Paid $13 for two orders of meatballs (photo attached). You would figure at that price they would be home made - wrong. Looks like frozen meatballs they just heat up and give to you. Super disappointed and won’t be returning. Two stars bc the guy behind the counter was nice enough.

Pizza taste great. But who wants they pizza slice stacked on top of 1 another where the cheese is sticking to the bottom of the plate on the other slice... disapointing that they put 2 slices in a small box

Ordered a large pizza on the phone. Ready in 20 min. When I got there they looked clueless and said they would have it for me in 5 min ( as they started to make it). Told them forget it. Just grossly incompetent. This was mid afternoon and the place.was virtually empty. Ridiculous. Never again. Stay away

I ordered pizza and boneless wings as I often do. The food was cold, that could be remedied, but the pizza was not what we had come to expect. It was very thin , over baked, sparse cheese and definitely not we were used to. I called the shop and she said she’d refund 50% but that hasn’t happened yet. Think twice before I pay $33.50 for a med 1 topping pizza and 6 boneless wings!

If I could give a zero I would, wanted to order 1 large and 1 medium pizza…$3.00 for each topping. $9.00 for just toppings…for sausage, onion and green peppers…that is just for half the pizza. I called to order a pizza for an easier order…I was wrong. The person who answered the phone couldn’t even comprehend taking my phone number, let alone taking an order. After the 5th time repeating my phone number I decided to order over website and just pay the extra. I used to order here all the time. Their pizza was excellent about 2-3 years ago. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for quite a bit of time while the manager argued with a customer. It was my turn to pick up my order. I gave the counter my person my name…I was met with a look of total confusion. Then the Manager went into the back to check in my order. He clearly states to the cook “that looks disgusting” as he boxes up my pizza. I was brought my order…completely wrong. I ordered a large CBR pizza and a Large cheese pizza, half sausage, pepper, onions. I received a medium CBR and a personal sausage pepper and onion pizza. I stated to the manager it was wrong and I ordered 2 larges. The language barrier was difficult and all I could make out was “No, it is right”. I showed receipt and it did not match my online order. Again, I was told “it is right” I took the pizza and decided it was just a honest mistake and I may have ordered incorrectly (the pizza is normally very good, and as long as it tastes good I’ll let it slide). Well…pizza was Terrible…I’ve had better frozen pizzas…sausage looked like dog food and the sauce tasted spiked and the crust…even fully cooked tasted stale…chicken bacon ranch? The chicken was just anytizer chicken and the bacon was raw…absolutely disgusting. Ruined a family pizza night…I am now banned from choosing the pizza place for next get together! Thanks Vintage Pizza lol

Today must have been an off day.I ordered a cheese pizza. I didn't realize I was getting a flatbread pizza. The pizza was super flat, hardly any dough. It basically was a round cheese "pie". I had also ordered a slice of lemon cake and parts were frozen. Not recommending this place and not ordering from the again. So disappointed!!

Ordered here 2x and never again. Only gave a second chance because there was a good deal on DD. Pizza is always cold, sauce is DISGUSTING- almost had a vinegary taste, no flavor at all. Someone else reviewed the same about two weeks ago and they are spot on! Jarred sauce with no seasoning what so ever.

Went in for a slice of pizza, worker said it was hot & it was not! Found a hair on the crust, nobody is wearing hair nets! The cashiers has hair longer than most women 🤮 Never eat here again! Pizza doesn’t taste like it did, since it’s been taken over by new owners! I wouldn’t even give this place a one star, but that was the only choice for ratings!

I called to place an order using a coupon from the 2022 SaveAround Greater Albany book and the person who picked up the phone said that they would not honor the coupon. He said that they published this coupon without permission. I've been using these coupon books for years and have never heard anyone say this before. Unfortunately if you're not going to honor a valid coupon, you've lost my business.

Ordered an Italian mix sub,No provolone cheese on it and I got snack pepperoni on it instead of deli pep!! I took the one slice of ham I got an made a sandwich for my daughter.. first time ordering and will be the last time

The delivery man wrote a tip out and signed my name. I spoke w/Marissa and let her know that is not my signature. She spoke w/ the delivery man and he said he didn't sign my name (of course he didn't do it).and continued to tell me I signed it. I did make the mistake of saying I did but did not write a tip and when they sent me the receipt...it was not my signature but still was told after I wrote it. They offered to put the tip amount back in my account. If you order from here ALWAYS check the receipt and don't plan on the book keeper to believe anything you say. I I did not sign or give that man a tip on the any paper. **STILL did not get my refund of $4.00 LOL***
