Our drinks were excellent& the food was fantastic! We have already decided that this Chili’s will be in a weekly rotation! We will wait to have Stephen as our server if he’s not able to attend to our group when we first arrive.

Family and I ate here tonight on NYE. They were extremely busy. The blonde girl that runs drinks and food was doing amazing and running her butt off. I'm sorry but she was too busy for me to get her name. Kudos to her as she really was holding it down. Food was good and service excellent. Even though she was busy she made sure to get us the extras we needed after delivering our food.

We can't remember the waitress name that we had tonight but we were the last table there till they closed at 12:00 and she was amazing made sure we had everything we needed him more thank you to her. Are drinks we're never passed half empty. She also came multiple times after our dinner was brought out to make sure that everything was perfect and if there was anything we need thank you Chili's and especially thank you to her.

Everything was good. I didn't get her name but she had a blonde ponytail with a pink bow and she was great. She wasn't our waitress but she brought our food out and got us things we needed. She was sweet and one of the few workers smiling so hopefully we can get her next time.

I ate there this evening with a friend and Jayden made our night. She wasn't our server, but she should have been. Our server took our food order and we didn't really see her again. Jayden brought us our drinks, appetizer, and entrees. She then fetched us some extra things we needed like napkins etc. and she did it with a smile and was super sweet.

Tuesday, November 11th 2025, Veterans Day. I went here today with my daughter, because I'm a veteran and I read that there were offering a free meal for veterans. I got a free chicken crisper meal, which was fantastic. My daughter got the deluxe chicken sandwich which was huge. The service was great and the atmosphere was good and the food was served hot and fresh. They did a great job. Thank you. Btw, I would highly recommend this place.

Harmony is amazing! I came here on my own this afternoon after a long shift, I was quickly greeted and seated. My food and drinks were ready in a wonderful timely manner. But truthfully, my server was what stood out to me the most, Harmony was extremely professional, courteous, sweet, friendly and all around amazing! I’ve always loved Chili’s, however I will not only keep coming back for just the food, but also my wonderful server. An amazing and irreplaceable asset to this team! I hope management will see this review to give her the full recognition she deserves!

I couldn’t believe how different one branch can be from another! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, They never leave you hanging they are always getting you a refill and taking stuff off the table without you actually telling them to do so and the food tastes so good. What caught my eye is that this specific branch is super clean and the ambiance is so positive and energetic and it wasn’t super crowded which is a bonus. Thumbs up to this chili’s branch I will be coming back 👍🏼

I would pay to have it delivered. Giving the customer the option of having an outside delivery company like Uber or DoorDash should be something JJ's should consider as their customer base moves out of their area but still want to receive the food. It is way better than any other sandwich shop and I tell others this all the time.

I ordered online for a party and was missing two sandwiches out of fifteen. I called and talked to someone claiming to be a manager. He insisted they were made (though we didn't receive them) and would not offer a refund. I asked him his name, he refused to give it. When I mentioned calling corporate (given he was refusing to help), he replied "go ahead and call corporate." I like Jimmy John's, but honestly after this experience I think I'm done. Terrible, disrespectful service is unacceptable no matter how good the food is. EDIT: I was contacted by the store manager Joel, and the owner Jesse. Both were very apologetic and said what I experienced was not acceptable and vowed to address it. They generously offered to refund the entire order, even though I'd only asked for a refund for the sandwiches I did not receive. All in all, I'm grateful for their efforts to rectify the situation and now consider myself a satisfied customer.

On an evening return from the airport we stopped at Mt Dora Chili's for dinner and a glass of wine. This Dallas Texas headquartered chain supports some 1,600 locations world wide. First of all we were quickly seated and our server arrived for our drink order. I wish I had gotten her name because she was the most professional server I have ever had. All three of us agreed she definitely was not a rookie! Two in our party had the salmon and double sized broccoli. While they both loved their salmon, one had perfectly cooked broccoli and the other had hers under cooked (almost raw). I had one of their "Big Mouth Burgers® Mushroom Swiss Burger, There’s so mush-room in our hearts for this one. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, mayo". They hand-smash all the burgers to lock in flavor, then serve them up on a delicious, toasted brioche bun, with my new favorite, their awesome French Fries! Oh, and the wine wasn't bad either! We'll be back!

I ordered this place for the first time ever.ordered a giant sandwich menu price was 15.59 they asked me if I wanted cheese and I said yes when it was rung up the total was 21.59 I asked why and Bella said it’s because of the cheese never even mentioned it before hand how unprofessional. I was order 17 and they called 18-22 before I walked up and asked where mine was. They proceed to play the blame game with each other and I mention how this was my lunch break and now I won’t have time, to this they rudely replied do you want to wait or get a refund? I responded I’ll wait since now I definitely don’t have time.

Jimmy John's is an odd place. It looks like an East Coast sandwich shop, with brick walls (or brick looking walls), funny signs, and a at least 1 table that had the look of using repurposed materials. My wife and I shared a #9 which was an Italian sub of some kind. It was a little smaller than I was hoping it to be, especially since right next to that group of sub choices ($8.49), was a menu for 8" subs for $5.99. I didn't see the difference. Anyway, the sub tasted really good. They prepare their sandwiches similar to Jersey Mike's (I bet they love hearing that comparison), where the meats and cheeses are fresh sliced for each sandwich. It wasn't very busy at dinner time, although I imagine that a sub shop is MUCH busier at lunch, so it didn't take long for our order. Now the reason my rating isn't at least 4 stars is more the logistics and service and the ordering process. I'm not going to expect red carpet treatment at a quick-serve sub shop, but the young woman at the register had no personality and I wasn't even sure after I swiped my card that our transaction was complete. I wasn't asked for my name or given an order number which also confused me. I wasn't sure that our sandwich was ready until I heard "Italian Night Club!!" yelled out by another worker. The only thing I asked for different than how the sandwich appears described on the menu was that the hot peppers be put on the side. They were. I was happy to see that my order was correct. So, while I wasn't blown away by my experience here, I wasn't disappointed or given reason to never return. I'll consider Jimmy John's for lunch some weekend most likely.

I went to Chili’s in Mount Dora for a quick lunch during work. Even with only a few tables and a couple of people at the bar, I waited about 20 minutes. The steak fajitas ($23+tax) were disappointing—bland and barely enjoyable, so I only ate a little and took the rest home for feral cats. Overall, the service was slow, the food wasn’t worth the price, and I won’t be returning.

I absolutely love the food and the staff at this place. They're both top-notch. The only thing holding it back is the incredibly long wait times. It seems like the new kitchen staff is causing a major bottleneck. If they can address this issue and get the food out in a reasonable time, this would be a perfect dining experience. Takes >15 minutes to for 3 people to make 2 sandwiches when I am only customer. Its not because they are splitting a large sandwich with pickles on only one side... that is impossible. I visited the Lakewood Jimmy John’s and had an experience that left me thoroughly disappointed. I walked in during what appeared to be a very slow time—there was only one family dining. Despite this, no one was at the register when I approached, and I had to wait for someone to show up. Eventually, a man arrived who clearly didn’t want to be there. His demeanor was unpleasant, marked by eye-rolling and an attitude that made it obvious he was upset about something. Although I already knew what I wanted and didn’t ask many questions, I did ask him why he seemed unhappy. His response only reinforced the negative vibe, said he was "tired". Honestly, I should have walked out then and there. To top it off, the sandwich I ordered was dry, much like the employee's attitude. Jimmy John’s, this is unacceptable. The person working the front represents your brand, and this individual is not suited for such a role. First impressions matter, and this experience guarantees I won't be returning.

First I'll start by stating that I love Jimmy John's, a lot. But this location is horrible and has been since they opened. I've never had a good experience at this location. It's always something with this store, the usual failures include bread that could double as tree bark, dry cuz they forget to add mayo, or they forget to alert me when the order is ready for pickup. Then owner started charging $4 for a two block delivery. Really? I really wish Google would let me upload the video I took of me scraping the hard bread with a guitar pick and having to press it through the crust, it was like a eating a sandwich made with kettle chips instead of bread. I only use them for FREE sandwiches that I've earned at other locations. While usually it is hard to complain about a free sandwich, this Jimmy John's begs to be critiqued.

My first time trying Jimmy John's. Went into the Lakewood location. There was a manager named Denise yelling at 2 employees that were just trying to learn. She seemed very hostile and irritated. Made me feel very uncomfortable. We'll not be going back.

Order chicken fajitas. Rice was so cold and dry I cant eat it, but that was not the only item. The black beans not even warm! When I asked the manager when the food was made she replied, " fresh, the food is fresh" to which I replied, I dont agree with you, please touch the rice, she declined. I did returned have of my meal and She still want to charge me 75% of the price. $15 for a piece of breast and 4 "Warm tortillas". I told her, I dont came here for free food but for a hot meal and a good service for wich I didn't get it today. O by the way She also said she is going to check the temperature of the steaming table something Chili's should be doing every day and before customers complain. Do you agree? Steve, the server, I know is not your fault. Even though I never receive a plate I was not encouraged to ask for it. Very dissatisfied!

I went in to order food and heard Michelle (the manager) in the Mount Dora location totally disrespecting and being extremely rude to an employee. I did call the store and speak with her about the situation. She responded that with total disregard and disrespect back. I have never in my life been spoken with such disgrace. As a FREQUENT customer in all local locations to me, this made me question all locations and made me decide not to ever decide to dine with you guys again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will be sharing my experience on all social media platforms to raise awareness. My suggestion would be to send your managers back to training to learn not only how to talk to their employees, but how to co work with them. I dined there tonight and the manager Michelle was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was getting loud with her employees raising her voice while standing at the front of the restaurant. I have 20+ years experience being a manager, and I wouldn't tolerate someone of her demeanor running anything in my restaurant. Chili's I am ashamed to dine at this establishment if this is what you consider management material. Do better!
