This store is very dirty. The floor looks a shop floor trash under table the coke machine is covered in syrup. It looks like it has been a few days since it has been cleaned. The owner needs to check in and spend some time here.

Ordered online and still had to wait an additional 18 min to get food. When there 3 people was making sandwiches, but only one wear a mask. One lady had the mask on her chin only and the other one had it around her neck. Both was constantly talking back and forth while adding the condiments on the sandwiches. This place need to do a better job with their safety measures with their staff!

This is the worst Firehouse Subs to which I have ever been. Service was slow and the girl acted like I was interrupting her break to have to wait on me. There was very little meat on my sub. It was a large but had less meat than you would expect on a small. I ordered a Hero and it didn’t even have roast beef or cheese on it! I had to go back and tell them. They heated up some in a to go box and gave it to me to put on my sandwich! It burned my fingers when I put it on my bread. By the time they called me up to get it my ham and turkey were cold. I did not even get an apology. I did get an excuse… that the employee who made my sandwich is new. That’s all. I will never be back to this place!

Was traveling through Little Rock this past week and decided to treat myself to a Fire House Sub. I arrived at about 5:30 there were two people waiting on their orders and no one else dining in. One person was working behind the counter and ask if I could wait to order until he finished with the other two customers orders. As I waited for the employee to finish a baby cockroach ran across the counter. Ok no big deal if its the only one in the store. The employee finally took and made my order. I am by no means a picky eater but the sub I received lacked meat and the bread was very dry. Total wait time 35 minutes. Needless to say I wont be back. I believe the owner really needs to work on this location. Not a typical Firehouse Sub operation.

Our online order took almost 45 minutes and was completely wrong. My husband went back to receive our other sandwich that was not in the bag, only to have a woman working behind the counter yelling at guests. She yelled at my husband and said “well this ain’t fast food so you’re going to wait”. Which is beyond rude and ridiculous. This place was once a solid choice but now you’re better off going literally anywhere else especially if you’re on a lunch break.

Ordered delivery after a long day of work. They completely left off all veggies from my sándwiches and left off my 8 dollar bottle of Captain Sorensen sauce. Would not answer the phone. Would pick up and hang up.

Update: This place is the worst firehouse I have ever been to. I tried to give them a second try, what a mistake that was! Horrible service here! They are pretty slow here. I ordered 2 subs, the first ordered was missing an item or 2 that I added onto it. The 2nd sub was missing the ham, and all added items. One worker was touching his hat, and hair with his gloves on, and never changed out his gloves! How disgusting is that! I am not impressed with this store. They need to do better!

The service was very slow. I waited about a hour for a online orders that was placed in pretty far ahead of time before I arrived for pick up. Workers talked to to each other and had no sense of urgency. Multiple people got their food before me and I was there first. The manager did not help as there were multiple orders that Needed to be fulfilled. Waited so long only for my sandwiches to be made incorrectly. If I hadn’t already paid online i would have left. I will for sure never return. I ended up having to come home and attempt to dress up my own sandwich while doing so notice my bacon was also missing off my sandwich and I have never seen this mini bread before in my life that was made for my med sub. My two sandwiches was a complete disaster! And waste of money. No need to address this with anyone in the store they don’t care.

Just had a $23 New York Steamer delivered via DD. NO PROTECTIVE SEAL PACKAGING WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me???? In this day and age of tampering, drugging, and God knows whatever else, this store does NOTHING to protect the consumer??? Didn't even eat this as the sandwich container was open upon arrival. I am beyond pissed. This is CRIMINAL in my opinion. I will be taking this further to corporate.

I ordered from DoorDash (Firehouse sub ) on cantrell for my son. How come why he was biting into the sandwich he pulled chew gum out of the inside of the sandwich, both of them claiming the other person done it now I can’t order from DoorDash or firehouse food because I don’t know what to think. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life.🤮🤢 I guess I’m going to have to start back cooking at the house because this new type of customer service .🤢🤮🤢🤮 West Markham and Chenal firehouse, and DoorDash 🤢🤮🤢 although the food was not sealed not acting like they don’t wanna give me back my money DoorDash

The manager did not help as there were multiple orders that Needed to be fulfilled. I wish I hadn’t waste my money on these sandwiches that weren’t even half decent.
