As long as their not short staffed usually fast service most of them are very nice

Just got my order 7/23/20 at the Geneseo NY Burger King and the gentleman at the drive thru “Matthew” was very friendly and professional. Was very pleased to see a veteran working at this Burger King and I will Definitely come back to this particular one due to the professionalism and friendliness that I received on this day. Please continue to hire more friendly veterans like Matthew. God Bless!!

Though I don’t want to say the remodeling made things better, it did. It’s hard to get things wrong when I go through the drive-thru, and most of the time, they’re super friendly. I love this location now.

I had stopped going to burger king because the service was awful and so was the wait. I recently went back and I was pleasantly surprised how good the service was and how friendly everyone was. I did not see one person on a cell phone ignoring customer. I give BK thumbs up.

The impossible whopper is the best burger I've ever had. The service puts McDonalds to shame. At Burger King you can talk to a person to place an order, not to some computer. Sorry McDonalds but you blow. Burger King is the king of all fast food joints. Oh yeah, and at burger king I get my food faster.

Ever since the remodel, this place has exceeded my fast food expectations. Customer service has been great, the food has been fresh and hot, no complaints at all. This BK is doing a lot to separate itself from the other fast food places in the area. I love Wendy's and taco bell, but when I go to Geneseo I just want to come to this BK instead.

Each time ive went to Burger King, the staff there was very friendly and polite. Obviously due to certain times of lunch or dinner rush, itll delay the time to recieve food but each time ive went. Its been done quick with ease. Im a patient person because I know these crew's work hard and do a good job at what they do. They're spot on with service, food prep, cleanliness, and satisfaction. Especially when I start to enjoy my meal and Wannabe by Spice girls come on. Hell yeah, So tell me what you want. What you really really want.

FAST and HOT FOOD through the drive-thru. I have never gotten cold or even warm food here. It's always hot, and generally, the French Fries will need to sit a bit before eating them. That's how hot they are.

Overall good experience here most days. Sure there is an occasional waits that people complain about, but they never look at the bigger picture they are running 2 drive-thru order lanes and it can be PACKED INSIDE. I believe they do the best here that they can. AMANDA has always been pleasant to speak too. Always gone the extra mile to double check with me about adding things to my order that I have forgotten about. Overall that I will say I have no complaints on the food!!

Drive through was slow as they have 2 lanes with one person taking orders and cashing people out they took names to make sure they had the right order for the right person as you pay at the first window then wait your turn to get to the second window for pick up.

Very busy drive through tonight made it a very long wait for my food. I ended up asking for it to go. They were kind enough to comp us some cookies because we waited so long. So that is why I only dock them 1 star. Other than that the place looks great after the complete overhaul was done. Friendly staff. Located in a college town, hopefully they can put more staff on to keep up with the evening rush.

There was a problem with the vehicle ahead of us getting our order. They said that the vehicle ahead said that was their order. They got us the right food quickly but if the order hadn't been double checked we could have been home before we found out we had the wrong order. The vehicle ahead was either allowed to steal our order or was given the wrong one causing them to have to come back or just deal with it.

Went to Burger King today. The person that took me order was very friendly had a smile on her face and was in awesome mood. The person that gave me the food, looked miserable and no smile on her face at all. When I told her I forgot to ask for the zesty sauce, She scolded me and told me that I can never do this again. And next time order it at the first window.

Had a hair in my order. A bunch I had to pull out of my mouth after I bit into my Rodeo burger. I like the food without hair please!!

The restaurant was behind on orders. Some people ahead of me were waiting for 15-20 minutes for their food. I know there are staff shortages everywhere so not sure if that was the issue. The burgers at Burger King are my favorite fast food burgers. Love the flame grilled taste. Food was good.

We love this Burger King and the majority of the employees, however any time we go after 7pm our food is wrong. They mark the wrappers correctly but when you open the burger they do what they want. They have not been right the last 4 times we have gone, they have even added stacker sauce to my whopper and I thought the meat was rotten. I have called and complained a couple times but now they dont bother to answer the phone. The employees have been getting more and more rude, even basically throwing my food at me like I'm the one taking extra long to hand out food. Let's hope they get it together because I honestly missed their food and prices while they built the new building.

How is it that there were more dirty tables then clean ones? There were exactly 7 people and only 4 tables occupied but yet you all were having a great time raising hell behind the counter. At one point the only male working sits up on the counter. He was extremely loud. How is it that you were all having so much fun when it was obvious that so much needed to be done? The only male there also yells out, "how are babies born"?. The so called manager was having just as much fun as the rest. In case you actually read this it was around 1pm on 03/29/2016. The owners really need to check on this. And these bone heads are going to be getting $15.00 an hr. What a freaking joke.

I really enjoy waiting 15 minutes for my food to be ready with 3 people working, wait let me correct myself 1 and a half because the one worker was too busy talking to a friend and the other being very reluctant in taking orders. The service here has gotten really bad over the last several years.

Ever since the remodel quality of the food has gone down,our order has been wrong 3 times in the past 2 weeks. "Double" "cheese" means 2 slices of cheese not 1or 4. Also my kids nuggets were not in the bag. Live 20 mins away so was not turning around to go back. Sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich was all over the out side of the sandwich as well as inside. Was not good. Train your new ppl better. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The place looks sloppy and dirty. The cook was on his cell phone just about the whole time we were there, no hairnet either. Tables had crumbs on them. Service was very slow too. I had not been there in years and kind of wish I had gone somewhere else. Food was okay.

The drive thru today was super slow and what little lettuce I had on my classic chicken sandwich was rotten! But I'll still go because you can't beat the coupons in the app. Just check for rotten lettuce.

Recently renovated, but lacking quick, quality service. Friendly faces, yes. But quick, correct service, no. Wrong sandwich. Lemonade was only water. They are writing order numbers on bags and yelling names of orders, seemingly trying to handle multiple orders at once rather than in order, which would make things much quicker. Drive thru now has two lanes, which means workers should alternate order taking, but on today's visit, they took several orders from one side before taking one from the other, which made everybody's orders messed up. I'm hopeful that this location will improve, but we'll avoid it for six months or so to give them time to adjust.

I come here occasionally and tonight I came to pick up a DoorDash and the girl at the front counter was too busy complaining about a customer wanting food they were out of to say more than 2 words to me and when my order was ready she just slid it at me silently without any eye contact and went back to being mad. Customer service wack man.

This place is great on certain days but I waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes because the car in front of me knew one of the workers so they had a whole reunion right there. On the days that they aren't very good the service is painfully slow there is hair in the food and my order is usually wrong. Just make the food right and move on to the next customer it's not too much to ask.

Understaffed. The same person taking orders in the front is also handling the drive through leading to sub standard service. Lobby is dirty. Soda machines either dispensed product that was overwhelmingly water or (very strangley) mostly syrup. Who ever owns this place is abusing people, both their workers and their customers. Shameful for the amount of money I spent for what was supposed to be a birthday treat for my son (and myself, wife and his sister). Also, they got the order wrong too (plain cheeseburger was slathered in ketchup and mayo).

A that we ordered was terrible taste nothing like they used to be years ago, also the onion rings were terrible with rotten green onions inside when we have to spit them out if they tasted terrible , bring the old Whopper back the way you used to taste because now they're terrible tasting !

Me, my girlfriend, and a friend came yesterday around maybe 5, we got our food got through the first window when I noticed that the people handing out food had given our food bag to the people in front of us, then they proceeded to give us the bag after people hands were in it, and said the only thing they can do is rebag it after I asked for new food.

The Wait in the drive thru was atrocious taking 5-10 minutes per car.

Ever since they renovated this Burger King has gone down hill. There could be no one in the drive through and you still have to wait 15 minutes to just order. You get ignored by everyone working there if you go in and I've had employees be on their phone while I'm waiting to order, look at me and do nothing. The food also takes forever because again the window is more important. Same thing for delivery drivers. I've watched multiple delivery drivers have to wait at least 25 minutes just to get the drinks for their delivery. They need to get some employees who actually care.

I was extremely disappointed at my visit there yesterday apparently this is the only Burger King who missed the motto "have it your way,you rule" I ordered a burger and asked them to add lettuce to it and was told NO they couldn't do that! I told them I was willing to pay a charge for it and was there wasn't even a button to add lettuce which I know is completely not true! Then they told me they weren't allowed to add lettuce.....what!

I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no pickles (allergic) with no salt (cant have salt) fries and a 4 piece mozzarella stick with buffalo sauce (marinara upsets my stomach) . Holley had taken my order through the drive thru tonight. I had to go back around because my fries tasted old and like they had salt on them and I also received marinara vs the buffalo sauce I had ordered for them. She argued that there was no salt on my fries but I politely asked if I could have new fries. I was told to pull around to the front. After waiting awhile I had left figuring if I couldn't eat the fries at least I had mozzarella sticks and the double cheeseburger to eat. I get home (I live 20 minutes away) and I have pickles on my burger. So I threw my whole dinner away. Will not be returning any time soon. The attitudes in the drive thru were unpleasant as it was. 🙄

This restaurant was filthy! There was not one single table that was clean, I cleaned the table myself and then my hands were sticky/dirty from moving the chair plus I had to ask for a washcloth to wash the highchair. There was only one older couple sitting down when we got there so there was no reason for it to be so dirty! I will not be returning and would discourage anyone else from visiting.

Waited 19 minutes for our ice cream. The staff seemed very flustered and struggling but yet trying hard. Realizing they never returned our credit card to us we had to go back to get it 10 minutes later. Very frustrating experience, definitely not fast food...

Paid 2.79 for 12 french fries... When I asked the staff if they could do something about that they responded rudly with "we can't" . The place wasn't busy and it was really messy and disgusting inside. Chicken nuggets on the floor, wet/dirty tables and the high chairs for infants were sticker than ever as if they haven't been cleaned in MONTHS.

Not a very good experience 8/4/21, I stopped in to order around 3:38pm at the drive thru. The two young girls or should I say 12 year olds that waited on me were unprofessional and have no people skills of any kind. I"m hearing impaired to begin with. I placed my order. Got to the window, and from what I understood, I had two sandwhiches coming to me. I asked a simple question. Both girls started to laugh, making fun of the fact I had misunderstood. Angry and upset I left because I knew if I had gone into the restaurant I would have lost it. Not sure if anything would have been done either. So beware if you have any disabilities these "kids" don't have a clue. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I will make sure this situation even more public and I will be contacting customer relations.

Never again !! Whole family is vegetarian ordered an impossible burger and Meat (beef burgers) were given to us instead. Super disgusted by these fast food restaurants now a days. THE WORST BURGER KING! They ALWAYS mess up my order. I go once in awhile and literally every time, no matter if it's new staff or the same, my order is messed up. They aren't friendly and apparently extremely incompetent. Don't waste your time or money here! Or at any Geneseo fast food "restaurant "for that matter!

The staff is slow and can't ever seem to understand your order. They get easily frustrated and sometimes a bit rude. EVERY time I go there, I'm waiting about 15-20 mins in the drive thru. Usually because they never have any fries ready. Then when I finally get my food they over stuffed the bags. Geneseo needs to get it together and stop hiring slow incompetent employees.

8/7/21:; Went through the drive through and was getting food for myself and kids, and as I went to order I was quickly cut off with "sir it'll be a second" in a very snarky and not cool tone. Lets fast forward to the window: the lady (kayla) opened it and didn't greet me or say hello, she just said "Name?" And when I tried to make a joke about the name of the new chicken sandwich said ",oh well, it's just food" and sent me on my way without even making eye contact with me once My chicken sandwich was sloppily made and made me feel like my hard earned dollars were wasted. It may be a new building but it's the same terrible service.
