We had a reservation for 11:30 and unfortunately our plane was delayed so I called to move it and they were very flexible. When we got there the hostess was very nice as was our waiter. Service was great, our food arrived quickly and was delicious. My grandma ordered the Steak and eggs and wake me up. I ordered the Korean fried chicken sandwich and espresso martini. We split the Key lime donuts. Everything was amazing! And they gave me a surprise dessert for my birthday.
Highly recommend!! The food was amazing and our server JR was AMAZING!!!! The huevos rancheros were bold, comforting, and full of flavor. Perfectly cooked eggs sat on warm tortillas, topped with a rich, savory ranchero sauce that had just the right balance of spice and acidity. Each bite felt hearty and satisfying, with the flavors blending beautifully without overpowering the dish. It’s the kind of breakfast that feels both energizing and deeply comforting. The French toast was equally impressive, offering a lovely contrast of sweetness. Thick slices were cooked to golden perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Lightly dusted with powdered sugar and paired with syrup, it struck the perfect balance between indulgent and comforting, without being overly sweet. Together, these two dishes made for an outstanding breakfast experience—one savory, one sweet—both executed with care and attention to flavor. A satisfying and memorable start to the day. 🍳🍞 Not to mention the bottomless mimosas!!
Very nice service and dining atmosphere. They serves a variety of dishes - range from fusion Japanese, American food and Italian dishes. I really like the pig ear papaya salad (because the pig ears are fried) and duck confit with waffle - the duck is nicely cooked and very juicy. The Bolognese Spaghetti is also worth mentioning because of the meat as they use beef cheek that is well prepared to be tender and full of flavor. The cocktail are refreshing too.
A surprisingly EXCELLENT breakfast or brunch location! The goat cheese croquettes and the empanadas are absolutely incredible! The Fatboy Hash has a very pleasant assortment of flavors and is lighter on the stomach than expected. Don't sleep on their Bloody Marys, either--fastastic cocktails on the menu here, and their coffee is equally good.. I have to mention the service, as the staff is prompt, attentive, and extremely pleasant. 100% WILL be coming back, as SUGARCANE just became a staple for us.
Did you know that sugarcane accounts for 79% of sugar produced globally (most of the rest is made from sugar beets)? Cool. After going to the Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere nearby, we found ourselves wanting a drink. The place we were originally going to already closed for the night so we popped into Sugarcane. I have been here before so I was excited. A drink AND tapas? Perfection. I didn't realize how big of an appetite I had after dancing and singing along with my man, Kevin Richardson, at the concert. This time around, I had: - Sesame Noodle Salad ($19 - Arugula, napa cabbage, avocado, mango, red bell pepper, toasted peanuts, ginger, thai basil, sesame peanut dressing): Although "noodle" is in the title, I was pleasantly surprised it ate more like a noodle dish than a salad. And honestly, no complaints. I appreciated the late-night carbs. - Homemade Empanadas ($16 - Two pieces, hand-cut steak, oaxaca cheese, potatoes): I don't know if I was just hungry but one of the most enjoyable empanadas of my life. The pastry part had such a great texture and the steak inside absolutely melted in my mouth. There was a consommé on the side so it made it super juicy too. It was amazing. Would never hesitate to come back again!
The seared salmon was literally god send. The inside was not fully cooked so it was a perfect blend with the crunchy rice. The omelet was also pretty good. I highly recommend the French toast too because it was so soft on the inside and so crunchy on the outside. The restaurant itself is also very comfortable, dimly lit and somehow not very noisy despite the location.
We stopped by at Sugarcane as we were heading to Shin Lim show. Our sever was one of the cutest and amazing hosts I have ever seen (I wish I could remember her name exactly but beautiful, tall, blondish lady who has the warmest smile) since I was worrying to be late she convinced me that we will be ok :) food came so quickly and was extremely delicious. We had duck fried rice and homemade empanadas. Both of them were delicious. We will definitely come back :)
Loved this place! Went for poké as it was listed on the menu online, but the menu in-person didn't have it any longer. We asked the waiter if they could make it and it was made! It was delicious and hit the spot. Thank you, Sugarcane!), for being so accommodating after we walked all that way to get poké! (My friend got the sushi roll)
My husband and I stopped in here for happy hour before seeing The Wizard of Oz at The Sphere. I appreciate a restaurant that posts their happy hour menu and prices. I enjoyed a couple glasses of wine, my husband had a Mojito, and we ordered the handmade empanada, which was delicious. I would totally recommend this place!
Pro tip - if there’s a line for breakfast, full menu available at the bar! Excellent options, especially the Heuvos Rancheros!
This is a great spot to eat before or after going to the Sphere, it is located close to the Sphere walkway in Restaurant Row at the Venetian. The food was good, we didn't have any cocktails but they have the largest selection of rum I've ever seen 👀
I came with my fiancé to get drinks. We sat at the bar and Greg was our bartender. He recommended a drink called the painkiller. This is the best drink we have both ever had. Seriously, it is an actual game-changer. He told us that the bar uses fresh juice and syrup made in house, which makes the best tasting drinks.
Came on a Sunday for happy hour, superb cocktails, and bites. Definitely try the Mini Salmon Poke Bowl and the Goat Cheese Croquettes. The server was spectacular, and a must-try when in Vegas. Sunday-Thursday Happy Hour 3-6 pm & 10pm-Close
We came here for breakfast on our latest visit to the Venetian and we were so happy with the taste and quality of the food, vibe and service. They offer bottomless mimosas for $26 which is a great deal. We ordered “Cuban Benedict” and “Lobster Benedict” and regular coffee. You get coffee refill and the staff made sure our coffee is refilled anytime we needed. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food here is phenomenal. The shrimp ceviche was not too tart and perfectly spicy. Highly recommend this place
Happy hour starts at 10pm and I truly recommend coming here at that time. We sat at the bar and the bartender took our order quickly. We ordered the spicy margaritas and the spicy tuna rolls. If you had sushishamba before this is their sister spot. So the rolls are the same for half the cost. Very budget friendly. Paid $60 for everything in the pictures. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. I love it here, first time and will be coming back in the future. I didn’t get a picture of the fries but they were so yummy and the price was perfect for happy hour.
The Best of everything. Atmosphere, Service, Price and Brioche French Toast and Coffee. I Visit from Oregon yearly, its that good@
Divine food, excellent service, and super classy and aesthetic atmosphere. The crispy rice spicy tuna was some of the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast sandwich was like none other and so delicious! We took a risk and ordered the key lime donuts for dessert, which definitely did not disappoint! Ray was an amazing server.
First time here and we will definitely be coming back. For starters we ordered a “Cool as a cucumber” and “One in a melon” cocktail that did not disappoint!
Absolutely one of my favorite spot in Vegas now! Service was exceptional from Ignacio! He had explained beforehand that the portions are a bit smaller than usual, but that is to encourage people to order many different food. We appreciate him telling us that cos then we were able to expect and plan accordingly. Had duck fried rice that was uhmazing, chimichurri skirt steak that was ok (a bit more burnt on the edges than we liked it to be but middle part was perfectly medium rare), and nutella banana split (forgot exactly the name of it) for dessert. It was absolutely wonderful. We mentioned about the skirt steak as a feedback, but turns out the manager was able to comp that due to us not liking how it tasted. We didn't mean for it as we had ate it anyway, but we definitely appreciate it and makes us appreciate the restaurant even more. The fact that the portions were smaller than other places, we were able to fit in a dessert! The dessert was perfect, never thought of the saltiness of the popcorn to help balance the sweetness from the rest of the plate. All in all, amazing experience! Highly recommend. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I can't say enough positive things about this place! Would love to try their brunch menu next time!
We have hosted a number of private events at this incredible venue. The layout is perfect for both our private dining groups and also full venue buyouts for larger groups. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top notch, and you can't beat the location within the Venetian! Highly Recommend!
my bf loved this place but i thought it was just alright. there was a smoky taste on our side potatoes that wasn’t very good and i thought the breakfast sandwich was a little bland, but i fixed it up with s&p. the brioche french toast was good , the middle was almost custard like. service was amazing and the atmosphere was so cool.
Great late dinner experience. Walked in at 10 PM, no reservation and got seated right away. Good vibes in the restaurant. Our waiter came and introduced himself as well as letting us know that the meals are meant to be shared as they’re like tapas. We started off with one of their seasonal cocktails the rum and waffles, which was very good! For food we got the hamachi pizza, chicken thighs, beef short ribs, brussel sprouts, sautéed mushrooms, and the duck fried rice. It was the perfect amount of food for 4 adults and 1 child. Not overtly full. Would highly recommend the hamachi pizza and duck fried rice as it’s pretty unique and tasted really good. Would recommend and come back in the future!
Food was great!! We had the grilled shrimp and chicken thighs for entree and both were really tasty. Service was quick and amazing. We went there on a Saturday night without reservation and were seated immediately.
Amazing flavor!! We came here twice for brunch I absolutely love the selection of food they have available I'm not a crazy breakfast person. I love more savory foods for breakfast and this place definitely has all that and more. If you love truffle then this is your place so many truffle options available and the price range is great! I definitely recommend the toad in the hole it has brie cheese and break soaked in truffle oil it is absolutely delightful. I also had the crispy rice with salmon this is amazing! It has all the elements of flavor it is a perfect amount of spicy and the citrus compliments it, the fatty salmon is slightly seared making it the perfect bite every time. Definitely recommend ordering the goat cheese croquettes. The outside is crispy the inside is creamy from the goat cheese and at the bottom is the sweet guava jam it is so good. We were staying at the venetian and I definitely feel this is the most flavorful breakfast/ brunch restaurant around and brunch lasts all day till 4 pm I believe which is super convenient!
I had dinner at Sugarcane and it was such a great experience! I ordered the chicken — it was super well served and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was really nice too, perfect for a relaxed evening. Definitely a spot I’d go back to!
This restaurant was my favorite part of our trip. It was sort of a random selection on my part and I'm so glad it was. Everything was fabulous. The atmosphere was comfortable--we sat near the kitchen and it was impossible to not want everything that we saw come out. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, he helped us narrow down our choices because we wanted to eat everything. The food was amazing... just amazing. My husband and I would have been happy going back there for every meal through our trip and not felt like we missed out on anything.
Wow! I was completely in love with my experience here! I had the oysters, flank steak, roasted beet crispy rice, and the torched salmon. While the meal itself was beautiful, it was the service that made me never want to leave. My waiter was quick and explained dishes while also providing recommendations. The manager was absolutely attentive! He really elevated the experience with true conversation about the meals his team was serving. I felt like I was cared about as a patron and that my taste buds were well taken care of!
I went to Sugarcane twice during my recent Las Vegas visit and both times were perfect. The decor is great, the people are so friendly, and the menu is varied. It was never too busy and the food came out very quickly. I was really impressed with how efficiently the restaurant seemed to run. My bartender, named JR, was extremely friendly and attentive. Sugarcane has great people and great food! Keep it up!
Great place! Very friendly front desk and wait staff. Food was very good so much that came back for brunch the next day - bottom less mimosas! $25 pp fabulous deal! We had the Cesar salad, shrimp, empanadas (great!) chicken sandwich and a standard breakfast- all were very tasty. Close to the casino between Palazzo and Venetian.
Came here Memorial Day Weekend for the Dead & Company shows. After one of the shows, we stopped here and enjoyed the Shellfish Tower. This was an amazing meal of oysters, mussels, shrimp, crab, and lobster! The flavor was amazing and food was plentiful! We also had an appetizer of the Crispy Polenta. The truffle mayonnaise that came with it was immaculate. For drniks we had the Banana Rum Old Fashioned. I've never tasted an old fashioned this good! This was truly a great after-concert venue. PROS: After exiting The Sphere back into The Venetian, it's right on the corner. Perfect location to rest up a bit. The staff was perfect. The atmosphere is cozy, dim, and perfect for Vegas people watching while enjoying great food and drinks. The Banana Rum Old Fashioned CONS: If you're Cheap O. McCheaperson, it's expensive. Can get noisy from concert crowds Near an Instagram-able spot OVERALL: Highly recommend. The menu has excellent choices. The staff are highly accommodating. Perfect for pre-/after-concert or just a pit stop through the endless Venetian.
Surely enjoyed brunch at sugar cane recently. The wait wasn’t long, walked up and was quickly seated without reservations. The restaurant is very hip and spacious. The menu was impressive as well. I got the shrimp and polenta dish with the poached egg. It was out of this world!!! It turned me into a huge poached egg fan. Definitely worth checking out if you’re near the Venetian!
While visiting Las Vegas and staying at The Palazzo, we decided to stop in for a drink at Sugarcane and we were so glad we did! We were incredibly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Graig, the bartender. Not only were the drinks he made absolutely delicious, but his attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out. When I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday, Graig went above and beyond by surprising him with a birthday dessert, making the evening even more special. Thank you, Graig, for your exceptional service and thoughtfulness. Because of you, we will definitely be returning to Sugarcane on our next visit!
I was pleasantly surprised by our lunch here, expecting high prices considering the location. I thought the food we had was excellent value for money compared to other restaurants in Las Vegas. It was busy (we didn’t book but fortunately were offered a small table near the bar). We shared the shrimp ceviche, seared salmon crispy rice and the vanilla & chocolate hazelnut beignets. A three dishes were outstanding! I will dream of that sushi for a while! Service was a bit slow but it was busy. Highly recommended!
there are not enough words to describe how incredible our double birthday dinner was last night. The food, service, and ambience was perfection. We started with seafood towers, sushi, crispy, rice, rolls, salads, steak, chicken followed by Dear. The drinks were delicious and Angie the manager, Alberto, the Server, Cathy and Layla at the front desk and Raquel the Captain were incredibly hospitable to make it the most memorable evening ever. Thanks so much. It went so smoothly and we were a group of 14 people.
Great restaurant, we had 2 apps.( short on time. The homemade empenadas were fresh, flaky crust, and flavorful. The guava pastry was also flaky and flavorful. Our server, Edward D. Was patient with us first timers and shared the information we needed. Thank you
Awesome spot for a casual yet excellent meal, and best happy hour on the Strip. We came a little early, and enjoyed a fresh tuna sushi roll, bacon wrapped dates and the goat cheese croquettes on happy hour. Our party of 3 shared the chargrilled bronzino, shrimp ceviche with fresh avocado and mango, and a burger with bacon and egg. The service was perfect, and the manager stopped by as well. We will definitely be back! Compared to some of the other restaurants nearby that are overpriced, this was a great find. Delicious food.
Sugarcane is conveniently located inside the Venetian, making it an easy brunch stop before checking out. We came in for brunch and grabbed seats at the bar. The restaurant wasn’t packed at the time, though service was a bit on the slow side. That said, the food was excellent. I ordered the Mushroom Benedict, which is not your traditional Benny. Instead of an English muffin, it’s served on toasted sourdough, topped with savory mushrooms and perfectly cooked eggs. Different from the classic, but still really enjoyable and flavorful. My boyfriend ordered the Cuban Benedict, and that thing was a huge portion. It’s hearty, filling, and definitely not shy on ingredients. If you’re planning to order this, come hungry. The bartenders and servers were friendly and welcoming, and overall it was a great choice for a simple, satisfying meal without having to leave the hotel.
Wonderful brunch. Started out with the beignets, the chocolate sauce was so creamy and the beingets were soft and fluffy with powdered sugar on top. Then I had the waffle and he had the huevos rancheros and they were amazing. The cocktails were so tasty, had the purple rain. Definitely recommended.
4 out of 5 for Sugarcane at the Venetian. The “One in a melon” watermelon margarita was fantastic. The shrimp ceviche was quality, but it was a little on the sweet side for me. The crunchy tuna roll was flavorful, but the sweet chili cause was all sweet and no chili. The breakfast platter was a solid option if you’re looking for a more traditional style breakfast meal. The service was fantastic, and the ambiance was nice.
Sugarcane is located in the Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and is GREAT for breakfast or brunch. They have bottomless mimosa for about $26 and the brunch options are plentiful. You can go traditional or get something a little off the beaten path. I recommend!
Sugarcane is a beautiful spot inside the Venetian with great food and a relaxing vibe. The menu has lots of tasty options, and everything is fresh and well-seasoned. The service is friendly and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a nice meal while exploring the Venetian.
Sugarcane at The Venetian in Las Vegas offers a beautiful atmosphere and excellent service, making it a great spot to dine while on The Strip. I stopped in for brunch, excited to try their menu, and was immediately impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the inviting ambiance of the restaurant. Service was top-notch--our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Drinks arrived quickly, and the food was presented well, which added to the overall experience. Unfortunately, while the service was great, the food itself was a bit hit or miss. I ordered the Lobster Benedict, expecting a rich and flavorful dish, but was disappointed by how fishy it smelled and tasted. It was overpowering, and I couldn't finish it. The Avocado Toast also lacked seasoning, making it underwhelming. However, the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna was absolutely delicious--perfectly crispy with a nice balance of flavors, making it the highlight of the meal. Given the mixed experience, I would definitely return to try lunch or dinner, as the menu has a lot of appealing options. The brunch items I had didn't quite live up to my expectations, but based on the quality of service and the other dishes, I think there's potential for a better meal at a different time of day. Overall, Sugarcane is a solid spot with a great vibe and great service, but I'd recommend skipping brunch and trying something later in the day instead. With a few menu tweaks, it could easily be a five-star experience!
The food was decent here and it didn't make my stomach hurt. Service was pretty quick and the person waiting on us was kind. I felt like the portion sizes were very good.
This place has decent happy hour menu since everything is so expensive by the strip. Went for a late bite not knowing they had happy hour around 10pm. Had oysters, salmon crispy rice which was my favorite, wings and Spanish octopus. The octopus was little too char for my taste. And we had sugarcane watermelon cocktail which was little too spicy but we did get warned by the bartender. She was very sweet, friendly and helpful. However, she failed to mention they had late happy hour. We overheard the people next to us ask for the happy hour menu and we have already ordered our drinks and food by that time. It was a bummer cause we could have ordered more stuff but we were full already. She also charged us for the full price of the oysters even tho they were on happy hour but we made sure to mention it and they were able to accommodate us. It’s my place to go whenever I’m in Las Vegas for happy hour. Totally worth it.
We stopped in here for breakfast and we really enjoyed our meals. It's a pretty normal looking restaurant, and the service was very nice and helpful. We couldn't get reservations here but we showed up at opening and were seated right away. We started with the elote corn and it was among the best corn I've had. Didn't really fit with our breakfast but we wanted it regardless. For $15 dollars, you don't get a ton of corn but the rest of the meal was reasonably priced. I got the Full Elvis , which is waffle with peanut butter and caramelized bananas and fruit. I never get sweet things for breakfast but I figured why not and I'm glad I experienced this. My wife got a toad in a hole, which she said was tasty but the bread was super think and the single egg didn't leave much yolk and goodness for the super thick toast. My daughter liked her juevos rancheros, and my son liked his breakfast platter. We enjoyed our meal, and would recommend it.
Came here for brunch during a recent stay in Vegas. The location is inside the Venetian, so it is a good atmosphere. The food was fine, but overall it wasn’t an experience where I would recommend this place to others or return on future trips based on our brunch. We started with some yellow tale taquitos, which I will say were delicious. My partner got the avocado toast, which honestly seemed very basic and unimpressive for the price, while I got a breakfast sandwich, which was good but nothing special. Both main entries were something you could get anywhere for a lot lower cost. The only thing we both enjoyed that seemed like it was worth the price was our bloody Mary’s, which were huge. Our server was fine, but when we asked for any recommendations he would pick out the most expensive thing on the menu and provide no other feedback. It felt like he was just working for his tips rather than trying to give us a good experience based on what we were looking for.
Brunch at SUGARCANE Vegas was a solid choice, especially on a crowded weekend. They take reservations, which was a huge plus and made the whole experience much less stressful. The Bloody Bull was the standout—fantastic. Spicy, huge, and garnished with an impressively large piece of bacon. Definitely worth ordering if you’re a Bloody Mary fan. The food overall was decent. It’s brunch, so it’s hard to really mess it up, but nothing besides the drink completely blew me away. The crunchy tuna roll was good, especially if you’re in the mood for sushi-style dishes at brunch. Service was fine throughout the meal, although it did take quite a while to get the check at the end, which knocked things down a bit. Overall, a good brunch spot with a great cocktail program and the convenience of reservations—worth visiting, especially on busy Vegas weekends.
The atmosphere and menu are deceiving. From the moment we were at the host stand to when we sat, the experience was not great. The host was passive aggressive and our food was awful. I got a Benedict with basically hard boiled eggs and cold slices of ham. We also ordered a traditional breakfast and the bacon looked microwaved and dry. Gross food and RUDE service all around. We also shared our experience with the manager, he listened but didn’t say much of anything. The bill was thankfully comped but that does not excuse the awful service.
If I could leave all zeros I would. Made reservations a month ago for our party of 14 celebrating 2 birthdays today. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 40 years including my own place and it takes me a lot to say anything and I never leave a review. This place was so bad I have to. Service was horrible took at least 10 mins to even get acknowledged. Then we ordered drinks which took 15 minutes to get. Put in apps with drinks didn’t get those until a manager was asked for them. The food was all cold including a steak. French toast was raw.. The busboy is seriously the only person that was good. Sad when everyone thought the hotdogs at the Stagedoor (10 stars every time) last night were better. Now waiting for a check, but guess what….the system is down! Please skip this place!!!
