I had a chicken sandwich. I was there at noon and the restaurant was clean, uncrowded, and the food was served quickly and too hot to hold. Sandwich was very similar to a fried chicken breast sandwich from the place with yellow arches, but a larger patty and coarser breading. A $3.50 lunch.

It's Der Weinerschitzel. When you hanker a chili cheese dog or chili fries.

I like this Wienerschnitzel because their fries are usually cooked all the way until they're crispy not served raw and soggy like some other locations

Pretty straight forward. This specific location is pretty fast. Never had issues. Food quality consistent.

Sorry for the three stars but that's what happens when my fries are not fully cooked raw in the middle and limp. My mustard dog was wonderful along with my small Mountain Dew

Not the easiest structure to get in and out of. Small shared parking lot with an oil changing station. Sevice always friendly and fast

Stopped by yesterday, hotdogs cold, not even cheese melted, on the positive-buns were fresh. Usually good. Disappointed.

This place is pretty good when it comes to what they provide. But they never put enough chilli on the chilli dogs and service is so and so besides that good food.

The counter person misheard my wife ordering a reeses shake and gave her a freezie instead. She fixed the order but had an attitude about it. Then when she got to the bottom of the shake it had a bunch of whole ice cubes in it.

In the past I have had problems with this and the original store on PCH. After 6 years I tried it again. It took 3 tries before they got someone who was worth his paycheck. I've gone back twice and so far ok.

Wow. The last 3 times have been really bad. Slipping big time.... and the folks who work there never seem happy. I'll just go to Torrance from now on. What a bummer

I was going to do the online survey, but the ink is so cheap now it didn't even make it long enough for me to get the code required. Cashiers need to be trained to not handle food after touching $. I watched a cashier give change, turn around, and bag corndogs with his bare hands. Cash is filthy! Nobody should be handling food after touching cash.

Worst Customer Service ever! Very rude staff. Won't allow use of their Restrooms. I had to go next door to Valvoline to use theirs! 🙄

Restroom was filty dirty had 💩 on the floors and toilet i just walk in to wash my hands after looking and smelling that horrible sceen i lost my apettite.also a male was smoking what looked like crystalmeth inside the restaurant.i will never eat there again.i adviced the staff police where called on the guy smoking the drugs

Horrible customer service. The female didn't want to take our order through the speaker, so we drive up to window and then she refuses to wait two seconds for us to give her payment.

drive true workers rude ,got back to work to have lunch and they didn't get my order correct ,workers need more training on how to take an order in drive thru and lean how to use their headsets

This employee was so high, he was sleeping with his pipe in clear view. Then after he woke up, cussing and lifting his shirt up for the girl employee there in front of customers very loud... I watched two customers walk out... sad...

Don't ever eat here, I purchased my son corn dogs which he didn't eat which I then tried to exchange 2 hours later and I was told we can't do that. So I suggest spending your money somewhere else. That shows how much they actually care about quality. Save your money and make hot dogs at home.

My friend and I arrived at 4:30 yesterday 10/7 in the dining room. The restaurant is dirty. The employee didn’t look like he worked there. He told our order then went to the bathroom knocking on the door for the other employee to come out. He then proceeds to make our food. No gloves - his fingernails and hand’s didn’t look clean. We had paid for our food but the place creeped us out and we left. Whoever owns this franchise needs to clean it up and make it professional

I ask the team member where do I get the Lemonade to which he tells me that is a different kind and there is an extra charge. If you have signs all over the place and a person orders a Lemonade; dont you think you would want to get them the right drink. Point being they are clueless. go to a different location

Food was good service was beyond horrible. They young man took my credit card didn't give it back. I had to go inside and he thought it was funny. Kept telling have a good day while flipping me off under his short. If you use a credit card watch out. They hired a thief.

I would not recommend this location. I watched a worker walk from the cash register to the fryer, open a package of food and use her UNWASHED hands to put the food in the fryer! I demanded she go wash her nasty hands. But I'm sure she still served that food to whomever it was prepared for. 🙄

I went here for some food I’m a 4month pregnant woman deathly and highly allergic to peanuts, I ordered a sprite, chilli cheese fries, and a Oreo freeze. My receipt clearly states that. However I get to the window and (41 Hortenci) hands me a lemonade and a Reese’s peanut butter feeze. I tasted the drink and let her know I ordered sprite then I smelled a peanut aroma and noticed it was coming from the freeze I told her I asked for Oreo and I’m allergic to peanuts. She took it back, I’m thinking she’s fixing me a complete new one since she now knows I’m allergic instead I go home to eat a spoon of the freeze to find out that she mixed the peanut and just put the Oreos on top. I spent the whole night in the hospital fearful of my life and the life of my child. Hortenci should be fired and not working there, I could have died.
