Outstanding customer service! We had an unfortunate situation tonight where we accidentally picked up another customer’s order (same first name). The store caught the mix up and tried to call me. The original employee that helped me left a very professional and apologetic voicemail. When I got back to the store Luiz and another employee (sorry, I failed to get his name) were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will definitely go back! Hope the management team sees this and knows what an amazing crew they have.

I eat here almost every day of the week, go through the drive-thru and do orders through Doordash! The service that I receive from Amir and Carissa has been top notch!!! They go above and beyond to get the order right and both friendly, polite, and very helpful! Keep up the great work and the great food!!!! Normally, I get the pollo bowl which is healthy, filling, and inexpensive. Our store only has a walk up and a drive-thru so I don't know what I can say about the atmosphere. They do have outside seating but as this city is pretty cool and windy, I normally just go through the drive-thru. The employees are always very polite and accommodating.

Chicken is super juicy, burritos and bowls always taste amazing. Super friendly staff. drive thru is great too always fast and answers all my questions. Also if you want a quick delicious lunch and don’t want to break the bank their 5$ pollo bowl is unbeatable. 10/10 would recommend

I wanted to buy from here a few times before forming a review. Overall, my experience with El Pollo Loco in Lompoc has been great. They've always been fast, I've always had someone who is nice and kind answering the drive through and giving me my order, and the food has been great! It's nice to have a Mexican Fast Food chain that isn't just solely Taco Bell within the area. I've never got an upset stomach getting their chicken bowls/ eating any of their food. I'd say it's more healthy compared to the aforementioned restaurant and easy going on those who still want something within ballpark of Mexican but on the go. 5 out of 5!

I had a great experience eating at this location, the service was fast and friendly. I was treated like they wanted me to come back soon. The food was delicious. I recommend the habanero sauce on the side for dipping your chicken. The chicken is cooked to my taste all the time. I like the burritos and the crunchy tacos with cheese.

Had the chicken family meal with salad and corn. It was a great deal the chicken was seasoned well very delicious came with tortillas the tortillas were perfect. I was missing a side of corn and the salad but they corrected it and also threw in a soda the manager was very polite staff was very polite and I would 100% recommend this place if you're thinking about getting healthy delicious flame grilled chicken

That is one burrito was a roughly 27% bigger or smaller (depends how u see it). I REALLY DISLIKE that the APP pre-selected all items as a meal. I've forgotten and wasted $$ a few times. Also, the printed coupons don't work on the app. I almost wasted a 15$ difference for a family meal. The app used to be beneficial not so much now. The food quality has decline recently. Less meat. More beans. It was amazing, now just o.k.

4 stars because the kitchen staff frequently messes up my order, which is rough because I always have pay extra for the avocados and guacamole even when they forget. Seeing Tommy at the window is a relief. He always checks my bag. Last time I ordered online, he noticed and fixed 2 mistakes the kitchen made before he handed me the bag. It's always nice to see him there because it takes the pressure off of me having to ask and double-check everything myself (which makes me feel like an annoying customer). Tommy is a champion. Thanks for your extra help!

Outside ordering not handicapped accessible. Outside order window facing a loud busy street, loud music, made ordering difficult, hard to hear. Could not hear the cashier taking our order. Couldn't hear our order was ready at next window which was hidden behind a post. Turning noise down would improve service. Food truck Friday would be an improvement. May try it again in a month or two when they improve ordering service.

Second, there were no napkins or cutlery in the bag, which is a huge issue when you're taking food to go. It's a testament to the lack of care and attention to detail. I won't be ordering takeout from here again.

Saw it today gramd opening with balloon archway next to the sidewalk and in the driveway for takeout... Had a little kid barely 2 years old standing there not 1ft from the little yellow studded walkway hidden behind the balloons almost hit by a car . They didn't think that driveway exit out very well. Chicken is really dry. Small portions of extras beans were ok. Expensive like everyone else.

Then to grab my order and sling it out the window was beyond unprofessional, it was rude and disrespectful. The management was made aware of the person's actions and I hope that management does not give this person the opportunity to treat any other customers this way! I will be back, hopefully I won't see this employee again
