For starters, parking lot was nearly empty on both occasions, no drive through wait or delay. Both occasions the staff were friendly, so friendly. Once ordered the wait was very minimal, and the food was warm (excluding the ice cream & drink) Food was good, reminded me of Taco Bell but had more meat and less flavor. Churro dipper was super good, I wish it came with more than 1 stick of churro though. maybe even crumbles within it!

The 3 came from this location messing up a simple order of plain fish tacos nothing but tortilla and fish and thats was wrong fries were all burnt and there was only one order ahead of me and the others came after being at the window for 10 minutes 😀 nice job the bean and cheese burritos came out fine

Went inside to order my food. Apparently, they prioritize drive through over in person customer service. First they ignore you and act like they didn't see you come inside. Then they direct you to order from the kioski and if you don't want to pay at the Kiosk click cashier. They will eventually get to you, but they don't seem to be happy about it. They chips on the nachos where over cooked and stale.

Main reason for my rating: the beef leaves little to be desired. The chicken items are AWESOME - very flavorful and yummy. Beef doesn't taste that great. Fish taco was a little burnt, but still tasted ok. I gotta say, though, it's weird seeing kiosks inside the restaurant. Customer service is good, when I am able to talk to someone at the drive thru 😊👍. Atmosphere could be a little more clean inside, but not too bad to look at.

I work graveyard and come here for lunch. Even when the drive through is empty, they still don't get anything out on time.I repeated my order three times and they still didn't hear me they seem understaffed at night which is unprofessional

WARNING!!! Used the drive thru as I usually do to pick up dinner for my daughter and I. Went straight home, my daughter ate her food and I placed mine in the microwave as I needed to finish some work. About 30 minutes later I placed my food onto a plate to heat it up and stuck to one of the french fries was the back end of a cockroach. I called and asked to speak to the manager and as the young lady handed the phone to him I heard her say "it's ANOTHER customer complaint" and then both she and the manager laughed. I told him what was stuck to the food and he argued saying he doesn't have roaches, he told me to call corporate. I won't eat here again.

The slowest del taco I have ever been to! waited almost 30 minutes and couldn't leave from the drive thru for 2 tacos! Ridiculous!!

Stopped by for breakfast last week. The burritos and roll up were swimming in red sauce. All we were able to taste was the chili.

The worst customer service ever, they don't even deserve a 1 star. I placed an order at 8:49 pm on April 7th 2021 and I didn't get my food until 10:19 pm that night. My food was supposed to arrive at my home at 9:22 pm. We were told that the driver left without the food and they were waiting on another driver. I was not contacted at all that this was happening. When I recieved my food it was cold. I ordered a lot of food, some for dinner for us and some for lunch for me tomorrow. I went up to Del Taco and asked them to remake the food and the manager told me that they couldn't because it was alot of food. Told me that I had to get with Door Dash to get a refund but in the messages that I did get it says Postmates. The manager also said that they are not responsible for how long it takes the driver to get to my house. The funny thing is, I only live 2 miles away which is a 6 minute drive. I will no longer be ordering food from that location ever again. The Del Taco that I am talking about is the one at 24898 REDLANDS BLVD, Loma Linda, CA. There will be a picture of the food that was bought and a screenshot of the messages I received.

This has to be the worst Del taco around. The food was only lukewarm and the fries were like cardboard only a minute or two away. With only one car in front of me, it took them 15 minutes to serve that one car! I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to stop here and eat!!!!

today, there was an old man who tried to use the kiosk to order because the staff wouldn't take his order. he spent 10 minutes and it lost his order. took the staff another 10 mins before they decided to help take his order manually. the food at this del taco is not as good as other locations. the place looks like it's falling apart.

Then was given attitude by the older Hispanic lady with a blonde bun. Not that they care. But fast food service is just down the trash now a days. Shame on this location

I did a mobile pick up at 10:30 am they still had the doors locked and wouldn’t let anyone dine in. I was allowed in only because it was pickup. Then once inside the dining floor was dirty the galley floor had food on the floor and the griddle hadn’t been cleaned from breakfast it still took 20 mins. It was cold and they gave no fork for asada fries or napkins.
