We miss Clemenza's so much in Mendon. It was a staple rotation for us for years. Now we travel 30 min to Vincenzo's every month when we get the hankering. Its the only pizza we all love. Mike always comes out to say hi and chat and makes sure everything is perfect.

Excellent classic pizza with a fine chewy crust. We like pepperoni and pineapple best. Even when its 95° outside, these guys are at the ovens always with fast, courteous service. Fish Fry is good, too. The best in Lakeville.

The pizza slices were huge and very good. the lasagna was wonderful. The portions are very big so one order can feed 2 people.

Best pizza in the Rochester area by far. Used to go to the Mendon location a lot before it closed down but decided to pay a visit when I was in the area. I got the chance to have a nice conversation with the owner. Great quality and traditional Italian food with an owner who has good values. Definitely recommend.

We only had one slice, but it was delicious. We will definitely be back soon. I had noticed that they put a lot of hot sauce on their single slices. I wish that they would use less hot sauce. It ruins the taste of the slices.

I've been eating there for years. Their food is consistent & delicious, always. If you have a problem with the food, try being more specific when you order. Different people have different tastes. If you have a problem with the decor, you should refer to the 1st amendment, then explain why your opinion matters more than others- especially the proprietors of the business. Take your issues & eat elsewhere.

Just got a slice of Buffalo chicken with my girl...Absolutely delicious. Buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite and this is by far the best Buffalo chicken pizza slice I've had. Service was friendly and catered to our requests. Well done Vincenzo's

I ordered two banana pepper slices for lunch. They only had one banana pepper slice left, so I just asked for a pepperoni as well. No problem at all... They ended up giving me two pepperonis as well as the banana pepper slice and only charged me for two. Thank you. Plus the pizza is great!

I used to work in pizza and I can say with certainty this place is the absolute best pizza in the tri-town area. Great tasting sauce, perfect amount of cheese, and the best pepperoni. Always consistent. Their wings and sauce are also some of the best I've had.

Ordered a large Hawaiian and three orders of chicken fingers and fries for kids. Food was very hot and fresh. Guy at the counter noticed pizza was so hot that it had put a hole in the box. He quickly transferred it to another box so we could get it home. Great attention to detail and chicken fingers were massive. Lots of value for the money. Will absolutely be back again soon!

Real New York Pizza. The crust was crispy and chewy and the toppings were good. The sauce was less sweet than most places with a nice flavor. FYI the large pizza is extra extra large. You could easily feed a family of 4-6 with two mediums.

We drive about 30 minutes for Vincenzo's subs and wings. The toasted rolls are fantastic and the wings are big and tasty. They also made it right when they forgot to give me my wing order one day, and I didn't realize until I got back home (they did try to call me on my way home but I didn't answer). Went back a couple hours later to get a new batch of wings. Worth the drive.

We just had them cater our son’s high school graduation party and the food was amazing!!! The Chicken French, Italian sausage with peppers and onions, penne pasta, tossed salad and homemade rolls were second to none. The owner was very responsive and helpful when deciding what to order and how much food to order for our party size. Food was delivered on time in a hot box and neatly packaged. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for catering for your next party/get together. Thanks again. We will definitely use them again in the future. 5 stars !!!!!!

Finally! We found great Pizza in the area! Sauce is perfect and the pie weighed about 10lbs! Definitely our go to place for Pizza. Wings and Salads are too expensive to try but that’s any place these days. We just don’t order them. Nice job Vincenzo’s! Best Pizza Anywhere.

Amazing, went in with my two young boys, who had lots of energy at the time. It was a little past dinner time, and the slices were maybe passing their prime. I bought one slice, and they gave me a second one for no charge. It was so good I then went back for seconds. Again, no charge. On the way out I wanted a fountain drink and they said please don't pay. I've been here a few times before, food is always too notch, and they're obviously all about good experiences.

Very High quality pie. Thick crust with a healthy balance of crisp to fluff. Minimal flop. Cheese game was average, quality of cheese underwhelming but quantity was acceptable. Pepperoni was fabulous and sauce was beyond spectacular. Best pizza in New York pizza not in NYC.

My mom & I stopped in on a whim- we were visiting a family member at the nursing home up the road. This is my kind of pizza- bready crust just made for dipping & great toppings. Subs rolls are homemade too. Staff was super friendly.

Vincenzo's is very reliable if not spectacular. We prefer their wings over area pizzerias, enough that we make a special trip to Lakeville to get them, even though there are a half dozen other places in walking distance. Also, they always have gluten free pizza crusts for our GF kid. Prices are average.

The pizza and wings are high quality. Where Vincenzo's could improve is on appearance. They have been renovating for years and it still looks incomplete. The food is good, but pricey.

We ordered sweet and sour and mild wings they were amazing and perfectly done. The staff was fast and courteous despite the virus pandemic it was a very good experience and will be returning very soon....thank you to the staff

I ordered pizza to go and let me tell you I haven't seen pizzas this big in a long time. I do feel the pizza was very bready, meaning the crust was super thick and absorbed a lot of the flavor. Overall, good pizza though.

Only complaint is inconsistent crust thickness. Sometimes perfect, sometimes so thick it's like trying to eat a loaf of bread. Thin crust (by request) is always soggy (with fresh mushrooms as topping). BUT>>> Accuracy, temperature &taste better than any other pizza place in a 30+ mile radius and employees are friendly &full of personality. Will never again grace the door of that awful pizza place(P.P.) up the road!

We had lunch there for the first time today and can't find fault with ANYTHING!!! DEFINITELY PLAN TO GO BACK AGAIN. SOON.FOOD WAS WONDERFUL...AND YOU HAVE TO TRY THE HOMEMADE BREAD! We had 4 different meals and all were on our good good list.

Pizza is good. They make a good Caesar salad. Great croutons. Their meatball hero is good. Sloppy but tasty and their bread is excellent. I think they make their own bread here. Pizza is very breast which isn't my preference but the bread is tasty so I accept it without complaint. This is the restaurant with the least amount of charm in the area. Feels like a cross between a gas station eatery and a pizza parlor. Staff ask if you're eating in and the deliver your food to your table wrapped to go. Clueless. The dining room is cold and soul less. You can tell no one cares about it They could make this a more pleasant place to eat and they might win more customers and make some more $$.

Cheesesteaks were done 15 minutes before the chicken fingers, so the steak was barely warm when I got home. Cheese steak could have used a little bit more meat. No problem with the taste of the food. Delicious for sure.

They crank out some great pizza pies. Fast friendly and piping hot. Could use another creative veggie choice or two, but we love so many of their standards. Their customer service has been small town high quality as well. Nothing to worry, they'll always make it right.... which for us it had typically been right off the bat

We order from here at least once a month. They have an excellent veggie pizza whatever way you want it. 3 stars because they are over priced and don't offer coupons. New management is better than the prior!

Prices online are horribly wrong, I wanted a sheet pizza with 30 wings, and online it says the deal is $35.99 , I went in to order and they said it came to $53.63 , I feel their site should be updated asap! ! Otherwise food is good, service is okay, but could've been a little more understanding, as this is their own pricing! !

I ordered online looking at the menu and a large specialty pizza was 21.99 the young lady on the phone said that will be 29.99. When I arrived I looked at menu on the counter and it said 22.99. I asked the young lady about the price difference she was not quite sure so she asked the male making pizzas and he said well we did raise our prices and said to me what do you want to pay. I said what is on your menu of course. No signs stating prices have increased, no new menus or online prices.

Have been here many times (sadly because they are one of the only places open and quick at times). The food is mediocre at best. Its an ongoing joke at our house of "what will they forget this time". Its usually something small enough to annoy you but not to call (side of blue cheese/extra blue cheese/side order of fries and dipping sauces/that one extra order of wings). It sucks that there isnt a better option in town.

Where do I start? The person at the register was rude, the food took forever and it wasn't even pizza. Apparently pizza slices aren't served past lunch at the pizza restaurant. Food was good though

Ordered steak sub barely any meat but 2#s of roll and maybe a couple of tiny sliced mushrooms. The burger basket contained what appeared to be a frozen patty that required a lot of chewing to swallow and the eggplant parmigian was good and burnt. The e highlight was everything was ready on time

This is an edit to my original review. My wife and I have been going here for two years. Recently, they have done nothing but screw up and only give us partial orders. When you go up they ALWAYS use the excuse that they never got the ticket in the kitchen. Hmm they gave us half the order, so how did that happen????

I've eaten here several times this time was a simple sub. I haven't had such a poor made sub. Fairly simple, not to mention the sub, was twenty bucks

Since Google asked... We ordered takeout (eggplant dinner, eggplant sub, and a side salad) and were told it would take 30-35 minutes. I arrived 37 minutes later and waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was at the counter. Paid for my order a was told it would be another five minutes. No biggie, right? Then I watched as they put our sub into the oven, followed 5 minutes later by the pasta dinner. I was then asked what kind of salad we had ordered and watched it get made. Overall, our 35 minute order took over an hour and ten minutes. I watched multiple staff members eat food behind the counter, including the young lady who made our salad eat from a Cambro or stainless pan while she was in the salad cooler opposite the pizza oven, and a different young lady eat a brownie or cookie and drop the plastic wrap on the floor. No gloves, didn't see them wash their hands after handling cash or after they ate. Cross-contamination everywhere. Not a great look. Go ahead and take down that ServSafe certificate or make everyone actually take the training.

Place has never been the same after Clemanzas bought it. Used to be the #1 chicken wing pizza, now just a super hateful angry man making subpar pizza (check the Facebook profile out)

There’s enough other pizza places around that don’t have alt right entertainment shows blasting in the waiting area. The pizza isn’t that good, and the shop was filthy the one time I was in there. Hard pass.

Food is good. But, employees always act like they're doing you a favor, by doing their job. That's why, I only go for slices.

I ordered 3 fish frys for delivery by time I got them they were cold and they were the worst fish fry I have ever had not to mention it cost me $50 and we couldn't even finish them they were undercooked

The pizza is absolutely disgusting and the bleu cheese is “home made”. The nastiest bleu cheese I’ve ever had. Honestly also got me sick. I had this place twice and for got I’ve been there before because it was months in between. And same both times. Both times I went back in telling them that the bleu cheese was not bleu cheese. The pizza was not up to par compared to a lot of people. Would not recommend to anyone.

Food was ok. Had lasagna and my son got the stuffed Rigatoni. I don't think either was freshly made. I have had the same food from Aldi's that tasted about the same. It had to be frozen then heated up or something. The croutons were soggy but the Garlic Bread was awesome. The young workers were friendly and welcoming. The only thing that bothered me a little was one of the workers that was bald, had ear rings, and tattoos was talking and dropped about 5 - 6 F bombs while talking to someone he works with. I give the experience a 3 out of 10.

Called and ordered a pizza for pick up. Asked for mushrooms and onions on only half. SPECIFICALLY asked for them to contain the toppings to just the half we ordered it on. Picked it up and there was an onion and/or mushroom on every single slice of the “just cheese” half. Tried to call back and got no answer. Will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone. 👎🏻

Grandma called in an order for a large peperoni pizza when we were about 25 minutes away they told her it would be done in 20. We get here its still not done im told give them twenty minutes and itll be done. So i wait 30 minutes later its still not done and when I called they said give us ten more minutes. Unacceptable to me. Ill be calling to speak to the owner.

Vincenzo's messed up our sheet pizza earlier in the month. When we called back immediately after delivery we were told we would get a credit. When we called to order a pizza tonight and use our $34 credit we were told we could not use the full credit because we kept the food that they screwed up, which is very wrong and poor food service on their part knowing full well that you can't return food due to covid and the fact that we had to keep the pizza due to kids that needed to eat. Very disappointed.

Ordered two larger pizzas and two dozen wings for delivery.told it would be a hour.an hour and half later no food.went up to place to see what was going on.asked the woman there and was told to shut up!! And ask delivery boy.delivery boy was polite.woman working there was very Rude.place is a JOKE.

When you have guest sitting down to eat the workers should be aware of their foul language. Came in an ate with my 3 children and all 3 of the workers talked loudly using f-bombs and other inappropriate language for my children to be listening to. Will not be returning.

Vulgar language behind counter. They bash customers and competition. I ordered a sub. Itailian assorted. Half w everything, half just cheese and meat. I received a roll w cheese. Called to fix it. Id have to drive back across the county for and was willing. They were outta rolls and had no sympathy. Not to mention you better sharpen your teeth to get through the tiny rubberized rolls. Hit Pizza Pauls at least you will be comfortable, in good company and it wont take 30 minutes to get a preordered sub. Tiny sub, $15 w tip. Id rather go home and eat a soggy diaper. Place is filthy, vulgar, and no relief for customers or staff from the sweatshop behind the counter or the dining room. ⁸

What happened?! We've been going here for 20 years. Tried to place the same carry out order and the lady was really rude (maybe intoxicated?), then rude to my young adult daughter when she picked it up AND they have stickers on the front door that say the F word. So confused. Parents beware...I am sad we lost a local place.

Horrible horrible place. Do not buy pizza here. Went in at 12, asked for a delivery for 6pm for my rehearsal dinner. Paid and they said “no problem”. 6pm passes. Nobody showed. Called several times. After several times with no one answer, someone picks up Only to have them SPECIFICALLY SAY “the driver left 10 min ago he should be there shortly” it was a 4 min drive. 20 min pass. We call back and they said “we have it down as a pick up”… why did you tell me it was on its way!! We had 40 people waiting for food- they had my number, if there was a miscommunication I understand, but why lie and have us continue to wait? Unreliable and pizza wasn’t even good. Pathetic.

I just ordered 4 large subs(50.00).When I got home to sit with my family to eat not one sub was cut in half, there was barely any chicken fingers or lettuce on them. The rolls that they were made on extremely hard and chewy. I don't like to give bad reviews but I feel like I just wasted 50.00 on food I could of got else where much better. I don't recommend this place for subs.

Was up in this area for a family event only 6 of us came in for lunch and they acted like it was the worst thing in the world that we came in all at once. They were so rude and made us feel very unwanted. Definitely go a few hundred feet down to pizza Paul’s. Nicer and better. This place needs to step up their hospitality

Got a pizza from here, using the other name call clemenzas. worst pizza I have ever had. it was burnt and sold it to us. $25 WASTED. If they were decent, they never would have allowed that kind of pizza to go out the door.. We were not regulars as we were vacationing so figured it didn't matter.. Won't go there again when we go back to the area.

They have the best bread fur subs, but it should not take over 45 minutes to make them when you have no customers. This place had become a joke and is totally mismanaged. They run out of roast beef and bread. Good business should not allow that to happen and they are still remodeling their front counter for the last six months or so.

Horrible experience. Took over two hours to receive pizza order. We were told it would take 45 minutes. We called back after an hour and asked where our order was and was told "it'll be a hot minute" while the girl on the phone laughed. Called back a half hour after that asking ETA as we had crying toddlers needing dinner. We were told he would be there in a couple minutes. 30 minutes later, still no food. Call back and we speak to manage- this is now 2 hours. He was argumentative and just provided excuses. Said if delivery wasn't there in an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes then he'd give us money off next order?? Horrible customer service and overall frustrating experience. Our pop wasn't delivered that was paid for and to no surprise the pizza was freezing cold. OH and to top off this awesome experience, we were charged twice on our credit card for our order.

I try to like Vincenzo’s, the pizza is super greasy, it literally pools in the cup and char pepperoni, the cheese slides off, the sauce is bland. Most times they can’t even get the order right. I had their pizza tonight and it was absolutely greasy and I could barely do one square from the sheet pizza. We never get wings here because they’re usually small and skimpy, as compared to other pizzerias.

Could have saved the large box and used a medium. $32 for a medium pizza is bullshit. This is a first for us, usually the pizza can touch at least one side of the box. The wings were some of the dryest that I have ever had and had almost no flavor. This is not the same pizza that we have enjoyed for the past several years, not sure what happened but this is probably our last pizza from here.

I am feeling very sad. In spite of always having delivery available here after 4pm, there is NO PIZZA DELIVERY AVAILABLE HERE TODAY & it's on a SATURDAY at DINNERTIME! Boo-hoo... I can only afford to order a pizza once or twice a month. I saved up and skipped meals in order to have it. And now I am told: " Nope. You can't have one. At ALL." I doubt that I will ever order another pizza. They are expensive and take a long time to arrive. This WAS one of the very rare treats I've allowed myself in recent years...now that's been taken away, too. Being old and poor sucks. Having just barely enough to save for a once-a-month treat is hard. Having saved for,& anticipated, something you only get a few times a year is a source of pleasure and excitement. Then, having it taken from you, hurts even more. I hope someone reads this, because I will be going hungry tonight. ☹️

We have given this place so many chances, trying a variety of things but have just given up. The man owner is very nice. So we kept trying our best to give him the business but I think we have to say goodbye. Pizza is gross, near impossible to chew through. Steak philly subs are made with very grizzly meat but my husband still would eat them out of desperation for lack of options in the town but shrinkflation has really become ridiculous at this place. Prices here are insanely high but the sub we got last time was literally half the size. We usually try to get salads and bread but too many times now the lettuce is completely rotten and this last time was the final straw. Plus, the croutons are almost always stale and mushy. I'm attaching pictures of some of this disgusting salad. Outrageous price for a completely rotten salad that got chucked in the garbage and we had to come up with another supper. We usually would get a roll and butter because their rolls are usually crunchy and good but this time it was old, mushy and stale. So we couldn't even eat that. On top of this, they literally mess up something in the order every single time and we have to drive all the way back to correct it. Always something missing or wrong toppings or something every single time and of course today was no exception. They gave the wrong salad dressing but thankfully we checked the bag before driving away. I have gotten sick several times from food here too. I just give up 😞 I normally cook and don't eat out but I'm on chemotherapy and just want a break sometimes.

I ordered a whole sub and a half sub, paid over $18.00. When I got home, I had only 2 halves, both did not have much meat. When I called, they stated that it was put in as 2 halves. I stated that I paid $18.00 for 2 halves???? They stated that was correct. Wow!!! I won't go there again! What a damn rip off!!

ordered for delivery a couple of times first thing I noticed is that the prices dont match the menu, you will pay more than expected, seems like a beginners trap, got the goods delivered quick enough but they forgot to add the one of the desired toppings, I got a sub with my pizza. the bread was not edible and the toppings were scarce. the dough on my pie was similarly rubbery like a shoe, both pies I received were gross. the Toppings and cheese slid off and the grease factor was unlike anything else Id seen in my years. Id say if you need to risk ordering a pizza from here that you should ask for thin crust and keep the order simple and from the menu, keep your expectations low and your own pizza cutter handy and well sharpened Dont bother trying to eat it until the grease has solidified and cemented the ingredients into a solid mass. Say your prayers, the dough is mercilessly tough like a rubber shoe. I noticed something happens after it cools and congeals that homogenizes the ingredients in a way, its pretty gross but it makes the dough a bit easier to get down. As for the subs I would avoid them completely, at least I got credit for my sub so I rolled the dice on another pie later on. The manager said there was nothing they could do about the leathery pizza dough and slippery sloppy ingredients and insisted that it was made fresh. Ive had way better pizza from 7-11. I would recommend you save money and grab frozen pizza from 7-11.
