Red Lobster - Lexington - Alysheba Way

This was amazing. I worked with Rebecca, the manager, and planned a surprise Birthday Party for someone. We had 18 in our group. They accommodated all our needs, had everything set and ready in excellence ! The food was all prepared to perfection and Dominique, our server, went beyond to provide a great experience

For our appetizer, we had the crispy dragon shrimp, which was a little bit spicy, but not bad. For dinner I had the shrimp scampi along with waltz favorite shrimp. My husband had the lobster and shrimp and salmon meal. Only he substituteanother lobster tail for the salmon. it was all very good! Our server was Paige and she was very attentive.

Food was absolutely awesome. Ordered the Sailor Boil, the Ultimate Feast, and a flight of margaritas. Total for all, after tax, was $100. Totally worth it!

Everything was fantastic. Seated quickly, food was fast, accurate, delicious, and the service was awesome! Mayar was friendly, kept our glasses and biscuit basket full! Highly recommend!!

As a heavy consumer of all kinds of creatures of the sea, it is no surprise that me and mine find ourselves in the clutches of Red Lobster on the evening of Easter and what an experience. Lobsterfest. Mana from heaven. We both had to have those famous crab legs and enjoy large portions through the create your own catch. There was not a thing that we had consumed that didn’t scratch an itch or fulfill everything me and mine wanted it to. The restaurant was rather empty which added to the atmosphere that I rented out the place for my woman, bonus points there, Red Lobster. The best part of the evening? Andrew, our server. If we were the audience then he sure was the performer, with jokes cheesier than my woman’s Lobster Mac and Cheese. Andrew kept my beers full and our nights interesting. I hope as he served us it made his night as much as it made ours. Thank you Andrew for serving us humble folks on a holiday, and thank you for being there too. We will be back for more cheese, and not just the Lobster Mac and Cheese.

My wife and I love going to this location. The food is great and the service is great too. We have never had an issue with our orders and they keep the cheddar bay biscuits coming...Cannot have too many of those!

Dinner was amazing. Our server, Chelsey, was incredible! She gave suggestions, answered questions, kept our drinks full, and made sure all of our needs were met without being overbearing which allowed our us to talk and enjoy our meal. If you have dinner at Red Lobster, ask for Chelsey, she will provide the BEST service! Food was great as well!!

Our server was outstanding. His name is Andrew. I think Ford was his last name. He really made our visit. He was personable and attentive. The food was delicious as always. We had the Lobster and shrimp scampi and the sailor's platter. We definitely will be back to the Hamburg location and we will ask for Andrew too 🥰.

Good food and a great time! After leaving my cars battery died but our waitress Lauren came out personally and replaced it for us as well as my spark plugs! You just don't get service like that anymore!

Food was hot and delicious. Carline gave professional customer service. Waited on us like we were VIP. We never needed anything and timing and spacing of food was perfect. Great atmosphere and great food.

Red Lobster is making quite the comeback! The food at the location came out fresh and tasted delicious! The host was very friendly and our server was very pleasant and made some excellent suggestions for us!

Everything was great, but our waiter Prayas was probably the most polite, efficient and pleasant waiter we have ever had anywhere. I would highly recommend Red Lobster to all my friends!

Had to come try with new ownership. Biscuits are AMAZING! Flatbread and salmon bowel were great. Also tried shrimp sampler which was good. Chelsey was an attentive and friendly server!

I normally end up eating at Red Lobster once a year on my birthday. When I went last year, the food wasn’t so great, so I wasn’t really planning on going again this year. I did end up going, and I’m glad I did because I had a great experience! My server was Paige, and she was super sweet and friendly! She was able to accommodate for my food choices and got me everything I needed before I could even ask for it. I’ll definitely come back!

Had a very amazing meal and our server, Andrew, was absolutely phenomenal!! Super fun, friendly, cheerful attitude with very fast service and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted at all times. Food was great as well as the overall dining experience and I'd absolutely come back.

Went to Red Lobster as part of our Christmas tradition with my daughter, food was fresh and delicious as always, but tonight’s experience was made so much better by our server Andrew! He was top notch, had such a great attitude and wonderful sense of humor, it truly made for a fantastic experience! The world needs more Andrew’s in it.

Kennedy was a great server. We drove from Nicholasville to the Hamburg location because the food and service at the Nicholasville location have not been great. I’m glad we drove the extra distance!

Paige was our waiter, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. She came by several times asking if we were ok and was so nice! Definitely reccomend Paige!

Our waitress name was Alessandra E she was amazing. So amazing we tipped her 51.25 on 142.06 bill. She went above beyond and even with it being busy she was right on it. She even brought take out boxes and cups. She took pride in her appearance and herself.

Had a lovely dinner and got to try some new foods for the first time. Our waitress, Alessandra, was awesome! She was so helpful when we asked questions about the menu and what would taste good for us since we are new to seafood. Food was great and served quick. Will come back for sure!

Great food and the best server! Andrew kept our glasses full and our roll basket fresh. Very friendly and helpful with menu choices. Only issue with atmosphere was the gnats swarming around the area we were seated in. Landing on our food and circling our table.

Our server Andrew was amazing. Made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked it. He commanded the floor with professionalism and genuine empathy. If ever anyone took their job as a professional seriously and were proud to do hard work and hone their craft it is this young man. Pleasant to the last.

Andrew did an amazing job serving us. It was Valentine's Day and they were packed but he gave us excellent attention as if we were his only table. Wonderful food, amazing service.

Ayden was a fantastic waitress! We used to go to red lobster a lot but in the last few years only a couple of times. The food came out fast and it was HOT! She really made us feel welcome to be back. We’ll definitely be back soon!

I recently stopped here to have some lunch before an appointment. I greeted very promptly by the Hostess! Unfortunately, I sat at my table for quite some time waiting, but in the waitresses defense, I do not think she realized I was sitting there. And regardless, she was very kind and helpful trying to navigate me through the menu and was a very great Service provider from that point on. I stepped into the bar and spoke to the manager very very friendly manager, Rebbeca, who has a little one on the way. I’ve just gave her a little bit of my feedback about the facility as working for Darden in a previous facility.\ Facilities… she was so kind just talking to her was very refreshing. I can definitely tell that she is a good manager to her team. She’s approachable. She has a good conversation and is just a great addition to your store as a manager. I could definitely see her as a GM the bartender that was working. The bar was friendly, made some conversation with me about the wine boards that I loved wine sitting in the center of two glasses on a board I thought it was very classy looking and a very nice addition to your Bar whoever made that decision should pat themselves on the back.!

Paige was amazing! She was very attentive. Kept the drinks on full and just provided overall excellent service. Hopefully you get her when you come.

Got the Atlantic Cod/fries/slaw and hush puppies.it was really good but Culver’s is better. My wife got the special Crab Legs that is not on the menu and she really really liked them. The waitress was friendly and just ok.

Wife wanted to eat Red Lobster for her birthday. Drove 90 miles one way to get here. My experience was average at best. Ordered a surf and turf. I can make a better steak at home.

Starting off with food. I'm not a big fan of seafood, so I got the linguine alfredo pasta with chicken, which is EASIEST the worst kinda of pasta I have ever eaten. I do not recommend EVER. service was good. Our server was on top of customer service and constantly checking on us and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a refil. Atmosphere was good music people laughing and talking have a good time but I would not recommend this place for big groups or family as it is very expensive and seating for big groups are very limited and you might have a long wait. Edit=we talked to the waiter, and she was able to take the pasta off the bill (I only took 4 bites) great customer service on her part

My husband and I went for dinner. Waited at the door to be seated as the hostess was sitting in a booth with another employee. The restaurant wasnt at all packed, however I guess they were short on staff because most everyone that came in was seated in the same section with only one waitress taking care of All tables. While the hostess and another employee sat in a booth the entire time my husband and I were there.

Another Friday night supper with friends! Absolutely the best service anyone could expect. And the cheddar bay biscuits are themselves a perfect bite which is a good thing because otherwise my party of four would have still been hungry after a large order of food! We arrived in time for happy hour and select drinks were reduced. We all had the $5 margaritas which were what one should expect for a $5 margarita. Premade mix and a splash of tequila. We ordered an app to share, creamy lobster and spinach dip, let’s just say that instead of finishing off after a chip or two each we all devoured those biscuits! One couple shared the admirals feast which is essentially a crab, shrimp and lobster boil with potatoes and corn. They said it was seasoned nicely but all the seafood was seriously overcooked resulting in tough rubbery crustaceans. My partner and I shared the fish and chips platter. Please order something else!!! The quantity of food on the platter was plentiful but the two pieces of fish were inedible. I think they were the advertised cod, but I suspect frozen too long and/or defrosted too quick and hammered in a deep fryer. Weird texture and yucky mouthfeel and taste. Accompanied by a generous serving of seasoned fries and premade commercial coleslaw. Tartar sauce was a miss- thin, overly vinegary, no taste of Cornichons or other seasonings. This is our first visit to a red lobster in probably 15 years. I would go back for the service and the biscuits - and try something else! Our server deserved the hefty tip she definitely earned for service above and beyond. If the food matched her service this establishment would be hard to beat!

Let me start with Red Lobster use to be one of my favorite spots to grab seafood. However, the last visit and honestly the time before the food quality is subpar at best. On top of that the prices are higher than ever, way more than to comparable restaurants in the area. Just disappointed with the direction Red Lobster has headed. We did have really good service but that's about all.

The service was great. The food was also good. Prices at Red Lobster has going up quite a bit.The only drawback to the restaurant, It was cold inside. Even the host wore knit hat and heavy sweater. The parking lot has not been cleared of snow making it very slippery and hazardous. The three star rating is because the parking lot was barely accessible because of snow ice and handicap spots were full of ice of snow also

My husband and I went to this restaurant for the first time in years. Now I remember why it has been so long. I used to get the Cajun Chicken Linguini and it was amazing. Unfortunately, they either changed the recipe or did not make it correctly. The noodles were flavorless. My husband had to use A1 on his steak because he said it was not seasoned. We have been together 10 years and I can only think of one other time he has used A1. We are big believers in letting the steak speak for themselves without any sauce. The service was as unimpressive as the food. The food started off friendly and attentive but after ten minutes we didn’t see the waitress for a LONG time. Multiple people in our party ran out of drinks, multiple times. They were not busy as it was a late night, week day dinner. Most other people had their food so the wait time was unreasonable. We didn’t see the waitress during our wait.
