Y’all, Jersey Mike’s is my new go-to spot! 🚀 Today my fiancé and I hit up the location, and I gotta say, I’m really feeling this place. ❤️ I ordered the famous Jersey Mike’s cheesesteak — no veggies, but a few snuck in, no biggie tho. The bread was fresh and soft, the meat was juicy, and it was packed with flavor. My fiancé went for the chicken bacon ranch, and he said it was fire 🔥 — the chicken was tender, and the bacon? Crispy perfection. We both got the regular size, and honestly, we was so full we didn’t even need no chips or sides. The vibe was chill, the staff was super friendly, and the whole experience was just what we needed. If you’re lookin’ for a legit sandwich that hits the spot every time, Jersey Mike’s is where it’s at. Tell ’em Big Back Charlie sent you — you won’t regret it! ✌️

Jersey Mike's Sandwich is the BEST addition to Lake Elsinore! So good it's worth the money! I don't normally write reviews but the service I received yesterday is definitely worth my time. Dennis helped put my sandwich together. He took the time to answer all my questions and made my sandwich exactly as requested. But the part is... He did it with a SMILE!! Now that's great service!! Hard to find this kind of service nowadays. You won't go back to Subway after eating Jersey Mike's ~ Ask and try Miike's way!! It's the best! Very friendly staff! Shout out to Aliza as well for her warm smile and service! Thanks guys for making my day yesterday! :)

Best sandwich in town. Great service too. Dennis, Angel and Joseph all provide great costumer service every time I go, but the whole staff is great too. They also know my order which is a huge plus.

Good service and food. Only negative is they don't prioritize online orders. Online gave a time 30min ahead to pick up. Still had to wait 15min. Not gonna knock rating for this but be mindful. May just be faster to go and get in line to order here.

Out of all the Jersey Mike's we have been to this one is the best. Staff is always friendly, and the food is amazing.

1st time trying Mike's. Food was fresh and very good. The 2 ladies and gentlemen kept everything so nicely organized and very clean. Good 👍🏾 job.

Ordered online when went to pick up they were so crowded that food was not ready. Ended up waiting 20mins for food. Staff was nice. Price for a footlong little pricey but overall was filling. Thank you to the staff for working so hard on a crowed day.

Just ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and broke my back tooth because I bit into hard plastic pieces!! This is not acceptable! My kid was sharing this sandwich with me and things could have been a lot worse if the plastic went into his mouth instead of mine! Has this happened to anybody else at this location?

This place is hit and miss, the first time I went there the girl was amazing! She was so nice and made my sandwich just the way I asked. The next time I came in the girl helping me was awful! not friendly, no greeting, and I had to repeat what I wanted 3 times and she still did not make it correctly.

I don’t know why I keep giving this location another chance. Every time I order online they don’t have the order ready or they don’t have gluten free bread. There is always a problem here and they can’t do anything right. I’m not coming back again, which sucks because I enjoy Jersey Mike sandwiches.

Horrible customer service! Last two times we've ordered, they told us 20 minutes until our order was ready. First time, I get to store and they ignored me for 10 minutes, and when they did finally acknowledge me, my order wasn't even ready so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes in the store! Second time they actually gave one of my subs to someone else because they forgot their order and just looked at me like it wasn't a big thing and said they'd remake mine right away. Despite that we tried again today. Called and they asked me to hold and so when my husband arrived 10 minutes later to get the food, not only was it not prepared but it wasn't even ordered because I was still on hold! They never came back to the phone! Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to out of 3 states! This was our last time going here. There's a Submarina and Subway same distance away so I guess we're going back to them when we want subs.

The store manager is very RUDE ARGUMENTATIVE and does NOT have any customer service even when informed that a higher level management IS involved like customer service manger he helps who he wants to and greets only the people he knows he has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAYS THEY ALWAYS RUN OUT OF THINGS ..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JERSEY MIKE'S AT ALL
