I mean.... its McDonald's! The people working here are friendly and the morning rush hour is pretty fast. The drive thru lines can be literally hanging out the street, but to me... thats expected. This one is a little cleaner than some of the other ones in the area, and its convenient for commuters.

The management staff will get a 5star experience from me. Frome the drive thru, the food was hot and fresh. I did have to move to the parking spot to wait on my complete order, it was okay. I did needed to use the restroom where an employee told me it was close but a manager took me back for my emergency situation. This is where my 5star came from a 3star. Management turned it around from an employee denying me access to the restroom.

This place is always busy but they move people through the lines super fast. The food is standard McDonald's fare but their sweet tea is hit or miss...it's not always sweet. Otherwise no complaints.

MY TESTED PATIENCE! I took my 4 year old great nephew to McDonald's for his birthday, and after getting our food, thought we would have a happy birthday moment. We dined in and the food was good - nice and hot. In fact, after he ate all his fries from his happy meal, (he had 2 boxes of fries) he wanted more, and when I said no bcuz I was eating and didn't want to stop eating, or leave my food unattended, without warning, he reached over and grabbed all of my fries and put them on his side! I was absolutely stunned, and very upset at his behavior and told him how I felt. Without warning, he hauled off and threw his toy across the room and broke it! It was so embarrassing! This was too dam much! And, the end of our McDonald's meal! I marched this little boy out of the McDonald's, and took him back home to his mother asap!!!

I go to this McDonald's frequently probably 4 to 5 times a week never is there a long wait drive-thru or inside the place is clean including the bathrooms and they have the best coffee the food is always good. best of all it's a friendly staff

He’s the reason why I come so often, his smile and extra effort to give great service is worth all the extra calories😂 We even have a quick convo at the window sometimes. I am thankful to have such a friendly and reliable spot for a quick meal close to home.

I have to say this is the most consistent McDonald’s I go to. They always have my order correct, the food always fresh, and the workers do their job here without attitude I love it. Anytime I ride by and I need a quick meal I can depend on them. They also have Covid guidelines and restrictions to make sure you get your food safely and take it seriously so this is a big bonus!

Most of the time they have unprofessional employees as the drive-thru cashier. So nice to know they are not all trained alike! This cashier was famous!

Busy mcdonalds with the classic feel. Still has the red roof despite all the other changes. Lines usually stretch to the road but the service here is faster like no other. ~ props to yinz here at this Mcdonalds ~♡

Mostly extremely busy, although the lines typically move pretty quickly for the amount of people and orders. The tables seem to be above average in cleanliness, although that's not saying much for a busy fast food joint. Food is mostly warm to hot most times. I have yet to receive soggy or otherwise disgusting fries.

They're pretty quick and *usually* accurate, my only gripe is the freeloaders in and outside the establishment constantly hounding people. Machines don't work sometimes so if you use mobile order and pay only for them to say their stuff is broken, there's no recourse outside of a chargeback (unless you settle for a replacement).

I went to two McDonalds in Baltimore and for one reason or another, they didn't have shakes or my favorite a caramel frappe! So I decided to take a chance at the one off 210 Indian Head Hwy., in MD and went through the drive thru! Bought two caramel frappe! They were delicious! I was so HAPPY! Service was quick! The people personally took orders outside instead of placing your order the regular way! No microphones today or mistakes on my order! Super!

I got a deal where you get a free medium fries and drink when getting a quarter pounder. I wanted a large free fry too but couldn't use two deals, hence why I'm giving 4 stars. So I used my points for a free large fry. They were nice and hot and tasted like McDonald's fries. Another thing I don't like or maybe I don't know how to do in the app is request Ketchup. If it's there and I missed it, shame on me. If it's not available, then shame on the app designers.

How many times can you get an order wrong. They are 24 hours. One time order small drink they gave me large. Next time order sausage, egg cheese biscuit, got sausage egg biscuit. Will contact McDonald's main office. Year later. I should have given credit to Daryl (manager) and staff. When he is working you can tell. At this particular McDonald’s, you must really take a good look at your food before you leave. I have come here on numerous occasions and now and then they always forget to give me stuff. The worker at like they pay for the food out their pocket because they never give you all your food. If you order a large fry it seem like they taking some out. They don't want to give you napkins or ketchup.

The time to get my food was so long and delivery would have taken a shorter time then how long it took.

Food is usually on point, but there never seen to be enough people here to meet demand. There's always a line out the door and every other customer has some issue with an order (usually something that doesn't necessitate delaying the rest of the line), which causes the cashier and everyone else behind the register to stop progress with the line waiting and deal with it. This place needs whoever is managing each shift to be more reactive to problematic customers so that the cashiers can keep other customers moving.

Utterly familiar food, efficient staff, slowly rising prices for the same fare. Covid19 hit these franchises hard. But when I need quick road food and drink, or a pause in my journey, now that more of them allow limited dine in, the golden arches are an entirely welcome sight.

The best time to go through the drive thru is after 8 when the fries hot. Im sure its the cooks. I've been inside and out before and after 8 here and I have to say that the cooks are deff better in the evening. I'm not sure though however, why the ice cream machine doesn't work after hours. 😔

The window guy in drive through didn't know English and didn't know I know Español. Cause he was talking racial slurs complaing a out me requesting extra pickles and mustard .. I called him out on it then he all of around seemed to understand me.. I said to him your wrong for that.

I usually always go to this McDonald's but today the Manager was way off. She stood talking by the drive thru window with others and saw the line in the lobby. We didn't even know she was the Manager. I stood waiting for 15 mins for 2 sausage mcgriddles no egg. I asked how much longer she came up with sometime else order never addressed me, I asked for a manager she walked away still didn't acknowledge me she said nothing. When I saw her walk to the back then another woman came from the back they all looked confused, then the first lady came back. I said can I speak with the manager then she says I am the manager how can I help you. I said you are the worst manager I've ever encountered, I don't want your food give me my money back. It is a convenient place to grab your fast food but when I order french fries they never add ketchup with my order unless I ask them.When I order chicken nuggets and choose ranch sauce with my order most of the time they don't add it to my order. If they do they end up giving me the wrong sauce. The other thing is when you place mobile order and get there to pick it up they will tell you that their system is down so they are taking cash only.

The service and atmosphere are sub-par at best. The tables are not wiped down enough and some of the staff should work on their customer service and that includes some of the management. I gave the food 5 stars because my client loves it and he is the only reason why I am at this McDonald's. But I honestly don't expect too much when coming to this McDonald's because most of my experiences have been similar no matter which one I visit. Not all but most.

Employees are nice. Good customer service, but whenever I buy chicken nuggets, they always forget to put sauce in the bag!!!

Usually slow as molasses. Today they tried to kill me. Either old product in the machine or cleaning fluid. Either way the Mocha Frappe was sour and off and made me sick🤢.

tonight, this lady in a beanie handed us our order. We asked for Buffalo and barbecue sauce. The lady and told us that she gave us sweet-and-sour sauce, But we never ordered sweet-and-sour sauce. She demanded the sweet-and-sour sauce to be returned so that we could buy buffalo and barbecue sauce, But I find that to be a major health violation because of contamination. I wouldn’t want my sauce touched by other people, And I think it’s very rude that I was given a sauce I never asked for. I have receipts!

Been going to this mcdonalds for years customer service has always been questionable at best, but tonight was just down right deplorable. But hey its mcdonalds what can I expect? Heres a tip if you don't have customer service skills try a different field. And for management who keeps hiring these rude seemingly uneducated people do better. The worst experience I had at a fast food restaurants, I stop at this Macdonald at least 10 times a week I was even there a 230 this morning, went there for 2 fish fillet without tarter sauce and a Carmel frappe through the drive through the little girl outside did pay attention and gave me a hot coffee and one sandwich, when they bought the second sandwich it was covered with tarter sauce had to go back and was late getting back to work.

I received an emailed receipt, and a pending transaction posted to my checking account along with receipt within the app- the manager Edith was listening to the entire conversation I had with her staff and didn’t offer to help. Finally, I asked Edith for assistance and her most helpful reply was to tell my bank to give me the money back. Not a mention of let’s see what’s wrong here or let’s cancel it and start over. The costumer service was Horrible. I ordered 20 nuggets and a drink. The drink was all nasty and I had to wait for the order. They don't put on the condiments I ordered and the wait time was longer the it needs to be. The people on drive thru won't speak English and they have a bad attitude towards the costumer.

Went to get a coffee at 4:00am this morning on August 23rd 2019. Got two large iced coffees which were made horrible. When I got to the drive through window the employee said it was $4.50. COVID-19 the line was long and slow. They had a order taker outside for the drive thur but it didn't work for me. I ordered a large hazelnut ice coffee and was told rhe price was $2.39. I ordered the same drink the other day and it was $1.06. The order board has the item $,99 for any size. I left the line.

The owner or store manager is extremely rude! Not even exaggerating but every time I go my food is always wrong no matter how I order it and I order the same thing every time I go. On the upside the associates are very friendly and that's the one thing that does have me stop there frequently.

So usually I order breakfast for my mother and grandmother (and sometimes myself). I do that every time I have to go to work when I can't make breakfast for them. Other times I may not feel like cooking due to working everyday. Anyway the reason behind my rating is because they provide "good service" whenever they get good and ready. So on July 2,2024, I ordered breakfast around 9:30am-9:45am via GrubHub. So I get a phone call from the delivery person and told me that they canceled my order because "they never received the order". How is that if they were to see the order while preparing it? Those folks like to be deceptive but eventually karma's gonna pay them a visit. So I had to order the same thing from the one located in Oxon Hill, MD.
