This location has been renovated completely. Building is very clean all the time, there is plenty of tables available most of the time. Food is always hot and delicious. Of course desserts are delicious as well, and they offer lots of varieties.

We got our food pretty fast...nice, hot, and fresh. If anything, the staff could smile a bit, they all looked kinda grumpy today...otherwise, they were professional. Overall cleanliness was good, plenty of space.

Great food only complain is that there's nomore free refills in the dine in area you have to pay again for a new drink. They give your food in to go bags no more trays social distance is good there's no one in the door to check your temperature when you come in.

My visit to this Location was very delightful due to a young lady named Barbara is very polite, wonderful attitude, helpful, customer service and knowledgeable. Keep it up!

DQ is always a good idea. It is especially good when you've had a bad day and the ONLY thing that will make it better is a DQ Blizzard. Don't be shy, get the larger one (any flavor) and tell yourself... I deserve it 🙂

Burger, fries, drink and a blizzard. That blizzard deal had been my favorite for a while. Like the cheesecake blizzard. Service is always fast on this location and the place looks clean.

Nice spot for cheap food. Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. Looking forward to returning with my coworkers. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.

We often use DQ's as rest stops as they are normally clean as this location is and have drinks or snacks that are affordable.We ordered the small Blondie Blizzard of the Month and it was very good. DQ's are a good place to stop for a break to geta snack or inexpensive meal. Love the Dairy Queen ice cream. This one has great staff, and a clean restaurant and bathrooms. Easy to get in and out from the highway. If you are passing by, stop in to take a break.

Even though the traffic is jam...it goes fast. Service is great n the food is fresh n delicious. They have a variety of delicious food n ice creams we want to go every day.

Exceptional service even though there was a wait everything in my order was correct. I appreciated my blizzards being covered with a lid as well for my drive back home.

Its was hot food ready to go and the Blizzard is awesome. I got the 5 dollar lunch but added a few more things to it so. It was $13.00 plus. But over all it is delicious and will keep your hunger down for a good 5 hours till your next meal. Well my opinion thats all. Have a great day whoever reads.

Blizzards are amazingly delicious! Employees can be a hit or miss, but for the most part, all are pleasant. Not too fond of their food, but their treats are always spot on! Can be a busy atmosphere on some days and chill with a bit of a throwback feeling on other days. 6.23.23 around 8ish - There was a young man who took my order, and he was helpful and seemed to have a better attitude than the rest. He made sure my order was complete and correct, and I really appreciated that. I didn't catch his name, but he was young, thin, and had a very calm voice.

Takes way too long. Took sus about 20-30 minutes from getting in line at the drive thru to getting our food.

Quality burgers and desserts. American standard. The chain is one of the better ones. prices tend to be slightly higher than other burger joints, the quality makes it a value.

Hadn't been there in a while. It was packed inside and through the drive thru. They took a long time with my chicken strips, but they werstrip, once i got to eat them. I ate my dessert first since it was ready first. I have to say the banana split is much smaller than I remember.

As usual the staff was very friendly yet took longer than usual i understand the wait and how many people they had inside. But we got our blizzards within ten minutes. We need another DQ in the north side

Food is good but dont go thru rish hrs or after till 7pm. They have very long drive thru lines n if you have time on your hands- your waiting sitting time after ordering is approximately 20 mins. Drive thru is even longer. Food is hot n good. Ordered tge chicken tenders basket w/ fries n a slice of toast n gravy. . Worth the wait.

Took time to take our order, there where several employees, two of them completely ignored us, part of the order was incorrect, a nice young man got it correct at the third try, beside all that, it was good, very clean place, good food.

Desserts were good-not actual Oreos but other Blizzards were delicious. Atmosphere was quaint but busy and loud.

The burger was good, so was the. Hocken basket. My fries however were a little cold. The guy at the register was very friendly and very quick to take my order and get my order out to me. I will visit again Maybe next time I'll get a banana split.

Always a long line for the drive-thru. Since the pandemic outbreak they are charging $1 a refill but only small cups are available with a combo.

Tried a blizzard and i wasn't impressed. There was not enough oreos for me. It was basically just vanilla ice cream with sprinkles of oreos

They don't have the same burger as commercial, which is not there fault. Taste on hot dogs and hamburgers is not what is used to be as kids, but service is great!

Banana splits on sale Thursdays! $2 each! Vanilla ice cream with hot fudge, strawberry and pineapple toppings. Whip cream finishes it off. Not bad!

Love Dairy Queen but there are always flies (at least every time I go) and don't let you enjoy you meal. The restroom in the other hand are very nice and clean.

I used to love eating here cuz the burgers have a really good size and the hotdogs were really good too. But i have noticed that the wiener on the hotdogs they are way too small. I feel im eating more bread than anything instead of a HOTDOG. And the fries are getting too small too. I sometimes want to get something to eat from there but then remember this and end up getting something else 😏 Used to LOVE those hotdogs 😔

Food is great.But the cleaning,sanitizing lacks.same cloth to clean seating bench used to clean table.Gave us a lot of condiments and when we did not use them she just put them back in stock.The virus should make them trash And not recycle.Health issue.

I waited in the drive-thru for at least 25 minutes. Then, I got home and opened my bag with the banana splits. They charged me for crushed peanuts, and they did not add them. It was 9:30 in the evening when I arrived. 10 ish when I got my food and now it's closed! I can't even get my ice cream, corrected.

The burger was all dry and cold and the restaurant smell bad need the manager pay attention to this location

I was overcharge for a item i didn't order. The lady took my receipt to ajust it when she never came back i went to the cashier and asked about my adjustment he found the receipt in the trash, talk about good customer service

Takes waaaay too long and they don't get your order right and ask again at the window. If you tell them although, they really do try and make it better or go quicker.

This Dairy Queen usually has a long line in the drive thru but they do have fast service and the food is worth it. I got a chili cheese dog with onion rings. The chili cheese dog was good - lots of chili, cheese and warm. The onion rings - huge and crispy! I also ordered a churro dipped cone and OMG it was amazing!! My only mistake was ordering a small, I should have gotten a large dipped cone! Update: I’ve gone three times in the last months and I’ve always gotten the same girl at the window. Not even a smile, a warm greet - just repeats back your order and gives you a total. When she gives you the food, no thank you, no have a nice day, just opens the window and sometimes doesn’t even looks at you and just shoves the food out the window. I know we all have had bad days at our jobs but the three times I’ve gone she’s had such a sour display. I will no longer be heading to this Dairy Queen.

Tables were dirty when we had arrived we had to spend time cleaning our own table to sit comfortably. Our table was full of crumbs , even all over the seat. Other tables were equally dirty so there wasn’t a point in moving to another one.

We get to the window and I'm accompany by my autistic 5 yr old son. So once at the window they decide to ask to clear up what we meant with our order. Minutes pass by and my son starts getting upset and sad that they not only messed up his ice cream order but they took long to make it. Definitely could become better than what it currently is. Wasn't satisfied with the customer service. Try to train the staff to make sure to ask to clear the order while their still ordering thru the window thru the speaker. Not once they pull up to the front. Huge inconvenience. Especially in my case with my son. Hope they can improve.

Customer service could be better. Multiple dishes were poorly prepared or missing items. The employees started closing off sections of the restaurant 90 minutes before the restaurant closed and the restroom about 60 minutes before.

Place always smells like a bathroom. Teenagers working there are not happy. Homeless come in frequently to use the pop machine. Food is horrible. Ice cream is the only reason we come back. My kids love the blizzard.

This is the worst dairy queen ever. The service was horrible. I knew I should have gone to the Dairy Queen on Guadalupe. First of all, they did not give my son his footlong when there were 3 people inside. Surely, they know if they made a footlong or not. My other son ordered an all chocolate 🍫 banana split, but they gave him one with strawberries. My son is allergic. Then, they ran out of ice cream. We were attacked by a homeless woman cussing us out. The employees did nothing. Just wow,

Came back 28 years to laredo y Ears after I lived there in 80s good products people that work there the lowest grade of people destroying everything if they want to get ahead hire good employees thats the main problem people working there don't care at all destroying the name of a great business called Dairy Queen really makes me sad

I understand that this restaurant is a very popular place among us Laredoens, so the 40 minute wait was expected, however, to not only get the wrong blizzard, it was not turned upside down due to the fact that it was already melting. I had ordered a snicker doodle cookie dough ice cream and I received a blizzard of the month which turned out to be a heath caramel brownie. Which is fine I guess but I HATE frozen chocolate and it was hard to eat due to chocolate film residue I had to endure once the ice cream melted. I know orders can be made wrong and some things might have gotten mixed up but if you're going to make us wait awhile, can the ice cream be fresh and correct please?

Couldn't seem to get the order correct then Supervisor stepped in and still they want to charge two orders separate one order being what they couldn't u derstand one additional soda. Supervisor suggestion was well do you want the orders yes or no! My reply was no and drove off. I did call the other location and got the name of manager and number, did report the incident to her and have yet to hear back. Sorry to say this but from my behave "not good at all customer service"

I went for the BOGO special, buy one blizzard get 2nd only 80 cents but was told they don't have the special at that location. I asked to speak with the manager just to ensure the cashier knew what they were talking about as he seemed unsure about himself. But the cashier said again we don't have that special in Texas and didn't call the manager. I later find out from another employee who I asked to call the manager that the cashier was in fact the manager. I was disappointed. Then I get my full priced blizzards to go so I walk out. As I drove away I noticed my Choco Brownie Extreme had not one piece of brownie. It was a lot of vanilla ice cream with a few small pieces of chocolate bar which does come in it but should be with brownie pieces as well as I have ordered it from other Dairy Queens before as well as there. The only thing extreme about this blizzard was my disappointment in it.
