Went the with my gf a few weeks ago and again today, some of best wings money can buy, their subs are great and so is their pizza, I'd recommend to any one who is looking for good local food.

Pizza is excellent really liked the sauce, wings were pretty good. I sat in the dinning room during lunch alone, owner came and checked on me twice. Second time started talking I asked him if he was the owner. Nice guy, takes pride in his restaurant and the service. Type of place I want to support and see be successful. Next time I'm down at Conesus Lake will stop in to grab a slice.

Called in for a pizza this afternoon the girl on the phone was amazingly friendly repeated my order back to me to make sure it was what I wanted. When I picked up the pizza she was very friendly and I felt like I was back in the 80's when people cared about the customer service. When we got home and opened the box and saw the amount of toppings and the way they were put on the pie liked she cared. I have to say this was the best pizza we've had in a very long time.

Each time I end up here it’s a happy accident and I get so excited when I realize where I am because the food is SO good. I get the cheese cake raspberry Pauls balls 10/10 highly recommended. We just had the New Yorker pizza. It has ricotta, spinach and fresh tomato. This pizza is super gourmet. As a chef of 31 years, I will say that this pizza is excellent and well worth the money. The staff is very nice as well.

Pizza Paul's has the best pizza in Conesus. I love the crust. It's between a thick and thin crust, just the way I like it. The sauce is great not overly zealous with the spices. They apply just the right amount of sauce so it doesn't make a mess when you eat it. We highly recommend Pizza Paul's. PS the fish fry is to die for.

GREASY is an UNDERSTATEMENT. We ordered a large grilled chicken wing pizza. Holy grease. The pictures are after we used 4 sheets of paper towel to get some of the surface grease off, it puddled on top of the pizza. We had to flip the lid under the box because the bottom of the box was so saturated it puddled on my counter. Disappointed, the first time we stopped in we loved it, huge affordable slices and it wasn't greasy at all. One slice and we were done, stomach wasn't happy with us. Not sure we'll be returning.

I just ordered 2 LARGE chicken parm subs. One was $12.96 and the other was $13.71 (extra cheese). They were delicious. BUT, they were very small. I’m talking 9” small. My wife saw the measurements of these subs and realized she’s been lied to her whole life about how big 9 inches is! Seriously though, these subs were obnoxiously small. I can’t believe they’ve got the Paul’s Ball’s to charge $13 for a 9 inch sub. Even Subway doesn’t rip us off that bad. They tasted great, but c’mon. Don’t screw us like this! Pick one, either go small or charge more, don’t do us like that or we’ll stop ordering all together. Be better Pizza Paul’s. Update 7/28/23 We had received a gift card on 6/13/23 from my review. It was such a nice gesture and very much appreciated. We placed an order on 7/28/23 for a medium veggie lover pizza, 4 basic balls and a large chicken parm. Everything tasted great as usual. We didn’t receive any sauce for the balls though.

Had game on TV in KITCHEN, not in dining room. Workers more concerned with game than taking care of customers. Mixed up my order with someone else's. I can understand mixing the orders, but why have a tv in the dining room if it's never on?

Pizza was super gooey, mushrooms tasted awful. Only good thing was the wings and the hot delivery guy. I will not be ordering from them again

I have been going to pizza Paul's for years but the last 3 times I've been there the pizza isn't fully cooked. Really disappointing because it was one of my favorite pizza places to go. I'm not the type of person to call and complain over and over just got sick of it.. Their wings on the other hand are the best around. Was there 2/06/21.

Second time our order was wrong. One time pizza was burned. Sauce is very sweet. If you order pepperoni, you have to steal from other pieces to get even four slices on one piece. We ordered a sheet and could hardly tell the plain cheese from the pepperoni. Will not be coming back.

Pizza Paul's has gone to hell since Paul's passing. What was my go-to place for over 20 years is now a no-go when I want pizza. They also have no delivery driver anymore. You need to go to the website to order delivery. I don't want to be required to sign up for a website and have delivery done through a different party so I can receive a mediocre pizza. I'm done with this place.

I had the tuna sub which was good. My brother got a slice of pizza that had been sitting out all day, not so good. He even asked to make it fresh but he would of had to wait too long. In my opinion, after a certain amount of time, they should just throw out the old pizza and make a new one.

The only reason I am giving this place two stars was because they use to be good. On there online menu they have a personal special, once I had already ordered it and was picking it up, they then told me they no longer offer that and charged me $18 for a burnt, thin and nasty crust pizza that was so tiny, with 6 soggy wings that barely had sauce on them. I brought to there attention that the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone did not tell me they no longer offered that special and for $18 dollars the food I received was horrible. I try to support small town business but they have lost mine. Won’t purchase from them again. Very disappointing.

We come here every time we come to town. The last few times just haven't been the same. Very little breading on the breaded wings, pizza was soggy. I really hope they get this fixed cause we have always love to eat here.

The last time we went to Pizza Paul's, we dined in at the Lakeville location. I ordered two sets of boneless wings and a subzone. They delivered the boneless wings practically cold which tells me they were either precooked and microwaved, or they sat there for 30 minutes getting cold before being served. They completely forgot about the subzone and told us it would be another hour for them to make it. I was going to give them another chance today and order delivery. They are charging near 8 dollars for delivery and I live literally three minutes down the road, less than three miles. I understand everything has increased in price, and they're trying to compensate for people not tipping, but you're going to have people choosing either not to tip at all, or not ordering like I am tonight with an 8 dollar delivery fee. Just further solidifying me taking business elsewhere.

Ordered a large special, large pizza with pepperoni and two dozen well done wings. The pizza crust was very thick, the sauce, cheese and pepperoni left like 3 inches of crust on each slice of pizza! I ordered the wings well done and they were not the slightest bit crispy. Very disappointed with the meal tonight. It will be a while before I order from here again.

I ordered an anti pasta salad tonight. Had them many times there before and loved them. This was not an anti pasta salad. A little ham but nothing else. Was extremely disappointed.

Poor pizzia slow delivery took over 2 hrs to get a pizzia on a weeknight I called and complained they had no care in the world . I sent the pizzia back sent up the road had my pizzia in 30 min

Pizza is doughy and edges are burned....fried dough is burn 2 a crisp...and had 2 wait half hr over of wat they said it would be...I would rather burn the money than give it 2 these guys!!

We ordered the “Large Special “ tonight. The bill came to $50.10 including tip. Ordered a large white pizza with artichokes, spinach and tomato. A white pizza consists of aioli or garlic , oil and Parmesan. We also ordered 12 Buffalo hot wings and 12 country sweet wings. Our pizza had tomato sauce, a few spinach leaves, almost nonexistent artichokes and a few tomatoes. It was cold and took 1.5 hour to get here ( in their defense, they said up to 1.5 hrs on phone). It was totally flavorless without seasoning or spice and IT WAS NOT A WHITE PIZZA! The wings were ok. All in all disappointing for the price and the wait. Probably won’t go back. Have been customers for around 6 years. Plan to order pizza in Rochester and bring it home or make our own! Lakeville pizza not great.

I have been going here for years. Never paid $18.00 for a small pizza with pep and extra cheese before. Also bought a calzone with it. My order was $34.00. not including the tip $37.00. and 4 bucks for delivery. The girl taking the order said that the amount was correct. I have NEVER paid that much. Won't do it again. Thanks.

What a horrible experience. I usually like Pizza Paul's. However, they have definitely lost any future service from me. I will always go to Vincenzos from now on. Food is better there anyways. I ordered from Pizza Paul's at 540pm for a quick meal deal for the family. Was told it would be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins for delivery. I called back after 1 hour and 25 minutes and was told he was on his way. Another 20 minutes goes by. I call again at 710 and hear more excuses. They offered to discount the order 50% and he will be there soon. Still waiting... 740 comes and goes, mind you that's 2 hours after placing the order. I called back to cancel the order. No thanks. What a joke. In no universe should a delivery of a pizza and wings take more than 2 hours!!! Never again. -Andrea Gambino

Where do I begin? It's filthy, smells funny and their food is awful. I got a medium pepperoni pizza once. The most greasy thing I ever ate! The dough was half raw as well as partially burnt. How do you even do that? When I went to pick up my food (was only supposed to be about 15 minutes) I ended up waiting there for another 20 minutes all because the chef didn't feel like telling me that my food was done, and I was the only one there! Very bad customer service.

Food is good when they actually listen to what you order. I'd say 80% of everything i order ends up coming out with something wrong with it. I order exact menu items, no changes and somehow it gets messed up almost every time.

Worst! Live locally and want to support but just bought a sheet pizza. It was burned, and most the slices had huge burned air bubbles on them. When we called they told us we had to drive back and bring the pizza if we wanted a new sheet. They literally could care less. Will be going else where from now on.

$38 for a medium pizza & wings is absolutely ridiculous. And to charge an $8 delivery fee when we legit live 5 SECONDS down the road is ridiculous. And they were late with the food. I'll go elsewhere next time

Waited 25 minutes for a cheese steak and cauliflower. Then they still got order wrong. On a Monday and not busy at all. I work in the food industry and that's horrible service. Place had dirty tables

How can you be out of green peppers and mozzarella sticks! Who does your ordering? The pizzas always soggy. No more chances Mr Paul!!! Your food is not edible for humans, but my dog will suffer! Gross food. I order a sheet pizza and wings last week the wings where good. But the pizza was burnt. And then I ordered me and my fiancé dinner plate tonight I got a chicken finger plate with Mac salad and French fries. Mine came with 3 tiny chicken fingers and they where cold a soggy. And my frier where also cold and soggy. And my Mac salad and cheese and hot sause on it that just nasty. And my fiancé order the 2 cheese Burger plate. And his burgers didn't even have buns. And all of both of are food was cold. I don't think I will be ordering from them again. I am very disappointed that was just a east of money.

My family and I have been customers at Pizza Paul's for literally decades, but because of consistently horrible customer service and attitude from the employees and managers when the order is messed up (which at this point it has been wrong 4 out of the last 5 times we've ordered, even after clarifying the order before hanging up), we - as of today - decided to no longer support their restaurant. They don't seem to care at all about their customers or righting their own mistakes, which is just bad business. I do not recommend them at all.

Apparently they do not take phone orders under any circumstances and the online order choices did not meet all of my family’s needs. When I finally completed my order, I noticed it was for pick up instead of delivery. I called again, this time to ask if they can switch my order to deliver. I was told no but they could cancel my order and I can start over. I cancelled and ordered elsewhere. I will never order from them again. It was not an experience I wish to revisit.

This has been a few orders coming because I really wanted to give this small business a chance. Tonight I got 2 chicken finger subs, a cold ham sub, pizza logs, and wings. All subs had disgusting wilty lettuce on them, the chicken fingers I don't think had ever been crispy, I ordered pickles on the ham sub and there was only one pickle per side on the sub. The wings were not ever crispy either. I understand distance to my house and loosing some crisp but these were mush to start. The only redeeming part of this order was the pizza logs. I am sadly done with Pizza Pauls since their pizza has had varying levels of quality in the past and I have never had a crispy wing since I started ordering from them years ago. I hope it improves in the future.

This is my favorite pizza place in the world. We order probably two or three times a month. In 09/14/24 we placed an order online for delivery. The boneless wings that were ordered never made it to us. I called the DoorDash driver back, and he said they never gave it to him. So the 12 boneless wings I paid for never even made it to me. The small chicken finger sub wasn’t toasted at all. Which wasn’t a big deal. The large steak sub had NO mayo on it even though it asked for extra. The bread was completely untoasted, and the meat was so dry it crumbled like it had been left out all day. I called them back that evening, and spoke with a man “in charge” he told me I would receive a FULL REFUND IN THE NEXT 2 days…Here it is Tuesday, 09/17/24 and I’m seeing only being credited for the boneless wings. I called and spoke with that same “man” this morning. He now told me their procedure is to refund the item not received and send out a MAILED GIFT CERTIFICATE to me. He was extremely rude, never let me finish a sentence and kept speaking over me telling me he had other customers on hold and all I’m doing is complaining. The way this man talked to me, and belittled me in the conversation telling me I was wrong and this is what the OWNERS told him to do. Is beyond me. He then proceeded to hang up on me. The $50 I spent on dinner, part of wasn’t even delivered. Then my sub that was horrible. Worst experience I’ve EVER had

Got 2slices tonight and pauls balls...the balls were good but the slices were old and completely burned...worst slice ever...when we asked for refund the guy said it was our fault it was burned because we asked to re-heat...most likely will NOT be returning and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE!!! I was very disappointed. Not only did the gentleman at the front desk overcharged me for an order I did not place, but the two subs that I ordered were absolutely terrible. The bread was the consistency of croutons. The lettuce was brown and wilted. $24 for two poor quality subs.
