I’m telling you what this staff they may be young but they know what they’re doing. They were so nice and kind impatient and made the best blizzard I ever had. I mean these guys packed it on one of the best Dairy Queen’s. I’ve been to in a long time, keep up the good work guys, a.k.a. the gray hair chick.
My daughter and I went in tonight for dinner and ice cream. Very nice gentleman behind the counter took the time to notice we’d been waiting a little while for our ice cream. We didn’t say anything, because they were very very busy and I didn’t have anywhere to be. Yet he went out of his way to ask what we had ordered and went and made our ice cream himself. He had been running the register, restocking items, and refilling the ice bin in the drink machine. Team work goes a long way when things are hectic and this gentleman displayed great team work and excellent customer service. I generally don’t eat inside and I sadly didn’t catch his name, but it is that type of experience that will keep your customers coming back. Caring enough to notice someone waiting a little longer than normal when it’s that busy isn’t something you can teach someone. Not sure that the store will ever see this, but the effort and kindness was truly appreciated.
Got 2 blizzards and a large drink at the drive thru. Both items taste fine, however the blizzards were super melted cause only one girl, out of maybe 5, seemed to be doing anything. I sat and watched the blizzards melt for 5 minutes before they were handed to me. I would mention to other staff to hold off on chit-chat until the rush is gone, or at least give the poor girl a hand and multitask. Just felt bad for her, she had a million things to do, and no help.
Front counter service was friendly and some of the staff seemed good. I like the interior design. I did have a complaint, though: nearly every table is dirty at 1:15 pm, and the bathroom is in serious need of a cleaning. Drive-thru isn't backed up, and inside isn't crowded. I don't know why nobody is cleaning. As for the food, it tastes good, but my burger got to me pretty smashed, see photo, and I was right there inside. I think that's just how their buns are?
Didn't take their own coupons sent by mail. Knats all around drink machines. And machines was leaking blizzard wasn't stired mixed good put candy browny on top. Whi Te on bottem
The staff are unfriendly and are rude when they answer the drive through speaker. They are constantly throwing the food out the window. They don’t offer napkins with your food or ice cream. Their blizzards are always melted when you finally get through the drive through. This has to be one of the worst DQ stores I’ve been to lately
Food was alright. I ordered three Blizzard one of them came out alright. The other two came out wrong. Got a cookie dough that somehow tasted like strawberries and a chocolate brownie extreme add peanut butter with no peanut butter that also wasn't blended fully. Also asked for a drink carrier and napkins. Got a single napkin and a flimsy cup holder that could only fit two blizzards and it couldn't handle the weight of them so I ended up not using it. Horrible customer service experience.
Went through the drive thru with a pregnancy craving for a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard and get handed one without a single brownie piece in it. My husband got a royal blizzard with no chocolate center. He asked the drive thru cashier Natalie for a receipt and told her his order was wrong and she handed him the receipt and shut the window without saying a word..... another guy came and fixed it and then she never gave us the blizzard.... my husband had to wave in the window after several minutes for her to get it to us, she opened the window handed it to him and shut it again saying nothing. I'm not sure what her deal was but I would never let my associate act this way or continue to employ them after what I witnessed tonight, do better :(
waited in the drive through at the speaker for ten minutes, i had to call the store to get their attention. Then, our order was completely wrong at the window, on top of the employee being extremely short and rude while slamming the door between interactions. the people on the phone were nice and apologetic, but that worker definitely needs to be trained again.
Door to the store is locked at 7:15. Was going for a company breakfast. Took business elsewhere.
I ORDERED 2 LARGE PEANUT BUTTER SHAKES IT WAS ALMOST $15 WHAT LITTLE PEANUT BUTTER THEY PUT IN THEM WAS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP NOT EVEN MIXED IN SHAKES LOOKED AND TASTED VANILLA IF I WANTED VANILLA I WOULD HAVE ORDERED VANILLA I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!
10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Went through the drive thru and ordered a doubles cheeseburger with no pickles and no onions. Checked the burger on my way home and it had both of those on it. No big deal, so I just go back to get it fixed. The picture shown is what I was given. Someone was clearly upset that they had to fix their own or possibly a coworkers mistake and decided to take it out on the paying customer. Absolutely terrible service. Also, clearly not hiring trustworthy staff to handle and prepare people food if they’re lashing out like this out of spite instead of fixing what was a honestly a simple mistake. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
This was the slowest, worst service I have received in a fast food restaurant in a long time, and that is saying something. We would have just left, but the insane prices I paid for the food and ice cream made me wait. Every single table was dirty and my wife had to go get wet wipes from the car just so we could clean off our own table. There were 4 employees standing around talking to a former employee and they were all just openly complaining about the store and their management. To top it all off when we finally got our food and ice cream the portions were comically small compared to the price we paid.
Management needs severe help. Employees screaming at cursing at each other and customers screaming at employees because of how backed up the orders are.
This place needs a new manager. In no world would any decent manager let his staff talk to people this way. The big girl with freckles on her arm at the drive thru is among the worst. It’s not everyone but the 5 who treat people like they’re less than ruin the whole location. The restaurant is usually filthy too. The owner keeps responding on here saying, we’re sorry. How about you stop being so sorry and hire a new manager for this location?? I paid money to be treated like crap. It’s Freddy’s from here on out.
I ordered a chicken strip basket. I asked for crispy fries. Well I guess that was just a major offense bc they put so much salt on my basket that even after I transferred the food to a different plate shaking as much salt off as possible it was still so salty I had to drown it in gravy just to eat it. I can tell I've just eaten something extremely salty. This is pathetic. Bc I asked for my fires to not be a soggy mess like they NORMALLY give the customers? Bc that's what you get if you don't ask for crispy fries. I'm actually surprised I even got them. Most times my request is ignored & I'm given soggy fries anyway. I think I'd prefer that & get good chicken rather than employees messing my food up.
Service is poor. Stood in line waiting for my sons ice cream for a good 20 mins after ordering while they continued to do drive through orders when they had a lobby full of customers waiting as well. Women’s bathroom smelled like straight up weed when you entered. Seriously need to shut this place down or hire new management.
Terrible service, especially in the drive thru. The employees barely acknowledge you. Also, every time we get ice cream from this location, the cups are a mess. Most of the time the employees don’t give you napkins.
They don't give you good ice cream. It tastes like chemicals. Plus a large ice cream cone is supposed to be bigger than a small one right? They'll jip you and won't even give you a refund. But they'll say they'll redo it. But it won't change the taste. It will still taste like cleaning chemicals.
Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was told “it will be a minute” didn't bother to say welcome to Dairy Queen, How can i help you, Thank you for choosing Dairy Queen I’ll be right with you. Just RUDE from the very beginning! I asked for extra ketchup in my bag and the lady rudely handed 4 packs out the window saying “here this is all i got have a nice night” & closing the window before i could even ask for anything else! Got all the way home and checked my food only to find spicy cheese & a small hair on my sandwich and i absolutely hate anything spicy!! I will never be back at this location again!!
12-5-23...the guy cooking breakfast needs to learn how to make a breakfast burrito...only had half of a sausage patty and no hashbrowns in any of the ones I ordered. Service is horrible. I sat at the pickup window for over 10 minutes. This location needs better service and better trained employees. Update. 9-11-24 Again, they let me down on making a breakfast burrito. Do they not know how to roll a burrito? It's not that hard. And people want $15 an hour? I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap labor equals cheap work. Or incompetent workers. The photo is how the burrito opened up when I unwrapped it from the paper.
