After upgrading to the new place I went there first time the customer service was great the food was nice and hot , nice clean atmosphere it was a great experience! Compare to the previous old Burger King! Totally loved it !
Awesome Burger King location. The employees are personable and go out of their way to help customers (especially elderly). They always bring my tray to my table. Today they took longer than normal to give me my order, so they upgraded my 'value fry' to a large fry at no cost. I guess that's their policy.
The evening crew is not very good. Night mangers says that his crew is in training. Don't fulfill the order right. Cold and half cooked food. Worse I have seen yet. Plus workers spend more time on the phone. The evening crew.
Probably one of the best Burger Kings I have been to. It was super clean, the staff were all nice and polite, the food was good. I feel like my only complaint would have been having the TV on but no sound and no subtitles, which i wasn't even paying attention to it since I was eating with my friends, and the restaurant music was on.
Drive thru person was very nice. She was patient and kind. The gentleman that handed me my food was also friendly and polite. The food was hot & fresh. The order was exactly what was ordered.
So happy it's open again! Been there twice since the re open just know you have to enter the drive thru from the main road of 9 and not the back road like we used to! Great good, staff, and quick as hell now too!

Love this location eat here 3 times a week. The man in drive through is sick of me but he's never mean lol we always get a cone n Cherry frozen Fanta lol Tha k u for giving us decent food for fast food . Orders 90% usually correct food is never not edible I can not say the same for McDonald's next door!!!!! 😉
The food was good for fast food and the strawberry shake was delicious. The cashier was also pleasant and the food came out fast and warm. My kids and I were very satisfied with our experience.

Update: Under a new management and great look, love this place!! Keep up the good work!!! We switched to this Burger King from Wendy’s Troy Schenectady after noticing the employees don’t use gloves while handling food there. We started to like the freshness of the vegetables and the food here as well as how they were disciplined in using gloves while handling food. Sadly yesterday , we noticed that no gloves were used while they scooped the fries and considering the same incidents where cash registers/ cash / credit card / is used to grab the bag with the food etc - we now have decided to stop going here too. I would think that in COVID Times even one instance of unsafe food handling practices is too much.
This location was busy at 12:30 pm on 11/3/2022, but the lady working drive thru was amazing. I don’t frequent BK often but wanted something quick, I wasn’t sure what kind of dipping sauces they had for chicken nuggets and not wanting to be a pain or hold up the line. She told me the sauce and was sweet as can be. It was a pleasure stopping here. As busy as it was she didn’t miss a beat, with a smile and kindness, food was hot! Thank you to whomever was working the drive thru today. You’re wonderful!
I’d like to take a moment to shine a well-deserved spotlight on five exceptional employees at Burger King Store #457 — Steven (Manager), Hemel, Gibbs, Zack, and Naveed — who have consistently gone above and beyond in their service. On a particularly busy dinner rush around 5:45 PM EST, I witnessed these five team members handle an extremely irate customer with the utmost professionalism, patience, and respect. The situation could have easily escalated, but thanks to Steven’s steady leadership and the team's unity, it was resolved with calm, maturity, and grace. Their ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure was truly impressive. What makes this even more commendable is that this isn’t an isolated incident. Over the past month, I’ve personally observed Steven consistently defusing tense moments with grace, setting a shining example for his team and upholding a level of customer service that is rare to see in any industry. In this particular instance, the customer was upset because the staff were continuing to serve only fresh chicken products, which naturally caused a slight wait time. I want to make it clear: I deeply appreciate that the team chose quality over convenience. As a customer, I would gladly wait an extra few minutes for hot, fresh food rather than receive something cold, old, or inedible. Especially now, with the surge in mobile-exclusive deals and new chicken-based menu items like the Royal Chicken Wraps, it’s clear the team was doing everything they could to meet high demand without sacrificing standards. These individuals — and many others at this location — are the kind of employees who represent the best of what a franchise brand can be. They uphold the Burger King name with integrity, care, and professionalism, and I sincerely hope they receive formal recognition from corporate. They deserve it. Stopped in for the first time and the service was outstanding and the food was super hot and fresh just how I like it. The workers did an amazing job considering they were shorthanded with lines out the door. Give these guys a raise! The manager Isaiah gave me a free value fry coupon for the small delay I had whilst waiting which surprised me. Can't ask for better service then that!

I absolutely love going to this location for my lunch break. The girls there are absolutely amazing and super friendly. Honestly one of the best parts of my day is walking in there and being greeted with such positive energy. 10/10 service and more. Truly an amazing crew ☺️

I frequent this location often but two times a month I work in Latham and I typically always have a good experience but today was the best by far. There was a gentleman unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was working the drive-thru window taking orders and cashing people out.... And he was just a top tier service employee. He was in a wonderful mood he told my daughter and I we rocked through the intercom and he was in such a great spirit the entire time. He also gave me a crown with coupons attached to it. This man deserves a raise, I wish more fast food employees acted this way
my experience at burger king was amazing only because this employee nana who’s a dark-skin made sure she took my order while handling other customers and food items she bagged my food so well unlike the other times i come and my fries are poured . she’s a very nice lady and respectful and focused i will be coming back !

I haven't been to a Burger King in a long time and this location specifically and boy, let me tell you, all of the emotions came right back after the first bite of my whopper. Flame broiled flavor. Great, fast service. I even took a crown! Ahh, the good old days.
I was in today November 9th @ 10 in the morning. They must’ve been out of biscuits. Which honestly no big deal I’ll order something else. But No the woman talked me into waiting for her to prepare the freshest egg sandwiches I’ve had from BK yet!! Thank you again miss. Your pleasant customer service is why I sat down and didn’t mind waiting a couple of minutes.
The food is always good and hot, but the onion rings are a little under cooked. The seating area is big and the T.V. is always kid friendly, but it seems like it needs a thorough wipe down, always seems like it always needs a cleaning. The mens room is nice looking but, the floor was very wet, muddy and needs paper towels. When I'm about to touch food I DO NOT want to touch a bathroom door just before I touch my food.......
Let me start by saying that the food and service was even better than expected. So if you're wondering why only 4 stars? Well the lobby was closed and the only way to place an order was at the drive thru. Unfortunately at this time dinning rooms are still closed due to the pandemic but there was no indication on line or even on the doors indicating the counter was closed. So 4 stars. The whopper was delicious as was the jalapeño poppers

Love the renovation. The drive thru makes so much more sense now and there’s 2 lanes. The entrance though is easily messed . The new wraps they have are delightful. I like the classic.
If you’re ordering delivery you better rev up that oven/broiler, because this stuff always comes very NOT-crispy. Like, despite shockingly fast delivery time, feels like it’s been left out for an hour. Look, it’s a BK. Know what to expect.
The food is always good. The service isn’t bad very disappointing to find out that even though I said I did not want to donate because I have donated in the past visits. It was still put on my receipt as a donation and a fry given as they ask, if you wanna donate a dollar and get a free fry, I specifically said no, and it was still Done I purchased from Burger King at least once a week as my son loves the whopper and I have noticed that every time I go now without them even asking if I want to donate, there is an extra fry put in my bag and the dollar added to my receipt, this is stealing and I do not appreciate Somebody taking money from me even if it is a dollar how donations work the company gives a certain amount to whomever they are donating towards and then they ask the patron to make up that amount to give back to the company. I don’t mind giving $1.01 or two times but to do this every time I make a visit is absolutely ridiculous and for The employees to take it amongst themselves to add the money to my receipt is ridiculous
The soda counter was not clean, so I was not able to set my tray down to fill my drink cup. The tables always need cleaning so it's necessary to have many napkins to wipe it clean as well as the seats. Even if it's not busy, the food is rushed together. You open the wrapper, and your burger is most often looped off to one side and the bread is all over the place. At best it looks, and tastes like processed food. It's quick and convenient to my employer. If it weren't for the coupons, I wouldn't be there much.
Unfortunately the person that took my order had no clue what he was doing. I explained my order to him six times before he finally asked the manager to come over so she could figure it out.
Not many customers but it took about 10 mins to get my food (1 whopper, 1 onion rings)...food was cold. Disappointed. $15 for lunch. Ugh.
Bacon Burger was not hot and cheese not melted. The language from the staff behind the counter was less than desirable. The staff were talking as we stood there waiting for service. I was with someone that was physically handicapped and the bathrooms were way in the back. I do believe the parking lot side I pulled in was not the greatest for a handicapped person. Right there by the drive thru, no handicap ramp to walk up. I do believe there may have been another lot but not sure.
Sat in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes while the cleared line. Had no issue with. The problem was they took 3 cars in the next lane first without switching back and forth. Then I noticed the person that was next behind had to wait again while they took someone who just drove up. Not right. Learn to do two lanes if you're going to have them. Then when you say something, name tag is unprofessional, and all you hear is only two people working. Hard to believe at 6pm.
Went through the drive thru and ordered the jalapeño bites with ranch and onion rings with the zesty sauce as part of my order. I checking the bag, there were no sauces. I went inside to ask for them and the woman behind the counter (long straight dark hair, on the shorter side, darker complexion) was not very pleasant. First she rudely said "those dont come with sause, you have to ask". well, I did ask and since when does a side that has sauces NOT COME WITH ONE automatically?? Really? BK has gotten that cheap? I told her I did specifically ask and she rolled her eyes at me and went to the drive thru register to check what my order was. Finally She rudely gave them to me. Won't be back to that Burger King. Also, maybe train all your employees on how to pack a bag properly so burgers arent squished and the onion rings and fries arent on the bottom of the bag because your employees lay them flat across the burgers at the top of the bag instead of standing them up. The bag complaint pretty much is EVERY BK i've been to.
Manager of store had bad attitude. Person taking order made a mistake and when I tried to get it straightened both order taker and manager got really angry and gave me attitude. I understand 16 dollars an hour to work there is not a whole lot, but they chose to work there and should not give customers attitude.
Went to the new BK in Latham NY. To go order of 2 BK w cheese and 2 lg fries. Burgers had no cheese and extremely overcooked and dry. and fries were mushy and tasteless, no salt and undercooked.
I have been a customer of this Burger King periodically for over 20 years. Until recently, they have been very consistent and very accurate in filling food orders. Now, however, they cannot get an order right. Going through the drivethrough at this Burger King is now the fast food equivalent of Russia Roulette...except that in this case, all the chambers are loaded. You never know what you'll get, but you can be sure of one thing: it won't be what you ordered....and what they put in the bag will not be worth the amount you are charged.
I go to Burger King once in a while usually for breakfast because they get the orders wrong too much This one gets the orders wrong every time.. Food was warm at most and wrong food... 4 breakfast sandwiches and you get 2 wrong.. I'm just gonna start throwing money on counter and say throw some stuff in the bag, because your gonna give me what you want anyways. I would have expected more out of a manager. Not busy and wrong food. SMH
Not sure what happened today. This used to be one of the best BK's around. Not today! Rude staff, everything was sticky ( tables, trays, counter etc), ran out of ice.. I hope they get their act together soon!

Very cheap place. Service is ok. Been here many times nothing extraordinary but one time they refused to take a valid coupon because there store was not accepting that coupon I guess. I understand but overall in a cumulative review 3 out of 5. Since my last review they have gotten way better at serving. I love the cheap ice cream cones, and they have free whoppers if you fill out the survey and get a drink and fries. SInce my second review service has once again deteriorated and the food has only gotten worse. And whoever made the changes to the drive thru has never used a drive thru before...
Waste of money they spent remodeling this place. Slow service, and when my fiancées order was wrong they first told her it was exactly how she ordered it (a double bacon cheeseburger should have bacon on it yeah?). The atmosphere is now devoid of any personality…just a big glass box with minimalist brick and wood themed furniture. high ceilings and no music, no TVs, so you can hear everyone’s conversations including the back of the kitchen. The parking is also worse now…basically looks to be set up primarily for door dash and drive thru. Meh.
The guy cleaning did not look clean, he did not keep the dining area clean and his appearance wasn't inviting to say the least. They were understaffed because we had to wait just to place our order and the lady taking orders was the team lead. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean you can't take pride in your work and appearance. The woman's bathroom was atrocious and needs so much attention.
I thought after the remodel, service would be better, but I swear every time I chance it, it’s deplorable. Nobody seems to care about orders being correct or going to the right person. I’ve been given the wrong order almost every visit, no greeting, no communication. Quite unprofessional.

Received the smallest, driest egg on a breakfast sandwich. Not fluffy at all like every single other BK. Cheese half melted to the paper, not the sandwich. Was told at 8:45am that I could wait if I wanted a receipt, but it'll take a while for the machine to work after changing the paper. Asked for a sauce, rudely was told "only if you have the 32 cents for that" by the store manager. Iced coffee is bitter like it sat for too long, while not tasting like mocha either. This place is worse and worse every visit since the start of the year when the only good manager quit, mostly due to management, or lack thereof.

The night crew here is the absolute worst. They close early, they lie about the speaker not working, they talk over you, they take forever when they do finally take your order, and they're literally swearing or cussing up a storm. Unprofessional. I'm done with BK for a good long while, you're literally ruining business for your selves hiring these children to take care of your restaurant at night!! I'll take the extra cash getting 5 Guys or a company that actually cares about how they present themselves.

At about 8:15 am on 10/25 my traveling companion stopped at the Burger King for breakfast. Unbeknownst to me at the time, his credit card number was stolen by the female cashier. They attempted a small charge at that location then proceeded to use the numbers to attempt to order from Home Depot as well as well as from 3 websites that we did not recognize. 2 of the 5 charges were blocked, but the other 3 had to be reversed. Avoid this location for as long as the person still works there.

Slowest Burger King I have ever visited. Only 4 cars ahead of me and I was in line over 30 min. I could have doordashed my food from the drive thru line and it would have gotten there before I got home.
Ordered a double stacker meal. Received a rodeo burger meal instead. When I finally got the stacker it was a double cheese burger w a miniscule amount of stacker sauce. Took over 20 minutes to get. Don't know what's going on but the manager didn't seem to be getting along w the workers in the back. Overheard her saying it was her way or they don't work here anymore. Wish I just got my money back cause the food wasn't even edible. Wasted 13 bucks
1.Corporate guy never answers phone. 2 Past Sat was talked about under breath supervisor to employee got chicken fries and they were dehydrated and cold. He saw me come back up to counter and turned his back and 90% sure he said to his co worker is he still there. So I turned around and left.

Just ordered a enormous burrito , didn’t get the big burrito. I got the small one and paid for the big one Even though the store is new, the service still stinks. I was a regular at this Burger King before it closed and was remodeled. I went yesterday for my first time in the new place...I went into the second drive-thru lane. The guy at the intercom I recognize his voice he's a manager there. This guy for some reason decided to completely clear out lane 1 all four cars making me sit there. Watching cars that pulled up after I did get to go ahead of me. I ordered two whoppers and a large fries. It was over $19. It was never over $19 before this remodel. Here's the best part before I opened the whoppers out of the wrappers I could tell right away they're smaller now!!! Not only that they looked like garbage completely overcooked as were the fries. All of it overcooked. So I waited forever, paid more than ever before, and got smaller overcooked food. Lol this was the worst fast-food experience of my life. The place looks modern and new that's my only compliments...that's thanks to the contractors not the people who work there. Am never returning I'm better off literally burning my money that patronizing this place

The customer service attitude was very bad. When I asked her if she had any drinks, then ahe replied very rudely, "Can't you read the electronic display on the menu?" The lady is Very rude behavior. When I paid and received the meal, they still had a very unwilling and unhappy expression. When I asked you what drinks you have, what's wrong ? Do you not want to do business? Excuse me? Went through drive through and it took forever..ordered Jr. Wopper...it was disgusting- it was burnt, cold ..the cheese wasnt even sligtly melting, and totally unedible!!- I wouldn't have served that to my dog. I cant believe anyone would allow something like that to go out to a customer. They really need to do some training with their staff and some quality control measures put in place or this place will be closing down soon.I will never go there again! Brought my children during lunch rush because typically it is known that the food is hot and fresh during this time. I was intially told that there was only one sandwich maker so it would take awhile, i said no rush and we ordered 8 Whopper Jr's and headed home. When we got home i discovered all 8 burgers had dried out shoe leather for patties. What a disgrace to pass that old garbage along to my children and I.
Arrived at 6:03 am. Location opens at 6am. Was greeted by a female employee flailing her arms an nastily saying "we're not going to be open for at least another 15 minutes!" As if to say How dare you patronize us this early. And you wonder why you are going bankrupt. I simply said thank you, pulled next door to Dunkin Donuts and ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant with hash browns. I will never patronize Burger King again.

Must be same franchise owner. They close when there supposed to be open. They leave the lights on, the drive thru on, but they close, was there at 1045. Supposed to be open till midnight. Had a car behind me too. Nobody appeared or acknowledged us for over 10 minutes. Drove around the front looked in the window. Two people were way in the back, just standing there talking. I reported this before. The staff responded they do close early, but their franchise owner forbids them to show any signs they are closed. So you go to the drive thru...and sit there. And wait...and wonder...and finally...leave.
Since the Burger King in Latham, NY reopened a few months back, I've tried to use their drive-thru three times. Last night was the third and final time. After being kept waiting for an excessive amount of time, I gave up and left. So did the two cars behind me. This wasn't just a bad week. These events happened over the course of several months. That place must losing a huge amount of business.
It took 25 minutes to get the order. Just for it to be missing a burger. Watched multiple employees just stand around while they’ve got multiple cars pulling up waiting for their orders.
Second time eating here since it reopened. Ordered the fish sandwich with chicken fries. 15 minutes after eating the food I become terribly ill. Nausea/vomiting, dizziness, stomach ache, abdominal pain, fever, dehydration. All signs and symptoms of food poisoning. Will probably never eat here again.
No service at drive thu. went inside to find all staff at a standstill while manager has his back turned to the counter. I wait, see the staff making eye contact with me, and finally decide to leave. As I was leaving I said "hey, you've really got to have better customer service" the manager turns around tells me he's doing his job and turns his back to me. Clearly not the job of serving people food in a fast food place.
As the saying goes “A Picture says a thousand words”. Ordered two impossible whoppers, two filet of fish, large fries, jalapeño cheddar bites and mozzarella sticks, came home and no mozzarella sticks, cold fries, cold fish sandwiches and impossible whoppers that had slimy tomatoes and wilted brown lettuce. I’m currently waiting in your drive thru line. I’ve been here for about 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead. No one has greeted any cars. No movement. I have watched at least 7 cars leave while I’ve been waiting. If I hadn’t ordered online and already paid for my order I would have loved to cancel it.
This location seems to hire on a “lowest IQ” basis only. For decades, I’ve been annoyed by drive thru personnel asking if you wanted to ADD BACON OR CHEESE TO YOUR DOUBLE WHOPPER. Based on photos, previous experience, and the websites menu, a double whopper is not to include cheese. As someone with a dairy allergy, time and time again there is cheese added to the point where it almost feels like mockery. More cheese than what’s in photos and a blatant ignore of any notes or implications that one is allergic to dairy and cannot consume cheese. I’ve walked in in person after ubering, I’ve gone back through the drive thru a second time after checking if my order was made correctly, and time and time again, a simple request of “no cheese” or ordering an item off the menu that does not include cheese or picture cheese, and even mentioning the allergy, I still get cheese. Time and time again. Worst staff, poor environment, and absolutely TERRIBLE at reading instructions or paying attention to details of an order. You can “order it your way”, but they’re gonna make it however they wish.
Hispanic girl or whatever she is has mad attitude and likes to slam down food she’s the manager I think. she’s lucky I have a real job bc home girl was about to get slammed. If you hate your job so much should have done better in highschool!! :)

This was one of the worst Burger Kings I've ever visited. The drive-thru was incredibly slow, the employee at the window was rude, and my Whopper had old, soggy lettuce. It's no wonder most of the Burger Kings in the area have shut down.
The food was cold, after saying we can’t have mayo on the burger they gave us an excess amount of it, ,the nuggets were burnt to where there was no meat in there. We literally had flat nuggets. We spent all this money for all this food and it was nasty. Rude at the drive thru window,Benjamin. I should’ve known when I saw a lady bring her sandwich back
UPDATE: 10/24/25: Went there for "lunch" today. Simply ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickles. Upon eating them (later on down the road), I ended up with ketchup and mustard all over my coat due to the fact that they put WAY TOO MUCH ketchup and mustard on the burgers. I couldn't even taste the burgers! After taking a few bites, and then having my coat stained, I threw the burgers out! LAY OFF THE KETCHUP & MUSTARD GUYS! Just like the old Brylcreem ads; "A Little Dab Will Do Ya!" <--- use THAT philosophy when putting condiments on the burgers! Went through Drive-Thru. Ordered the $5 your way meal. Only meal that's affordable there, as lunch at BK should not cost $15-$20 per meal. After placing order, I pulled up to the window, and they had me pull to the set of 3 parking spaces to the right. 1:53 in the afternoon and nothing ready? What kind of lunch readiness is that?!?! Then after bringing me out my food, forgot my drink. He had to go back a second time to retrieve it. Their "nuggets" look like fried pieces of cardboard. No - wait a moment, cardboard is thicker than their nuggets! And their "new" parking lot is a joke. Hardly any spaces to park anymore. Don't waste your time there - many other burger and other fast food places up and down Route 9 (New Loudon Rd).
After my visit to this Burger King last week, I think it's time to stick to only local small businesses for my lunches or dinners out. No more eating out at BK, as well as other chain fast food restaurants after the price shock I had at this location last week. My meal set me back almost $16 ($15.89 to be exact) for a double bacon cheeseburger with medium fries and drink. I honestly should've canceled the order and drove to a local diner for my bacon cheeseburger meal. The diner would've had a much better quality burger with way better service, all for less money.
The employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. When I walked in there tonight an employee named John was literally screaming at other employees—loud enough that it was borderline scary. Then when they inevitably screwed up my order, I got laughed at as they were remaking it. I will not be returning here.
skip this place eat somewhere enjoyable those fryers oil barely gets changed you can tell by the aftertaste the way management talks to employees is wrong as well the store is not clean I would stay away from this burger king it’s unsanitary you’ll see management in slides with no socks specifically a young women that has a wig in the kitchen & watch how they treat certain employees seems to be a power trip my review is getting deleted for sharing what really goes down at this location very much a drama zone 😳
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced last night A male employee Cory was extremely disrespectful. Rolling his eyes, Complaining loudly to the kitchen staff saying that this is “bullshit” very unprofessional. Never had any issues with the staff. Food tasted great and fresh as always
Seems you can't get it your way at this location. Ordered 4 burgers, extra ketchup, no pickles. Open the bag and find I got 4 cheeseburgers, with pickles, and a small dab of ketchup. Also, the burgers were burnt for about a quarter inch around the edges. I have gone to the Clifton Park location several times, always with great experience.
I found my next (#2) WORST drive thru design I have EVER been thru (and I go to many!!)! Firstly, the new drive thru entrance is very dangerous. It’s hard to see and drive into…a worker says there have been accidents there…no surprise! Then, 1 of the drive thru lanes is hard to maneuver and it’s way too close to the other lane. The speakers are awful. I could barely hear the person taking my order because it was so garbled. The wait was long!! To make it worse, I got somebody else’s order and I didn’t know until I got all the way home. Everything in THAT order tasted terrible…even the soda tasted horrible and watered down. The crosswalk for customers coming out is right as you leave the takeout window. There is an immediate stop sign…and it’s right at the corner of the building so it’s very hard to see if anybody is coming out to cross. Plus…the new parking lot is also a design nightmare…it’s almost like a maze…people seem confused. All in all…it was very much a nightmare experience!! I’ll never go to that store again!
ordered 2 triple whoppers, one with bacon and cheese but it turns out they gave me a regular single whopper with no bacon and cheese. I had to return to Burger King after I got home already( I live near colonie). explained what happened, this black girl asked me how long ago was that, I said about 15mins , I can’t believe she actually said there’s nothing they could do!😡 what do you mean , I paid $12 for a whopper you gave me a $7 dollar one and think I should keep it??
I waited 25 minutes for my meal and I got the food at the beginning, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get a lemonade that was sitting right in front of me inside the window The workers gave an attitude to me and I would completely not recommend going here for real.
The worst location. Don't go to 2nd drive thru cause they'll take everyone else instead of you and then when you go in to get it instead they tell you you have to go back to the drive thru and wait in line again. Unbelievable. The manager is incredibly rude and not helpful at all
Ordered a Double Bacon King (#4) I received a double burger with no bacon at all.. Tried calling the store several times after I got home and noticed and I got no answer. Called cooperate and got no answer either. My fries are bland and unsalted as well. Not driving all the way back to wate my gas. Incompetence shall not e tolerated on my dime. Thumbs down. You don't rule.
