Great place good food and drink! The server could have been a little friendly maby she was having a bad day but it was still a good time!

I was there for the Christmas event and it was awesome.

Great place to hang out with some friends to eat, drink and see some entertainment.

So good would definitely come back food and atmosphere was great

Go for the fantastic cocktails, but stay for the amazing new menu. The new chicken sliders and new bbq chicken flatbread are winners. This classy space offers a welcome break from a sports bar. The attentive bartenders and servers keep you pampered.

I'm a local that avoids the strip but needed to entertain some guests that were eager for a Vegas experience. I wasn't sure what to expect when I reserved a table online at S Bar. Loved that there was no cover and we were seated at spacious sofa. Cocktails are pricey but good, however the entertainment was incredible! We weren't expecting such a fabulous show. As long as the hosts, servers and bartenders stay top notch, I plan to make this place my go to spot for entertaining future guest.

Didn’t even stay at mandalay but so glad I came here. So underrated, great vibes and service. Destiny was our bartender and was amazing. Stop by and ask for her!

This place is amazing ! Drinks are fantastic, food is great and service is exceptional. We had destiny as a waitress she was perfect! And manager Jay went above and beyond to make sure the evening was great. We will definitely be back!

Was in town for a convention and checked out the S bar for a quick drink… loved the vibe and definitely want to come back for a meal. Drinks were fabulous, service at the bar was superb and the food menu and the items we saw coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing! Highly recommend!

It was Delicious and Ryan the bartender is a hoot! Don’t miss your chance to have him make you cocktails. The best so far on our trip!

Perfect spot for a Nightcap in Mandalay Bay. The bar is spacious with cozy corners throughout. The lightning bug was a wonderful gin treat and the bartenders Magic and Mike (yes that's real) were a delight. Great vibes here!

Great happy hour (5-7pm) and excellent bartenders. We also enjoyed the hummus & crudite as an appetizer as part of their HH menu.

Cocktails were delicious! Definitely get the waffle fries to snack on. Barry Black was playing and he was fantastic as we snacked and drank!

The sliders, lobster Mac, and waffle fries were on point.. and this watermelon shot they had was amazing. It's definitely worth stopping in for a bit.

S Bar has a great vibe. It's tucked away in Mandalay Bay, but it's definitely worth a visit.

We stopped by after a show and were somewhat hesitant about trying the S Bar. However, since it was the only place that was still open and we were hungry we decided to give it a try. Everyone working there was very attractive which made us wonder if they were going to have an attitude. This was not the case at all. They were so incredibly nice and hospitable. Our server, Destiny, was a lovely person and made us feel so welcome. Our cocktails were delicious and strong, as cocktails should be. We split two appetizers and they hit the spot. We could not have been happier! Thank you for a lovely and memorable experience.

One of the nicer bars still left in the Mandalay. The bartender young lady w/the red hair was kind, attentive and a real high step above most other bar tenders in Vegas. The bar still allows you to be casual but had that feel of a little classier private environment. Food was great as well as the drinks. We will back!

I went in a little hesitant, because I really liked the place that was here before where the bar was made out of ice. But they did a really great job! The food, oh, my God, is so good! You cannot go wrong with anything you order here! Excellent cocktail menu, and a little different which I like! Definitely go on a weekend where there is entertainment. Makes the lounge so much better! They should have entertainment every night! It’s very loungy and sexy when you walk in and the customer service is fabulous! When in Mandalay Bay. definitely go here!

Overall: 4.4/5 (dine in) S Bar is an awesome place to chill and has such a classy vibe to it. I love the atmosphere, lights, & music. The waitresses here are also very welcoming & nice. We found out that on Fridays they have a go go dancer and on Saturdays, they have 3 burlesque shows so we want to come back to see those shows. In general, the food & drinks were decent so you're really paying for the fancy environment & service. They gave us flavored champagne on the house since we came the night before and they closed early so we had to come back the next night. The champagne was pretty good too! Bourbon & Berries ($22): The drink wasn't strong and didn't taste that great. For $22, we were expecting more. Both my husband & I liked the Ms.Monroe better. Ms. Monroe ($22): This is a mezcal based cocktail which was really good. It came with a picture of Marilyn Monroe printed on a rice paper as a topper. Spicy Cigars ($16): This comes with 4 'cigars' with a generous side of labneh. You definitely taste the spiced ground beef inside the cigar which went really well with the labneh.

The vibe and the food at S was fantastic! We got the sliders, waffle fries and flatbread and they were all great. We made and arrived for our reservation at 11:45PM, they informed us at check-in the kitchen would close at midnight so we ordered quickly. Our server was extremely attentive, but around 12:15AM we noticed the lights starting to come on and the music being lowered; everything online said they closed at 1AM. At 12:30AM we were told the bar was closing for the night and asked to leave, even though we hadn't even finished our drinks. We were really caught off guard by this and what started out as a great night was abruptly cut short.

I ordered a (skinny) TKetO. It was perfectly flavored. I don't like sugary cocktails. Unfortunately I couldn't taste the alcohol. I told the bartender, Stephanie, after I finished my TKetO and she more than made up for it when she made my next drink. Great service, friendly staff.

Great private spot in Mandalay to stop in. For a drink. For being a cocktail bar, the drinks did not wow me and were VERY expensive. Service was great and the vibes were good. The music was loud, but not too loud that you couldn’t talk with your party.

Entertaining Quick Shows, but an Overall Decent Spot S Bar has a lively atmosphere, and the quick shows definitely add a fun and unique touch to the experience. The performances are entertaining and help set the vibe for a good night out. However, as a whole, the place is just decent. The ambiance is nice, but nothing particularly stands out beyond the shows. Service can be hit or miss, and while the drinks are good, they don’t necessarily set S Bar apart from other spots in the area. It’s worth a visit for the entertainment, but it may not be a go-to spot for everyone. I’m

I was there for an event and I can’t ever remember waiting so long for a drink in Las Vegas. The food was buffet style sushi. It was very good. But the service - whether at the bar or via servers was sloooooow.

I got a free “drink” ticket here from a Mandalay Bay restaurant. Arrived and had a decent cocktail. Then the bartender claimed my ticket was not valid for it. Made me wait 5 minutes while he discussed the issue with a manager. What a buzzkill. I didn’t look closely at the ticket, but I was clearly told it was for a “drink” at this bar.

The drinks were decent but pricey. Good service. My wife liked her lobster roll, but the chips and waffle fries were pretty bad.

Bought 2 drinks supposedly Blackberry lavender lemonade for 11$ each and charged us 40$ in total didn't ask if we wanted vodka in the lemonade upcharging us.

This place has potential but the promoters are rude and not helping. We already had reservations so the promoter rudely took free drink tickets away. I don’t think I should get punished for reserving this restaurant. The manager may want to retrain their promoters, there are so many options for dinner with promoters giving free drinks. Will go elsewhere in the future. Edit: yes, first post was based off walking into the restaurant and eating a steak tartare, didn’t think I would need to update but the service was AWFUL. She kept going off to the corner to chat and completely ignored us. Had to track her down to finally get the check. Food was subpar. Only good thing we had was the steak tartare. Server also took a drink away I guess since she thought it was done but it was still full.. Lobster Mac and Cheese: half was pretty fishy tasting Ahi/steak cone:disgusting (actually left the steak half there, ahi was so so ) Cigar rolls pretty blah. Will not return, would not recommend.

If you love surprises, this is the place for you. Reserved weeks in advance for a work engagement, only for us to be told-SURPRISE-our res was canceled. Apparently, they called to inform us yet mysteriously no missed calls, voicemails, or emails. Really weird how that works. Management? Rude. Staff? Equally delightful. Competence? Nowhere to be found. If you’re looking for a place that double-books, gaslights, and leaves you scrambling with guests in tow, look no further.

That place is so disappointing and DISHONNEST !! To begin drinks are pretty pricey but that was expected, the waitress offered to give us water to begin, we realized she brought 2 bottles of Voss ($10 each) .. at check out I noticed on the receipt an extra charge call « H charge » so i asked what is was and the waitress explained to me it is an extra charge to HELP THE COMPANY for the INFLATION ! Excuse me ??? They should absorb the inflation in their price directly then and not make up whatever charge they feel to rip off people. Tourist trap place. 1st and last time !

The service was not good, and our drinks did not have ANY alcohol in them. So disappointed in the service here.
