Lunch has GREAT value. Food quality is the best amongst the restaurants we tried in our Myrtle beach trip this time. Nice view seating outside. Fried calamari is really good!!

I can't say enough great things about this place. The wait staff there were professionals to say the least, the atmosphere was catered to the customers and the food was way above average and bordering excellent. The food and drinks came on time and reasonable in price. The smoked bacon appetizer was off the chain with a warm Cresent roll below it to catch the sizzling drippings! My prime rib entree was a little tough and I told management not to worry as I was full and they brought me a new piece to go and the next day it was fork tender and delicious. Thank you Clark's for a great dinner!!

This place has it all going on! A great happy hour, a lively atmosphere with an awesome bustling staff, terrific food, craft cocktails, and skilled chefs. A big shout out to our server Lee for her sense of humor and efficient service!

Very good food and service, nice views of the harbor. They serve fresh oysters they are just not on the menu. The bruschetta salad was very unique and awesome.

Absolutely love coming to Clarks! Been coming here for years when on vacation and now that I moved here I will visit way more often! I was with my dad and stepmom for dinner and Jaeden was our server *chefs kiss*. He read my brain while I was deciding and recommended the Key Lime Pie martini and it was one of the best ones I’ve had! All of our dishes were excellent. Manager came by to greet us. Everything was great! Highly reccomend! 😉

Their pot roast and mashed potatoes are worth the trip!! Along with the crabcake sandwich and fries!! The desserts are over the top delicious 😋!!

Went here on a suggestion and sure glad we did. Firecracker Shrimp were a fantastic warm up to our meal and so was a salad with sweet drizzled crescent. Steak & potato were unbelievable but the grand prize for me was hurricane chicken! It was a multilevel dish with shrimp, crab cake, chicken breast and a sauce I can’t put words to. We went back a second time and it was just as good. Prices weren’t bad considering the high quality and decent portions.

Easy 5 stars. Phenomenal food and drinks. We had a large group and Clark's was very accommodating with great service. We tried just about everything on the menu but the prime rib was a favorite. My strip was delicious too. Appetizers and drinks were great

Most restaurants I go to, I'll see 4-5 things on the menu that I'd like to try. When I saw the offerings here, I wanted to try 90% of the items. Filet was totally amazing....melted in my mouth. The seafood dishes were perfect. We tried 3 different appetizers and couldn't even tell you which one was the best! Excellent servers were very helpful with suggestions and were very attentive. Other faves.... lobster ravioli, hurricane chicken, the scallop appetizer, grouper special.....really, you are safe with anything on the menu! We all wanted to return for another meal the next night. Highly highly recommend!

Had a great view on the patio. Food was great as was the whiskey. The manager was also very nice and introduced himself to us and made up for the fact that they where out of the whiskey i ordered. Will definitely come back here again... you know the good places when they are busy in January.

Clarks Seafood and Chophouse in Little River delivers a top-tier dining experience that hits all the right notes. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between upscale and relaxed. We started with the bacon-wrapped scallops appetizer, which set the tone for the evening — perfectly seared, tender, and bursting with flavor. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of rich, savory depth. The real standout, though, was the Filet Napoleon — an incredible cut of filet mignon layered with indulgent toppings that elevated it to another level entirely. To end the night, we couldn’t resist the molten chocolate cake. It was everything you want in a dessert — warm, gooey, and decadent without being overly heavy. We paired the meal with a bottle of Belle Glos Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir, which complemented each course beautifully, especially the beef dishes. The wine’s smooth, fruit-forward profile played perfectly with the richness of the meal. Exceptional service, unforgettable flavors, and a great wine pairing made this a meal to remember. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect anniversary dinner! We sat outside on the deck, the weather, service and food was fabulous. Our waiter, Landon was great. Very friendly and courteous, checking that the food met our expectations. Definitely will be back

What a great meal! We were recommended to go here by a friend, and we were so glad we did. Our service was wonderful, but the food what out of this world. We had the candied bacon, highly recommend, and it was wonderful. My husband had scallops and shrimp with grits and I had sword fish over risotto. Oh did I mention the wonderful croissants. Our meals were impeccable. We will be back!

This is one of my new favorites in Myrtle Beach. I got one of the specials for the night (Monday), which was Mahi Mahi served over risotto. Personally, it is a contender for being my favorite dish in Myrtle Beach. I like the salads and croissants that are included with entrees as well. Our server was very friendly! I recommend making a reservation——it was fairly busy for a Monday night in March.

The food was exceptional. We ordered the special candied bacon , as well as she crab soup n firecracker shrimp for appetizers, then had lobster ravioli which came with a delicious house salad n croissant & the prime rib med rare ( perfectly cooked) for our main course with whipped mashed potatoes n fries. . Portions were great n the taste ... just wow. We will be back when we are visiting SC again. Our waitress Patricia H. was amazing , her energy made the experience even better.

The view from the patio where we ate was worth 6 stars! The service was excellent. Update from my previous review: our steaks were very well-seasoned & grilled perfectly - a definite improvement from visits in previous years. The candied bacon is a reason to go again and again. My family enjoyed the scallops app & burrata. The drink menu has a nice variety. My only note is that the risotto did not seem fully cooked and was dry and somehow (despite parm & stock) underseasoned. Love Clark's & definitely plan to return!

Wonderful experience at Clark's Seafood and Chophouse. Summer, our server, was spectacular. We had the calamari appetizer, the crabcakes entrée and I was torn between the halibut special and the 14oz ribeye. Summer suggested the ribeye and I'm very thankful because it was delicious. It's probably the best ribeye I've ever eaten. Great atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and courteous. Thanks for a great evening 😁

Top notch! We have ate at so many places over the years while on vacation but this was our first time trying Clark’s! We fell in absolute love with this place. The water dining was beautiful. The food was amazing!! We absolutely loved every dish our entire group ordered. It was our favorite place while we was on vacation. It’s now gonna be a stop each time we are in town!! Top appetizer was the fried green tomatoes so delicious. Top entrees was the friend chicken marsala, also the sirloin steak!! The risotto side was excellent and the blue cheese wedge salad was delicious. Such a fine dining establishment. Seriously check this place out!!!

Had to keep rebooking my reservation due to my wife being sick. But I am so happy that we were able to rebook and finally eat here. The atmosphere was amazing even as we waited to be seated, (which didn't take long) the hostess was nice and welcoming and made us feel like the only guest there. The bourbon selection was amazing and well thought out. The food was second to known and well worth the drive to Little River. Will definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic place, went to Clark's restaurant to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. The restaurant was incredible, facing all the boats by the harbor. We ate outdoors, and the view was incredible. The service was great, and the food was out of this world, so yummy. I highly recommend this place, and we will be returning again.

Clark’s never disappoints. Lunch special offered James River oysters, and the appetizer scallops wrapped in bacon were excellent. The peach sangria was delicious. Finished off with a tiramisu. Riley our server was very engaging and professional. Such a great location and setting.

This is a great place for steak, seafood, chicken and more. Outside seating is really nice and a super view of the many sailboats parked there. Reservations suggested durning the high season. All of the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Maria, our server, was very attentive and friendly. Clark’s have an extensive bar menu also.

Our party of 5 have eaten at Clark's several times. The food was great as usual and our server was very attentive. I ordered the calamari appetizer and the Wedge Salad, which were both excellent. My wife got a filet and enjoyed it very much. My brother got the Ribeye and said it was cooked perfectly and very tasty. My Sistet-in-Law got the Lobster Ravioli. It was actually not hot enough, so it was sent back. A fresh, hot, portion came in just a few minutes and everyone enjoyed their food. We had a reservation and did not have to wait. A very nice experience for all.

If you don’t get Anna as your server, you are missing out on the best waitress ever!! The food was amazing! Perfectly cooked and seasoned Sirloin. The view was awesome right on the river, but the best part of the whole experience was Anna! She was an absolutely amazing waitress! Very knowledgeable with the menu, was super nice, and had just an amazing experience!!! Ask for Anna!

My experience here the other night was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in until we finished up a delicious meal with a dessert beverage. The managers, Craig and Tabitha, are both lovely and professional, and both briefly came over to ensure we were enjoying our appetizers and entrees shortly after digging in to them! We were pleased! The Lobster Ravioli was to die for, along with the beef short ribs. Mary, also can make one of the best expresso martini’s in town! Always so much fun here and will always look forward to coming back.

We held a party of nearly 30 people to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Although Clarke's does not have a private room, the entire team made us feel as if we were the only people there and it felt private. From the attentive staff, good drinks, super fast kitchen staff serving delicious food, Clarke's made my dad's birthday unforgettable! We held a luncheon party. We were provided with great luncheon options and amazing appetizers that were show stoppers. The candied bacon was unbelievable and what a presentation! The firecracker shrimp amd calamari were also delicious. A special thanks to Tabitha, Bret, Tanner, Matthew and Riley for excellent customer service and for allowing us to decorate the area to make it more special. We were also shocked when the bill came. We could not get over how much food we were served for an AMAZING price...and for a place on the water! Clarke's is a gem through amd through! For a party, date night, or a special place to bring out of town guests, go to Clarke's!

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary at Clark's. Seated in the covered outdoor patio with amazing view of the marina. Jay our waiter, what a joy to have someone who loves what he does and it shows. Service was the best and timely. Now to the food, Jay recommended the candy bacon hanger for a starter (excellent). My wife got the Hurricane chicken and I got the Filet Napoleon. Both cooked to perfection and the BEST we've ever eaten. Brett the house manager stopped by several times and other tables checking on needs. Our dessert Lava cake was so delicious. Thank you to Clark's staff, chef, Jay and Brett for a remarkable experience which completed our Anniversary celebration. We will be back for sure !! Highly recommended.

Ashley was our server and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive without being overbearing. We ordered apps of calamari and firecracker shrimp. My husband requested regular marinara sauce instead of vodka sauce for the calamari but they don't have regular sauce. It was not as good with the vodka sauce but still good calamari. The shrimp was spicy and delicious. For dinner he had prime rib and I had the filet mignon. His was cooked perfect at medium rare. Mine was cooked perfect at medium. Maybe a tiny under medium in the very center but nothing too rare. Both delicious. He had mashed potatoes and I had the parmesan risotto. My risotto was way overcooked and just mush. I did not like the risotto this time. However, we will be back again and again because little hiccups are expected every now and then and these were nothing to keep us from returning. Next week actually! And we requested Ashley for next week because she was the best. All in all, eat at this restaurant and you will not be disappointed. The food is excellent and the service is always on point. We usually see the manager walking around but did not this time. No biggie but we love to brag about our server and were not able to this time. So hopefully they see this and know that Ashley was the best!

I made a reservation today and had to make changes. Mackenzie helped me and she was so polite and professional. When we arrived Adrijanna was our server. She did an exceptional job taking care of our family. She was so attentive, so good to our children. What truly stood out was her compassion helping my elder, disabled stepfather get back from the restroom. These ladies made our experience simply wonderful from the very first call to make a reservation. People like this leave lasting impressions. Thanks for having such a caring, compassionate and polite staff.

We went on a Friday in November without a reservation and were shown right to a four top, there was just the two of us. Looking on reserve a seat link showed no seats available until much later. Glad we tried and were lucky. There were booths and tables open the entire time we were there. From the first step, service was fantastic. The door was held for us, the hostesses took care of us with no wait and our server Christina, was so professional and warm. We started with drinks and appetizers. I went for 1/2 dozen raw oysters and my husband got the bacon wrapped scallops. I did get a cute little Tabasco bottle and plenty of crackers for my oyster enjoyment. We finished those off completely and on to our salads which were accompanied by a honey croissant, yum! When it was time for our main course, I chose the Hurricane Chicken and my husband had the Blackened Salmon dish. Both dishes were well presented and pleasing to both the eye and palate. The combination of grilled chicken, crab cake and shrimp on grits with a nice veloute was so delectable. I took half home. We were checked in on by the floor manager and our server just enough, without feeling rushed or interrupted. The facilities were clean and we definitely plan to return with family soon.

A smooth classy experience with particular focus on quality, flavor, execution and success. Nevertheless, my family and I are currently evaluating the sister resturants in our pursuit of flavorful execution. The made-in-house dessert (creme brule) was very delightful. A diverse staff highlighted inclusiveness that many famed resturants seem to "avoid." The flexible menu options allowed for beautiful and properly cooked dishes and although no steaks were chosen during this dining opportunity 😋, we intend on having this as a test of matching or surpassing our spoiled expectation of our initial experience. A delightful experience overall tucked around the corner and in the back of a beige building. Ample parking, kid friendly, friendly staff, reasonably priced, decent portions and some of the best staff in the South.

Not picture fried green tomatoes w/ Gorgonzola was excellent! The drink selection was large & they mixed the drinks well. The shrimp/scallops & cheesy grits was very flavorful with pops of salty bacon & rich/acidic sun dried tomatoes. Wish there were a little more seafood. The blackened ribeye steak was cooked properly & the creamed spinach was a terrific accompaniment. Make sure to get the house dressing!

The fish dishes we had, the salmon was good, chicken that was in two different dishes was nothing at all to be bragging about. The bacon app was excellent. Prices are way too high for what they give you and the way it’s made. Waitress was excellent and always attentive.

Drinks were great and the drink menu was amazing. Hurricane chicken was just okay butttt my wife steak was fantastic! The chicken lacked seasoning IMO but the steak was perfectly seasoned. In their defense the waitress told me to get the steak when told her I was torn between steak or hurricane chicken! I would def eat here again!

Attentive service and the food was delicious! Especially the molten lava cake - moist on the inside & decorated beautifully. I think every entree comes with a croissant so I probably wouldn't get the basket of croissants for that reason. I ordered the hurricane chicken and all was good - I thought the parmesan risotto was a little bland but enjoyed overall. The french onion soup was good and so was the firecracker shrimp! I recommend those.

This is a large restaurant. The service was good. The parking was good. There were six of us in our party van . I ordered the salmon with a side of cream spinach. Didn’t find the spinach tasty. One in our group ordered steak came out just the way he wanted it. He was satisfied. The other four people ordered the same dinner, scallops, and shrimp over grits. They were also satisfied. I would say the prices for the foods served on the menu were in line with today prices.

We had a reservation at 8PM, dinner for four. When we walked in the hosts were not the most welcoming. As the one host went to seat us at an inside table, we realized the outside was enclosed and had heaters so we kindly asked to sit outside instead. The host stated she needed to ask if that was okay. She then came back with an attitude as if it was an inconvenience and moved us outside. Once we sat, we waited for someone to acknowledge us for 15-20 minutes. Eventually a kind gentleman server named Jay noticed us and immediately grabbed drinks and our first course. Jay stated he wasnt sure who our server was and was still trying to figure it out. He ended up finding another server to take care of us since he was leaving for the evening named Christina. Christina was amazing as well and made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely dinner experience. She was kind and helpful. The food was amazing and I’d love to try more items on the menu. Overall our meals and servers were amazing. Hostess, not so much.

The service was very slow, which may have been a result of just how overbooked the restraint was. The food was decent, but the kids meal was not "kid-friendly" with the tenders being genuinely spicy for a kid. The meal overall was well made. If you do choose to come here, have a reservation and be ready to wait a bit for your food.

Indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is on the covered patio but open with views of the marina. Food was good, but not exceptional. Portions were good-sized, staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a New Year's Eve reservation for a large group later in the evening. We were seated later than our reservation and then they closed the kitchen before we finished. I wasn't even able to get more house dressing. They were giving me a carryout container before I finished eating. We felt very rushed. Food was just okay. Definitely not ready to rush back.

We had reservations this evening at 07:30. We arrived at 7:20 and was seated right away. The service was absolutely fantastic the entire time. Salads and croissants were great as normal. The reason for the 2 star rating was due to my $39 ribeye being tough and lacking flavor. I ordered it medium but maybe should have tried it medium-rare. The middle of the steak had a hint of pink but the rest of it was solid grey. I chewed until was jaw was sore and then called it a night. We have visited Clark’s twice now, and the first time was fantastic. I don’t believe the food is bad, I just believe I caught a bad cut tonight. I would still recommend Clark’s and will give it another try eventually.

Disappointed with my first time. The happy hour was cool, but the service was not great. I asked for a menu three times without response. I also had the crab soup that was watered down and spicy. You fine folks need to wake up. Your competitors are going to destroy you. Your audience are those moving here for a nice experience. You won't survive over time with this shabby operation

I made an online reservation for 5 people this past weekend, noting that it was my wife’s birthday and requesting cake at the end of our meal. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and even asked who the birthday girl was, which I thought was a nice gesture. We were seated right away and our server came over to introduce himself and review the specials. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly, though they were average at best. The real issue was with the main courses. Out of 5 dinners, only one was prepared properly—fortunately, my wife’s steak. The other meals were overcooked, dried out, and in some cases burnt. Most of us couldn’t eat our dinners. I mentioned the birthday cake, but the server seemed confused and nothing was brought out. Instead, we were given boxes and the check. In the end, we paid nearly $400 for a disappointing experience and left feeling frustrated, especially since this was meant to be a special celebration. I had high expectations, but I will not be returning.

My wife and I wanted to celebrate the closing on our new beach house, we had decided on Clarks as we had a nice meal there on our last visit. When we arrived, there were four staff at the hostess stand. We were reluctantly greeted after interrupting a gossip session and angerly shown to our seats. It was clear that we were an afterthought, an unpleasant duty that needed attended to. We left and found a friendly tavern down the road. In an area so rich in great places to eat, it is service that really makes the difference.
