This store does not honor the advertised discounts in your app. They do not apply the full amount of the discount, and do not have any reasonable explanation for why they are not giving the full reward discount that appeared in my app. When I pointed this out to the manager, I was made to feel like a cheapskate. It wasn't about the money. If something is advertised as a "FREE" bakery item, there shouldn't be a charge. If there are only certain items that are "FREE" then that should be explained. But I was told by the girl at the drive through that the "FREE" offer would apply to any bakery item. I ordered a cookie. My "Free" cookie cost me about $1.50. Only reason I ordered dessert was because I was told I had a "FREE" item for signing up with the MyPanera App. So, if you use the MY Pandera App, be aware that there is a charge for the "FREE"items. You won't know this until you get to the register at the drive thru. When I pointed this out to the girl at the register, she could not explain why I was charged for my "FREE" item. When the manager came to the window, he said: 1. "I don't know why it rang up like that. We just push the buttons. 2. "It's only a small amount." (It was a small amount, but that's not the point........ He also became a bit threatening in his tone. So I left with my "FREE" item that I paid $1.50 for. I'd steer clear of the Latham Panera. However, the food was pretty good.......

I've ordered from this Panera a couple times since starting a job close by. I use Door Dash for delivery to my workplace. The first time I ordered there were a few mistakes. I ordered a whole and got a half, received items I did not order, an had items missing. This was promptly fixed by the manager after contacting me personally. I really appreciated that. I ordered again a few weeks later, tonight. I order my food with most veggies and stuff off of them, because tomato's and other stuff upsets an ulcer I have in my throat. Tonight I ordered a Toasted Italiano, and mac and cheese. The entire order was correct, but when I opened my sub I saw veggies on the inside of the wrapper. I honestly could care less about some getting wrapped up, but I looked through the sub and had to pick out other bits of veggies. I started eating and didn't think about the juices and stuff from the pepperonchinis that were accidently placed before being removed. My chest is on fire at this point. Because of that, I'm writing a review. I understand not everyone thinks about that type of stuff, but both times I've tried to order there has been an issue. This time I had to deal with the consequences. Not a huge deal, just leaving my 2 stars and will not be returning to this Panera location.

My order is constantly prepared wrong, they skimp on filling to-go soup cups, the saladveggies are often wilted or clearly had been frozen. Today my salad had some sort of flying insect in it. Food quality standards here are epically low. Never ordering again!

I usually order from this location because their food presentation and quality is always great. Yesterday was a different story. I ordered a turkey cheddar with extra tomato and basil with basil pesto spread. I had two tomatoes on the sandwich, the basil was chopped finely in the center of the sandwich which I never encountered at any location and the basil pesto spread was non existent. I also ordered a chicken cranberry walnut sandwich which I tried to eat for lunch today. This is where I was APPALLED. After today midway through I bit into what I thought was a stem of lettuce, turns out it was a piece of plastic/rubber! This is SO UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE FOR ANY CONSUMER! I don't care how busy you are, have your employees take the time to typical follow food safe protocol. Needless to say I will never return to this location

This was sliced and toasted and still served (drive thru order) I did try to call and let them know they were serving mold and couldn't get through it just rang for over 10 minutes. Please do better.

I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt for my daughter. After waiting in the drive thru pickup line for 15 minutes (the order was placed ahead of time), she received a sub par sandwich with virtually no chicken on it (see picture). It was definitely not worth $11.50. It was majorly disappointing for a repeat customer. It may be time to find a new lunch venue.

THIS LOCATION HAS TO DO BETTER!!!! I don't know what is going on at this location ! My last two orders was totally wrong. The first order I ask for no cheese because I'm allergic, I specified that when I ordered, still when it arrived it had cheese unable to eat my lunch. Went hungry till the end I'd the work day. Today I went through the drive through and this time no cheese but no goddess dressing ir peppers on my sandwich. Do not go to this location at lunch time. They are busy and don't care... smh . I will not be returning to this location.

Writing this on behalf of my fiance….she paid $17 this morning for a bacon & cheese bagel and a sausage/egg/cheese at Panera. This sad little thing is what they consider a bacon bagel… one flimsy strip of microwaved bacon split in 2 and tossed on there like an afterthought. Absolutely pathetic. For that price, I expect an actual breakfast sandwich, not this embarrassment. Never coming back—Bruegger’s from now on.

Never written about a panera before, but this location is simply too cold. It's like walking into a fridge. My guess is it is about 60 to 62 degrees on average in summer - it's much warmer in there in winter. I can't bring my mom here anymore as she is freezing. Wish they would ease up on the AC.

The store manager charges his Tesla here and said it is totally okay to do which is great news for me! I always need a place to charge my one Tesla while I drive the other one around, so it’s good to know I can just park it and plug it into your building whenever I please!

I ordered from Panera tonight and their service has been atrocious. We first started by using the kiosk to order. I signed into the account and it said that I had one coupon that i could use and said that I could order an entrée for 50% off. As any sensical person would, I used it, but at checkout, it'd say that my sandwich and you pick two meal was not eligible for the coupon. So, we went to the counter to order in-person. I ordered just the entrée this time, but the cashier told me that the coupon was 50% off of a second entrée. I then ordered a second entrée without anything else. With those entrées, I should've gotten, a Toasted Italiano Sandwich, a poppyseed salad and two chips bags. Instead, we got charged for the 2 entrées and 2 medium sodas. We asked to get a refund and they refunded it right away; but, the food took so long to get done when there was absolutely noone at the restaurant at the time. It's like the employees were deliberately working as slow as molasses. Once we got called up, they even forgot our 2 chips from earlier! This place used to be the best place ever to eat something quick at; but now, the place has turned into a total abomination and disorganization.
