Subway

Went through drive thru & ordered 2 sandwiches. One car in parking lot maybe they were working on orders placed on line or phoned in, but had to repeat my order twice. Person seemed very distracted, asked me what to drink & what size right after I told him a 21 ounce coke and Baked BBQ Lay's and he asked me chips or a cookie, so I repeated it again. When finally got order I was checking the bag and he said he promised it was all there. When I got home sandwiches (maybe 10 minute drive) food barely warm and he gave wrong chips.

Location doesn't participate in national promotions via the app. Bread on mine was a bit dry and chewy. Did not seem fresh. Chicken dipper thing was pretty tasty though.

The artist with the long hair goatee and gauges was absolutely rude. I came in there at 5:30 and he told me if I order anything after 8:00 I cannot pick it up never been in this location And he asked me multiple times rudely if I understand what l he said this guy needs to get retrained on customer service or reported to the owners

If you get the rotisserie chicken be aware it might have bones in it. Cracked a tooth on a bone when I tried to bite into my chicken sub

Can never get my order completely right but still better than Sonic, they usually miss by one thing either not putting it on or putting the wrong thing. But overall their good at their job.

Horrible customer service, the owner is one of the sleaziest people I’ve ever met. Sanitation was non existent, absolutely disgusting. Even if I have a bad experience somewhere, I’m not one to leave negative reviews and usually give people the benefit of doubt. But my experience at this store was beyond any other negative experience I’ve had at a restaurant/fast food place. And from their actions and the way they all behaved I can tell this definitely isn’t the first time, and won’t be the last. Even if you’re close to this subway I would take the extra 2 minutes and drive to a different one down the street.

They forgot all the veggies and sauce that I asked for and they didn't even toast it like I asked either. I went through drive through and didn't see till I got home. They also forgot the pickles on my child's sandwich. You'd think with as long as it took they would've gotten it right.

Lady takin orders in drive thru was rude and has an awful attitude neither sandwich was made right and I asked for banana peppers on the side and they didn’t put them im the bag just letting people aware to not waste your time. At this location definitely not worth the 35 dollars I paid for 2 sandwiches won’t be going to this location no more

You either have workers that can’t read slips or just don’t care what they give you! I literally just left there, was going to bring my 6inch back but I already wasted $14 and some change- wasn’t going to waste anymore gas on going back to this place! I generally go here a lot during the day- now after this evening , I never want or will go back! How does flat bread equal to regular I’m guessing it was rye bread as it had seeds in it/does them equal the same thing now? Also how does Ham - Bacon and Shedded cheese equal to ham and pieces of lettuce only? Yet they didn’t forget to charge for bacon- like they forgot to add it to the sandwich that gone totally wrong!! When someone asks for salt and pepper- for future reference we’re not asking for you to pour the whole bottle of salt on it!! Pretty sad that my dog wouldn’t even eat this nasty garbage of a sandwich! Awful service as well! Never again!

For a restaurant like Subway, which has scheduled orders and expected pick-up times in the app, having your doors open for mobile pick-up orders at all operating hours should be mandatory. Having to wait in line in front of several other people getting their sandwiches made at a drive-thru just because it's late when your food is already done and sitting out is a horrible customer experience. When you are being told to arrive at a certain time, you should not have to wait in front of other people making brand new orders.

I don't know what they are trying to pull over here, but thank goodness I looked at my kids sandwich before they ate it, because the bacon was PINK AND UNDERCOOKED!! What?! WHY?! We had to put the bacon in the oven just to finish cooking, and throw away the rest of the sandwich, in case it was contaminated with salmonella or who knows what you get from raw bacon. I am beyond upset. I may have to contact corporate or the Indiana FTC. 🤦‍♀️

Night shift is so rude. I literally sat in line in the drive-thru for 15 mins when it was my turn to order I was informed that they weren't taking anymore orders. They have done this twice at separate times now. The girl who works night shift has a very horrible attitude and is just down right snotty.

Horrible customer service, the owner is one of the sleaziest people I’ve ever met. Sanitation was non existent, absolutely disgusting. Even if I have a bad experience somewhere, I’m not one to leave negative reviews and usually give people the benefit of doubt. But my experience at this store was beyond any other negative experience I’ve had at a restaurant/fast food place. And from their actions and the way they all behaved I can tell this definitely isn’t the first time, and won’t be the last. Even if you’re close to this subway I would take the extra 2 minutes and drive to a different one down the street.

They NEVER give double meat for online orders. Not cool it’s $4 extra. It’s happened several times, so many in fact the last one is my fault for coming back
