First time going to a Scooter's, and the lady at the drive-thru window was very nice. I'd say she rivaled the friendliness of the people that work at the place that rhymes with Shmarmucks. The drinks were good, the prices fair, and the menu had a lot of variety including non-coffee drinks and kids meals. The location is convenient and they have helpful signs pointing the way to the drive-thru.

I checked out scooters today for the first time ever! Need less to say, i will be back. The girl at the window with I believe reddish hair and cat shirt! She was so so sweet! The drink was made perfect. I ordered a bacon Chibatta and a maple chai, so delicious! The bacon was a little chewy for my liking but my over-all experience was a 10/10. Will be back!

I’m a huge fan of scooters! Especially this location, everyone is so sweet and kind and always get my drink perfect! Always coming out with new flavors and things to try and they never disappoint! If you’ve never visited this location, I highly recommend!

My only complaint is that this location needs to fix/repair their drive-thru. Scooter’s is a drive-thru coffee shop and theirs is tore up and beat up. Seems as though it’ll knock your car out of line when entering and exiting the location.

The Dutch bros near this was closed so we decided to check out scooters. The drive thru was easy and convenient. The sweet drinks look great but they’re around 700 calories. We opted for the cold brew black and white. It didn’t taste that strong for cold brew and it tastes watered down a bit, may have been the milk. I don’t think the cold brew is worth the $6+ price tag.

I can’t believe that I have to write this review… but at least I got a chuckle today! I placed an order for a small coffee and a cinnamon roll on the app. I had a reward and since this is my normal order- I went with it. I ordered it at 11:23 and got ready to leave for my work day… mind you- I’m going to work and placed this order a good 30 minutes before I got there. I get there and, the barista was nice.. Not unexpected… until she tried to tell me “hey so we JUST took your cinnamon roll out of the freezer, so I would recommend sitting it out when you get home so it can thaw” I’m sorry, what? This is my breakfast literally and I wasn’t going back home to thaw out something that’s not my job to thaw? When I explained I’m not on my way back home this was my first stop and asked if she could try- she tried to tell me how she couldn’t because it’s freshly frozen. I asked her to at least try to get it warmed… which she didn’t. The frosting thawed, but the roll itself was still very much frozen. Not sure how your day starts at this coffee shop but… typically your customers aren’t going back home immediately and definitely should not be responsible for preparing something you all should’ve prepped when you got to work. So many other ways this could’ve gone. She could’ve offered me something else, or let me know how I can get that part of my reward back… something else other than telling me to go home and thaw out my cinnamon roll… ANYTHING ELSE. That’s not how this works. I chose Scooter’s over many other places, I will no longer be doing that- at l least for this location.

on november 19 at 7:28 i went to the drive thru because i just downloaded the app. it said i have a free drink so i wanted to try. the lady at the window was having issues using scanning my scooters app. she took my phone and was messing with the app and it still didn’t work. then she said “oh our app is down” which is very annoying and inconvenient because i went out my way to try scooters for the first time. as someone who works in customer service i feel like i should have been given the drink for free because regardless id be getting my free drink eventually through the app. i asked if there’s anything’s we can do and she said no. i should have just went to my regular coffee spot. 0/5 customer service. very disappointed.
