This place is always clean, quick, and friendly. The food taste great. I am a regular here at this location and they never let me down. I normally get the #14 on square wheat bread add cheese 😀. Music is friendly and turn to “just the right volume” to compliment the atmosphere! Thanks guy! You got my vote!

Marshae was my cashier. She was absolutely amazing! She was funny and sweet! The other woman and man behind the counter making sandwitches tonight were both amazing as well. Super sweet, had smiles on their faces and the amazing man gave me some of the new kickin ranch on the side. I was having a horrible day but every single one of these J.J. employees pitched in to make it better! This is why I come to this J.J. Each one of the employees working tonight (3) around 445pm deserves a raise! Thank you for making my day so much better ❤️❤️

I stopped by Jimmy John’s late this morning to satisfy a craving for my favorite sandwich—the #11. From the moment I walked in, Adrienne and Samantha greeted me with warm smiles and were ready to help right away. Since I don’t go in often, I wasn’t exactly sure what my favorite sandwich was called or how to access my old rewards account. Adrienne and Samantha were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. They guided me through everything with ease and had my sandwich ready in under five minutes! The store was spotless, and both team members were professional, cheerful, and well-presented. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made this quick lunch stop feel like a five-star experience. Highly recommend this location, and major kudos to Adrienne and Samantha for delivering top-tier customer service that really stood out. 🙌

Stopped in for lunch and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service! Carol and Tyrone were absolutely amazing — friendly, efficient, and full of energy. They had my order done quickly and perfectly, just the way I like it. But what truly made my day was the fun, lighthearted vibe they brought with them — smiles, laughs, and a cheerful chuckle that added the perfect touch to my lunch break. Ty is wonderful! Made our delivery happen! The driver was also very kind when delivering. Wonderful place. Will purchase from again in store. Great service and fast. Cant rate atmosphere, did not enter.

I had no idea they had wheat tried it out, didn't care for it was willing to pay for another sub, the cashier was super sweet and made another one for me without charging me. We come here alot and have never had a bad experience!

The food is great. It is freaky fast. I'm just disappointed with the portion size. 3 times now I have about 1/2 full potato salad. I understand it's only a side but c'mon fill up the container. I pay usually around $40-$50 per meal for the family and we keep seeing things like this. I had to say something

I was so disappointed with my order. It took 2hours and 30 minutes before i got my delivery. The sandwich had 2 slices of turkey 2 cucumber ring, 2 half slices of tomato, and worst of all few strings of lettuce. And the prices have gone up, of course. It’s a shame they have gone down hill since I’ve been there. I won’t be ordering again.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s around. No quality control. They made my first order wrong. I called and they were nice enough to remake it, but it was still not up to standard. How do you make a turkey sandwich with one slice of turkey, if you can even call it a slice? Didn’t even fill the length of bread, it was just meat scraps. Their sandwiches are just filler, the free stuff, hardly any meat, and an obnoxious amount of mayo. I would say they just had bad portion control on one, but this was the remake, it was the same. Sad sandwich all around. Not an $11 sandwich for sure.

Placed an order online and received half of my order, and it was completely wrong. Then when I called to complain the manager Gavin said I'd have to call back and speak to the GM Carol to get proper credit. I have never received such bad customer service from any other Jimmy John's location or had an incomplete order.

Ordered online to pick up, the staff waited for me to walk in and pick up to tell me that it would be a 45 min delay due to being out of bread. I asked for a refund and cancel and I was told that would have to wait for the manager to return in hours. I was refused a phone call to confirm my refund since I wouldn't be onsite. Terrible experience, will drive further to a different location on the future.

Ordered online and couldn’t get my food because they were “out of bread”. Like how? Your whole thing is sandwiches and you’re always out of bread. Ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received this past weekend. I was sick with the flu and my boyfriend went to grab me a sandwich. I am vegetarian so he got me the veggie sandwich and himself a turkey sandwich, side of avocado. When he got home, both sandwiches had meat on them AND i added a picture of the side of avocado that we received… Not to mention when I called the store the guy was incredibly rude, said he would refund the one sandwich (not sure if this was even true because no refund has been processed on the card used), and hung up. ALSO, my bf told me the guy in store was making sandwiches, answering calls, & taking orders all with the same gloves on so maybe it’s for the best that I couldn’t eat the sandwich.

this is my least favorite location. it is the closest to me but i go out of my way to go to the one over on 3009. they've given me sandwiches with burnt bread, forgotten ingredients, are slow, etc. i have SO much empathy for service industry workers but they are so consistently bad i just can't.

This is the SLOWEST Jimmy John's in San Antonio. Everytime I've ordered from this location it takes over an hour for my food to be delivered, I'm not sure why because this location is close to my house. Not freaky fast at all!

Makes me miss working downtown and getting those big beautiful sandwiches. This would not be the case for this location. Mostly lettuce, little meat. I felt like I was eatting a vegetarian option. Lettuce was so wet it soaked the bread, making the inside soggy and the outside toasted? I would tell you how the deli meat tasted but all I could taste was the lettuce and soggy peppers. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I would give it zero stars if it would let me.
