I had the worst experience with this Popeyes. First they only delivered half my order. They gave me my money back and the first online person was helpful. I decided to try again the next day. I try ordering from a different Popeyes but it went to the same one. They left the food outside, they ignored my instructions to call first and didnt even ring the bell. The food was found a hour later cold. I went to complain but was told their is nothing they can do. Please stay away from this Popeyes. By the way this was a gift meal for my family, I live in. Georgia.

I visited the Popeyes in Lodi today and had a negative experience. I was excited to visit this location after it being closed for quite some time. When I walked in, I was shocked to see that most of the booths were removed. In its place was a bench against the wall with a number of chairs. Two kiosks lined the opposite wall so that you could order your own food. I decided to use the kiosk to order my food and opted to pay cash. I stood at the register waiting to pay. I could clearly see that the employee working the register was busy fulfilling drive through orders, but the whole atmosphere began to make me question why I came into the store in the first place. After sometime, the employee noticed that I was standing there and I paid for my order. I noticed that there were two employees in the kitchen that were trying to fulfill drive through and app orders. I watched car after car pull into the drive through, place its order and have their food promptly served. A man came in, showed an employee his phone and walked out with his food in seconds. Still, I continued to wait. Finally another employee came over to me and asked me what I wanted to order. I commented that I had already placed my order and she asked to see my receipt. It seemed like she started to work on my order but then started to do something else. At last, I received my food after waiting about 25 minutes. But the whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. If you visit this location, be sure to use the drive through or order on your app for better customer service and hot food.

I visited the store on 10/29 and I had a terrible experience. Not only did the girl who was working the drive thru have a terrible attitude, she proceeded to give me cold , rubbery chicken tenders that seem to have been taken from the waste bucket along with throwing my fries into a paper bag without a fry holder . The chicken was uneatable. I think management should reconsider who they are hiring because these employees have no sense of customer service skills . I also had a problem in September with a male employee but I brushed it off thinking maybe he was just tired but all these employees have the same crappy attitude either fire them or retrain them!!!

I was served chicken that appeared to have been retrieved from a garbage compactor. I submitted a review that has since been removed. However, the disturbing photograph of what I received remains accessible. This experience has left me profoundly unsettled, leading me to abstain from consuming Popeyes or chicken products altogether.

I only give one star because I can’t give zero. I ordered food and of course when I arrived home boneless chicken was plain instead of flavor and was also missing 3 chicken tenders. I called them and was back to the store. They changed and fixed my order, but I ordered some more food for friends kids. And this is how they treat me after complaining. Mac & cheese was not even half full, sandwich didn’t have a bacon. Never even again !!!!

I recently ordered food from one of your Popeyes locations and had a really bad experience. I ate the chicken sandwich and fries, but the rest of the food smelled awful-like it had gone bad. I had to throw it away. This is not acceptable, and I'm concerned about the food safety at your restaurants. I hope you take this seriously because people shouldn't be served spoiled food.

Went through the drive thru, after ordering they made us wait for 20 min for our food in the parking lot, finally after they bring our food out they forgot our soda and then asked us to go back to the drive thru, as we're finally driving home and take a sip of the soda noticed it was diet coke, wrong soda and it was not the honey bbq chicken we ordered it was somethingelse. never again.

After so long waiting for the renovation. It was a total disaster. The new setup was terrible. There’s just one table. The space is smaller and the service horrible. It took more than 45 minutes to get our order. We were planning to eat a the restaurant but sadly we had to eat at the car.

After years of not having Popeyes I decided to try it again. Today is definitely my last time trying Popeyes. Never thought I would be served a sandwich where they forgot to remove the plastic between the cheese slices. Opened my sandwich to a nice surprise.

Worse experience ever, the workers are super rude, first I spent 20mn on the speaker and no one said anything. I pulled up went to the window and the person told me that they were busy but at least they should say something, she made me go around because she couldn’t take it on the window. Never have what you want and the food is not fresh. I love Popeyes but this one is the worse one ever. If you want to eat Popeyes go to the one on the 17 that is fresh and people are nice. The food is just nasty

I went to the drive thru, ordered 12 piece chicken. They gave me 10 wings out of the 12 pieces, they were small and looked horrible. If you go to the drive thru check your order. Never going back to that store.
