We had a California burrito and a 2 taco plate and a side of churros with caramel sauce. Service was great, fast and friendly! We came in at the end of the day and the burrito meat was a bit dry/hard but I loved the tacos I got! And would definitely eat there again!
You don’t come to Cronic Tacos for polished interiors, starched napkins, or some abstract attempt at “modern Mexican.” You come for the burrito—dense, overstuffed, and unapologetically messy—the kind of meal that leaves you wiping salsa off your chin with the back of your hand and wondering why you ever settled for less. At this outpost, tucked inside a nondescript strip mall, you won’t find the grit and counterculture swagger of the original Newport Beach location. There’s no punk rock bleeding through the walls, no sun-fried surfer bumming a free water cup while arguing about skate decks. It’s cleaner, quieter—corporate, even. But what this version lacks in edge, it makes up for in substance. Because despite the sanitized setting, the Cronic burrito still tastes like the beach. That burrito—stuffed with tender, marinated carne asada, smoky grilled shrimp, buttery avocado, and rice that actually tastes like someone gave a damn—hits a nerve. These guys helping us were so happy, kind, and helpful. My 3 boys had crazy orders and these guys nailed their very particular orders, AND did it while having fun with us. Also, the food was so good. All the meats we tried were 💯!!! 2 of my boys went back for second orders! When we left, even my husband said “the workers in there were all so happy”
Chronic Tacos is a great go-to for fast Mexican food. Way better than Chipotle, and so many options. The guys are nice, and I love that they have breakfast burritos all day! And their soda machine is good too. All kinds of choices.

We tried to go to in n Out place was packed so we decided to come here and we had tacos 🌮 for dinner and she a combo plate 🍽 and I 2 tacos with just cheese and I liked so much and how fresh it was went back again and had another one and I went back again and had 1 more it was so good so I was done eating a total of 4 tacos with just cheese and asada tacos 🌮 😋 and I can't wait to come again!!! Thanks for making such great food 😋

It was my first time going there the other day and I was in the mood for some Mexican. I got their Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo. It was GREAT!! It was big and had excellent flavor. The price was good and needless to say, I will be back again. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly and let me ask questions since it was my first time being there. I can't believe that I never visited before, considering how close I live to the location. I highly recommend and I will be back to try more items on the menu very soon.
Great burrito bowls! We ordered 2 bowls. The food was hot, fresh tasting and reasonably priced. I like that they offer Carnitas, Al pastor as well as Spanish rice. Their pico de gallo is great. Green sauce is delicious and their beans are really good too! They have a cream sauce, I forget name but also really good.
Every time I come to eat here the food is always good and they fill the burritos and bowls pretty full. I recommend to try the food here in o any one that enjoys Mexican food.

They also just got several new sauces and they’re all incredible! Staff is all super cool too. I’ve yet to try their breakfast burritos, but I have several friends that told me I have to try them out!
Real genuine little place, perfect place to get your burrito at. Manager was working the store today alongside some other people, took care of everybody proper. I got a shrimp burrito and was pleasantly surprised to see someone in the back make the shrimp hot to order. Prices weren’t all that bad considering the portions given. Good stuff guys, hope to see this place in the future.

Me and my family decided to eat here for breakfast and Ramiro was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

This was my 1st time going to Chronic Tacos, but it won't be the last. I had some delicious, sautéed shrimp tacos. Everything is fresh and made right in front of you. With your taco plate, you also get rice and beans as well, which is a good value. I'll be back soon.

Carne Asada was more like carne molida (ground beef). It was tasty but it didn't feel high quality. I ordered Carne Asada burrito + guacamole ($18) and I could barely find guacamole or Carne asada. Tacos were so muchhhh better- stuffed with Carne and guacamole ($7 each) . Much better deal to just get tacos unless you want mostly tortilla and rice as your burrito.

I used to eat here regularly and there were no problems. I think they might have hired new people because every-time I order from here now as of October there is an item missing. It clearly says on the receipt what I payed for. I probably wont order from here anymore. Which is sad because I gave them a lot of business. I probably ordered from here at least 3 times a week. So sad when attention to detail disappears.

I ordered a small burrito today. The guy making the burrito was pretty cool. Burrito tasted good. But when I left, I looked at my receipt, it was fourteen dollars, and something cents.A small burritos, is like eight fifty, there was two receipts.He gave me one, but I looked at the other one and said something about a tip,4 dollars and fifty cents. I was not dining in so I did not leave a tip. I think the guy at the cash register, tried to rip me off. Went back in and told the the guy that was making my burrito and he refunded me $4. And told the guy at the cash register to start making burritos. I travel a lot for work, so I eat out every day ever meal. I don't remember the last time someone overcharged me. This cashier was pretty shady. I will definitely not be eating there again.
