Great food and atmosphere. I had the wings with honey bbq sauce and it was excellent. I was here on a Saturday evening so it was quite busy yet we only waited five minutes which wasn't bad at all. It can get a bit noisy in here so don't come here expecting a quiet meal. The prices were fair and service was attentive. With that being said, I would definitely recommend Miller's to anyone looking for a casual lively place for a good lunch or dinner.

Thank you for hosting bike night on selected weekdays. Your hospitality, staff and food are great as always. The crowd is thrilled to be there. I hope you might consider an outdoor serving area for those venues for convenience, yours and ours. The parking lot design has great potential for a Thursday outdoor cover band even when there is no scheduled bike night, sure to attract music lovers. Someone there is a great manager, it shows. This place is amazing! We are from out of town and just were looking for a good place to eat. Well we found it! The food was out of this world. We had the Best pretzel appetizer, best chicken parm with Alfredo and an amazing large chicken and shrimp Cobb salad. Great prices to! So worth it!

Tonight I had a wonderful experience at Miller’s Ale House. I went with my family to celebrate my sister and my nephew‘s birthdays. We were seated promptly in a nice spacious comfortable booth. We were approached by our wonderful waitress, Jenine! I must say she took her time with our order and although we had a large group of people, she was very patient with all of our requests. She was kind and thoughtful. She was very friendly and made our experience really great! When she came to bring the desserts to celebrate the birthdays, she stayed with us to sing, and to express her good wishes for a Happy Birthday!! She went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We would definitely come back and wanted to give a big shout out for Jenine. She was very pleasant and you don’t always find that everywhere Thank you Jenine. God bless her!

Ordered delivery, came on time and was missing one item. Called the restaurant and spoke with Stephen Groenert. Let him know I was missing a Bavarian Pretzel. Offered to refund the pretzel and I accepted. Let him know I was a little disappointed and I was looking forward to it. Unexpectedly my doorbell rang with Stephen at the door in person with not one but two pretzels and a $25 gift card. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! That's how you treat customers. Thank you Stephen. That $25 will be given on top of any tip I leave in the near future.

Dined here on Thursday night for their prime rib special. Jenine was our waitress and she was so awesome and kind. I love when the food is on point but even more so when staff actually care and that was the case here. Thank you Jenine for your kindness to my family and I! Also, definitely recommend their 16oz prime rib, it’s a great deal.

We had called in an order for pick up and it went to their call center the rep missed a couple of things we requested on our order and when we called back regarding the situation both Faith and Aliayah were so helpful and willing to accommodate! Definitely recommend for a good bite to eat. Had potstickers and the prime rib on special. Potstickers always good. Prime rib, surprisingly since this is a franchise, was very good. Highlight dessert was capt. Jacks buried treasure. Must try for the dessert lover. Staff extremely friendly,(with a shout out to Nikki our bartender and Dave the manager) price was super affordable. We definitely will be returning.

Great easy food and the waiters and waitresses are bar none they are so polite always remember our names just love this place… I always recommend the burger and fries I work as a chef and my burger isn’t as good as theirs in the price point with fries is so inexpensive. I tell everybody to go there and try the burger and fries. Also, my husband always goes for the prime rib special on Thursday and Sunday, it’s incredible and so delicious and again very inexpensive. I don’t know how they do it but keep on doing it Miller’s.

I fake a phone call and say, “Coach just called me up to the majors,” then moonwalk toward the restrooms. Halftime: I check the TVs for live coverage of my downfall. 3rd Quarter: Wife #3 shows up with her girls to celebrate a promotion. All four wives are now inside. I grab a Miller’s Ale House T-shirt from lost and found, slap on a dish towel, and start bussing tables like I work there. 4th Quarter: Wife #2 yells, “Wait, isn’t that your car out front?” I shout, “TIME TO DO THE WING CHALLENGE!” and sprint to the back while everyone’s watching some guy fail miserably at eating spicy wings. After shopping my mother and l stopped in to get lunch. The server came over to take our order, she was friendly and the second l ordered a coffee she offered to make a fresh pot. She came back in a few minutes and we asked about the menu items, she was so helpful. After she walked away to another table my mom said she is so wonderful. I agreed. If ever over in Commack go to Millers and ask for Jennie to be your server. She really makes your dining experience great.

Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty, and drinks were a very great price. I will say the southwestern egg rolls were delicious, my zinger mountain was great, but the donuts were just melt in your mouth so take that as you may.

They sure have changed things around here. After a year and a half hiatus, I decided to stop by for some prime rib. The food used to be terrible. The service was good but the atmosphere seemed strained and depressed. Everyone I encountered tonight didn't seem depressed and legitimately seemed happy to be here. I got a nice rare/med rare prime rib with broccoli. Portion size was good if not more than average and it had a nice salt crust. Dare I say it...yes I will. It rivaled the prime rib I had a few days ago at Smith and Wollensky. My server/bartender Michele was awesome! Everything was perfect and efficiently done.

Love the pineapple mango mojito! I'm not a big fan of the zinger mild sauce, but that's just me. I really like their apps! we've had the nachos, popstickers, and the mozzarella sticks, and they're pretty good. The service is really good as well. They are very attentive and nice. If you are into sports games you'd probably like this place since they're always playing something on the TV. They also have a mini jukebox linked with Touch Tunes so you can play music at an extra fee.

I was here for a private party. The staff was friendly and attentive, always right there with a refill when you finish your drink. They brought out heaps of appetizers and finger foods as well as taking entree orders. Everything tasted great; more importantly, all was HOT! That's not always easy to do when doing food for 50 people.

I had dinner with a good friend of mine I used to work with. We were seated rather quickly for a Friday night. Our server was very nice and pleasant to speak with, and was attentive. Our food arrived pretty fast and was hot and quite delicious. I had their classic cheese burger, which included the usual lettuce and tomato (which was also very fresh-nothing was wilted or gross looking) and a side of fries. I've become quite picky about French fries, and these were really good. In spite of the current state of our economy, the food was reasonably priced. The value for the money was good. The atmosphere was also nice and the men's room was clean. I would definitely come back here with friends and family. I travel for a living and when I receive great service I'm committed. I come to Millers in Commack and when I see Amanda behind the bar I know it's going to be a good environment. Amanda is friendly, kind, engaged and is always moving. Amanda is like the energizer bunny. Amanda is a model associate and she is why i keep returning when im in town. When she is here the entire experience is elevated. I sure hope the management team understands what a great associate they have working for them. Unfortunately, when Amanda is not on duty the service calapses. Thank you Amanda for making all my visits great. You are simply the BEST there is. Stay humble and continue to be a rock star.

This place is amazing the customer service the greeting you when you 1st walk in everybody was hospitable. The food is amazing we had the 35 shrimp and the rib eye was awesome didn't need any steak sauce...well seasoned I would recommend "blackened"cooked to perfection. My mom and I had a late lunch here on Saturday. We were waited on by George who was attentive, friendly and made our dining experience such a pleasure. We elected to eat outside, it was a bit windy but we didn't mind. The wait times to get our appetizers and main entree were longer than usual but the food was good and wait staff was awesome.

It's a big place, always love going to watch my football team since I cant watch them on my TV (not a jets fan) like the giants but not my team..anyway it's a fun place to go to..always busy so service csn be a bit slow atmosphere can get noisy as expected during football season, otherwise a cool place to go to.

Decent food, I do feel like it’s gotten more greasy over the last couple of years. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich something similar to BLT with grilled chicken in it. We were all sad to hear that they stopped selling sweet potato fries as well. Our server was awesome, i do not remember his name but we were there on a Monday night (Labor Day). We got the doughnut bites dessert and that was very good. They give you a lot of caramel and chocolate dipping sauce they could probably give people less and save on inventory. I don’t think I could’ve possibly used all of either one of those even if I coded them completely in it. All in all I would go back if I’m looking for a quick burger and a beer.

I've been going to millers for years at this point and I've got to say, it the most hit or miss eating establishment on long island. Either I have great food and terrible service, or overcooked and messed up orders and amazing service. The 2 just never seem to line up which is shame because when millers is on point they're actually pretty good and it's relatively cheap too for what it is. I would say 3 stars doesn't mean don't go. I would say just don't get super excited about it, its a safe option when you've exhausted pizza and Chinese food.

The burgers 🍔 are great, our waitress was attentive but the atmosphere particularly on a Saturday night is not meant for intimate dining. We had "visitors" at a standing room only booth near the bar area where we were frequented by the overflow of waiting patrons. I asked strangers if they'd like to join us because they were a bit intrusive to our dining space! They were standing right at our booth!! One patron was inside it. Grrrr.

In the past I’ve had much better experiences with this restaurant, so I hope this was just a lousy day. My hamburger took over half an hour to arrive, and it was already cold. It was a good burger, but it was cold. The fries were cold as well, and there was a hair in one. As for the atmosphere, I have never been found of how noisy it is, but that’s my personal preference.

Overall the food was great and service was excellent. Unfortunately my son has a dairy allergy so we had a tough time picking something for him to eat. I wish there were more allergy friendly options. The chicken fingers are usually never a problem anywhere we go but you guys make it with buttermilk same with your calamari which he loves but couldn't have. Now we know and will be better prepared if we go back.

Food is meh. Ordered Lime cilantro chicken with vegetable melody consisting mostly of squash which was blah since it had no seasoning at all and the rice had no taste at all. My dining partner had the Filet mignon which she enjoyed. The French fries were okay and she had the same blah veggies. The Captain Jack desert was very good as was the service. The atmosphere was not for me as it is extremely noisy with 2 huge bars and tv's all over the place.

Went on a Monday for the rib special dinner. All was great. My family said it seemed like the burgers were bigger? Went on a holiday weekend and it was nice and quiet. All the food was cooked the way we wanted. 8/22/2020 - ordered take out from Miller's and now they are charging a service charge for bags???? Are you kidding me??? They used bags before this pandemic.. last time I will order out and suggest everyone else stop ordering out. Let's see how long they will stay open if everyone stops ordering out. Ordered out from many places and no one charged for bags. Ridiculous.

My family and I have been to this location many times over the years. Today we went to celebrate my Birthday. What a disappointment. I don't want to blame anyone. But I suppose it is just the way things are today. It was really dead at 3 pm and still we had to wait for a service. The food is not as good as it once was They have cut many items from their menu. I am saddened by these changes because I really did enjoy many meals here. I suppose this establishment is now just another watering hole

We went a little after lunch on a Saturday to watch sports and have a few beers. 4 or 5 servers were walking around and we couldn't get anyone to take our order. Mostly empty at this time, I had to go and ask if someone would take our order after 15 minutes.

Food was rather disappointing - burger didn't taste good, one of our meals came with onions & scallions even though it was requested by us & written down by the waitress but the kitchen got it wrong. The fish in the fish & chips were on the small size regarding portions and lacked flavor even with that tartar sauce & lemon added. The drinks were ok, the Mac & cheese was ok as well.

Was here about a month ago for a private event. The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was a bit lackluster. We rented out the patio bar and paid for an open bar with dedicated bartender. There were multiple instances where the bartender simply left the bar for 10-15 minutes at a time and nobody was able to order drinks. Additionally, they did not place any signage that the patio bar was closed, so random customers kept coming in trying to order drinks. At one point, one of these customers thought that our appetizers were free or something and attempted to take a plate for himself. I would cater Miller’s again for the food but unfortunately I wouldn’t hold the event in-house again.

Loyal customers vs. Rude server and manager. I have been dining here since this building was built. I never had a problem like I did last night. Server NICK was verbally abusive and BILL the manager protected him as if he was homeland security. They tried intimidating and humiliating me. Things go wrong in the restaurant business- I know. This was HORRIBLE! They both were combative to us . It was over cold food that took 45+ minutes and a beer that took 20 minutes. Nick slammed the beer on the table and gave us a ridiculous excuse. Bill was NOT there to witness any of the problem but took Nick's side 100%. I WILL take this further.

Horrible. I am a customer who has been coming for 5 years and today severely disappointed me. I came on my birthday with my family and the waitress spilled my drink all over my table, clothes, and shoes. She did apologize and I’m grateful she did but did not offer anything for the accident. I went to the Miller’s in Commack last Friday night with my boyfriend. It was his first time trying Miller’s and I am so embarrassed that this is how we were treated his first time there. I usually go to the one in Deer Park and I regret choosing the Commack location. We arrive and there were only 3 other tables being serviced not busy at all. We arrived at 11pm 2 hours before closing so we thought we would order something quick and easy so we can leave the latest an hour before closing. The waitress brings out our drinks and appetizer quickly. We ordered Zingers mac and cheese and a chicken Caesar salad as our entrees thinking it will be brought out quickly. The waitress is at the bar just cleaning up and chatting not busy. After 45 mins passes she comes back to our table and asks us confirm our order which she recited back to us incorrectly. After I corrected her I asked how much longer the food will be and she said about 10 minutes. Im guessing our food order was never placed and it was going to take them 10 minutes to actually make it. I declined waiting for the food and asked for the check. We were seating facing the kitchen and the chef was just standing there doing nothing but giving my boyfriend very bizarre looks the entire time we were seated there. We felt uncomfortable getting our food prepared by him so we left. We honestly didn't feel safe or welcome being the only two Black people there at the time we left. Im really so disappointed.

It was my mom's 50th birthday and we decided to have a simple dinner. We have always visited Miller's and has good service but Susan made it very uncomfortable. She is very rude and rushed us.

So my bf and I came to this location today. We ordered the zingers mountain melt. We specifically ordered no bacon and the food came with bacon after we told him again our order was supposedly fixed as we were leaving and taking our left overs I found a piece of bacon. Honestly it’s our fault because we know most people here will eat bacon. This is unacceptable my bf is religious and this against his religion never again they won’t respect anything. After everything we already paid so we weren’t looking for a discount we just wanted the order right unbelievable!!!

We ordered zinger Mac and cheese, the didn't add cheese to the MAC AND CHEESE. We asked for mild sauce, but they put one that was wayyyyyy more spicy and hot

Waiter didn’t accurately take my order right and did not review the order to verify. At first I wanted the lobster roll then told the waiter I changed my mind that I wanted soup and salad. Waiter came out with lobster roll and a salad. When I told the waiter the order was incorrect and he told me I didn’t have to pay for the lobster roll, and that I could just keep it. The manager came over and told me he would have to charge me for it if I kept it. I took some chips off the plate I was getting some lobster off the roll the manager grabbed it and jerked it out of my hand. He said he had to throw it out or charge me for it, even though they made the mistake! I won’t be eating there again there and will not recommend this restaurant due to to this incident!!!! What happened to “the customer is always right. “ The manager was very rude!

I recently visited the Miller’s Ale House in Commack and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The host at the entrance was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, making annoying facial expressions and acting in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of welcoming guests, he made the experience uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, no server checked on our table properly and the burger I was served was completely burnt. It felt like no one cared about customer service at all. I honestly expected better from Miller’s Ale House. I would like management to address this issue with the host staff and ensure that food quality and guest service are taken seriously at this location. I strongly recommend it drive 10 more min go to deer park

Ordered chicken dish for pick up and got home and it was shrimp and the restaurant refused to make it correct or refund since I ordered through Grubhub. It was the restaurants mistake. Will not be returning. Clients of this establishment are not cared about. ( no concern for shrimp allergy as well)
