option because the plates are so big. For the taco plate, you can mix & match your tacos. Fish and shrimp were very good. The server also highly recommended the carnitas taco. Speaking of servers, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our server made great recommendations and paid attention. If you have a tomato allergy, there are options like plain guacamole, street corn, fajitas and tortilla soup. The tortilla soup is a must. A few other highlights: 🥑The back patio offers great sunset views of the ocean. 🥑Daily happy hour from 3-6pm. 🥑Valet available for parking

We went there this morning for breakfast. Cute little place with a nice ocean view. We loved the food and service, the reason I gave it 4 start is due to the noise. Since the restaurant is very small, it can get quite noisy. I felt I was yelling across the table. I am very sensitive to high level of noise and this was not a place where I could enjoy my breakfast and coffee. If I go back I will get the food to go or will sit outside by the bar. The food was good tho. We ordered the Machaca and chorizo and egg.

Nice "Mexican" restaurant in Laguna with an great view from the enclosed patio. Staff is outstanding. Great service! The food was ok at best. We ate the beef fajita, chicken soup, and the chicken enchiladas... All good but nothing stood out. Their half chicken slow cooked special was awful. None of us liked it. The manager comped that dish. Thank you. For dessert we had the churros and they were delicious.

Cute little spot with a good happy hour in Laguna Beach that has an outdoor patio with a fireplace that overlooks the ocean. Drinks are good and the food is too. Salsa was delicious. The service was ok, but there was a long black hair in one of our dinners and although they replaced the dinner there was no offer to make compensation for this nasty experience. It happens and we did enjoy ourselves but I feel management should have offered some sort of free drink or dessert, would have been 5 stars with that, but they didn’t… so that is my only knock.
