Great pizza place! Good customer service and good slice of cheese pizza. The cheese was a bit greasy, but not bad. The brooklyn cob is delicious and I would highly recommend!! It is definitely one of my top 5 pizza slices!

Fair price, friendly service. Large selection of Italian/pizza choices. Our food came out quickly and was well prepared. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. You can tell the building is well maintained.

The pizza and subs here are delicious. They are always warm, very tasty and I eat here as much as I can. It can be kind of costly, and the only time I ordered a sub it took well over an hour, and wasn't up to par. It was kinda soggy, but I have never had an issue when I have ate there.

I have been there a quite a few times since they opened. I have never had any complaints regarding this restaruant. The place is spotless, everywhere! The employees are normal people who are very plesent and not robots with lines they practice. The food, well I have to admit, I have had only the stuffed meat pizza as it is awesome and could very well be its own food group. Will easily feed 4 for just over $20 bucks and everybody will be full. They sell slices so one can snack or have a less expensive lunch then just ordering an entire pizza. Sodas in cans and bottles is nice as I prefer no fountain drinks. They do have fountain drinks if that works for you. Its really a nice place to dine in, take out. I honestly do not remember if they deliver as I live kind of far away to be in their delivery area but I believe they do.

Omg just got one of Paesan's cheese pizza from Walmart, I only bought because seen owner do something really nice for a server in Latham. I use to be a server so this struck a cord with me. So I buy this frozen pizza and it is amazing, then to top it off I find out they are within driving distance. Very happy new and forever customer!

New to the area. Looking for pizza like we get from NYC, definitely found it!! Tried their pizza, mozzarella sticks,chicken fingers and french fries. Everything was great!! Best pizza!!! The margherita slices were Soo good. Fast and friendly service. Definitely going back!!

This is a pretty good pizza joint! The pizza is not dripping in oil or overly salty ! It's just a ' melt in your mouth' pizza . We tried the veggie pizza and white tomato pizza. Highly recommend giving it a try!

In town from Florida... originally from Jersey. Stopped in and was immediately welcomed in. Had a pep. slice, mozz. sticks, garlic knots, and some wings. Everything was hot and fresh. Great atmosphere. Best spot we found in the area!

I tried a Paesan sub sandwich (1st time) since they were doing an anniversary deal. I bought a mixed sub. It took way too long to make it but it was truly excellent. Two aspects of the sub made it stand out. The bread was warm and fresh.and the ham was tasty. Was I annoyed, wondering when my sub would be complete ? YES, but the sub was worth the wait. So.....prep yourself for more time than if you pop into Bubway. Expect to pay more. Know that you will receive one of the best subs you'll find in the Capitol Region.

This is the spot to go for slices. You won’t be disappointed. Whenever I can’t decide on lunch I head here and never leave disappointed

Bro, I'm from Brooklyn and I LIVE for great pizza, only most places in upstate new york have GD awful pizza!! Paesan's is the closest to Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst old school 1980s/ L&B (IYKYK) pizza! We order from this place almost daily, and it's because I forced it on everyone in my office!! EVERYONE loves it, and you will too!

I am from NYC but have relocated to Albany NY over the years. When I relocated to upstate NY it was truly hard to find NYC style pizza and wings. Well that is until I found this hidden jewel. The pizza is NYC style thin crust savory sauce and cheese. The wings are ALWAYSSS perfect with a nice crisp on them and NEVER the soggy soft wings that I've consistently experienced at many other wing spots in this area. You will NOT be disappointed if you are looking for that NYC style taste.

Superbowl was awesome! And so was my order from Paesans! Large pie with meatballs, mushrooms and extra cheese.... Chicken wings...... Sausage roll and Cheese calzones with mushrooms were all on the money!! I'll definitely try them again!!

I've had pizza from a dozen pizza places in the Albany area, and Paesan's is the best. From the crust, to ingredients, to consistency, it's by far the best in my opinion.

I just ordered for the first time today. Every Monday I stay at the Holiday Inn in Latham, Ny. I been getting my pizza from New York pizza since September of last year. Their pizza was very good until last week I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza pie, when it was delivered it was so cold and hard. I swore I would never go back to that place again, I found my new pizza place, this pie is so yummy😋😋

Love love love this place! Was my favorite place while I was attending Siena. Also stopped in today to get their frozen pies to go and they were delicious. They tasted as if they came straight from the restaurant. Hands down my favorite pizza and will definitely go back to pick up more frozen pies!

This is my favorite pizza place. Reminds me of my dad-he taught me how to eat pizza the right way (fold it!) lol No matter how you eat it though its delicious. Dine in, takeout or have it delivered if you're within the radius. They now offer gluten free pizza as well. Share it with a friend or someone you love or that guy over there, the memories you will make will be priceless.

Paesans is by far our favorite pizza place! They are always clean, friendly, and have quality food. I will drive out of my way to get pizza here, it's one of only 2 places where I have liked to get pizza in the capital region. I cannot recommend them more hughly!!

Amazing Pizza! Had some of this pizza from a place near the airport not expecting it to be nearly as good as it was. The cheese was super thick and the sausage slices were thick ans flavorful. It’s five stars for me, I loved it. I live in Louisiana and can’t get good pizza like this. I was a little surprised, but I think the COB was my favorite. That was new for me. I’ve never had pizza like that before, but the cheese on top was great too. This place must be so good it put Pizza Hut out of business next-door. Overall, it was a great experience for me and I’m glad I stopped by before going to the airport. Thanks for everything, keep up the good work guys!

Delicious pizza with quick service. I got two slices and a drink for under $10 (not including tip). I've tried another Paesan location. Both are fantastic, and this particular one is clean and has modern amenities like a customizable Pepsi drink station (add flavors like vanilla, cherry, and so on). Friendly staff, clean kitchen, tidy dining area, reasonable prices, and hot, tasty slices. Eat here.

Excellent pizza, authentic New York City style with good sauce and cheese. The crust is crispy without being too thin or brittle. The two-slice special is also a good deal, particularly with free refills. The chicken parm hero is good, too - as are the specialty slices; I very much like the Buffalo chicken slice!

Good to grab a quick bite. Plenty of dining space. Pizzas are a bit over priced but I think it is worth it. Pros: Big pie, open environment, out door seating, condiments on every table and TV. Cons: Over priced, under cooked even if one wants well done. Narrow self- erected entrance.

Very nice place with excellent pizza they had plenty of choices for lunch. If you like dipping sauce for your pizza they charge 85 cents for a little cup of dressing or sauce.

Pizzas good but some mix up with the order - check whether sauce (tomato paste) is being applied. Apparently some people want the 'white pizza' (three white cheeses) without the tomato sauce base. We said we wanted the tomato sauce but didn't get it!

Thier pizza is always pretty good the best one that is always consistent around where we live , albany NY , is up in Guilderland . My husband swears by thier garlic parm bone in wings and the entire family loves thier boneless BBQ wings. I'm not a fan of boneless wings however these ones are so good I litterally get them everytime we order lol.

I’m going to make my own review, the pie is in my top 5. Meaning I’m not blown away by this pizza, cause it lacks one important component. Yes! it’s the sauce, it misses the tastebuds in that department. Take some good advice add a little seasoning to enhance the flavor of the pie and every slice. Other than that, everything else is right on the money. Pizza Rating from 0-5 in slices 🍕🍕🍕🍕

Actually very decent NYC style pizza. Not Joe's with I bring back with each Albany trek. Had Pepper Onion with half adding pepperoni. All very pleased. Cashier was rude and almost lost the sale! Tried Paesan's on Ontario but absolutely not the quality of the Latham shoppe. Definitely the better pizza in Albany region except for my own companies catered client Sicilian Pizza. Good work, Paesan's!

I’ve been a regular here for years and have spent probably thousands of dollars - never regretted a penny. 🙂. This is New York style pizza at its best. I’d give it a solid 4/5, when compared to all other places, not just the Albany area. I often order Margherita, which is just right and not too salty...perhaps a bit too much cheese for my taste. Buffalo wings are also great! I dined in several times (plenty of space) and you can even sit outside. The staff here is great too - always friendly and quick with orders. If you're looking for something better, you'd probably have to drive 150 miles south and shell out $40 for a pie.

My biggest disappointment of the Latham store is that I ordered dinner for my family late about 9:00-9:15pm on a Saturday. The food was delivered relatively quick, however the driver said he only had $6 for change because his manager had taken all his money but that. Our bill was $56 and I was going to give a $10 tip, I only had $80 in 20s...so I decided on $14 tip making it an even $70 with $10 back(it is the giving season)...easy enough I thought. But with only $6 in change, I didn't want to give the drive only a $4 tip so we told him to take it and give us the $6 he had in change. So, after thinking about this, an $18 tip is ridiculous for a $56 bill and the fact that the manager sent him out with that little money for change just unprofessional. I called and spoke to the manager about this and he said he understood and would send the driver back with more change. I said all we needed was the $4 back thay I originally should have had. Needless to say, the driver never returned. We will NEVER order from here again!!! Dishonest and unprofessional service. The manager should be ashamed of himself, and if the driver was sent back and didn't return to us intentionally, shame on him too! I will be letting all of my family and friends who use this location to never use it again!! Plus....the pizza is nothing spectacular either!!

Just a few minutes ago I go a pepperoni roll which are usually amazing. NO OTHER customers in the store. When it was handed to me. No sauce cold. Went back in and the young kid said " ill have to charge you.more for the sauces" I said what about no plat its just thrown in a bag. "Thats how we serve it" don't get me wrong my kids and I love their food but WTH.

Love their pizza. Love their wings. However, since they closed the store in colonie, we are no longer able to get delivery 3miles away from the Guilderland or Latham stores.

The pizza was good. It was not over done and not under cooked. However at $7.33 for 2 smaller cheese slices and a soda, I have been going to another place for $5.40 with larger cheese slices and a fountain drink. This place is closer to where I work so here I ate. I will probably return, but money talks these days. Yes?

Usually I would give this place all five stars. The pizza is always great. The service is always friendly and fast but this time the guy at the counter was rude and inattentive. The mozzarella sticks came without sauce and they forgot all about our garlic knots and when we reminded them we got a burnt mess. I hope this isn't how the service will be on the future. I would hate to have to stop going there.😕

Absolutely delicious, delivered early (on a Friday), decent prices...BUT! WAY too much salt in EVERYTHING; the pizza sauce, the other sauces, the dressing, even the spinach was loaded with salt. My husband won't be happy when he comes home to find out he can't have dinner because of his high blood pressure. Even my blood pressure is high after eating from here. As a family owned business, I hope they will modify their recipes, because it really is delicious food otherwise.

They make good pizza but have been consistently forgetting ingredients. Tipsy Ronnie comes with sesame seed crust but they never put it on, and to add it yourself costs $$ when it again is included.

I ordered a gluten free and regular pizza for delivery, specifically asking them to label the pizzas, which they ignored. The food tasted great, especially for gluten-free, but it is very stressful having to guess which pizza is safe to eat. Why not label an item that is intended for special dietary needs?

Ordered pizza and wings. Was told order would be delivered in 60 minutes. The order arrived in one hour and 20 minutes ice cold. Wings had very little sauce. After reheating pizza it was hard and tasteless. First time ordering. Very disappointed as I heard Paesans had great Italian food

Good food but can never follow instructions. When you ask for a hot slice or something well done it never comes out how you ask for it. Always in a rush to kick you out the door.

Have some class fella… I live an hour away but I work nearby. I used to come here for lunch about twice a week. Recently I was nearby with my wife and kids and we stopped in for lunch. While I was washing my hands my wife switched our table. I asked why. She told me she wanted to get my six-year-old daughter away from the man who was repeatedly dropping F bombs. When she pointed him out to me I recognized him as the owner. 😔 Decent pizza but I haven’t been back since this incident.

Decent New York style pizza, went here to see how accurate Dave Portnoys rating would be (7.5) and I would say it was somewhat accurate. I personally would give this place a 7.2. Pizza was a little doughy and wasn't cooked to perfection. It was a little bland as I wasn't getting too much flavour and it needed more sauce for sure.

The crust is too dense and the sauce and the cheese lack flavor. Overall the pizza is not too bad but in the state of NY there is too many good pizza places to settle for pizza that is below the standard.

Pizza and wings took over 1.5 hours to get here, by the time they did the pizza was cold and the box was smashed into the pizza taking most of the cheese with it. Wings were cold and soggy, and the salad was warm. I can't say how the food would have been if it was fresh but soggy and cool it was not good.

It’s good at best, but for people to say it’s the best they’ve had, they need to get out more often or are related to someone there. Try Lakeview or Kay’s then talk about the best. The sauce here is a step up from Campbells tomato soup, very little flavor. A good amount of cheese helps to mask the bland sauce. I’m visiting the area after moving away 20+ years ago, googled best pizza and Thai popped up. Not even close

Looks good; however I went there and what the pictures offer is not what you get; you have to pay extra for each topping; kind of deceiving. I walked out hungry, but yes, if they offer something that it is not what it is depicted, then that is kind of deceiving. Their answer was “oh! That is just for the picture…!” Then if the $9.99 + tax pizza only comes with cheese, don’t show me a pizza that has onions, peppers & pepperoni, when all it has at that price, like you explained me, was cheese….! Not accusing you guys of false advertisement, but that is kind of. If the picture shows that for that price, you need to honor it. That is why you guys didn’t get my business that day, despite everything looking delicious….!

I love Paesan's pizza. I've been eating it for about 20 years now. But the Latham location needs to close. Their food is always disgusting. This is the worst location in the area. Go to Albany or Rensselaer, it's worth going a little further.

Let me start by saying I LOVE parsons pizza. I walked into the Latham store to get a couple slices for my daughter and I. Looking at the display case, everything was WAY overcooked. Some was even burnt and blackened on parts of the slice or roll. Every time I order from here my pie crust is overcooked. I learned from working briefly at a pizza shop that u need to undercook the pies and items that will require reheating. This allows for them to be warmed up without it being overcooked. BUT these were overcooked prior to even being reheated and would surely come out burnt. I was totally disappointed and walked out!

Ordered food from restaurant. The driver didn’t even bother getting out of the car to bring it to me my order. Because I am at work I didn’t answer my phone or text messages. He took my order back to the store. Terrible service will never order from this place again.

WOW, just called into the business to order a pizza. When I had to switch to a medium pizza because she got the order wrong and copped an attitude. Disconnected the phone. If you have people working like that in your business your losing money. 0/0 don't even bother go to a local joint like Giuseppe's for a good slice of pizza with great customer service.

I order cold subs they came toasted nowhere on the menu. Does not say there cold subs come toasted the owner refuse to make new subs for me cannot eat them. The sub rolls were so hard sent them back and told the gentleman that I was not paying for them. If they’re subs or toasted they should actually tell the customers that are put on their menu.

Pizza is not good. The wings are not good... Boneless and bone-in. I will not return.

Sat and waited for minutes just for a slice of pizza. Mind you there was nobody else in the store besides the two Mexican workers behind the counter. They acted like I wasn’t there and never approached me to take my order so I ended up just walking out, place is a joke.

Used to be good but went way down hill. They don't clean anything in there all the shakers are gross like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. None of the tables were wiped they all had crumbs on them!

We ordered at 455pm. Got our food COLD at 6:45pm. Per google it takes 12 minutes to get to my house.... how long did it sit before it was delivered? The pizza was next day cold. They said they would give us a credit for our next time. No, I honestly never want your cold, delivered food again. Never! How sad. Labella's in Waterford is where we will stick.

Stay away from the flavorless wings. I ordered garlic parm and they tasted like old oil. I didn't taste garlic at all. The most bland tasting wings I ever had. No sir I don't want store credit because I'm not coming back. Stay clear of places that proclaim they are the finest.

I stopped at ted's fish fry to get some stuff to go and the place was closed due to plumbing issues. I went in and ordered a chicken parm dinner to go with an order of wings. Chicken parm was way overcooked and tasted like it was made the day before I ordered it. Wings were good. Had two slices of meat lovers pizza while I was waiting. Was decent. They need to work on their chicken parm. Probably the worst I ever had and ended up throwing most of it out.

If negative stars were a thing that's what I would give this business. I've been waiting over an hour and a half for a pizza and I live 3 minutes around the corner. Call twice still couldn't get my food or a discount so I told him to keep the pizza if you're smart don't order delivery From this business, they obviously can't do simple Like deliver food in a timely manner I'll never ever go back to this place

Waiting for 10 minutes at the counter for service. One person on the phones. Two people,walking around. Order the special, two cheese and 16oz soda. He gave me a 12oz cup. Not a,16oz. Pizza was dry, and cheese less. The worst pizza I ever had. $9.00 is awful price for 2 slice a soda..

I ordered a grandma pizza, which is my favorite kind of pizza. The place is highly recommended so I was excited. Unfortunately, what they served was not grandma pizza. It was a sicilian pizza with sauce and fresh mozza and very thin slices of basil. The sauce wasn't on top of the cheese and as I said, it was a standard sicilian crust. They need to change the name of this to a sicilian margherita pizza. I brought it up to the person at the register and all he said was "sorry" and then he turned his back to me as he walked back into the kitchen. Needless to say I was disappointed.
