Best pizza sauce I've had probably ever. Had to wait a few minutes but the wait was worth it.

MMM MM GOOD! The pizza is delicious. The wings are finger licking good. And they have daily specials that can’t be beat.

Stopped for a slice and wings last night. The slice came out quickly and was fresh and hot. I tried the Tropical Paradise wings based on the owners suggestion. Those were awesome. I usually go for Hot, Garlic Parm or Cajun but very glad I tried these. I'll be going back for more!

We ordered two pies and the girl at the front accidentally put green olives on one of the pizzas instead of green peppers. She apologized and remade the pizza for us. A few minutes later the owner came to our table and gave us a refund for the incorrect one. We were happy with this, then he came over again and brought us two orders of dessert logs. Apple pie and raspberry cheesecake. He was very friendly and he more than made up for the mistake. Everything was absolutely delicious!

This place was so customer friendly. We came in after a long day at Stony Brook. With four, young, rowdy, hungry boys:) The owner (I’m assuming), Was so welcoming and kind. The service was amazing, he even brought a snack out for the kids, while we were waiting for our food . His kindness and understanding for order changes, and special arrangements to our order was simply amazing. The meal even comes with a free popsicle for kids! The chicken wings I ordered were the best I’ve ever had! A must-go!!!

Only place I know where the Atmosphere is fun and Out going and where Staff will laugh and joke with customers , but also in a working matter . Food is always on time , fresh to eat and worth it. My Favorites are the Tower Plates and Philly Steak and Chicken Finger Subs. 10/10 recommend. New owners a few years ago and new Staff and they are knocking it out of the park! Way to keep a small town Resturant rocking and putting out amazing food and on time and clean .

I got a Philly cheese stake sub, and it was one of the best subs l've had in a long time. Also, I have gotten multiple turkey subs from here and they are always made the same each time. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they have always delivered on the time that they promise when I order.

We come from an area where you don't need 2 hour notice, so it still throws me every time we want to order a sheet that every place around here requires that. That being said, in the past, we ordered from another main street place that gave part of our order to another person, refunded that person for THEIR inconvenience and the only consolation we got, was waiting another 20 min for our new wings to cook, on top of the 2+ hour wait we'd already had for a sheet pizza. We tried yet another place. While the pizza there was good, when our friends picked it up, the staff was rude to them. We haven't dared order pizza for over a year, afraid of what we may encounter next. We recently needed 2 sheets and I thought we'd try Leaning Tower. I placed the order online. They had it ready exactly to the minute they said they would, pulling it out of the oven as we walked in. We got pepperoni and the grilled chicken topped pizzas. I thought everything was good. We will definitely come back here again, hoping that we've finally found a place that has both good food and good service.

Good pizza, Great Subs, and friendly staff. Especially a gentleman named "Jake", who actually listens to the customer's request, goes out of his way to see that the customer is completely satisfied. I enjoy going there. The only negative is.. the hours in which they operate. Sometimes it's hard to find it open. Under these current times, it's understandable but still frustrating when you're hungry and want to get your fix. Which is why I only rated it a 4-star. Had the hours of operation been better, it would receive a 5-star rating from me.

We were on our Honeymoon, seeing the sites and visiting different places. After a long hike we were craving pizza, google brought us to Leaning Tower of Pizza and it did NOT disappoint! We picked up and it was hot and fresh! The dough was light and didn’t set heavy on the belly. Perfect Honeymoon dinner!! 🥰

Ordered two subs price fine Told 25 minutes an hour later delivered the delivery guy took 2 minutes to tell me how much then sat outside in his truck for at least 8-10 minutes So now the next order will be late too Should of gotten a discount Next time I will place my order somewhere else Then my order was wrong Asked for Italian salad dressing and got miracle whip and the other sub wasn’t toasted

what I don't understand is if you have specials on a Tuesday, How come you close at 8 o'clock? The pies are delicious The service is outstanding , BUT... the hours are terrible... 8PM COME ON REALLY...

This place has really worked hard at turning things around. Leaning tower was really starting to take a nose dive. But it looks like a staff change was all that was needed. Phones are being answered again, food is being made on time again, everyone has a smile and is super friendly! Guys, give yourselves a pat on the back… you done good! Got my business back that’s for sure, and I hope this review convinces others to give you another chance. Only constructive criticism I would say I have, is please go back to the original meats you used to have for the subs. ( they were definitely a better meat ) I believe it was boars head roast beef? ) I could be wrong though. Anyways, keep up the good work guys!

If I was rating on food alone, it would be 0 but the service was nice. I got a ham sub & it was absolutely HORRIBLE! Ham was full of FAT, roll was stale! Absolutely horrible! Shame on you For raising your prices, but not giving quality food!!!

This place used to be "The Leaning Tower" in Dansville and was a great pizzaria... Now it's only mediocre and tastes like frozen pizza... Too bad

My wife's care giver ordered burger and curly fries at 6:00 and also chicken wings for her family. They called her back at 6:20 to total her order. After 7:00 pm the order arrived her burger was cold and her fries were salty and straight. She is a diabetic so I could tell she needed her food before 7:00. She was told at 6:00 it would only be 45 minutes or before. We have ordered food before and it has been very good except for an overcooked fish fry a while back. I wanted to talk to Chad Edmond about the service our Aide got but Tower Pizza employee would not give us his phone number. If I talked to him I would not be posting this. Chad I am sorry to be posting this! When a owner can not be contacted about his business then he will get a review that may be less than flattering. Hopefully we can continue to do business in the future.

The employees here only wear their masks if their manager is around, have gone in several times previously and every employee has their mask down which always makes me uncomfortable anyway, last time I ordered from leaning tower I got there (well paat the time frame they gave me as my food is NEVER ready in the time they tell me it will be ready) and they didn't have my wings anywhere! This time I went in and their was a lady standing at the counter chatting, I stood there and waited for a few minutes and was completely ignored by all the employees, went back to my car for a few minutes then came back, the customer was still there and I was still ignored for a minute, at least this time she stepped aside and someone helped me, but it had been forty five minutes since they told me it would be twenty to thirty before it was ready and as per usual my food was not ready for me. The wait time from there was not horrible. But its starting to get a bit ridiculous now, my experience is worse everytime, maybe its time to give up?

I grew up in Danville, had eaten many times at this location when it was under a different name. We ordered pizza, it seemed that the crust was premade and topping were thrown on top. I guess I'm used to raw dough being pushed out to the circle, forming the pie crust, toppings added and cooked.

I made an order over the phone and paid then at 4:30. Called at 5:50ish still not delivered when told 45mins probably less. Called 7:30 told if not there in 10 mins and would get credit. I tried calling 11mins later several times no answer. Then couple more times was busy. Walked there doors locked at 8:08. Multiple employees leaning around talking. Wouldn't even look at the phone when I called right then. Normally great service, only compliments. Not tonight. Will be calling 1st thing tomorrow.

The pizza is great… but they never answer the phone over the past few months I’ve been hung up on, left on ringing until it disconnected dozens of times. It’s frustrating even the one time I was able to get through I noticed employees standing around as the phone was ringing over and over and they carried on with conversation. It a shame because it is quality pizza when you can get through.

We ordered cheese pizza which was tiny for the price, wings are actually pretty decent and the breadsticks look like they were bought in the frozen food section of save a lot.

Staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. Place was clean and our food was done when they said it would be (online order). The pizza seemed like it wasn't cooked long enough and the sub was overly toasted (not much meat either). Will give another try, hoping today was a fluke.

Pizza burnt. Fries burnt wings were supposed to be mild but far from it. Bug on roll and when returned it got an attitude. Sub roll hard. Never again

I ordered a sheet pizza with 2 dozen mild wings I received my order the wings weren't mild they were marina the instant I got them I wanted to throw up I call complained about my wings they delivered one dozen that were supposed to be mild wings not really any sauce on them had to call again for my other dozen of wings Same not much sauce food wasn't great.

Don't call after 7 or they will tell you they're out of stuff to avoid making it. Pretty crappy customer service

As usual. My order was wrong. I should know better because this is a recurring problem but every once in a while I figure I'll try again. Maybe I have finally learned.

I waited 10 minutes for a slice of cheese. They forgot about it in the oven, burnt it to a crisp, and then melted some new cheese over the top to try and cover it up. Never again.

I have done two online orders the latest one being 12/27 for pick up at 6:15 pm both times I had to wait atleast 10 minutes for my orders. They were not busy so there was no excuse. When questioned the staff was extremely rude to me and were unwilling to do anything about the fact that I had to wait both times. I do not recommend this place since this last turn over of employees.

Ordered a chicken cordon blue. Received a burnt black sub, no ham, bread so burnt I couldn't even eat it, brown soggy lettuce with 2 "chicken fingers" the size of chicken nuggets. Tried calling to complain but as usual they stop answering the phone by 7:30 so they don't have to make any more orders.

Im never really rude or anything because I have worked in the food industry for most of my life. But seriously almost 2hrs for a large cold ham sub and 1 large pepperoni,mushroom pizza and all I get when I call back at 1 1/2hrs and total 2hrs after I placed my order is sorry I don't see your order he should be there soon at tops 40 to 45min wait is ok but then also $30 for my order kind of a rip off and I used to work at the tower and we never took that long and was never that much for a simple order either. I really suggest and think you guys need to work on your service,pricing until then I will be not be ordering from you again!.

I wish I could give no stars. My fries were hard & FREEZING. The boneless wings has some kind of weird soggy film and were also hard. Not to mention I ordered at 4:50 and it didn’t come until almost 7 o clock. Had to call 12 times before someone actually answered to let me know “the driver will be leaving in 2 minutes, he’s just grabbing something” don’t waste your time.

The last time we ordered it took me 15 minutes to get through be and was hung up on twice. We placed our order and asked for light sauce on the wings not only was thrrt nothing but a sloppy mess in the container but it spilled into the bag and all over the sub wrapper we irdered also my mozzarella sticks were iver cooked and dried out. Took over an hour for them to deliver our order. They do nothing to make up for their mistakes when uou call and complain and the manager us always rude. Everytime we order there is a problem either they forget part of the order or mess it up even after I have them repeat it back to me when I order

Worst experience. Visited my sister while we were in town. Decided on pizza for dinner. My nephew ordered online for us. We were Not able to add more than 2 toppings on website order and prices were a bit high. Once order was placed, it stated 60-90 min. At first it didnt phase me as most places are generous with the time given. 2 HOURS LATER and 20 min before the establishment was scheduled to close, the delivery person was knocking on the door of my sisters house. We ordered a sheet pizza and 30 chicken wings. The blue cheese in the wings was warmer than the wings them selves and the pizza was remincent of school lunch pizza. For an almost $70 order including the tip, it was terrible. The new owners have killed the reputation of this pizza place. I will NEVER give my business to them again. I advise anyone traveling through Dansville NY to avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Over an hour and a half wait for one pizza. When I arrived to pick it up it still had not been started. When I called to cancel the employee responded with "Awesome that makes it so much easier thank you". I will never be ordering from here again. I recommend everyone go down the street to Tonys!

Waited 30 min for 3 subs. Stale rolls, more onions than lettuce. Meatballs small and sparse. Easily some of the worst food and service I've experienced. We were just passing through town, but will certainly never stop there again.

Passed through Dansville for gas and a snack while going up 390. Walked into Tower Pizza. The kitchen was an unorganized disaster. People were openly talking about mistakes and 'that's as good as it will get'. Another guy cut his hand and kept handling food. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes watching this cluster fu&k with no other customer in the shop. 3 employees looked right at me at different times and not one addressed my existence or approached me to take an order. Walked out without an order being placed. Awful experience.

Called and ordered for takeout the lady wrote down my orders. Drove half hour home and both calzones are made wrong. Called and they said the guy that made them did it exactly the way they where wrote. Well he must have been sleeping bc one order was a cheese combo. Got home it wasn't a cheese combo it was a pepperoni and cheese calzone. The other order was pepperoni and cheese calzone with sausage and salami with no ricotta. Got that one correct except they put ricotta in it.. Will never order from dansville tower ever again.

Took 50 minutes to deliver a dozen wings and my house is less than 15 minutes away

I am very disappointed and will not order from here again. Order said 60 to 90 minutes. I ordered at 402pm. I called to check on order at 545pm. They said 2 hours for a sheet. Okay I can understand that and informed me it was just getting ready to go out for delivery about 25 mins. Mind you the gentleman was rude when I was extremely nice. Strick 1. Needless to say my order was delivered at 650p.. not only was is almost 3 hours for my food after being told it go out for delivery. The food was extremely cold. I'm so disgusted with this service and food. I've never had any problems with the other pizza places around here. From now on they will get my business. At least I'll have good service and food.
