The baby back ribs special is my favorite meal and the free concerts on Tuesday evenings are always a treat. The twin drive in theater is the cleanest I've ever seen! Charcoal Corral is one of the best run businesses we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

It's like it's always been. It's so much fun for everyone. We came on a Saturday to enjoy the inflatables and activities on the stage and the kids had so much fun. The pizza is fantastic and I haven't had that good of chicken wings in so so long, meaty and saucy. I highly recommend making a night out of it and going to the drive inn as well. Will be coming back for years to come.

Charcoal Corral is one of our favorite stops on a summer's day. Putt-Putt is super fun and panning for gems a blast! The food is quick and hits the spot. And the arcade offers a reprieve when it's too hot.

You will feel like you've stepped back in time. Wonderful mini golf course, tons of food options including a grill, pizza place and ice cream stand. There is also planning for "gemstones" and an arcade, not to mention of course the drive-in.

We love to take visiting family members of all ages here for fun food, mini golf, gem panning, and sometimes the drive-in movie. Everything is well-maintained, spic and span, and the staff go out of their way to ensure everyone is having fun.

This is my new favorite establishment, we drove an hour and 30 minutes to get here from advice from a friend and have never been more thankful, this place is an established well oiled machine. Its a very dynamic place. Depending on the day and time you come, there could be a handful of people or dozens. Its a fantastic for a group of people to come hangout. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have icecream, pizzas, subs, salads, and other hot foods. When coming on weekends and evenings expect longer times on the food. As far as entertainment, they have mini golf, 2 separate drive in theaters, as well as other regular entertainment such as inflatables for kids, car shows, and many other things.

The Charcoal Corral is always a fun stop and busy this time of year. We went for ice cream, 1 sundae was made as requested but the banana split came with vanilla ice cream and chocolate on a banana....not a scoop of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla with chocolate syrup, pineapple and strawberry. It's great they hire a lot of high schoolers, but when you're paying $7-8 for a sundae you would like what you ordered.

Our Letchworth hot air balloon pilot recommended it as a casual, clean, fun dinner option with multiple good, affordable food options - and it was!

We came here for a round of mini golf, which was very reasonably priced! Very well maintained 18 hole course, which was challenging enough, but not too much. We did not eat anything here, but they have plenty of food and ice cream options.

What can I say about this place other than it had it all when it came to food. You want pizza, they got it, you want a burger/fries walk to the other side because they have it as well. If I had to rate on price I would give it four stars out of five on price. This is not your local Wendy's prices but in my opinion the food matches the prices. Enjoy!

Went for the super cruise. Pizza is one of the best we've had around. They made a mistake by giving us the wrong pizza,but made it as soon as it was vrought to they're attention.

The food is always good no matter what it is. The staff are very friendly and patient even when it is super busy. The drive-in is a nice addition to the area and there's a good area for parking to watch the movies. There is a second lot to park in if it gets very busy. They have an arcade, mini golf, gem mining, and car shows as well.

This is a kitchy, fun place to visit! Lots of dining choices (fast food, pizza, diner-style, and an ice cream parlor), an adorable mini-golf course, and an old fashioned drive in theater with shows at night. Very family friendly.

The Charcoal Corral is a great place. One of the few last drive in movie theaters, it has an arcade and mini golf as well as a diner and ice cream parlor. It has everything you might want to do with your family for a night out. Not to mention all the special events they hold bring a nice variety of experiences. They have car shows on Thursday evenings, and we happened to be there on National Ice Cream Day and they made a 30 gallon Ice Cream Sunday and gave out free ice cream. It's a nice place. The only reason dropped it to 4 stars is that the quality of their diner food wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. Otherwise I would give the place a huge recommendation. I will definitely be visiting again.

Wow talk about coming across a place purely by chance! I was visiting my family who were renting a nearby Air BNB, and my brother suggested Charcoal Corral. We knew nothing about it...turns out it's one of the most interesting places in Western NY! I absolutely love the Southwest after having lived there for 3 yrs, so when I saw the Saguaros, John Wayne and Clint Eastwood, all the pictures and such, I was all in!! There's a BBQ restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, mini golf, and one of the last drive ins around. Everything is really clean and the decor is awesome!

For somewhere with so much on their menu I expected that lack of specialization to impact how good the food tastes, but I was very surprised. I got their weekly special, the Taco Salad, and it was very good. Their steak fries were incredible though, definitely give those a try.

Neat place! Has a little bit of everything including pizza, ice cream, BBQ, subs, putt putt gold and a drive in movie theater all in one stop. They have a large menu, I just named a few. CASH ONLY!! They do have an ATM, which charges $1, but your bank charges you a fee too. Putt putt is $6 a person.

This is one of the coolest places to visit and have fun! Very well maintained and they have it all! We only went to pick up a pizza having just arrived in town. Considering this was the only place left open at the time, we took a gamble. A gamble well worth taking! When I say this place is amazing, it’s a true understatement to how efficient this compound is ran. The staff is on top of cleanliness and service is to the T! Owner personally shook my hand and introduced himself. Drive in, arcade, mini golf, mining game, 2 restaurants, and an ice cream parlor in one. After our food, which was fresh off the grill and delicious - we played mini golf! It was so much fun! Looking for something to do in the perry / Letchworth park area - look NO FURTHER! Such a great place that it's become so popular it's hard to want to go there now. Lots of people, long lines. Best to only go during non-dinner time hours. Same goes for the drive-in. It's so packed on weekends that you are forced to go when gates open at 6, otherwise you are in back rows. Long commitment to go watch a movie at night.

I was in my way to Letchworth Park and saw this restaurant.. it looked very interesting! There were lots of people here playing putt putt and dining in, taking out meals. Great spot if you are anywhere near Letchworth park. Worth a fun night out with kids and worth the drive from Rochester or Buffalo. Standard burgers etc along with a pizza shop and ice cream shop serving Perry’s ice cream. Drive in theater, miniature golf, small arcade, and tons of events including huge cruise nights. Location is immaculate. Must visit if anywhere near here.

This is an amazing little all-in-one restaurant that features North American, Southern as well as pizza and an ice cream shop all in one. They have daily and weekly specials. The food is fresh and they deliver as fast as they can given the volume of people they get. Well worth the money. Such a cool place, we were staying at letchworth state park and stumbled on to it. Paid for a drive in show and then walked into the restaurant area from there. Ordered dinner and sat down and the pizza and wings where really great. After that we went over and played 18 holes of mini golf. Then of course we had to make room and have ice cream after dinner with great portions. Then walked back into the drive Ins just in time for the movies to start. Layed out great, there was a ton of people there but you'd never know it. The staff was super kind and very helpful. Would definitely go back again

I was impressed! Stopped for ice cream and enjoyed every bit. The exterior and interior of the restaurant were so clean and well maintained. We stopped here after leaving Letchworth State Park, NY for some well needed nutrition. The location is absolutely amazing. There is a beautiful stage for bands with many tables and space for lawn chairs. There's a lovely little window for ordering ice cream outside. Once inside the main entrance, there is a wonderful counter for ordering food. To your left a nice dining area with a full condiment bar. To the right another dining area that contains it's own counter for ordering additional menu items, such as pizza. To the north of that room, there is a family arcade to the right and a small banquet area straight ahead. Heading back to the dining area, to the right, an ice cream counter with dining area to fit that food. that contains it's own counter for ordering additional menu items, such as pizza. Let's not forget outside also sports a fantastically designed western mini golf area. Everything is spotlessly clean, quaint decorations. We enjoyed quick simple meals. A cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, cheese and fries; a red hot. Everything was cooked just right, and fries were a nice crisp outside.

Cute, kitschy place. Others have commented on the great prices for food and ice cream. We didn't find this to be the case. The prices are the same as you can expect to pay at the now pricey fast food places. Two very small ice cream sundaes were a little less than $10. The place is clean and unique. Fun environment. We had planned to play putt putt but ran out of time. The course looked nice, but I don't know the cost. We didn't go to the double feature movies since we were on motorcycles, but they were current and family friendly.

After visiting a few times this summer and getting chicken or pulled pork, this time, we decided to try ordering one of their pizzas. I have to say it was REALLY good. Fresh, hot, and tasty. When I went to pick up our 14" pizza and 2 drinks, I couldn't carry all three to my table. I told the young lady behind the counter I would be back for the last drink. As I headed back to pick it up, the manager met me halfway with the drink. I was very appreciative of his attention to his customers. Kudos to all the staff. 👏

This place is charmingly over the top on its country theme. I had a very affordable roast beef sandwich ("Beef on Weck" I think) that was pretty OK.

Great ice cream selections. Friendly atmosphere. Food is definitely worth going out of your way. Beef is a specialty of theirs so sorry for my vegetarian readers. Beef on Weck tastes fresh. Tuesdays are BBQ nights Wednesdays are Italian and dont forget cruise nights with all of the classic cars. Priced right for what you get but a family is going to spend some money when here.

Atmosphere was what you would expect at a drive-in-movie-lake-vacation with putt-putt golf and John Wayne on the wall place, named Charcoal Corral. Just watch out if driving through Perry. Fun, campy spot with great ice cream, a minature golf course and evening inflatable slides for the kids. Also pizza and indoor dining which we did not experience. Hugely popular. We went there twice and enjoyed ourselves.

I really love coming here....usually. I love to play mini-golf then eat. However the last few times I've noticed the food counter staff is a bit snippy and less friendly. My beef on weck was not very desirable (hardly any meat) and very dry. Why no au jus? It really needs it! The hot dogs were tasty and the ice-cream shop was excellent!

The largest piece of fish I have ever taken on. C.C. Is like stepping through a time warp. It is charming due to the vintage decor. I felt the nostalgia pour over me like warm maple syrup over some buttermilk flap jacks. With that said, the best thing I have eaten here is the seafood chowder. It is seasoned to perfection, creamy like a clam chowder; borders on spicy. It is fantastic. This is definitely a must if you ever visit.

Had a good time here playing mini golf and doing the mining sluice! Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean despite how busy it was! Lots of varieties of food and ice cream, the arcade was fun, and the drive in movie space looked really nice though I didn’t watch a movie there, just poked my head in briefly to check it out. Not great seating options for larger parties, unless the fiesta room is open. And the food is decent but not great, especially for the price. Not great vegetarian options either (a basic veggie burger or pizza are the main options), though they did have options for that as well as for gluten free food and sugar free ice cream.

Food is average / basic, but the atmosphere and everything about the place is great. I'd come here more often if I lived near by.

2 PC chicken had a scrawny wing and breast not very big. Both fried too long and dry. Fries were good and hot. Pulled pork with slaw was not saucy at all on a regular size hamburger bun. Bun was not warmed, and pork wasn't hot. They had a condiment bar they didn't even mention.

Local tourist trap low quality food at crazy prices nice place if you can afford it!! Owner's care about profits over customers and employees.But hey when all u employ is local high school kids what do u expect? Them to care about service...HIGHLY UNLIKELY!!!!! Can't even make same ice cream twice 😕 Stay away you will leave broke and unhappy !!!!!

We just got home from the "Farewell to Summer" Super Cruise at Silver Lake Drive-In today. A great show with lots of great cars and really nice weather. We definitely wanted to eat here after reading the good reviews, so we walked over to the Charcoal Corral for dinner around 3 PM. There were a few people in line ahead of us, so maybe a five minute wait to order. Not very busy at all at that time. We ordered a grilled chicken breast with sweet potato fries, a three-piece broasted chicken dinner with sweet potato fries, and two sodas. We waited 20 minutes for our buzzer to tell us our food was ready. It didn't take us long to realize that our meals must have been sitting somewhere for quite a while because none of our food was hot, just barely warm at best. The broasted chicken was also overcooked, tough, and dry. I took the fries and the broasted chicken back to the counter and told them I'd like fresh orders made. The two girls at the counter looked at each other like, "So, what do we do now?" They must have figured it out because a fresh order of fries and chicken dinner was delivered to our table 20 minutes later. The second chicken dinner and fries were VERY hot and noticeably better than the first one. At no time did anyone apologize for the poor quality of the food or why our food wasn't served sooner. We finished our meals and left. So, for those of you playing along at home, our two meals with sodas and tax totaled $33.94 on order check #799. Based on the poor food quality, the disconnected food service, and the rather high prices, we can't recommend this place. That's so sad because the atmosphere here is very pleasant with a lot of character, plus a really nice mini golf course that looks like like a lot of fun. And, with the Silver Lake Drive-in theater right next door, this spot is a great destination for a day of fun for the whole family. Park the car, play a few rounds of mini golf, have some dinner, some ice cream, and then drive over and watch a movie at the drive-in theater. We ate here fully expecting a much better experience than what we received. If they fix the problems with the poor food quality and the food service, we might eat here again. Thanks for reading!

Skip it. I know it has everything and it USED to be great, but save yourself the trouble. The workers are rude, I had someone yell at me about a restricted room when I was only going to the arcade room to cash in tickets, which you have to go to the ice cream parlor just to get someone to come to the arcade, the will not do any substitutes or specials even if there's only 4 other people there. Either go in the middle of the season (may-august) or save your money and go to Dave and Busters for a smoother, nicer experience. Such a shame. I've been going here since I was a kid and in the last year it's went severely downhill.

3 tiny chicken fingers (not a meal, so this is the price for just the chicken) $10! Please tell me how this makes sense when the kids meal is $7 something. Please add the amount of chicken fingers on the menu.
